Government wrongs to hurt the people 1-30-08

Government wrongs to hurt the people 1-30-08
Written by Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Prosecutors in the Gary Dodd case want a convection so bad they are making up a case. Judge Peter Fauver is such a biased judge he is allowing the Prosecutors to present facts of a fictional man in an alleged female friends apartment. The police surrounded the Apt until the female came home only to find it empty. There was a secret exit from the building but not the apt. The female testified that the apt showed no signs of any person being there. The State Police and firefighters testify that there was only one foot print leading into the woods from the crash scene. Later in a news interview the police state there was so many footprints at the scene it was hard to tell. The State police write in the police report Gary Dodd’s body showed signs of exposure to the elements. A year later Judge Fauver allows this same state police man to testify to the opinion that only Dodd’s feet showed exposure. This is only tester lying by cops so it is ok. The Cops are now like snitches in prison testifying to what the prosecutors want them to say for special blue wall consideration later.
Is this a political case where the Concord elite do not want Dodd to take office? Do the political leaders use every means possible to eliminate him? Since when has so much money and court time been wasted on a one car traffic accident. Do prosecutors now use biased judges to prove an innocent person guilty. We now must ask is the jury pool manipulated by the prosecutors for a better chance for conviction? What ever happen to the NH Constitutional article 35 Part First “It is the right of every citizen to be tried by judges as impartial as the lot of humanity will admit”? The news refuses to print any letters to the editor that contradict the newspapers or prosecutors point of view.
This is like the case where a man whom had asked hospitals, government agencies, police and others for help and these public agencies discriminated against this human being. He is in jail now because he became so desperate that he took over the Hillary campaign headquarters. You the citizens of the United States do not believe it when I told you NH put a 100% service connected disabled United States Marine in jail as a terrorist. I lost my freedom for 6 months before the bogus charges were dropped. NH has gone so far to interfere with a disabled veteran’s medical care to cause physical harm to this Veteran for the sole purpose to make this citizen obey the government.
You people believe that I am a nut. I have volunteer my time to help other U.S. citizens since I came home from the Vietnam Conflict every day. I have violated no laws or harmed or threatened anyone. The State of NH has destroyed my character in the public eye by using the news media against the people. I am a disabled veteran with serious medical problems caused from my time defending this great nation. No matter what NH does to me, I will continue to endure because I do not want this physical and mental harm to continue for these demented criminal few with power.
Ask why this letter in response to criminal government activity and wrongs has not been printed in the papers? Ask why the NH supreme court refuses to take a case last week that clearly stated criminal activity by NH judges and courts?

Words from a Terrorist 1.30-08
Written by P Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217 Terrorist
I laugh at the few people that write and tell me my letters do not belong on the Red Sox blog or others. This is the U.S. and free speech is the law. The only problem is people like Judge Peter Fauver violate intentionally the law to harm citizens they want to control. This makes Fauver a criminal protected by an elite NH society. We have checks and balances built into our system of government. What does the average no-name citizen do when these C&B’s fail. The courts and NH government declared me a terrorist and took my freedom to silence my free speech. I lost my freedom for 6 months before the bogus charges were dropped. The NH government has now become the master of it’s citizens and the State Police now protects this elite society. The news media censors my words in fear of this elite society‘s power. The NH U.S. congress woman has my VA medical stopped to take my health so the NH elite society can stop my free speech. The citizens of NH refuse to speak in my favor because of the power of the elite to single them or their families out next. The Federal government has left this 100% service connected disabled Veteran at the mercy of these criminal judges and trusted government officials.
You the citizens of the United States have no idea how lucky you are that I am willing to speak up. I continue to speak freely because the truth will win. I publicly state that Judge Fauver is a criminal making decisions on other people’s lives every day. I am not hate full or violent. I have for many years now publicly stated with in the guidelines of the law wrongs committed by NH judges and government officials. These trusted people have violated the Constitution to silence me.
The NH government is going to win over me. I have twice now lost my total vision only for a few seconds at a time with-in the past month. My dizzy-ness now effects my walking most of the time. I was on one of my daily walks in Portsmouth NH yesterday when I realize I had no idea what country that I was in. I continued to walk until my mind identified the area. I relive the face of the child that I killed in the Bush every day. My desire to die grows stronger every day because I feel no guilt for the inhuman things that I did while in the Marine Corps. I came back to the “World” with amnesia (from one of my three separate injuries) to a place that I do not belong. I love NH and the people in it. I will continue until I die because I believe even the Madbury family deserve equal treatment under the law. I laugh because if this is what NH can do to a 100% disabled Veteran the Granite state is just a stone throw distance from “TOTALITARIANISM” and you that kept silent will learn.

