Do the judges and elected officials believe that the people will never hear my words. To intentionally stop a (disabled service connected 100%) Veteran’s medical care for political self gain is against the law. To stop any ones medical care for any reason, especially to harm that person is a morale as well as legal crime. The news media and others call the VA to ask if my medical was stopped and the answer is “Mr. Macdonald has a head injury so he dreams up a these stories”. They are right, I do have a head injury.
I do not remember any part of my life before my head injury when I first jointed the Marine Corps. I met my mother , father, sister and brothers after I returned from a 31 month overseas tour. I can be fine on most days but sometimes I do not remember my wife, kids, whom I am or where I am. Then I am fine again. I broke my back during a Vietnam Offensive. I was blown off a runway during another Vietnam offensive and lost most of my hearing in both ears. This past year I was diagnosed with PTSD because I every day since I returned in 74 have flash backs to my first kill. The newspapers believe the opinion of a disabled Veteran should not be published. The VA to cover up this crime has reinstated my medical care on a limited, substandard, token visits just to claim that I do get care. My head injury is service connected. For the VA or NH government to use my medical care as a weapon for any reason other than the benefit of the veteran constitutes a crime. I volunteer every day since I returned to this country from the Vietnam conflict to help others. I have violated no law. The NH government, law enforcement and elected officials have violated the law to stop my exposing Judge Peter Fauver’s criminal violations of the Constitution to intentionally harm a Madbury NH family.
This letter contains some serious charges by a 100% disabled U.S. Marine. Letters to the Editor written by a disabled veteran whom wishes to expose in his opinion to the public criminal judges and others should not be edited or censored. The U.S. currently treats disabled Veterans as second class citizens weather you the public wish to believe it or not. If the VA or NH government does not like a disabled Veteran they can stop his medical care and cover it up because the news will disregard the story.

Judge Peter Fauver has violated the Constitution in a criminal manner to intentionally harm U.S. citizens. This man wears the Robe of Justice yet he is a criminal. The Madbury NH selectmen used government powers to seek revenge on a local family and Fauver used the power of the judicial branch of government to cover up these crimes. The newspapers claim liability problems with my opinion letters so they refuse to print them. I have presented a case to the NH supreme court detailing these very crimes, there is no question of liability, Fauver violated the law. The NH Supreme court refused to hear this case probability because Fauver made this high school drop out an attorney under a little use NH law. The case we presented in Fauver’s court and to the NH supreme court proved beyond any doubt the Madbury NH selectmen use the trusted government powers to harm Madbury Residents for personal revenge. The NH government to protect Fauver declared me a terrorist under the Patriot Act. U.S NH congresswoman uses her influence to have a VA Dr Biswas use my service connected disabilities to take my freedom to stop my letters. The VA at 275 chestnut St Manch. NH stops my medical care to stop my letters. Even though I told the VA suicide hotline to stop calling and harassing my family, they call every day. Now the VA has the local police do safety checks just to harass my family. The Dover police arrest me on false charges, claimed by a NH congresswoman, yet refuse to charge her. The State Police harass my family at work and home. Now Fauver has the Strafford county sheriff’s office harassing me. I volunteer my time every day to help others. I have violated no laws. I have for over 30 years lived 100% disabled from my 3 disabling injuries that I received while serving in the Marine Corps. Now last year the VA diagnosed me with PTSD because of my flash back every day (for over 30 years) of my time as an American Advisor on convoys.
The newspapers would rather protect a criminal judge than some one that gave his life for the United States of America. Newspapers were given Constitutional protection because the people’s opinion was a checks and balance to stopping government wrongs. The unbiased truth can now be found on the internet. This is why newspapers are now recognized for their biased reporting. Does any newspaper dare tell the citizens of the U.S. that the State of NH harms a disabled veteran to protect a criminal judge.

Another newspaper in NH is closing an office and having lay off’s. People always wait until it is to late and then say “why did we not see it happening”. Newspapers edit the people’s opinion or just refuse to print it saying “it hurts people with good reputations”. The people being able to tell others by way of the newspaper is a checks and balance against these government workers with good reputations from committing wrongs that harm citizens protected by the Constitution. Newspaper’s got the mistaken belief that they are a private business that can do as it wants. The Editor’s forgot that advertisers want readers and if the readers see no ethical responsibility in the newspapers reporting they will not buy. This is the people’s way of allowing a private business to die because they just could not see the writing on the wall. This is what is happening in NH. The internet is allowing letters, unedited to be published to inform the people of the U.S. of wrongs being committed by government officials with good reputations.
More people read my letters across the U.S. than any local newspaper in NH has readers. People like my letters because they are factual and truthful. Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal because he knowingly violated the Constitution 29 or more times to intentionally harm Madbury NH residents. Fauver’s purpose was to cover up the Madbury selectmen’s criminal acts. Fauver made this high school drop out an attorney to represent this family to attempt to use legal wrongs to put me in jail. I proved the case beyond any doubt and Fauver stilled ruled against this family. The NH Supreme court refused to hear a case presented by a high school drop out. People want to know about the wrongs in government because this happens to, too many people. Newspapers refusing to print the truth because the editor dislikes the individual writer deprives the readers of the facts. The news must be printed no matter whom it exposes.
The news has allowed NH government officials, judges and VA benefits to be used to harm this 100% disabled veteran (high school drop out) to stop my letters to the editor. Government reprisal to stop me from telling the world Judge Fauver is a criminal and needs to be removed from the Bench is a crime. Now the VA is using the Suicide hotline to harass me into committing suicide. If the Government can not stop me with criminal acts they will kill me with suicide to stop the public from learning the truth. I came home from the Vietnam Conflict 100% disabled to a world that I do not belong. I tell the VA and NH government if I die it will be to late for me but I bet then the news will start asking why they did not see the writing on the wall.
