Judge Peter Fauver of NH superior court is a criminal that violates the Constitution and no one does anything. The News Media will not print the opinion of the public because they agree with or are afraid of the judicial system. The NH Governor Lynch refuses to speak with me, yet he has no trouble stopping my VA medical care for injuries I received during combat support missions. Are these trusted government officials so naïve that they believe my words will never be heard. You have illegally taken my freedom, money, friends, public volunteer work, health and much more to stop me. I continue because government is here to serve the people. In writing, I stated criminal violations of the Constitution by Fauver, Madbury NH officials and others only to have the NH Supreme Court refuse to hear the Case. File # 2003-0477. I clearly identify my self because I have not violated the law and the truth must be told no matter what (they)our government does to me.
It is not like Fauver, Lynch, news media and others do not see my letters. I every day send a copy to all. If slander or other non truth’s were stated legal action would be taken to stop me. To keep the public silent these trusted officials violate the law and Constitution with out hesitation. As a 100% disabled Veteran I have no place to go. People are afraid (even after I inform them) to speak up, for fear of what is happening to me that they will be next. NH goes so far as to use the State Police to harass and intimidate my family at work and home. The local police and sheriff arrest (oh sorry) detain me as a routine to attempt to scare me to stop publicly stating the truth. Is Fauver’s crimes a door to opening larger crimes ? We the people must look and decide if government wrongs have gone so far that innocent people are abused for the good of a special class of society.
What I have openly exposed in this letter has been stated in many letters and official court and government documents. I do not attempt to hide my identity. The Equal treatment of all citizens is what is at stake here. I expect that the Strafford county Sheriff or State police will detain me for this letter. My words will some day be heard in every house hold in the world because as a United States Marine my country comes first above all else. NH Governor Lynch and Judge Peter Fauver hear my words “I will not stop short of death” The Constitution is the Supreme Law to protect the people against the criminal acts that you have committed here.

The dollar has reached an all time low against the Euro. The U.S. is the finest country in the world because it is a government of the people for the people. The U.S. has been going down hill because so few have taken so much power not all the citizens receive equal treatment any more. The average citizen is afraid to speak up for fear of loosing what little they may now have. Law enforcement is now used to intimidate and harass to control the public into submission rather than protect and serve. The news now censors the truth to enhance the public image of police and government officials. Courts now manipulate justice to build the prosecutor’s case. Prosecutor’s no longer care of guilt or innocents, win at any cost. Juries are now deciding verdicts on the amount of harm a prosecutor can defame a defendants character, to win with no evidence. The public is willing to allow a disabled Veteran’s medical care to be used as a weapon to stop this Veteran’s free speech on criminal judges and government officials. The dollar now, later we will be Euro servers.
I volunteer my time to help others. I gain no benefit for my efforts to speak up and inform the public the truth. The VFW and American Legion take shelter rather than help a Veteran. The NH government and courts violate the law to silence me. Suicide why not. Discrimination is so rampart in NH, committed by law enforcement, courts, government and others freedom no longer exists. NH has gone so low to use a veteran’s health care as a weapon and no one cares. This is the most outrageous crime ever. I have volunteered every day since I came back in 74 helping others. I volunteer for a selfish reason. I need to give respect for all those that died defending this nation over it’s history. Many better others gave their lives so that we could all be treated equal by the law and government. I wish that I had died some 30 + years ago in the “Bush” because now I would be forgotten as society now forgets the homeless Veterans and the Veterans returning that need medical care.

I was proud when the Veterans Today Web Magazine asked me to be a staff writer. Maybe now my words will be heard. For months my articles every day were place on the front page. My readership started with the average number of readers as all the other more experienced writers got everyday. Soon it was decided to place my articles in my own section. I no longer can tell the number of readers but I do get many calls and e-mails from others whom care. I write about Veterans and how we are treated when returning from service. I write about the discrepancies between the great life of those that never served, but went to college and the homeless, medically deprived child that came home to a society that would not accept them and did not belong in. I write about how suicide is a Veteran’s escape from the echoes of war that society can not even imagine.
Today I want to mention Paul Newell. I have never met this man. I believe he is a Canadian whom believes helping American Veterans is his life’s work. He started a nature recovery center for Veterans to relearn life and society. Some day I hope to meet and attend Paul’s place. I learned of Paul through Veterans Today magazine. Paul is from a different country but he sees how the U.S. isolates, degrades and ignores returning military personal. I wish the Veteran’s Administration and the NH government would take a lesson from Paul. I want to thank Paul. Green Recovery . org
I do not claim to be some great person. I can talk about the mental anguish’s haunting returning Veteran’s because I in my own way relieve them in my head. When I came home some 30 years ago my first kill was my dirty little secret. It haunts me every day. The problem is I am not ashamed or feel guilty for taking another human beings life. I feel like an out cast of society because to kill with out emotion, civilized people just do not do. Only 11% of our U.S. children join the military. The rest of you thrive off what these children do for you, yet you degrade and treat your trash better.
I am not good enough for the Governor of NH to speak with. NH has placed me at the lowest level of below the trash possible . I have violated no laws. I volunteer to help others every single day since I came back. NH stopped my medical care to defeat me. No one cares NH Violated the law to intentionally harm a Veteran. You are right! We the children that become Veterans did do things that society can not accept but we did it for you. You did not have the guts to protect and defend the nation that gives you everything.