Bush needs to be trimmed. 1-26-08
Written by Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
How can the President of the U.S. be so naïve to think of making his proposed tax relief permanent. Bush has raised the national debt so high that many future generations are going to be paying. The U.S. is in deep finical trouble because of the self-fish, pad their own pockets elected officials in office. How can any elected official in their right mind vote to approve the President’s tax relief plan. Bill Clinton once had a plan to stop our over spending and to pay our national debt off by 2010. The Republican party used religion and blow jobs to elect the worst president the U.S. has ever had. The damage to the economy, military, public relation in other countries view of the U.S. is probably un-repairable. In the History of the U.S. we have never invaded another country to impose our beliefs, until Bush. We the voters of the U.S. are responsible because we voted for this president because of the fine job that his father did as President.
The people of the U.S. must come first. We give money to foreign nations and let U.S. citizens live below poverty. May be to make the world better our leaders should think about rebuilding our nation first. Maybe to make other nations stronger we should lead by building our own economy first. Once the leading nation in the world of jobs and products we now depend on countries that we give our tax dollars to as relief. Sending our children off to foreign soil to die for a President’s legacy at our own expense just does not make sense. We give our children’s lives and billions of our own tax dollars to interfere in a religious conflict of people that do not want us. To make the people of the U.S. aware that we invaded their country terrorist assault us on our own soil. We give higher education to children of other countries while leaving our children to beg. Should not our leaders think of the people of the U.S. first. These now educated foreign children become adults that inflict pain and suffering on U.S. citizens. We the people of the U.S. become second to the people that our leaders use to build their legacy.
Our children come home from fighting on foreign soil as Veterans in need of help. These children were exposed to and lived through situations that you that have never been there can conceive. Our elected officials publicly praise these Veterans and in secret meetings vote against helping them. Money (Tax dollars) are wasted on the elected officials pet projects leaving the Veterans disabled and homeless on the street. Our leaders will help foreign countries and their people but allow Veterans to be discriminated against by the people they kept safe. Veterans can’t afford to donate to the public officials pockets as do foreign counties. Why should these elected officials care about veterans we are now a leach on the budget and their pet projects.
Is there some way to change the destructive cycle? Maybe change is the only way to bring the U.S. back to “We the People”. Maybe it is time to abolish the political parties and have the popular vote of the people to decide our leaders. May be one naïve President in our history this nation can survive, but we as a nation are in deep trouble because of the past eight years.

To The President of the United States 1-26-07

To The President of the United States 1-26-07
Written by Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
A President that gives borrowed money as a tax rebate. Judges that commit crimes and get a slap on the writ. Elected officials that lie to the voters. Children that are sent off to evade another country to build a legacy for the commander and chief’s history. News papers that edit or censor the people’s opinion. A Constitution that has diminished to a worth less piece of paper. Veterans (our children) are allowed to die on the street homeless because we ignore the never ending effects of war. Political leaders that spend borrow money for (that increases the nation’s debt) wasteful pet projects.
We the people must speak up! But how? The majority of the people are afraid of offending the wrong person. Citizens, afraid to speak openly in fear, the small nest egg that they have build will be taken by lawyers defending the citizen from criminal judges and elected officials. Newspaper ethics now titer on the legal cost rather than the unbiased truth. A nation that was built on “We the People” is now a two part society. (the people with power and the rest of us) The courts have become so corrupt that the people have no faith in justice any more. Society discriminates against people that do not reach the norm. The police have build a club that respects the “Blue Wall” before the rights of the individual. Free speech is dominated by the people with power. Veterans needing and asking for help must meet unnecessary obstacles before care is allowed to be given. Veterans medical care is now used as a political weapon to silence the veterans words.
Does no one care? Do law bidden citizens now have to take up arms and abolish the Judges and Government officials and start a new society? Is it correct for the news to harm other’s character in the public eye to stop the people from exposing criminal judges and government officials. Can the news label this letter dangerous and hate full to justify the right to censor or edit the opinion of the people. The president is not only spending borrowed money. We the people have allowed the President to spend our Constitutional rights to the point we the people now owe the world our souls.

