Newspapers refuse to print the true. Newspapers refuse to print the opinion of the people when it clearly states documented truth. Newspapers refuse to print that NH is taking the life of a 100% disabled Marine to stop this Veteran’s free speech. The public is afraid to speak up for fear of retribution against them and their families. I can not blame the public if NH can do this to a 100% disabled Marine and no one cares what chance does any of us have. Newspapers are violating the trust of the people by censoring the facts from the public. Letters to the Editor are a checks and balance granted to the individual by our constitution to stop such abusive government acts. Judge Peter Fauver is handling the Dodd Case. Judge Fauver allows the Prosecutor to animate a film of the accident their way to their facts. Judge Fauver refuses to allow the defendant the same choice. Judge Peter Fauver committed 29 crimes against our Constitution in the Madbury case. NH Supreme Court Case 2003-0477 The Supreme court to protect Fauver and the Judicial system refuse to discipline Fauver. Fauver is using the judicial system to harm individuals in a criminal manner. This is the opinion of a 100% disabled United States Marine. It is the truth also. Newspapers censor the truth to protect a few. Newspapers print articles about me. These articles may state the truth but in a manner to discredit my character in the public eye. Make the public hate someone and then it is easy to violate the constitution to protect criminals like Fauver. Biased news reporting is worse than censorship although they both harm the public.
Do you know why I can print such a letter and place it on the web. I e-mail this letter to hundreds of newspapers, government officials, judges, police, and the public. Ask your self why has no news reported the truth. The system ignores the public unless it is to someone in the systems benefit to aid that individual. The public becomes frustrated because our elected officials no longer serve the people they believe the public should serve them. Carol Shea-Porter violated the law to harm a 100% disabled Veteran. The Director of the medical care for Veterans in NH stopped a Veterans medical care to help Shea-Porter. These are crimes yet since Carol is a U.S. congress woman the police refuse to allow the individual to file any complaint. If you become violent and kill all these criminals, the newspapers make you look bad to protect the criminal judges and government officials. “What are we fighting for, Next stop is Vietnam”

Letter that I sent to U.S. congresswoman from NH Shea-Porter Carol Shea-Porter is a joke.
To the editor
Killing when all other means of Redress fails is what our Constitution obliges us to do. I volunteer over 1000hr/yr since 1974 when I returned from a conflict 100% disabled from serving in the USMC. I ran for state elected office only to have the NH government and newspapers interfere with a free election. I am running for Oyster River School board, will the voters learn about who I am or will I be censored again. The Madbury NH selectmen openly and with the courts consent use their government powerw to harm Madbury residents that the selectmen do not like. I live in Lee NH. This Madbury family became so frustrated with the judicial system they called me for help. They only knew of me because newspapers printed my opinion. Judge Peter Fauver violated or allowed others to violate our Constitution 29 or more times. Fauver is a criminal. Fauver fined me $20 thousand with no trial or charges to stop my volunteer helping this family. I continued so NH used the state police to intimidate my family. I continued so NH arrested me as a terrorist, took my freedom for 6 months, as a to scare me then dropped the charges. I continued so NH interfered with my VA medical. NH has taken my freedom. Money, health, family and much more to stop my free speech. My country comes first. I volunteer to demonstrate gratitude for what so many veterans have given their lives for.
I am running for ORSB. Killing the judges, government officials and others whom violate our Constitution is my obligation. I as a 100% service connected disable U.S. Marine will not be violent with the country that I love. In a civilized society communication must be used to solve our problems. Censorship by newspapers is a worst crime than what Judge Fauver and the others have done.
I have been helping this family since 1999. I have placed this information in court papers, letters to the governor and newspapers, signing my mane, address and phone # many, many times if they were not the truth Libel suits would be filed. There are no libel suits because the Truth is a power full weapon. Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal, making decisions on other’s lives every day. This is a national issue. For a judge to knowingly violate our Constitution and our government officials not only protect this son of a bitch but our government harms a 100% service connected disabled veteran to stop this veteran from volunteering to help others, something is wrong. I am running for ORSB because this is my country also. I will not be violent but I will express my opinion. I ask you the citizens of the United States to help this USMC Veteran. Carol Shea-porter ignores a disabled United States Marine asking for her help.