To use the health care of a 100% disabled Veteran as reprisal to stop letters exposing government wrongs constitutes malice and an unspeakable crime. Help me stop all Veterans from being mistreated.

The memories never go away no matter how much you want them to. I ask what do you do when you come back from fighting for your country and the Governor of NH refuses to speak to you? The Veteran’s Admin asks you to commit suicide. The Boston Globe sends you email telling you to commit suicide. The VA uses the Suicide Hotline to cause you to commit suicide. The Strafford County Sheriff’s deputies harass you into a mental break down. The state police harass your family attempting to make you violent so they can extinguish you. The local police refuse to help you because of the blue wall. The newspapers harm your character to make the public dislike you. A head injury from my time in the Marine Corps left me with no memory of any part of my life before I joined the MC. I was injured twice more during separate combat offensives in my 31 month over seas tour. I re-live my first kill every day since I returned. The VA to stop my letters stopped my VA medical. The NH government puts me in jail with out any reason other than to intimidate me. My memory of living in different countries in less than conditions fit for a pig never go away.
I can document every criminal act inflicted on my family and I to stop my exposing Judge Peter Fauver for criminal acts against the peace and dignity of the state of NH. Is the newspapers printing the opinion of the people to much to ask? Is judge Fauver so important to the special class of society that they will diminish the constitutional rights of the people to protect Fauver? Have we become such a selfish society that when a 100% disabled United States Marine volunteers his time to help a Madbury NH family no one will step forward. I have violated no laws and I will not. My country comes first. You may not believe what I have stated in this letter to the editor. The Truth is sometimes hard to accept. We have good people in government they are just over shadowed by the words of some greedy officials You the citizens of the United States that have never been to war, I hope some day that you earn the right to stand beside a U.S. military Veteran. The VA Suicide Hot Line called me again yesterday. The Veteran’s Admin office at 275 Chestnut St Manch NH is promoting that I commit suicide to stop my letters to the editor. The Boston Globe sent me Emails telling me to commit suicide. Yet they will not print my response to their criminal asks. I am a 100% disabled Veteran. I have three separate disabilities. Two are from separate Combat support missions. I suffer from the recurring echoes of war (night mares) every day since I returned in 74. I did eight convoys across Thailand, Laos and Cambodia delivering surplus supplies to friendly camps as an American Advisor. U.S. NH Congress woman uses the VA Dr Biswas to file commitment orders with out merit to have me put in the nut house to stop my letters. When this does not work she files false police complaints, yet the police refuse to charge her. Then to stop my letters the VA stops my medical care for service injuries. These are crimes of the highest magnitude. The harassment continues because I refuse to stop my letters exposing wrongs in government .
Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal that needs to be removed from the bench. Judge Fauver violated the constitution to intentionally harm Madbury NH residents in his demented efforts to cover up the Madbury selectmen’s crimes. The NH supreme court refused to hear the case presented by a high school drop out. Can you imagine my putting all this in writing and mailing it to newspapers, government officials, judges and over one thousand others.
These criminal judges and government officials can not stop me legally. They use the Suicide hot line and other criminal acts to attempt to scare me, harm my family, deplete my money and more. The newspapers tell me in writing to commit suicide to stop my letters. I am an American Citizen expressing my opinion. The United States is built on U.S. military personal giving their lives for the right to expose the wrongs in government in letters to the editor with out fear of government reprisal. The newspapers have the Ethical responsibly to print the Opinion of the readers especially when it is in response to the newspaper telling a 100% disabled Veteran to commit suicide. I spent yesterday in serious pain and at times disorientated to life around me because of my service to this country’s disabilities. Do you not think suicide was not appealing. The Government wants it, the newspapers order me to do it, the VA suicide hotline harasses me to mentally cause me to do it and the public is censored from any knowledge of what is happening to a U.S. Marine that gave his child hood at 17 and his life to a country blinded to the wrongs being committed by the people we trusted. I will continue because it is the responsibility of every citizen to expose people like Fauver and the others. I owe those Veterans over the history of the U.S. the respect not to give up until the wrongs are corrected.

I have but one life to give to my country, Bush will take it. Is this not the truth that our President has killed over 4000 U.S. military to create a legacy for himself? We the people elect these criminals and trust them with our country’s future. These people are motivated by greed and power and we are trapped because it takes a lot of money to get elected. You also need to belong to the right political club and strong influence to have a chance. Justice, what justice, there is none. If you speak out the police or prosecutors will manipulate the system to take your freedom and money. They will destroy your life because you did not think and speak what they wanted. The newspapers will dismantle your character in the public eye not by printing lies but by printing the truth so it appears that you are a bad person. A jury of your pears is a joke. When the judge is biased and believes the prosecutors must be allowed to present false images to lead the jury to decide the case on character rather than truth. Our President uses our U.S. military’s Lives as currency to buy his way into history. I have violated no laws and I am not an angry person. I believe so much in the United States I will stand up as a U.S. Marine and speak the truth openly and with out fear.
The newspapers are so biased that they allow the Veterans Administration to stop my VA medical care to stop my writing letters to the editor. The courts are so biased they take my freedom for six months under the Patriot act declaring me a terrorist to stop my letters. NH’s U.S. congresswoman files false police complaints to stop my letters. The local police refuse to allow me to file a complaint. The state, local and county law enforcers harass my family at work and home. The NH supreme court refuses to hear a case presented by a high school drop out that exposes Judge Peter Fauver’s criminal violations of the Constitution to intentionally harm NH Residents. The VA uses the Suicide hotline to harass my wife and I. The VA in Manch. NH and the Boston globe tell me to commit suicide to stop my letters. The Boston Globe puts the suicide wish in writing by e-mail to me.