Homeless in the U.S. 1-25-08

Homeless in the U.S. 1-25-08
Written by Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
The hard times of winter are here. There are people living on the streets and under bridges because our government has failed. Should the average person complain or stay silent as not to be singled out by abusive government agents. These Gov. agents are not bad people but it is a natural act to harm those that correct what is perceived to be the right way. Gov. agents do not like to be told what to do. The people grant HUD and different Gov agencies public money to do a job. Is it possible to spend the money in a more efficient manner? Can we solve or control homelessness by using the money in a more practical manner? Should homeless people be allowed to tent on public land? Does the public realize that 25 percent of the homeless are disabled Veterans. Disabled because of where these hero’s have been and what they have seen. Can we ignore or limit the use of public land or money to help these people in hard times.
A few years back I volunteered at a Dover NH hospital. Once in a while, a homeless man, over weight, smelly and in poor health would come into the Coffee Shop. Summer or winter he always had an Army coat on. I volunteered almost every day at the coffee shop so when people came in that looked like they needed a friend I would sit and talk with them. Many times the coffee shop donated coffee unknowingly to aid in my desire to ease the pain or loneliness of others. Over the many years of volunteering I became sort of friends with this man. Many times I referred this man to people that I knew that need jobs done. Near the end of my volunteering at the coffee shop I learned this man was a Veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. He lost his family, friends and life after being unable to separate the returning memories from his attitude toward others. I had only seen his friendliest side in all the time that I knew him. The effects of agent orange, the memories of being a tunnel rat drove this man (Hero) to take his own life. The military, Veterans Administration, other government agencies and hospitals turned this bum (hero in disguise) away. The hard times combined with the loneliness of living on the street and the flash backs took this Hero home to the others that died in Vietnam.
I felt a bond to this man because the silent echo’s of war were silently living in my head. We had talked about many things but only a word or so here or there about the conflict. This child gave to become a Veteran for the safety of theUnited States, discrimination and the attitude of others toward homeless people killed this hero. If only 11% of the U.S. population serve in our military and 25% of the homeless are Veterans there is a good chance that lending a hand to the homeless is caring for some that gave his life for you.

Constitution in NH 1-24-08

Constitution in NH 1-24-08
Written by Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Will the leaders of the State of New Hampshire say “why did we not see this coming” when one takes up arms and abolishes the NH Supreme Court? Is not the primary function of the SC to see that no Constitutional rights of any one individual is violated by government actions. Clear discrimination on the part of the NH SC by their refusal to accept cases because of technical reasons when it is the people’s words. I am not a lawyer, I am a 100% disabled Veteran. I was injured three times during my tour. Twice is separate combat support missions. I volunteer my time to help a Madbury NH family with a zoning issue. We prove beyond any doubt discrimination and 28 other constitutional crimes by the Madbury NH selectmen and Judge Peter Fauver. The public is kept blinded to this criminal actions on the part of Judge Fauver by news media censorship. The NH governor and government have harmed my character in the public eye to enrage the public against my volunteer helping a Madbury family.
A disabled Rochester NH man goes to the hospitals and government agencies to seek help only to be denied help by acts of discrimination. The man takes control of the Hillary campaign headquarters and is now serving time in jail. How many innocent people, that asked for help are now incrassated so prosecutors or trusted officials can keep dominate control of the public. The news media has become a proper ganger agency to control the public opinion of people we the individual are obligated to honor and respect. A U.S. congress woman from NH stopped my VA medical to control my free speech. The police refuse to allow me to file a complaint against her. Why not? The NH SC protects the criminal acts of judges and other trusted government officials.
Does discrimination exist? Whom do people with out money or power full friends seek help from? When judges and government officials use illegal actions to control the people and the news censors the public what is left?
I came back to the “World” U.S. in 1974 a Marine that had no memory or ever living in the U.S. before. I have relived every day of my life deep in the bush of Thailand, Laos and Cambodia as an American Advisor on convoys. I am one of many Veterans that as a child gave to protect and defend the very document “Constitution” that the NH SC and government deny the people’s rights too. I volunteer to help people that I do not even know because it is the right thing to do. NH to protect the personal interest of select individuals violates in the most egregious, criminal manner (the supreme laws of this nation) and the United States takes a blind eye. I am a U.S. Marine with serious disabilities from defending this great nation. I will give my life before I allow so few to destroy what so many other Veteran’s gave their lives so ( the freedom of the safe silent majority) can continue to receive equal justice for all. I hope that the NH government and Judges hear (even with the censorship of the news media) my words. Is not the NH motto “Live Free or Die”
God Bless the United States of America.