I say to all those that ask me to stop e-mailing them, to write your local newspapers and to the NH governor and tell them. I send out so many e-mails each day with the click of a button I would have no way of knowing what your address is or how to delete it. Any how, you are the people that I volunteer to help. You don’t appreciate it or even realize the magnitude of the criminal violations by Judge Fauver, NH government or public officials and the police. U.S. congresswoman NH Shea-Porter filed a false police complaint to get me arrested. The Dover and Lee NH police refuse to allow me to file one against her because of her position. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violates the Constitution to intentionally harm U.S. citizens and no one wants to stop him. It is not like I just make these statements up. They are all documented and truthful. The courts and government can not shut me up with out making the situation public so they stop my VA medical. I was injured defending this great nation three separate times.
The newspapers believe censorship is the best way to please the ones with power. Yet they cry the loudest when someone with power infringes on their rights. Newspapers are now crying because reader ship is down yet they still refuse to print the truth. It is not like the public across the U.S. has not been made aware of the criminal violations of our Constitution by Judge Fauver and others in NH. The public is just afraid of the people with power (our government). The NH citizens are the ones being deprived of the truth. I send out so many e-mails to judges, NH government officials, police, Sheriff’s, newspapers and many others. The NH State Police and now the Sheriff’s office harass my family and me but stop short of making this situation public. Everyone has a copy of my letters yet they can not stop them because they are the truth.
I have total amnesia from one of my accidents. I remember nothing about NH or the people in it prior to the Marine Corps. I dreamed every day while over there of at least living long enough to see the U.S. once before I died for her. I can under stand why so many returning Veterans commit suicide. We just to not belong back in the “world”. The newspapers allow the NH government, courts, police and others to use my VA medical as a weapon to shut me up. The Pain in my head back and body has gotten so bad that I wish that that child I stuck my bayonet in, had killed me instead. I see his face every day and now I ask my self why? Veterans give their lives for the United States of America and you allow the returning ones to go homeless or with out medical care. You allow NH to use a persons medical care illegally to harm a fellow citizen. I say to all you have no idea what you are letting slip away.

Our Government in NH is so screwed up that the Sheriff Deputy puts in writing “Let me remind you that criminal prosecution could result if your letters are deemed to be either threatening or harassing in nature”. Moby Dick was deem threatening. I was arrested last week (Oh sorry Detained). Technically neither because the legal system allows the police to call you up and tell you they are coming to get you and ask if you would prefer to drive in rather than be embarrassed in front of family, friends and neighbors. It is the same. They sit you in a chair and question you aggressively, lying to you, getting angry, feeding you water to enhance the need to pee, and after three hours the interrogation ends because you refuse to say anything provoked so that they can arrest you. Is it harassment to inform a superior court judge that he has violated the constitution to intentionally harm natural born U.S. citizens? Are we not a government of “We the People”? What right does a Sheriff office have to send a letter threaten a voting resident to curtail free speech?
What right does the NH government have to violate the law and no one will speak up. I volunteer my time to help others. I have violated not laws. The NH state police, sheriff’s office, state and federal government officials and more have criminally violated the Constitution to protect Judge Peter Fauver’s criminal acts. I documented these criminal acts in a NH Supreme Court case File # 2003-0477 and the Supreme court refused to do anything. I refuse to stop volunteer fighting for this Madbury NH family because the law must protect us all equally. The Fact is that I can Document U.S. congress woman Shea-Porter filing a false police complaint against me to get me arrested. When that did not work she had a VA Dr Biswas file commitment orders with out merit to stop my letters. When that failed the director of NH Veteran’s medical care stopped my VA medical to stop my letters. These are criminal acts that the Sheriffs office and others are criminally protecting Judge Fauver and others to prevent the truth from coming out. I talk personally to the NH governor and he is completely blind to the criminal acts against the peace and dignity of the State of NH and The United States of America. I am a 100% disabled U.S. Marine. Two of my three injuries came during separate combat support missions. To stop my medical to protect a criminal judge and others must be against the law yet no one will speak up. I place my name, address and Phone # on my letters because truth is a powerful weapon and some day NH and the United States will under stand that I gave my life for our nation. NH Governor takes my phone # last week and tells me that he will call. The Sheriff’s office last week takes illegal action to attempt to scare a voting resident for what I believe is the demented illegal actions of Judge Peter Fauver, by the now gusto legal system. The public is so afraid of losing everything they are unwilling to speak openly. The perfect example is my situation. I spoke when Fauver violated the Constitution 29 or more times to protect the Madbury selectmen’s criminal acts of discrimination and miss use of the courts. The NH Supreme Court’s primary job is to protect the individuals from government violations of the Constitution and they refuse to hear the case. NHSC file # 2003-0477. U.S. congress woman Shea-Porter files false criminal complaint against me to put me in jail to stop my letter to the editor. She uses her powers to have a VA Dr Biswas file commitment orders to put me in the funny farm to stop my letter to the editor. The NH VA director of NH Veteran’s medical care stops my VA medical for service connected disabilities to stop my letter. Judges and government officials are violating the law to inflict pain and suffering on a 100% disabled Veteran and every one is afraid to speak up. NH Governor Lynch promised if elected he will bring ethics back to NH government. The problem is his mail is censored before he gets it. This way the criminal government officials are protected and we the public are dominated. The News media uses censorship to prevent the public’s opinion to be published as a means to control public opinion.