The truth does not matter any more. Newspapers are a private business and print only what they want you to know. Veterans unless they fill a political need are cast aside to prevent costs from taking away from elected officials pet projects. McCain is mocked by a cartoon in a local paper. Years ago Kerry was mocked for combat injuries because it was with in the first thirty days “in country” and the wounds were minor. Have you ever been shot at or had a mortar go off with in 100 yards of you? I spent under 30 hours in Vietnam and I can tell you, living through an attack once is enough. I was TAD to some remote U.S. camp to repair landing gear. I was flown in and out but the memory is ever lasting. I was stationed in Thailand and did 8 convoys across Thailand, Laos and Cambodia delivering surplus supplies to friendly camps as an American advisor. Have you ever been the only American deep in the jungle on convoy as a child. Have you ever been taken from a friendly village you stopped for the night at by the enemy? Have you ever killed with a bayonet to get your weapon back and escape? Have you ever been spit on, when returning from defending your country and called a baby killer by the very people you gave your life for? Have you ever been to h-ell and back to returned to a nation that you do not belong? A Veteran only asks respect for what we have done. You mock us with one hand and claim to be proud of us and want to recognize what we (that was lucky enough to return) are going through today.
I came back from my tour 100% disabled. I was injured three times, twice in separate combat support missions. You don’t care that a U.S. congresswoman from NH filed false police complains against me and the police refuse to allow me to complain. Does it matter Black or White. Judge Peter Fauver, the NH gov and the Veterans admin must be worried about the number of people reading my letters. I send out thousands of copies every day. Judges, public officials, newspapers even to hundreds of ordinary people and my readership is growing as I write every day. People across the U.S. and Canada call, write or email me with gut wrenching facts of government discrimination or just plain criminal acts against individuals. I may be a 100% disabled U.S. Marine with serious pain and discomfort but I continue because we the people and the U.S. must be protected against power hungry, greedy, self rigorous, criminals like Judge Fauver and the others that violate the Constitution. I have violated no laws but they have.
The Boston Globe and the Veteran’s Admin advocate that I commit suicide as soon as possible. Publicly newspapers and the Gov advocate a program to help U.S. military and returning Veterans reduce the need for such action. These are people that most likely never indiscriminately kill others or lived in the most uncivilized degrading conditions not even imaginable to such socially high priced individuals. The newspapers will grant themselves awards for coverage not with standing the fact censorship of the peoples opinion has allowed returning U.S. military Veterans to be discriminated against and criminally harmed by gov officials and these very same newspapers. I am dead already. I died along time ago when I committed my first kill. I learned the day that I stepped off the plane in San Frisco and some girl spit on me and called me a baby killer that I came back to a world that I did not belong. I continue no matter what because if we do not try to make the U.S. better future generations will loose everything.
For the news and gov to know that the VA stopped a 100% disabled veterans medical in an effort to stop my letters to the editor and they cover it up, something is wrong. For the VA and the Boston Globe to advocate that a Veteran commit suicide rather than expose to the public criminal acts by judge Fauver and the NH judicial branch must mean they are looking for another award from the socially elite society.

The VA inspector general at 275 chestnut St Manchester NH tells me that suicide would be a good way to stop my letters to the editor. Now in writing a Boston Globe reporter encourages suicide. I doubt that the Globe or any other newspapers will print this response. You see the truth no longer matters. Reporters no longer report the news only what will sell the papers true or not. Ethics no longer is a moral or professional factor to live by. A globe reporter puts it in writing.
I publicly state Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal that violates the law and constitution to intentionally harm U.S. residents. Fauver has legal recourse if he does not like the truth. The facts are in the NH supreme court records. To take legal recourse against me would be to inform the public of the truth, something the news and government have been covering up. The NHSC refused to hear the case because it questioned the integrity of the NH legal system. When intimidation by the STATE, LOCAL AND COUNTY police did not work, I was lost my freedom for six months. The VA stopped my VA medical for injuries received during combat support missions as a weapon to stop me.
The news and government officials report that I am paranoid and a mental case. I am 100% disabled. I was injured three separate times during my tour in the U.S. Marine Corps. I have been helping this Madbury NH family since 1999. I have violated no laws in that time. To stop me Judges, government officials and the Veterans Administration have violated the Laws many times over. Now the Boston Globe along with the Veterans Administration at 275 chestnut ST Manchester promotes that a Veteran commit suicide yet newspapers and government officials spear head a campaign to reduce Veterans suicide.
You the American people just do not get it. I live with what I have done for your freedom every day. I see the face of my first kill as he dropped to the ground life less. The hard part is that I feel no guilt or shame. My only regret is that the people I did it for inform me since I returned and was spit on at the SF airport in 1974 that I am a baby killer. Maybe it is not you the American people maybe this Marine should have died and never came back.

You use 11% of our children because that is the only foolish ones that join the military in the believe they are protecting and defending our Constitution. We come home from a war and you discard us like trash until it becomes some elected officials need to sway some voters opinion. I have violated no laws even though government officials have harmed my character in direct violation of our constitution to make the majority of the public believe I am nuts and a criminal. Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal that openly violates the Constitution to harm a Madbury family. Fauver believes covering up the criminal acts of the Madbury selectmen is worth destroying a nation for. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case presented by a high school drop out. Members of the Bar Association refuse to represent someone that accuses a judge of a crime. I volunteer to help this family from Madbury and the system that pledges to serve the people violates the Constitution intentionally to protect a few select government criminals. I came home 100% disabled. I have dreamed many times of committing suicide. I have come close more than once. I had to learn to live in a country that killing was not an every day thing. I had to learn to live in a civilized society that I did not belong in. The dream of someone with TBI turned into a night mare. I came home to H-ell.