A Police State in NH 1-23-08

A Police State in NH 1-23-08

Written by Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

The State of NH has become a place where the courts and police regulate our rights to fit their needs. In the LaBarre case a judge rules evidence obtained in an illegal search can be used at trial. In the Dilboy case Prosecutors allege something with no proof but the judge allows Dilboy’s character to be destroyed to inflame the jury. In the Dodd case the state with out proof alleges Dodd knowingly allowed frostbite to infest his feet to win an election. Prosecutors in the former state medical examiner case says she is faking illness to avoid trial. In the John Brooks murder for hire case the state uses isolation at the state prison Maximum-security to break the defendant. In Colebrook a few years back the state police harass a man because the cops girl friend is a judge that wants this mans property. In another northern NH town local police harass a resident that the police do not like until this man shoots the cop. The State now wants to make this public nuisances cop a hero. NH stops a disabled veterans medical care to stop this veterans free speech. Has the State of NH become a place of the elite and no bodies. Two separate society’s.

Our children become U.S. military Veterans to stop these very dictator type of government control in other countries. The idea to create a dictator type state is by slowly depleting the rights of the individual until total control is achieved. We have elected officials but only the rich or well connected can get elected. I am running for District 21 State of NH senate seat. Censorship by news media have stopped my past runs for public office. The news claims my letters hurt people with good records, as an excuse not to print them. Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal that violated the Constitution 29 or more times to intentionally harm U.S. citizens. The news prints false articles about me to harm my character in the public eye to protect people like Fauver. We have laws to protect the individual but when it is lawyers, judges and public officials using the system to harm individuals where does one go? The internet has allowed me to tell the people what is happening in NH. I write about NH because this is my state. This type of depletion of the individual’s rights is across the U.S. Disabled Veterans are being swept under the rug to allow law makers to waste tax money on useless pet projects.

I am a 100% service connected disabled United States Marine. I have been “in country” a conflict. I have seen life from both sides. I will bring NH back to a state of the people equally by exposing and stopping the power full Concord elite club from violating the Constitutional rights of the individual. I will speak with the people, and represent the people’s needs unwaveringly.

Many of our children over the years have died as Veterans giving their lives so the United States of America can survive as We the people. Let’s respect these hero’s and stop sweeping them under the rug. I speak for all Veterans when I say that we love the United States and we believe equal rights is for all unconditionally.

United States Believer 1-22-08

United States Believer 1-22-08
Written by Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
The People, The citizens, The individuals, are what our U.S. Military are fighting and given their innocents for. I read many newspapers each day only to be saddened by the lack of unbiased news. Useless stories of political games played with the peoples money, welfare, future and lives fill the news every day. Front page stories of the editors letter to his father weekly. Stories about a dog being mistreated. These newspapers complain of finical hardships, layoffs while allowing letters to the editor to go unprinted. Free news from the citizens about what is happening from the horses mouth. Free articles about news from the people, the citizens and the individuals that are our Country.
Stories written by U.S. military Veterans about Veteran’s. Stories of government wrongs to cover up judicial crimes. I write a letter every day about crimes in NH only to be censored by the news. Fox 25 news blog and others refuse to print my letters. I served our country and came home from the Vietnam Conflict 100% disabled. NH U.S. congress woman Shea-Porter used her influence to have my Veterans Medical stopped. NH put me in jail as a terrorist under the Patriot Act before dropping the bogus charges. I have violated no laws. Judge Peter Fauver committed 29 or more crimes against the state to harm a Madbury NH Family. He did these criminal acts to protect the Madbury selectmen using government powers to harm local residents. The NH governor and elected officials are intentionally violating the peoples rights to protect Judge Peter Fauver. No one can stop me from writing these letters because they are the truth and to confront me would mean public exposure. You would think that a news paper or blog would want to inform the people. My letters go public across the U.S. on Veterans Today, Veterans For Common Sense and others. I have made the truth public yet no one wants to stand beside me for the people, the citizens, the individual.
Discrimination in NH is out or control. Where does one go when it is elected officials, judges and the news media preventing the public from learning the truth. We have checks and balances to prevent these very criminals from committing these harm to the public welfare as is happening in NH. Where does one go when these criminals will use the medical care of a disabled Veteran to cover up Judge Peter Favor’s crimes against the peace and dignity of the States of New Hampshire. This is a public document you know if it was not true the State would be down on me with libel suits in a flash. I have been writing the truth since 1999 about this case. I am running for District 21 NH state senate seat. Will the news media refuse to inform the public about me as they did in the last election.
The State of NH has harmed my family, taken my freedom, destroyed my economics, and much more but I continue. I continue because I watched good men die to protect and defend our Constitution. No matter what the State of New Hampshire does to me I will not let what Veteran’s across the history of the U.S. gave be in vain. I will proudly stand for the People, Citizens and Individual no matter what the consequences.