I came back from the Vietnam Conflict disabled. I was injured three times, twice in separate combat support missions. I volunteer every day to make our nation a better place. Am I such a bad person that government officials are allowed to inflict pain and suffering because I am just not worth life. I have asked the VA suicide hot line to stop calling me every day many times but they don’t. This is harassment but with all the other illegal acts who in the United States cares. “This case has always been about recouping moneys that were needlessly expended” Strafford County Attorney T. Velardi’s Words on the Dodd case. “They charged him mainly because of the cost of searching for him” The county uses the legal Justice system of government to make a criminal out of someone just to have an avenue to get money. Judge Fauver (in my opinion) knowingly with intent to harm allowed Velardi to miss use justice. This judge makes a habit out of manipulating the system to aid the prosecutors to get a guilty verdict. The county spends 2 million to recoup 20 thousand for the political justice to defeat the political desire of the defendant. This case had nothing to do with guilt or innocents. The Dodd case was the over zealous prosecutor using the legal system to advance his career. Have the police, doctors and state workers tester lie (in my and most likely the public’s opinion) to frame an innocent person. Judge Fauver in my opinion is a powerful person miss using NH justice for his own perverted since of domination. Judge Fauver violated the Constitution in the Madbury case knowingly violated the Constitution and maliciously, harmed that family. The NH Supreme court protected Fauver then and will most likely protect him again. I bet Mr. Dodd never thought this could happen to him, just because he thought running for public office was a noble thing to do. I thought that it was against the law for the NH government to stop a 100% disabled veteran’s medical care to prevent free speech. They can harm you next. “This case has always been about recouping moneys that were needlessly expended” Strafford County Attorney T. Velardi’s Words on the Dodd case. “They charged him mainly because of the cost of searching for him” The county uses the legal Justice system of government to make a criminal out of someone just to have an avenue to get money. Judge Fauver (in my opinion) knowingly with intent to harm allowed Velardi to miss use justice. This judge makes a habit out of manipulating the system to aid the prosecutors to get a guilty verdict. The county spends 2 million to recoup 20 thousand for the political justice to defeat the political desire of the defendant. This case had nothing to do with guilt or innocents. The Dodd case was the over zealous prosecutor using the legal system to advance his career. Have the police, doctors and state workers tester lie (in my and most likely the public’s opinion) to frame an innocent person. The VA Suicide hot line calls me at least once a day. Is this harassment? U.S. Congress woman Shea-Porter used her government powers to have a VA Dr. attempt to put me in the nut house to stop my letter to the editor. The Director of Veteran’s medical care for NH Veterans stops my VA medical care for disabilities that I received during Combat support missions. The newspapers censor the public from the truth for the demented belief that protecting the powerful is the more profitable avenue. I as a U.S. Marine 100% disabled have no where to go but hell. Suicide crosses every returning U.S. military Veterans mind to justify what we did and accept what we came home too.
The Sheriff’s Dept now harasses me to drive the point home that the power of a NH judge can not be questioned. Is not a judge subject to the opinion of a U.S. citizen for his job performance? Is not when a judge violates the constitution intentionally to harm natural born U.S. citizens constitute a crime? Does this not in the public’s opinion make this judge a criminal? The NH governor used the State Police to harass my family at home and work. Now A judge uses the Sheriff’s Dept. to harass me. I delivered one letter that I mentioned this Judges name, to the judge. The Deputy calls this harassment. I did it as a respectful jester to let the judge know what the people’s opinion of his criminal acts are. The NH government calls what they are doing to me justifiable, not harassment..
I have every phone call, asked and told the VA suicide hot line person not to call me. I volunteer to help others. I have volunteered my time since I came back to the “World” in 74. I volunteer in hospitals, school, for the state, for the courts, county, local community and just helping strangers on the street. I have violated no laws. The State of NH can not stop me by taking my freedom, harassing my family, stopping my volunteering at schools and other public places so now the game is to make me commit suicide. The Public must be informed of the criminal acts committed by the people we trust in government. Ask your self why has my letter to the editor been censored. Why have my letters been censored from the NH Governor’s eyes?

Newspapers complain about lay offs and boost about how the internet portion of the paper has increased. The increase is due to the interaction of the public being able to state their opinion and give facts that otherwise would be censored. You print a story about a judge in drag, but you refuse to print the facts of a judge violating the constitution. We the People have guaranteed Constitutional rights and the news media was given Constitutional protection of a free press as a control, to enable the people to have an active involvement in government. You as a publisher must try letting the people in their letters to the editor express their own opinion. To edit or stop any one letter voids every thing the people whom wrote the Constitution meant it to stand for. No matter whom my letters hurt if they are the truth you must publish them. You as a publisher saw no problem with the drag judge. It is the People’s obligation to correct the wrongs in government especially when it is a judge violating intentionally the Constitution to inflict pain and suffering on individuals that are natural born U.S. citizens.
I wrote a letter yesterday about meeting NH Governor Lynch at a Hockey game. John took my phone number and said that he would call me. I was arrested (oh sorry) detained by the Sheriff’s dept Saturday because I dare write honest truthful letters exposing wrongs in government . NH Government officials censor the governor from reading the truth. This is the reason the Constitution by law protects the free press. How is the Governor to learn about criminal judges and dominant government officials harming the public if the news is suppressed and the criminals censor the governor’s information. How is the Governor to know that my VA medical was stopped by action of NH officials to cover up crimes by NH judges and other government officials.
I will probably be arrested because I dare write this letter. My head pain and flash-backs increase each day. It does not matter what they do to me. You the publishers just do not get it. I shook hands and talked with NH governor Lynch at the UNH woman’s hockey game 2-16-08. John knew whom I was but said he has never received one of my letters. I told him that I write every day to him. I told John that I paid two hundred dollars to speak with him by being high bidder at the Portsmouth little league auction on am1270 WTSN radio auction. John had no idea that NH took my money then shafted me. The money was returned eventually but that is not the point. John took my phone number at the game and said that he would call me.
The situation is clear just censored from the public. The state police harass my family at work and home. U.S. congress woman Shea-Porter used my service connected injuries to attempt to stop my letters. She, through the director of the NH Veteran’s medical care stopped my VA medical care completely for 6 months. My medical care has been restored but limited, unprofessional, unethical care is now provided. A NH judge had the sheriff’s office arrest me (oh Sorry) detain me on 2-15-08. They called my house and said I can come in on my own or they will send a car. I went in on my own. I guess about a three hour interrogation with the deputy getting quite augury at times before the chastising was over. Is it not the guaranteed Constitutional right of every individual to write opinion letters about wrongs in government even if a judge is the person committing the wrongs. Have the police and the Sheriff’s dept become the “gusto” enforcers of the ruling judges and government regime.
I hope John gets this letter. For a Governor to be censored from the people’s words is wrong. This is why the news media publicly informing the unbiased truth should and must become the norm again. Governor I can take what they are doing to me but this Madbury Family as all other individual’s should not be harmed by out of control judges and a gusto police force.