The Veteran’s Dept stopped my VA medical to stop my letter to the editor about a NH Congress woman. The NH Inspector General from the VA uses my health as a weapon against me. The VA does not care as long as the case can be made to look like I am crazy and a criminal. I am a 100% disabled United States Marine that has violated no laws. The New Hampshire Governor does not believe I am good enough to talk with. The Newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters because my letters harm people with good character. Judge Fauver is a criminal and so are these other self promoting government officials using government powers to harm a disabled Veteran. Do you want to know why we commit suicide? We did things and lived a life in sub human conditions that the echoes of war tell us were wrong and you the nation we love turn your backs on us. Violence in the U.S. is the only way to have elected officials hear what the people are saying. NH and VA officials violate the law to harm a 100% disabled Veteran. Judge Peter Fauver violates the Constitution 29 or more times to harm a Madbury NH family to cover up the Madbury selectmen’s crimes. The VA stops my medical care for injuries received during my tour in the Marine Corps. Two of my three disabilities are combat related. The State, county and local police harass my family at work and home. The NH Congresswoman files false police reports to stop my letters to the editor. The newspapers censor the truth. The NH blogs block my letters because they are not community sensitive. Discrimination by the Supreme Court and every legal, medical government checks and balance is instituted to stop me. I have not and will not be violent.
The news today is mostly about the 5 year war in Iraq. The NH congress woman whom harmed this veteran is over their for political gain. You talk and make a big hoopla in the newspapers about veterans today but fail to recognize what is happening. I wrote a letter yesterday about U.S. military Veterans. The opinion of a Veteran is no longer eligible for print. Why are we fighting on foreign soil? It does not make sense. We knowingly kill over 4 thousand of our children and disabled many more so a president that refused to fight has a legacy. Many of these children that are lucky enough to come home a veteran will be treated as trash by you the very people that bogusly boost about these children today.
You are right! there are many things wrong with me. I got every disability from my time in service to you. I live every day in pain and mental echoes of war fighting to get out of my head. I live by your rules trying to fit in a place “The World” U.S. that I do not belong. You allow the VA, NH government and courts to violate the law and my opinion letters are censored. These children fighting in Iraq today are the veterans of yesterday that came home to be put in the trash until a NH congresswoman needed some political leverage. These children commit suicide because of what they do and see. I talk about suicide and you have no idea how close it is. I am not looking for your pity or do I want any thing from you. This is your country too. We can make it better for all or allow the few greedy, power hungry to administer what rights they believe some one deserves at their leisure. Our children join our military to protect and defend Our Nation. Some of these children live a horror that will echo in their minds until they die. Many will return with mental and physical disabilities noticeable to the common person. Other Veterans will have the echoes of combat cooking in their heads camouflaged by the joy of being back in the “World” U.S. A happy child with potential to live a successful happy life, joined the military and returns a different person. Relationships fail, jobs become unsteady as the echoes begin to return. Many veterans become homeless on the street or behind the back conversations of friends (that never served) about the potential that was wasted. The echoes of war that someone whom never lived could possibility conceive grow with time.
I talk about this because of a news story in a mid west town that has sent 15 children off to Afghanistan and Iraq. This one mother describes how she never under stood the feelings until it was her three boys over their. 89% of the U.S. population never joins our military. The children that do join, come home to be ignored or treated as trash because of the physical and mental disabilities society refuses to recognize. Elected officials use the Veteran’s story during election time only to change priorities once elected. Families cheer the Veteran during the Veteran’s day parade only to turn their head and walk past a homeless Veteran dieing on the street. When the news hits your home and it is your child returning the Veteran is not trash. Over time you become discouraged by the uncaring response from the Veterans administration and elected officials. Society now treats your loved one as trash and you try to shout. Many Veterans die with no loved ones to shout for them. These are the children that went off to war for your safety.
I speak because I am a 100% disabled Veteran. Two of my three disabilities are combat related. I did eight convoys across Thailand, Laos and Cambodia delivering surplus supplies to friendly camps as an American Advisor. I am not good enough for the NH governor to hear my grievances. The VA stopped my medical care in an effort to stop my letters to the editor about a U.S. congresswoman from NH. The state, county and local police harass my family at work and home. I have lived with the echoes of war since 1974. I volunteer to help others every day as a selfish way to believe that I belong back here in the “World” U.S. The newspapers censor my letters as to imply why speak about the trash or let the trash speak. I came back to the “World” U.S. believing that I was coming to a better place. You say that society want to understand why returning U.S. military commit suicide but you fail to recognize that we do not belong back here. We came back to a nation that wants to use a Veteran’s story and fails to recognize the echoes raging in the Veteran’s head. Veterans with physical and mental disabilities are givien no care or substandard care camouflaged by an administration that would build a bigger hospital rather than treat those Veterans in need. For those few that ask me to stop writing my letters every day. You say that I keep repeating information. You say that my letters harm people with good reputations. My letters are posted on goggles and many blogs. My letters are the most read every place that they are printed. My letters document how Judge Peter Fauver violated the law intentionally to harm a Madbury family. Judge Fauver is a criminal that by the articles of our NH constitution must be removed. The majority of the people reading my letters do not say anything but the facts are being spread. Ask your self why the news papers have not printed my letters. The newspaper’s complain about dwindling readers and profits yet they still refuse to print the unedited letters to the editor of a 100% disabled U.S. Marine. The newspapers can not claim liability questions because they are printed all over.