People want to help. 1-22-07

People want to help. 1-22-07
Written by Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
People ask me all the time how can we help? I have gotten my self into this mess by volunteering to help a Madbury NH family back in 1999. I am proud of all my actions. I have not broken the law or threatened any one. I have on the other hand stood with out bending for the Constitutional rights of every U.S. citizen. The State of New Hampshire has taken my freedom, harassed my family, depleted my economic situation stopped my VA medical for service connected injuries, and much more but you the citizens are more important to me than hardships. Our U.S. military Veteran’s have given their lives for this freedom and I will not allow a few (whom power went to their heads) make these Veteran’s sacrifice in vain. I tell you if you want to help speak up. Let the U.S. know what NH is doing to disabled Veterans.
We have become a nation where the best liar gets elected to public office. We are in a time where people with the most money can manipulate the election process to control the people’s knowledge of the candidates. We are in a time where we the people have to decide if our nation is divided in two classes of people. The rich, well respected and the others. The U.S. now sends our military to evade countries with internal conflicts. The U.S. now gives money to aid countries even though it is borrowed money that places U.S. citizens in poverty. We are the strongest nation in the world that is being depleted by elected officials using the people’s rights to build a legacy of themselves. To lye and steel from the American people is wrong.
NH Governor Lynch charged me money to speak with him. He took my money and refused to meet. This is not ethical and it is against the law. Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal that violates the Constitution at his will. The state police harass people as a scare tactic of judges and the powerful. I have volunteered every day since I came “Back to the world” U.S. in 1974. These trusted Government officials and judges do not like what I have to say. These trusted officials are afraid of being exposed as the criminals that they are. I am not hate full or revenge full, what I am is a United States citizen exercising my right to free speech. Two of my disabilities came from combat support missions. We have become a nation where liars that are elected become bullies against people they can not control.
You would think the news media that I question their ethics through alternate communication means would wake up. Unbiased reporting is no longer a part of the news media. The news media has become bullies as the lairs that we elect to public office.
If you the people of the United States want to help speak up. You will be helping yourself and future generations to bring back the nation our forefathers started for us all.

A Veteran for homeless Veterans 1-21-08

A Veteran for homeless Veterans 1-21-08
Written By Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls Rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
I want to Thank Marty Capodice of the NHES for the “Stand Down” to help homeless Veterans. I also want to thank Staff Sgt Barbara-Lee Valente for her part to help homeless Veterans. I believe that there should be no homeless people in the United States but that is my dream. Veterans on the other hand that are drug addicts, alcoholics or criminals locked in a cage because they violated the law may be home less or become homeless. To recognize the needs of Veterans this help is a start. Veterans (not all) but a good part, I bet are homeless because of where they have been and lived through. I can repeat that the effects of being “in country” have a lasting effect on all Veterans. Some learn to live with it by deferment or denial. Others keep the silent enemy of the echoes of war deep in silent memory to protect the loved ones around them from learning the weaknesses of a Veteran. Some become lost in the “world” that they came home to, because they no longer can conceive the realities of a civilized society. Some Veterans came home to be denied or ignored by elected officials that would rather place the cost of help for veterans into other pet projects to build a legacy in the public eye. People like Marty and Barbara-Lee should be thanked and you have it from my heart.
Censorship by newspapers and news media is the worst crime of all. Since the internet people have been learning the untold story. There are many untold stories. I do not know if the news is just afraid of being sued or believes protecting the character of public officials with power is more important. Veterans gave their lives for this nation (U.S.) yet the news censors the cruel irony that created these Veterans into what they have become to protect society. The blind eye of society structured by the protection of the public from the truth that is socially unacceptable (censorship) allowed veterans to become hero’s with no aid to bring them back into society. I am no hero but I am one of those Veterans. The State of NH has tormented, harassed and tortured me for the sole attempt to silence my exposing elected officials that committed crimes. News censorship has allowed these crimes to continue.
I am not home less but I have stated and asked for help many times. The NH Government and Veterans Administration have stopped and interfered with my medical and other to silence my free speech. You have no idea the world that my mind lives in just trying to fit into a society that I do not belong. Reality is that we need someone in the State of New Hampshire senate to bring what is happening out to the public. We need someone who will stand up for every individual with out bending. I ask for you to speak up so that I can publicly state my case and make NH realize Veterans are the silent hero’s that need help also. I came back 100% disabled. Two of my three injuries were received in separate combat support missions.