Frustration, anger or the thought life is over: does any one care? The shootings are increasing because we as a society no longer care. Every one gets angry and frustrated when the persons killed are from their own family or friends. These same angry, frustrated people had no concern when it was the other person that the police, courts or government were ignoring or provoking. The news media no longer tells the unbiased truth. The head lines crucify the defendant as not to anger those with power by revealing the true cause. People are so concerned with self preservation and money that the other persons does not matter. Veterans, homeless or not are cast aside by society as not to increase a budget of already wasteful spending. Veterans become frustrated, and angry.
Suicide is a very close option for Veterans because even as we become less, our goal is to make life better back here. The angry shootings may not be that. They could be a subconscious belief this is the medicine the U.S. needs to wake them up. You send us off to war as children. We survive in subhuman conditions and do things that our conscious tells us is wrong. Months or years later we return to the “world” only to feel alienated or guilty. The police, courts, government and society harass us and cast us aside. Our family and friends believe that we are a burden because of the inconsistent or wrongs that now alienate us. We change jobs or become homeless because we are now a leech on societies perfect life. The inhuman life that we once lived now is the norm. We admire how the children we grew up with are what (while we killed) dreamed of coming home to become. The line “what are we fighting for, next stop is Vietnam” became famous because of a song but I bet every Veteran asked that question while there. If you cared about Veterans you would not let so many returning die in shame, by suicide.
I remind you what the State of New Hampshire is doing to a 100% service connected disabled U.S. Marine and no one cares. Suicide would end the constant thoughts of what I did. I feel no guilt or shame for my actions just that realizing what the U.S. does to returning Veterans makes us giving everything for you worthless. I can not be violent or stop because I can not shame what so many Veterans over the history of the United States of America gave for our Freedom. Is it a crime to stop a disabled Veterans medical to frustrate and anger to provoke suicide? Why has the news media allowed these Veterans to be persecuted?

The people have a right to know what is happening. I can not express the need for the public to be made aware of the people’s opinion. Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal making life and death decisions on other people’s lives every day. These are strong words, if not true, would be libelous. I have written many letters openly and to the public with the facts only to have my words censored. The NH government has inflicted my family to cruel and unacceptable treatment to silence my free speech. We have checks and balances built into our system of government to prevent totalitarianism. Freedom of press was recognized as a measure to prevent these criminal government actions. What do the people do when our elected leaders no longer serve all the people equally? Does not the Constitution give us the right to “take up arms and abolish” (to me this means) kill when all means of redress fails. The ethical code of the news media is no longer the unbiased truth. Have all means of Redress failed?
The news has labeled me a nut. The public because of the news distrusts me. I have not wavered in my actions to bring the truth forward. I receive letters and phone calls ever day. Some are nice but others clearly are a discredit to the civilized world. I will not be violent toward any one. Even though I have the legal right. Violence only breeds more violence. The government has now gone so far to stop my medical care for injuries defending this great nation. Is this not a criminal act to kill me? Yet the system has so much influence over the media censorship exists. The courts took my freedom on bogus charges, which were dropped after six months. Where they expecting suicide.
Discrimination from the VFW, American Legion and every government agency and elected official exists in this case. I am told that I am fighting a battle that can not be won. The news media has knowingly allowed torture to be inflicted on a 100% service connected disabled U.S. Marine with out informing the public. My VA medical was restored as a means to limit public exposure of government crimes. I now receive limited unacceptable, unethical medical care from a system that is secretly protecting criminal actions of a few members. I have three disabling separate injuries but I for some reason was allowed to come back alive. I can not stop helping every one of you even if you are so blind or scared to do anything your self. I do what I do because not to would be saying what so many Veteran’s have given their lives for over the history of the United States of America was in shame. Newspapers refuse to print the true. Newspapers refuse to print the opinion of the people when it clearly states documented truth. Newspapers refuse to print that NH is taking the life of a 100% disabled Marine to stop this Veteran’s free speech. The public is afraid to speak up for fear of retribution against them and their families. I can not blame the public if NH can do this to a 100% disabled Marine and no one cares what chance does any of us have. Newspapers are violating the trust of the people by censoring the facts from the public. Letters to the Editor are a checks and balance granted to the individual by our constitution to stop such abusive government acts. Judge Peter Fauver is handling the Dodd Case. Judge Fauver allows the Prosecutor to animate a film of the accident their way to their facts. Judge Fauver refuses to allow the defendant the same choice. Judge Peter Fauver committed 29 crimes against our Constitution in the Madbury case. NH Supreme Court Case 2003-0477 The Supreme court to protect Fauver and the Judicial system refuse to discipline Fauver. Fauver is using the judicial system to harm individuals in a criminal manner. This is the opinion of a 100% disabled United States Marine. It is the truth also. Newspapers censor the truth to protect a few. Newspapers print articles about me. These articles may state the truth but in a manner to discredit my character in the public eye. Make the public hate someone and then it is easy to violate the constitution to protect criminals like Fauver. Biased news reporting is worse than censorship although they both harm the public.
Do you know why I can print such a letter and place it on the web. I e-mail this letter to hundreds of newspapers, government officials, judges, police, and the public. Ask your self why has no news reported the truth. The system ignores the public unless it is to someone in the systems benefit to aid that individual. The public becomes frustrated because our elected officials no longer serve the people they believe the public should serve them. Carol Shea-Porter violated the law to harm a 100% disabled Veteran. The Director of the medical care for Veterans in NH stopped a Veterans medical care to help Shea-Porter. These are crimes yet since Carol is a U.S. congress woman the police refuse to allow the individual to file any complaint. If you become violent and kill all these criminals, the newspapers make you look bad to protect the criminal judges and government officials. “What are we fighting for, Next stop is Vietnam”