Fauver intentionally used the power of the court to protect the criminal acts of the Madbury selectmen. These trusted elected officials used government powers for revenge against a Madbury family that one of the selectmen did not like. Is this what NH has become a place where citizens have to be aware of government dominance. The NH Supreme court refused to hear the case. We can not trust the courts, elected officials, or news. Where does the no body citizen go?
The newspapers print favorable letters about Shea-Porter U.S. congresswoman from NH but refuse to print mine. NH has put me in jail as a terrorist to stop me. The State and local police along with the Sheriff harass my family at work and home. Shea-Porter criminally violates the law to harm me and the law refuses to allow me to file a complaint. She uses her political powers to have my U.S. military disabilities used to take my freedom. The NH VA inspector general stops my VA medical to stay on the good side of Shea-Porter. The newspapers refuse to print my letters exposing Carol for her criminal acts. All ethic panels refuse to help. I volunteer my time to help this family and NH and the VA use my health care to stop me.
For those few, my heart goes out to you. You can ask me to stop writing my letters but Judge Peter Fauver violated the constitution many times over to harm this Madbury family and (as a volunteer) it is our obligation to stop him. Violence is not the answer in a civilized society. This is why the opinion letters of all citizens should be printed unedited. I volunteer my time every day to helping others. I have volunteered this way since I came back to the “World” U.S. in 74. I ask nothing in return, not even your pity. The State of New Hampshire to cover up Judge Peter Fauver’s criminal activity has allowed a Madbury NH family to be harmed. The Madbury NH selectmen used their trusted government positions to seek revenge on this family by spot zoning their property. Judge Fauver knowing of these criminal acts made rulings in direct violation of our constitution to harm this family intentionally and protect the selectmen’s criminal acts. This Madbury family had a car repair business on RT 4 surrounded by other commercial businesses, with 50 other commercial businesses in the neighborhood. The selectmen told the judge Madbury was buying the land that abutted of this family’s land to make a recreation area, and that Pike industries had less that 5 years before their abutting land to this family’s became a recreational pond for Madbury residents enjoyment. The abutting pond does not exist or will it most likely ever exist. Pike industries with the full help of the Madbury selectmen are pushing for the Pike land to become a concrete plant along side a gravel pit and asphalt plant. Judge Fauver knowingly allowed this families small business to be closed down knowing that it was spot zoned single family. Discrimination is against the law. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case because it was presented by a high school drop out that Fauver appointed as an attorney to represent this family. Fauver I assume thought by appointing a High School drop out he would be able to violate the law and get away with it. I may be a 100% disable U.S. Marine but I gave an oath to protect and defend our Constitution at all costs.
Dover Resident are now out raged because this new Pike business will effect their property. No body wanted to help this one family but now you all cry because it is going to effect you. If we allow a criminal judge and selectmen to violate the law to seek revenge on any one individual some day it will be you.
The NH courts and government along with the VA have stopped my VA medical and much more to shut me up. As long as the news continues to censor the truth from the public communist activity will continue to grow. Judge Peter Fauver and the Madbury selectmen can not be allowed to destroy citizens that have done nothing wrong. Spot zoning and using government power to seek revenge is against the law. I first want to apologize I have been using the wrong date on my past few letters.
So many of the right people in the right gov. agencies read my letters yet they do nothing. These so called right officials are so set on believing that I am a nut and paranoid, that they ignore what I write and condemn me. I have serious disabilities that I received while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. The NH governor and Judges have so violated the law that using the news media to strip a disabled Veteran of any public dignity, so the public has stereotyped me crazy. Yes you are probably right. I do see the world differently than others. Some thirty years after receiving a head injury in the MC, I still have no memory of my child hood. I broke my back during one Vietnam offensive and was blown off a runway and lost most of my hearing in both ears during another offensive. I learned to love the United States of America because I lived in some of the dirtiest, crude and deadliest conditions before I have any memory of seeing the U.S. I came back to the “World” (US) to a place that I do not belong. Never have I violated the law on purpose. I have volunteered every day to help others just the make the U.S. a better place. I owe this to those that never returned alive.
A criminal is someone whom violates the law with intent to harm others. Judge Peter Fauver did just that. The NH Supreme court is so biased that it refused to hear a case presented by a high school drop out. Fauver made me and attorney to represent a Madbury NH family for a zoning issue because Fauver thought it would allow him to screw this family to benefit the selectmen’s criminal acts. I proved the case beyond any doubt and Fauver ignored the law to harm others. A judge is not above the opinion of the people or the law. The State and local police under the direction of the NH governor and the Sheriff’s dept harass my family at work and home to cover up crimes committed by a judge. For the system to allow a U.S. congresswoman (Shea-Porter) to use her political powers to medically harm me is beyond any belief. For the Inspector General of the NH Veteran’s admin in Manchester. We have to realize that I put it in writing and send it out every day that criminal violations of the law by government officials, judges and government agencies to harm a disabled service connected Veteran is happening. The news prints only the words of the government in an effort to discredit my character in the public eye. The American’s with Disabilities Act is to stop disabled citizens from being neglected and harmed because of their disabilities. Discrimination is against the law yet these same trusted officials use discrimination to inflict pain and suffering on my family and I by using my health as a weapon. Our country is harming a disabled veteran for a few people’s self gain
My three life changing disabilities came from serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. The news keeps the public from learning that U.S. congresswoman from NH Shea-Porter used her elected position to interfere with my disabilities as leverage to stop my letter to the editor. I have it in her words in writing and the news refuses to print the truth. Shea-Porter filed a false police report to get me arrested yet nothing has been done to her. The news refuses to inform the public. The VA stopped my VA medical for 6 months as leverage to stop my letters. It has been restored but on a limited bases and substandard care. These are criminal acts in defiance of our Constitution. Two of my three disabilities are combat support injuries. Should any citizens health be used as a weapon for the government to stop the citizen’s free speech.