Is Killing the solution? 1-20-08

Is Killing the solution? 1-20-08
Written by Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Veteran’s learn how to Kill as children. The hard cruel experience gained by practice in the field makes the task of killing emotionless. We are no longer children returning home. Brain washed machines that followed orders through the echoes of war are created. Heartless sons of Bitches that are dropped into a society that no longer accepts these children as their own. We attempt to cast aside the survival tactics drilled deep into our brains and return to the life that only exists in unfocused memory. Some achieve the false image of normal existence only to be cautioned by returning visions. Some are cast aside as homeless, drug addicts or just alcoholics. Other Veteran’s that unknowing act on the unfocused memory with the echoes of war survival tactics are doomed in a cage called prison for the eternal future. We defend a society that can no longer accept or under stand that returning Veterans are beyond the medical capability of people that have never been there.
I left the U.S. in 1970 as a Marine PFC with no memory at all because of a Traumatic Brain Injury from a car accident. An Admin error sent me to live a life where no person should ever go. I lived in conditions and learned how to do things that would make a rat puke. I learned that I was doing all this for a nation (U.S.) that I had no memory of. I became a Sgt in charge of other men that used these human beings as machines to complete missions in disregard of life it self. I killed with a bayonet a child deep in the bush to escape and retrieve my M-16. I came back to the Round eyed country (U.S.) believing that I was going to paradise. I got off the plane to be spit on and called a baby killer. I came to NH to have people that called themselves my friend use me. I was lost for over 5 years before one day I realized that I was no longer in country (Marine Corps). I left the U.S. a proud Marine and came home a lost rat.
I started volunteering over 1000hours per year as a way to justify coming home alive when better than me gave every thing. I started college as a way to learn what others called normal. I started dating round eyed girls because that is what other Marines called experience. I volunteer across NH helping people every day, disabled children, depressed adults, homeless, people starting business that could not afford to pay help, the courts and government and to this day I continue to help others.
The State of New Hampshire has labeled me a Terrorist under the Patriot act. I will not be violent so the State continues to destroy me in the public. The News has censored the truth because I am a Veteran that should never have come home. I relive the echoes of war every day and wonder why I came back to paradise?

Written by Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Pearle Harbor was because we as a nation had become so complacent with our freedom our leaders ignored the warning signs. Is this what is happening today. We have a President that wants to cut taxes and spent more money by raising the national debt. We have police that place the blue code of protecting fellow officers before the safety of the public. We have a Veterans Administration that plays politics with returning war veterans lives. Newspaper ethics are no longer to print the unbiased truth. Individual rights guaranteed in the Constitution are at the distribution of judges, police and elected officials. I am a 100% disabled Veteran from the Vietnam Conflict. If I can file a legal document such as this with the NH Supreme Court the facts must be the truth and nothing but the truth. Pearle Harbor was a warning sign, don’t miss it again.