Newspapers refuse to print the true. Newspapers refuse to print the opinion of the people when it clearly states documented truth. Newspapers refuse to print that NH is taking the life of a 100% disabled Marine to stop this Veteran’s free speech. The public is afraid to speak up for fear of retribution against them and their families. I can not blame the public if NH can do this to a 100% disabled Marine and no one cares what chance does any of us have. Newspapers are violating the trust of the people by censoring the facts from the public. Letters to the Editor are a checks and balance granted to the individual by our constitution to stop such abusive government acts. Judge Peter Fauver is handling the Dodd Case. Judge Fauver allows the Prosecutor to animate a film of the accident their way to their facts. Judge Fauver refuses to allow the defendant the same choice. Judge Peter Fauver committed 29 crimes against our Constitution in the Madbury case. NH Supreme Court Case 2003-0477 The Supreme court to protect Fauver and the Judicial system refuse to discipline Fauver. Fauver is using the judicial system to harm individuals in a criminal manner. When is enough-enough? Do we start killing? Do we have a law that gives us the right to “Take up arms and abolish when all means of redress fail”? Do we abolish those individuals that violated the Constitution to harm intentionally legal born U.S. citizens? In a civilized society is talking not the proper form to solve disagreements? What do you do when the power full judges and elected officials refuse to talk? What do you do when a U.S. congress woman from NH uses the medical condition of a 100% disabled veteran to control free speech by stopping this veterans medical care? The State of New Hampshire uses discrimination to stop government agencies like VFW, American Legion, disability rights center and all others from helping this 100% disabled Veteran
NH has taken my freedom, with false charges to place me in jail. The NH state police harass my family at work and home. The local Lee and Dover NH police refuse to allow me to file a complaint against elected officials. The NH Veteran’s hospital uses now limited and substandard medical care for control. The pain in my head has gotten to the point of intolerable. The flash-backs to a time best forgotten have almost taken over my life. I refuse to allow NH Judges and officials to stop my volunteer helping a Madbury NH family expose government wrongs.
NH governor Lynch charged me money to talk with him. He took my money and refused to meet. When is enough-enough? NH believes protecting the criminal activity of Judge Peter Fauver is more important than the constitutional rights guaranteed the individual. Helping this family and the harm NH has inflicted on my family does have it’s good side. This case has made me aware just how bad returning U.S. military Veterans are treated in the U.S. We fight to protect your freedom. We come home to be treated with discussing neglect because we no longer belong.
The ethical code of the news media now has a special exception that allows biased or not reporting of harm committed against Veterans. When is enough-enough? Suicide justifies the medical need for us to understand the conflict of (what we did was right), (what we did was wrong). New Hampshire Congress Woman Shea-Porter receives such glowing articles and letters in the newspapers, it is insulting. Don’t get me wrong, I like Carol. I voted for her. I believe the truth must be told. Carol makes mistakes but refuses to correct those mistakes no matter whom it hurts. For some reason the news only prints letters that benefit her. I do realize every one believes that I have been helping this Madbury NH family for to long. I have over and over stated crimes committed by influential people. The thing is to stop me, these influential people commit more crimes to cover the first crimes up. It is the obligation of the individual to correct the wrongs of government.
Carol is a big fan of Veterans. She believes that she is almost one because her husband served 20 years in the military. This is what she tells people. I do admit she does take a strong stand helping large groups of Veterans. You can read all the great things that she does in every newspaper across the U.S. The people’s opinion must be printed to expose mistakes made by these elected officials. Does the public have the right to know the truth? Carol filed a false police report to get a 100% disabled Veteran arrested to stop that veteran from publishing a letter to the editor about her. Carol used her influence to have a NH VA Dr Biswas file commitment orders to put a 100% disabled Veteran in the nut house to stop this Veteran’s letter to the editor from being published. The Director of the NH VA hospital medical care Mark Levenston stopped a 100% disabled Veteran’s medical care to aid Carol in her crimes to stop this Veteran’s Letter to the editor from being published. The cover up is so deep discrimination is rampart in the NH government, courts and news media. The News media has done such a biased job of harming my character in the public eye the public is afraid to help me. Where does a Veteran go when his own country kills him.
My opinion of Carol has not changed. I still like Carol. I will vote for her again, unless a more honest person runs against her. I have a Dover NH police file on U.S. NH congress woman Shea-Porter having me arrested 7002-942. I have a VA medial record at the Manchester NH VA hospital that I will give the public the right to read. The NH Director of medical care for NH Veterans Mark Levenston stopped my medical care for political self gain. My records are open to any one. I have nothing to hide. I like Shea-Porter I voted for her. I believe she is a caring person. Her view of the Iraq war is my view. I believe President Bush put us in this war for his political legacy. Carol and I differ because I believe she must take care for the people of the state of NH and the U.S. first. I will next week place for the record the letter to the editor she had me arrested even though it did not get printed. It does not matter what the letter said. The people’s opinion is by law free speech. Carol when having me arrested this did not meet her needs, she had NH VA doctor Biswas file commitment orders to put me in the nut house to stop my letter. The Dover Wentworth Douglas hospital has a file which I give my permission for any one to read. After a long night at thousands of dollars in cost the order was determined to be with out merit. The VA is telling me that I must pay for this. The VA director saw a chance to make points for political reasons so he stopped my medical care to please a congress woman. I am 100% disabled from injuries received defending this great nation. It is against the law to use a Veteran’s medical care to silence free speech. It does not matter what the letter to the editor said. To harm a persons health (anyone) is a crime.