Where do I go? The governor and Judge Fauver use the State police and sheriff’s dept. to harass my family at work and home. The VA uses the suicide hot line to call and harass my family at home, even after I told them to stop. The local police do safety checks on the VA’s orders many times a week as harassment. I struggle every day to live what appears to be a normal life by setting my pain and disabilities aside and volunteering to help others in need. When I was “in country” my wish was not to die. Is that the answer to protect our nation?
I do not care the harm that has been inflicted on me because the United States of America is worth it. I as a U.S. Marine fight to protect and defend our Constitution. If our nation is to survive we the people must realize that the government is here to serve the people. When a 100% disabled Veteran writes a letter to the editor setting in plain writing criminal acts to harm the veteran and the news refuse to print the opinion of the veteran something is seriously wrong. A Marine in Battle never quits. The Veterans Administration in NH has stopped my VA medical for injuries received in the line of duty. Two are combat related. I did eight convoys as American Advisor through Thailand, Laos and Cambodia during the Vietnam Conflict. My letters go out to thousands of people and government agencies every day. Eventually I had to cross a desk of a Veteran willing to stand up to help every past and future veteran. My medical was stopped because U.S. congress woman Shea-Porter from NH did not like a letter to the editor that I wrote. Judge Peter Fauver did not like that I was exposing his criminal acts as a judge. The NH government told me to stop writing my letters exposing the wrongs in government. The VA under the instructions of Shea-Porter attempted through VA Dr Biswas to put me in the nut house to stop my letters. The VA inspector General from 275 chestnut St Manchester NH stopped my VA medical for injuries that I received defending this nation for 6 months. My medical has been restored but it is now substandard and limited. I give my life for our nation, I will not give any less now. Discrimination against any Veteran is against the law.
Nobody from the NH governor to the people on the street believe this can happen in the U.S. Newspapers believe that what high ranking government officials say discrediting me is what they should print for their readers. The ethical belief that the opinion of the people is one of the most important aspects of the newspapers no longer exist. I have violated no laws. All my injuries and problems come from serving you the people of the United States of America. The Americans with Disabilities Act is a law that NH and VA officials have openly violated, yet no one cares. The Inspector General of the NH VA office on 275 chestnut St believes I should commit suicide or stop writing complaint letters. My medical was restored yet it is now limited and substandard.
What is real and what is not? I just no longer understand! I have tried so hard since I came back to reality. The real “world”. Since I returned to the U.S. in 74 to get a grasp on reality that, it just does not make since. I told a VA psychologist that I no longer could talk with him. Reality no longer exist in the real “world”. I obey the law but the law is interrupted to make the people with power be right. The average, low income citizen does not stand a chance. I stand for the people that obey the law but the law interrupts the facts to crush the people that obey it. Whom are we. The ADA is a law to protect handicapped people from wrongs committed to deprive or treat differently services offered to the public. The New Hampshire Government and Veteran’s Administration have used discrimination to stop and limit my medical care. Limit or take my freedom and much more. The discrimination reaches so far that the U.S. legal dept and every safe guard built into our form of government has refused to help. I am a 100% service connected disabled Veteran. I have three life changing disabilities. Two came in separate combat support missions. Recently I have been diagnosed with PTSD. I for over some thirty years have relived traumatic events in my mind every day since I returned. Yet the ADA is ignored and discrimination is used to stop me from speaking freely about Judge Peter Fauver violating the Constitution to intentionally harm legal born U.S. residents to cover up the crimes committed by the Madbury NH selectmen. The Inspector General of the NH Veteran’s Administration talks suicide to me and advocates my entering a VA hospital to be drugged into submission to stop my free speech.
The news media is well aware of the violations of the law but censor the facts from the public for what ever reason. My VA medical was restored but it is now limited and substandard.
Discrimination by the news media across the USA to returning Veterans is what allows our hero’s to die. Suicide is better than retuning to be considered less than trash by the very U.S. citizens we give our child hood and life for.

In a free economy the editors have this right to control what we read. The opinion of the people un-edited gave the average citizen the ability to correct the wrongs in government. Yesterday alone I bet over one hundred people asked me while attending a funeral why I stopped writing letters to the editor. I write every day. The news believes my letters are libelous, so they are censored. The newspapers know that every fact stated in my letters has been stated in court papers and in writing. The newspapers had unlimited control of what the people were told. The unbiased, ethical reporting dwindled to the editors view. With the internet and blogs people can now learn what the newspapers once stop the public from hearing.

I bet if this was happening to the newspaper editor’s family it would be reported in every newspaper. I am a 100% disabled U.S. Marine and I will not go away. I believe that the U.S. military personal that served and the ones that gave their lives over the history of the U.S. have earned the right to hear my words over the wishes of the private biased company’s rights to limit what the public can learn.