Plaintiff-Pro se
Vs
State of New Hampshire, Governor of NH John Lynch, NH U.S. Congress woman Carol Shea-Porter, NH Veteran’s Hospital Director of medical care Mark Levenston, Union Leader Newspaper, Foster’s Daily Democrat Newspaper and the New Hampshire Supreme court.
NOW COMES; Peter Macdonald of 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217 Pro Se by way of The American with disabilities act, NH Constitution Part First, The U.S. Constitution, all (NH and U.S.) RSA’S and laws including U.S. code 18 section 4 and title 10 section 333, I do file this complaint, of legal and Constitutional crimes (Violations) of the Peoples Rights with intent to cause harm to NH and U.S. legal born residents for the purpose to protect a special class of society by way of harm to all others. by the above mentioned defendants in this case. I Peter Macdonald 120% disabled service connected by way of 3 injuries at separate times during my tour 70-74 in the United States Marine Corps. Two injuries came in separate combat support missions. I have since 1999 volunteered to help a Madbury NH family stop criminal acts committed by the Madbury selectmen and Judge Peter Fauver against the peace and dignity of the State of NH. I have followed proper procedure set by the NH and U.S. constitution. All means of redress of grievances has failed.
1. The NH Supreme court did decline to hear case 2003-0477 which did state and document constitutional crimes with intent to harm legal born NH and U.S. residents by NH judge Peter Fauver and the Town of Madbury selectmen. Judge Fauver and the Madbury selectmen did commit 29 or more Constitutional crimes to harm individuals against the peace and dignity of the State of New Hampshire
2. The NH State Police did harass and intimidate Peter Macdonald’s family at home and work with the authority of the NH governor to stop Peter Macdonald and case 2003-0477.
3. Governor John Lynch did sell for $200.00, 30 minutes unrestricted governors time to explain this case 2003-0477. The governor refused to meet after I paid. It is a constitutional crime to make NH registered voters pay money to elected officials to speak with them. It is a crime for any elected official to harm any U.S. citizen.
4. That the NH Union Leader and Fosters Daily Democrat refused to print letters to the editor complaining of government crimes. This is in violation of the special protection granted news media to stop government and judicial wrongs as so stated in this case.
5. That the newly elected U.S. NH Congress woman Carol Shear-Porter did invite me to her victory party. I handed her a letter to the editor that I wrote. She did not like my words so she filed a false complaint with the Dover Police. I was arrested and interrogated for over 3 hours before the police ruled the letter was just a letter. Shea-Porter then contacted Dr Biswas of the NH Veterans hospital to have me committed to a nut house to stop my letter. I was chained and shackled by the Lee NH police and taken to the Wentworth Douglas hospital. Dr. Biswas order was determined to be with out merit by the Wentworth Douglas Hospital. The VA is now forcing my family to pay the medical costs to inflict harm on me and my family. When all these criminal acts failed Shea-Porter had my VA medical for service connected injuries stopped. I am a 100% service connected disabled veteran. NH Veteran’s medical care Director Mark Levenston inflicted pain and suffering on a disabled veteran for the illegal, criminally demented satisfaction of a U.S. NH congress woman to stop me from exercising my constitutional rights of exposing wrongs in government.
6. NH Judges and government officials used an individuals freedom as a weapon to silence free speech that exposed criminal wrongs by government and judicial officials by placing me (the plaintiff in this case) in jail under the Patriot Act as a terrorist. I lost my freedom for 6 months before the bogus charges were dropped. To deprive the individual freedom as a weapon constitutes a crime of the highest magnitude. The economic and emotional effects of these criminal acts placed on the Plaintiff in this case is a crime in it self. For Judges and government officials to miss use government powers to inflict such harm on the individual is a crime. For judges and government officials to use the individuals freedom to stop a legal born U.S. citizen that is a 100% disabled U.S. Marine from exposing criminal acts committed by the Madbury NH selectmen and Judge Peter Fauver can not be allowed to exist. The reason Part First of the NH Constitution is Part First is because of the importance the creators of said Constitution placed in this document.
WHEREFORE: I have stated criminal violations of every article of Part First of the NH Constitution by the said mentioned above defendants in this case. You the NH SC and the news media have aided criminals by your discrimination against (me) a disabled Veteran for the protection of others (mainly your small group of elite individuals) above mentioned defendants in this case. The Government and news media have knowingly harmed my character in the public eye (in violation of the NH Constitution Part First) to stop the wrongs in government and judicial branch being exposed to protect said elite special class of society. The NH Supreme Court in direct violation of the law and ethics code did refuse to hear case 2003-0477 because it questioned the integrity of the NH Judicial system. The sole purpose of the NHSC is to protect the Constitutional rights guaranteed to every NH Resident equally.
I demand that the NH supreme court hold a public hearing so this 100% disabled Veteran can state and document said statements as the Government is the servant of the people not the Master. NH constitution part first article 10 right to revolution. Death and destruction should not be necessary in a civilized society to correct the wrongs in government.

This is a public document filed with the NH Supreme Court. The court has publicly stated that the Public perception of the court is the most important aspect of their existence. I have publicly made this document by way of e-mail to over 1000 newspapers, blogs and others. I so certify that this is my signature and that the facts contained in this document are true. The only way to demonstrate to the public that the Rights of the people are more important than a special group protected by the court is to make this case public. Hold a public hearing.