It would be easy for me to claim that my disabilities were the cause of my problems. I do have a TBI Traumatic Brain Injury. I remember nothing before my 17 birthday. I have problems reading and writing. I slip in and out of reality at any moment with out warning. Some things I remember, others I forget with in seconds. I have a broken back which limits my ability to do things. I have a loss of hearing in both ears from being blown of the runway more than once. The percentage of each disability when added together is 120%. I received two of the three injuries during separate combat support missions during the Vietnam Conflict. I am a U.S. Marine.
Paul Newell wrote a note describing our responsibilities to our country. Paul is a Canadian citizen. I appreciate Paul’s letter and I wish many more people would write and tell the news media, publishers and editors that I stand for a cause, a very important cause that is and will devastate every United States citizen if not corrected. Freedom of speech and the manner in which the U.S. treats returning Veterans is appalling. What I write is the truth and I have lived through what I talk about.

Should the VA be allowed to use my medical care as leverage to stop my free speech. These are criminal acts committed by government officials that we the people trust. It would be easy for me to claim that my disabilities were the cause of my problems. I do have a TBI Traumatic Brain Injury. I remember nothing before my 17 birthday. I have problems reading and writing. I slip in and out of reality at any moment with out warning. Some things I remember, others I forget with in seconds. I have a broken back which limits my ability to do things. I have a loss of hearing in both ears from being blown of the runway more than once. The percentage of each disability when added together is 120%. I received two of the three injuries during separate combat support missions during the Vietnam Conflict. I am a U.S. Marine.
Paul Newell wrote a note describing our responsibilities to our country. Paul is a Canadian citizen. I appreciate Paul’s letter and I wish many more people would write and tell the news media, publishers and editors that I stand for a cause, a very important cause that is and will devastate every United States citizen if not corrected. Freedom of speech and the manner in which the U.S. treats returning Veterans is appalling. What I write is the truth and I have lived through what I talk about.

It should not matter why the NH government and the VA stopped my medical care. It is against the law. To stop medical care for injuries that I receive doing my duty as a U.S. Marine for the political self gain of NH VA director of medical care Mark Levenston and U.S. NH congress woman Shea-Porter is a crime. I am a 100% disabled veteran up against the power full. It does not matter what the letter to the editor said that Shea-Porter did not like. The newspapers refused to print it. We have a Constitution that guarantees us free speech. Shea-Porter had a VA, Dr Biswas use my medical condition to attempt to put me in the nut house to stop this letter. When this did not work my VA medical was stopped. I went six months with no care at all. A few months ago it was restored but now I receive substandard care. I have a copy of all the signed documents. Yet no one will talk about these crimes. The U.S. and NH Governments inflict pain and suffering on a disabled Veteran and the news media censors the facts.
I place this written document in the public eye clearly stating U.S. Congress woman Shea-Porter and Mark Levenston are criminals. This would be label if the facts were not true. Now you can see why no one cares about the thousands and thousands of returning Veterans that need care. Naïve children are sent to defend the U.S. freedom but when these war torn Veteran’s return the U.S. discards them as a way to keep the budget for political pet projects.
The opinion of the people no longer matters to the news media or the politicians. You take naïve children, destroy their minds, discard them, then question why so many children that served in our military commit suicide.
I to this day set my pain aside and volunteer to help others. I have volunteer since I returned to the world in 74. I have violated no laws. I have devoted my entire live since I came back to help others. I do not want even a thank you because I volunteer for a selfish reason. On Valentines Day the Press is going to have a field day taking pictures of prominent elected officials shaking the hands of disabled Veterans. These officials will boost about how much they do for the Veterans. Of course it is an election year. I am not hate full although the press and Government officials tell you that I am. I have volunteered every day since I returned in 74 from my 31 month overseas tour helping others. Most of the time I do not even know the people that I volunteer help. I write honest, truth full letters about NH, the elected officials, VA and Veterans needs. These people that I write about do not like what I say so I am labeled by the media to make the public hate me. The news media censors the truth to protect these officials.
NH VA director of Veteran’s medical care stopped my VA medical for political self gain. Did the news report this? Did the news print the opinion letters that I wrote about this. “no” U.S. Military Veterans across the United States are being ignored or left to die alone on the street because the U.S. citizens are to busy to care. On Valentines Day the news media is going to publicly give the world the belief that you actually care. You talk about how these young men and women give yet as soon as the cameras go so does the caring.
I am rated 120% disabled because I was injured three separate times. Twice in combat support missions. When you add the percentage that each injury takes from me, I have 120% less in life than the average person. I relive my fist kill every single day. The entire United States knows about this cruel and damaging treatment by the NH Government to silence my free speech but no one cares. This is not about me. This is about the Veterans returning today and the veterans of past wars and conflicts you the U.S. citizens discharge as trash. These are the kids that once played in school that had promising futures as you that never served. 25% of the homeless are Veterans unable to cope in a society where to them reality just does not exist. The Veterans that you work beside that relives the tragedy of the inhuman conditions of war silently. The Veterans that can no longer relate to others or keep a job.
Discrimination by the American Legion, VFW, NH courts, VA, NH Gov. and others is illustrated by my case but it happens to veterans across the U.S. NH takes a 120% disabled Veteran and labels him a Terrorist, VA medial is stopped, harms his family, depletes his savings and much more but the U.S. does not care. “What are we fighting for, next stop is Vietnam” To a Veteran the only thing better than suicide is if we had never come home alive. You the United States of America claims to want to understand why suicide is a Veterans best care but you treat us like trash. I wish the press would start telling the truth. On Valentines Day make those handshakes more than an artificial token jester or create a Valentines Day massacre where Veterans can die with honor.