To stop a 100% disabled Veteran’s medical care on injuries received defending the U.S. for the political self gain of a few government officials is by law DISCRIMINATION. For the NH governor to use the State Police to harass a family at work and home to protect the criminal acts of Judge Peter Fauver is by law DISCRIMINATION. For the Dover and Lee NH police to allow U.S. congresswoman from NH Shea-Porter to file false police complaints to stop a registered voter’s opinion letter but refuse to allow the voter to file a complaint is DISCRIMINATION. For the news media to print stories to harm an individual that has not violated the law, yet knowingly print false stories from the government officials to harm an individual’s character is DISCRIMINATION. For the VA Inspector General to use a Veteran’s medical care to please NH government officials and the Disabled Veteran’s written complaints ignored for the benefit of others is DISCRIMINATION. For the NH Supreme Court to refuse to hear a case that clearly documents criminal acts by judge Peter Fauver to harm a few legal born U.S. citizens for the criminal benefit of the Madbury NH selectmen is by law DISCRIMATION. For the Strafford County Sheriff’s dept. to use scare tactics in violation of the Constitution to intimidate a 100% disabled Veteran for the demented, self promoting vindictive act of Judge Peter Fauver is DISCRIMINATION.
This is my opinion letter. The facts stated here are true and verifiable. The opinion of the people is only printed if the news approves it, this is DISCRIMINATION. As a U.S. Marine I dream of suicide every day for the things I did and saw. Reality of the life that you whom never entered (the conditions of war or kill for the belief in our Constitution) just do not understand we should never have been allowed to re-enter a civilized society. For the VA Inspector General to use the VA Suicide hotline to harass a disabled veteran that asked them many times not to call again for the political self gain of a few criminal government officials is DISCRIMINATION. I live with three service related disabling injuries, two combat related, plus PTSD yet my opinion is censored by the news media because DISCRIMINATION against returning Veteran’s is a common practice across the U.S. What happens after death is unknown but so was every second of every day during our tours. At least over there is was not our own government killing us. I dream of suicide but I will not commit the act.

Does the U.S. stand or fall as a nation where the government is of the people for the people. The News media refuses to print the un-edited opinion of the people. I do not hesitate to give you my name, address and phone number on every letter that I write. I do not hesitate to clearly state as I have in court documents that Judge Peter Fauver violated the law and Constitution to intentionally harm U.S. citizens. This judge is a criminal that the NH Supreme Court and government over looks for what ever reason. Government is here to serve the people. The NH government and Veterans Administration has inflicted pain and suffering on a service connected 100% disabled Veteran to protect this judge. This is a crime. The news media refuses to inform it’s readers. This is a slap in the face to the United States of America. To censor the public from the truth is the most outrageous ethical crime ever committed. I have violated no laws. What I have done is volunteer to help people that I do not even know that are in need, every day since I came back in 74. I help anyone and every one that I see in need. The news media believes not printing my letters is doing the people a favor. My letters are printed on the web, blogs and many other places. The News media and newspapers are the only ones not printing them. I see that Judge Fauver gets a copy. Judge Fauver may be mad but the truth is even above Fauver’s control. The news media’s claim that my letters are libelous is an excuse with out merit. To stop a disabled veteran’s medical care, or for Fauver to use the sheriff’s office to harass me will not change the truth. This Madbury NH family that Fauver made an 11 grade drop out an attorney to represent (me) will not stop volunteer helping this family because this family is everyone of you (U.S. citizens). The people of the United States of America must be informed that NH and the VA is violating the law and human rights to inflict harm on a 100% disabled Veteran that’s only crime is volunteer helping others. The opinion of the people was so important that our founding fathers gave the news media constitutional protection. Paul, thank you for your suggestion about blogs. I try every day to get my letters on different blogs. It is not that people do not know what is happening, the people are just to afraid of government to dare speak openly for me. I can not blame them. Look what our system of government has allowed to be done to harm someone that volunteers to help others every day. I came back from the Vietnam Conflict 100% disabled. NH has taken my freedom, harass my family at work and home, stopped my medical care for injuries received defending this great nation, the local police refuse to allow me to file a complaint, the NH Strafford county sheriff’s office is now used by judge Peter Fauver for gusto scare tactics to stop my letters and much more. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violates the Constitution to intentionally harm U.S. citizens. I dare volunteer my time to help this Madbury NH family and the system protects Fauver over the rights of the individual U.S. citizen. I continue to help this family (as a volunteer) because it is not just one family. This criminal act is detrimental to the peace and dignity of the entire U.S. Judge Fauver criminally violated the Constitution 29 or more times to intentionally harm this Madbury Family. Judge Fauver is a criminal by all definitions of the word. The Sheriff’s office warns me not to label a judge a criminal. I have violated no laws. I volunteer every day to help others. I dare label Fauver a criminal because he is. I help the Madbury family because they are every U.S. citizen. I stand for the United States of America. If the news media believes censorship to protect the powerful over the individual is ethical it is their free right because the U.S. military protect their right to do so. When the news media believes protecting a criminal judge over the rights of the individual is ethical they belong in a communist nation. The news wonders why they have to lay off workers. Ask your self why not? 89% of the U.S. citizens never serve in our military. A good percentage of those that do serve, never experience the Echoes of war. I praise every military Veteran just because they are willing to give their lives to our nation. I hope some day the U.S. realizes the freedom you have is because of what these children that become U.S. Military Veterans gave for you. During election time you make laws and praise how much you care about the returning veteran’s but do little or nothing after the advantage to you passes. Every war or action since the beginning of the U.S! veterans have been neglected or cast aside as the forgotten trash.
Ask your self, how I can clearly state in writing that the NH government and VA Inspector General can conspire to use my military disabilities and medical care as a weapon to stop my free speech. The VA IG’s office encourages me to commit suicide or be doped unconscious at a VA hospital rather than answer my complaints. Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal making decisions on other people lives every day and the judicial system is so corrupt it just wants to protect “Fauver”. For the NH Government, courts and VA to use a disabled veteran’s (or anyone’s) medical condition and medical care to control or defeat a legal born U.S. citizen constitutes a crime of the highest magnitude.