“What Are We Fighting For, Next Stop Is Vietnam”. Navy Seals Nate Hardy from Durham NH and M. Koch from Pa were killed by small arms fire in Iraq yesterday. Talk in the local restaurant this morning was how sad the families must feel. Many families across the U.S. have or will be feeling this same way as long as innocent kids fight on the no experience politicians egos(orders). Don’t get me wrong I am not against the war. War is necessary to protect the rights of the individual. If someone attacks the U.S. or it’s citizens, we should wipe out that entire country. No mercy. On the other hand if our elected officials wage war on another country to create a legacy for themselves we should abolish that President. Why should innocent American kids die, why not people from another country that was unwilling to fight for themselves. There are no innocent people in a war zone that attached us.
These Veterans that are lucky enough to come back, will be discharged into a nation that has no idea or even cares about the medical or physical condition of these hero’s. These Veterans will be so happy to be back in the “world” U.S. they will not realize the demons growing in their heads. These Veterans will go back to their families only to find nothing is the same. Separating the mind controlling lessons drilled into you at boot camp, then demonstrated in service that you committed with out mercy from the cruel but lawful society of the U.S. is easy at first. Family and friends happy to see you home tolerate and rationalize the happenings you create. They laugh when you duck at loud noises. They get mad when you do something harsh or speak at people with out feelings. Society feels sorry for the Veterans that come home with no arms, legs or other (visual or not) disabilities but fails to give medial aid. Aid will cost to much or the politicians don’t care because the election is to far away for self benefit. Were these the lucky Veterans that died?
Suicide while in service or after discharge is one solution. I have thought of it many times and come close some of the times. I am told that I have no feelings but the feelings I have goes out to these families. We fought to protect and defend our Constitution for equal treatment of the law for all. Now we lose our families, jobs, friends and become homeless to keep you safe from the demons maturing in our heads. These Navy Seals as all that gave their lives for the people of the United States of America have my gratitude and I thank them all. We are fighting for our country and it’s citizens.

Veteran’s untold stories have been told many times. The U.S. society and the news media are tired of hearing them. I wrote a story the other day about my “Two Worlds”. I do not remember writing it but I did. This is a news-flash to the media and U.S. society; I have lived in two worlds since I returned. After being arrested as a terrorist and released from jail when the bogus charges were dropped. My VA medical was stopped to silence my free speech . A VA Dr McCollum and a VA Dr Potenza treated me by violating the VA NH health care director Mark Levenston’s orders. Dr Dan is a unique person because I trust him. It is only since I started seeing Dr Dan that I realized that I need help.
The reason that I know the letter of my “Two worlds” is mine, because of the line “What are we fighting for”. While deep in the bush on convoy I would rattle that song over and over in my head. I read the letter and realized that I need to be heard. The word help is useless to say because the politicians learned when citizens need help is the best time to raise the politicians image by helping those that yell help loudest. I am no different than other Veteran’s. My story is unique because I have amnesia from one of my three separate service injuries. I re-entered my second world totally naïve to life in the U.S. Certain event, situations, words have made an impression on my brain and I do not forget those events that happen after my TBI. Like my love and obligation to the United States of America. My time on convoy living in a culture that by U.S. standards is cruel and unusual punishment. My short and long term memory is limited. My second world contradicts my first world so bad. My trying to live in a society that I do not belong. The politicians that send us into war condemn us for our actions to keep them free. Most other Veteran’s come back to the world knowing that what they did collides with every standard of decency they were raised by. For some veteran’s accepting reality can no longer exist. Drugs, alcohol, lost relationships and many times homelessness on the street. This is why I need to be heard. I need to let the U.S. understand Veterans live in two worlds.
The State of New Hampshire is no different than the others. NH is so bold that they violate the Constitution by intentionally inflicting pain and suffering on a 100% disabled Veteran. The news media censors the facts because the NH government and courts have harmed my character in the public eye. I have become aware (because of this HARM) that Veterans across the U.S. are treated like dirt.
What the State of NH has done to me is great because they can not harm the walking dead. NH harming a disabled Veteran that is mentally defective gives me the chance to make the entire U.S. aware of all the Veterans needs. I want the Veteran’s untold stories to be repeated in every news media across the U.S. Veteran’s need you the citizens of the U.S. to understand two worlds exist (if not only in the Veterans mind). Veteran’s gave everything for you. Can you the U.S. at least listen to the Veteran.

I live in two worlds. The one life that I learned in the effort to survive back here in the “world” U.S. The other is the rent less belief’s and acts from my memories serving this nation that continuously spin in my head. My ability to camouflage to protect society from ever learning what a dangerous person that I am. Am I dangerous or is that a title bestowed on me by society to limit my ability to do what I have learned is the obligation of every U.S. citizen. I was a teenager, high school drop out, young adult, it does not matter because only 11% of the U.S. citizens will serve in the Military. I went off to a conflict or war only to loose my innocents and my right to return to a society that does not want to understand. I have no memory of my life prior to Marine Corps Boot camp. I have a Traumatic Brain Injury. The pain in my head and body is a relentless reminder that I need to be punished for what my life has done to civilized society, for your freedom. I live in two worlds. The one life that I learned in the effort to survive back here in the “world” U.S. The other is the rent less belief’s and acts from my memories serving this nation that continuously spin in my head. All Veterans letters should (no matter how questionable) by law must be printed. Veterans are the children that give their youth and lives for the U.S. Constitution. Veterans lose that innocent feeling that allows the others (U.S. citizens)to believe and seek harmony. Veterans gain that unrelenting flash-back of memory of the inhuman way that we lived and acted. Every Veteran that has been there see every day (of their remaining lives) that reminder. To censor or edit the opinion of a Veteran demonstrates the artificial respect that the U.S. believes Veteran’s deserve.

Society (protesters state side) dictates that our actions are wrong but the Politicians that have never been there command us to do. Naïve children (just starting life) commit the unspeakable to defend and protect U.S. citizen’s freedom and the veterans come home to be labeled baby killers and criminals. Suicide becomes our only option to protect you (U.S. citizens) from learning the crimes of humanity that we engage in. Many returning Veterans become homeless, have failed relationships or worse and are locked up in jail to protect society from these children that gave everything. Are the Veterans returning to the world to be stereotyped the Veteran Bums? (useless leaches on the political budget) The U.S. politicians have placed limits on care for returning Veterans because pet projects pleases the element of society (voters) better. Veterans no longer serve any use full productive purpose to society.

A sad story of a child leaving high school in 1970 at 17 to become a U.S. Marine and go off to a conflict. A four year tour with 31 months overseas, 8 convoys as American Advisor delivering surplus supplies to friendly camps in Thailand, Laos and Cambodia and three disabling injuries, two were received during separate combat support missions. This now 100% disabled Veteran returns to New Hampshire with total amnesia from a traumatic brain injury received during his tour. How does one understand family, friends, and a life where commands and orders do not guide your life? Is it possible to live where killing is the norm, then be dropped into a civilized society and survive? I so much wanted to see what other Marines would describe as “Back in the World” that I slide into drugs, alcohol and college. Finely one day I started volunteering helping others to relieve my guilt of coming back alive. Volunteering made me realize that maybe helping others would eventually stop the need for war. Volunteering at the least allowed me to say thank you to those that never came home.
I learned to believe so much in the American system of government that getting involved became a passion. I volunteered on zoning board, and many others. I ran for elected local and state office. I volunteered in the court system, police projects, schools, hospitals and many more learning and reassuring my self I will some day be like others. Helping even strangers on the street, or in the communities with domestic problems, housing or other difficulties in every day life is an every day event for me.
I was raised in Alton NH but to this day I do not remember any part of life there. I do not look disabled which places doubt in others minds. I have accepted the fact that I must struggle every day to attempt to understand situations around me. I realize that from the day that I set foot back in the “world” that I was different from others because I had no emotions toward others. Not in the fact that I could not feel love and affection but that I could kill or accept other’s pain with out it interfering with my ability to complete my mission. I under stood that I did not belong in a civilized society. I moved out of Alton because people knew me and I had no idea whom they were. People in Alton could not accept this once wild child now had a broken back and lose of hearing which I hide for fear of being rejected.
I learned while in the Marine Corps that I was giving my life for the Constitution of the United Sates and equal treatment of the law to all. A Madbury NH family called my house in Lee NH to ask for help in 1999. They had a zoning issue and had read my letters to the editor in the newspapers. This family was so desperate because the local selectmen were using their lively hood “Family business” as a means to seek revenge against this family. This fact turned out to be true. In helping them, Judge Peter Fauver committed 29 or more Constitutional crimes to inflict pain and suffering on this family. I to this day have not stopped helping this family. The newspapers censor the facts in direct violation or our Constitution. The courts and government have inflicted so much pain and suffering on my family, people wonder why I do not stop helping people that were strangers to me. I learned to allow the courts and government to inflict pain and suffering on any one individual can not be tolerated. It does not matter that the people of the United States of America have been deceived by false facts printed in the news to harm my character in the public eye. I learned in the Marine Corps that we the people must correct the wrongs of government as a means to keep our nation strong.
The director of the NH VA medical care Mark Levenston stopped my VA medical in an effort to aid the NH government officials and judges to stop my free speech. My biggest conflict to understanding life back here in the world is accepting the atrocious acts that I committed as a U.S. Marine. It is not the fact that I did, what I did. It is that I do not feel guilty for killing a child while in the “Bush” to retrieve my weapon and escape. I have no memory of any good while I served. I remember the hot lonely nights waiting hour after hour for mission to begin. I remember riding on convoy where no one else spoke American and I knew that tomorrow would not be here. I remember hoping to live long enough to see what “Back in the World” was like.

I know to this day there are WWII veterans alive that are still asking for help with their service connected disabilities. These are the children that went off to fight for our Constitution. Mark Levenston, Judge Fauver NH governor Lynch and many others committed crimes against the peace and dignity of the United States. The NH Government, courts and news media with the help of the VA have knowingly harmed a disabled Veteran for self gain. Worse is that our courts, government and news media do this to many returning Veterans. Now do you under stand why this is a Sad Story.