Ask your self why the news media censor the facts and censors the publicly in writing statements of facts by this disabled Veteran? Is what NH and the news media doing to a disabled Veteran so deplorable silence rings louder than words.
Print my story with a disclaimer. Judge Fauver is only one man. The people must be allowed to correct the wrongs in government to make the “Voices of War” meaning full. Can you even imagine what it is like to live with the memory of your first kill every single day for over thirty years? Can you imagine what it is like to live with 3 disabling injuries two received during separate combat support missions only to have your medical care dangled in front of your face as a reward if you obey the words to be silent. Suicide seems to be the only reward our government can not take away from U.S. military Veteran’s that gave everything so that so many others never see the echoes of war in their heads every single day. I am a 100% disabled Veteran and I ask you to help every returning Veteran. Don’t just shake a Veteran’s hand. Talk about what NH and the U.S. is doing to our returning children and help them. Print the truth and let those that are returning know what we did was not in vain. What we did was to make the U.S. better and stronger for all to be treated equally under the law. A 100% service connected disabled Veteran advised to commit suicide or be a drug induced hospital patient to stop the Veteran’s free speech. The inspector General of the NH VA office on 275 Chestnut St, Fact or fiction? Was this not the advice you gave me in the lobby of the VA center. Does the public have a right to know NH is using a Disabled Veteran’s service injuries to control public involvement in government? Does the public have a right to know the news media is censoring (for what ever reason) the public from the truth. Is protecting the criminal acts of judge Peter Fauver so important that a disabled veteran’s health can be used as a weapon. Do not the citizens of the United States have a right to know the criminal harm inflicted on a 100% disabled United States Marine by government personal? The NH VA Inspector General has the VA suicide hotline harass me with phone calls many times daily and uses the local police to scare my family. I write and complain only to have more intense harassment inflicted. I have violated no laws. I volunteer to help others. Judge Fauver now uses the Sheriff’s office as gusto enforcers to attempt Nazi intimidation. What is next?

NH’s VA Inspector General endorses disabled veteran to commit suicide or enter a Manchester NH VA hospital to be subdued by drugs to stop letters to the editor. The NH VA has for the past month or so used the Veteran’s suicide hotline to harass me and my family. They use cell phones with different numbers each time. I ask them to stop and the harassment continues. Last week the VA suicide hot line started using the local police to do safety checks at my house to cause fights between my wife and I. I wrote a complaint and hand delivered it to 275 Chestnut St Manch NH VA center 3-03-08. I delivered a copy to every office on every floor only to be stopped by armed guards in the lobby that threatened me with arrest for handing out solicitation. The VA IG then came out and informed me that he read my letters and that I should just commit suicide or commit my self to the VA hospital to be subdued by drugs. The armed guard then informs me that he reads my letters not for the criminal acts that they state committed by government officials but to see if I use any words that he can lock me up for using.
I am 100% disabled. There is a law that the VA is to serve Veteran’s. 100% disabled Veteran’s by law get priority treatment. The VA along with the NH government is violating the law to cover up crimes committed by Judged Peter Fauver. I have documented evidence to prove every thing that I say. The VA informs the news media that I am a nut so they censor the truth from the public.
I have devoted my entire life to volunteering to help others to make the United States of America better for all. This is why returning military personal from in country commit suicide. WE as children give our chances to secede in life to protect and defend you that never serve. We the now veteran come home to be haunted by the Voices of war and displaced by a society that we no longer belong. To top it all off the news media believes only in printing news that increases their connections to power full people or increases their profit margin. We give our lives to protect freedom of the press and you give us a hand on the back to push us out of sight.

1) The VA suicide hotline calls to harass me Peter Macdonald a 120% service connected disabled Veteran. I have asked them to stop calling me but they have increased their calls to 4 or 5 a day.
2) U.S. Congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter from NH filed criminal complaint against me to stop my letter to the editor which she claimed was threatening. Their was no threaten letter.
3) U.S. Congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter used her trusted powers granted her by the NH Voters to have a VA Dr Biswas file commitment orders against me to stop my letter to the editor. It was after I was chained and shackled by the local police and taken away that the order had no merit. It is illegal for the VA to intentionally harm a DAV for the demented, vindictive criminal act of a government official for political self gain.
4) NH Director of Veteran’s medical care Mark Levenston has my Veterans medical care for a DAV stopped for political self gain. This is an illegal act of the highest Magnitude to use a DAV injured servicing this great nation U.S. during combat support missions.
5) Mark Levenston sticks my family with all costs associated with the illegal orders of Dr Biswas. To cripple a DAV finically by ordering unnecessary medical care for the act of harassing this DAV and then making the DAV pay for your illegal acts is unconscious able and illegal.
6) When all this fails the VA suicide hot line starts calling me. I ask them to stop.
7) The Dover and Lee police refuse to allow me to file a complaint.
8) The NH State police harass my wife and family at work and home.
9) The Strafford County sheriff’s office now is starting to use their trusted powers to harass and detain me.
10) Now the VA suicide hot line has the local Lee NH police coming to my house to check on my safety. My wife is not talking to me because of all this.
You people just do not under stand. Illegal acts are being committed here to harm a disabled Veteran. You continue to harass me instead of addressing the crimes by government officials.
Suicide is a Veteran’s best friend. Just as I will not be violent with another, I will not commit suicide. I have lived since 1974 with the reoccurring memory of my first kill. No matter what other memories that I have lost this one never goes away. I do not remember which convoys each event happen but I remember the cruel and dysfunctional life of each of the villages we past through.
This is an official complaint I have stated crimes of the highest magnitude. I expect an answer to each.
