The Boston Globe (In writing) tells a reader that the readers suicide would be better than this reader sending another letter to the editor to the newspaper. First of all in my opinion this is an illegal act. To tell a 100% disabled Veteran to kill himself. Second the Constitution, protected newspapers purposely to give the colonist a manner to publicly expose wrongs in government to stop totalitarianism. Third the ethical and moral harm this act has on the newspaper industry’s public image seems to criminally warrant all media censor ship of this Veteran‘s turmoil. Then for the Boston Globe not to print the readers response for the public to be informed is ludicrous. Now for other newspapers across the U.S. to knowingly aid the Boston Globe’s infringement on the public’s rights to know is the most outrageous crime possible.
Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Law and Constitution to protect the Madbury NH selectmen’s criminal activity. The Madbury NH selectmen use government powers to harm local residents the selectmen do not like. I volunteer my time to help this family and NH declares me a terrorist and takes my freedom for 6 months. The charges are dropped. A NH, U.S. congress woman uses government powers to interfere with my Military medical conditions to stop my letters. The VA stops my medical care for political self gain. The NH state police harass my family and suggest that I commit suicide because my letters are “over whelming the system in Concord”. Judge Fauver uses the Sheriff to harass me to stop my letters about him. The VA suicide hotline harass me to commit suicide. The VA uses the local police to harass me into suicide. The Dover NH police arrest me to aid a NH Congress woman criminal acts. I have violated no laws. The NH government, VA, Police, Sheriff and others have violated many laws to cover up the crimes of Judge Fauver and the Madbury selectmen.
I came back from the Vietnam Conflict with the relentless memories of the acts I committed for the freedom that the U.S. citizens enjoy. Trust the Government? Serve the people? Justice in our courts? Three powerful questions that have lost there meaning. People are afraid of losing every thing if they question government officials. Government officials have turned their positions to serve the people into positions of power to control the people. Elected officials to build a better image in the public eye try only to please those that have influence to get them re-elected. Judges rain dominance over the public by manipulating justice to serve their own demented purpose. The justice system has made rules and laws to place the courtroom justice out of financial reach of the average American citizen. Political control sways justice to the side in power at the time. Newspapers have lost the reason the free press was established. Public opinion now is edited and censored to reflect the newspapers point of view. Are we allowed to question why?
I have filed criminal complaints with the courts on Judge Peter Fauver’s criminal violations of our Constitution to harm individuals. The courts white wash them. I have filed criminal complaints against the Veterans Administration. I am a disabled Veteran that has had his medical care interfered with and stopped for political self gain, only to be ignored. The NH governor uses the state police to harass my family and suggest that I commit suicide. The VA suicide hotline uses the local police to harass me to commit suicide. The Boston Globe tells me in writing to commit suicide. Is my death necessary? Judge Fauver uses the Strafford county sheriff to harass me to stop my letters to the editor. The newspapers write biased articles to sway the public opinion against me. One newspaper had the balls to print the truth and is ignored by all the others. People believe what they want.. I received three serious disabling injuries while I served in the U.S. Marine Corps. I came home from a conflict to a country that I did not know or belong in. I have not violated the law, but I volunteer every day since I came home (in 1974) to help other people. Beware, people! The government can not be trusted. People no longer serve (that fill the government positions) they dominate. Justice in our courts is only for those that can influence the verdict or money to lose.
I am running for District 21 NH state senate. My letters inform the voters what I will do when I get elected. My opinion letters (by law) newspapers are required to print to inform the voters. The Biased news works with the government to stop me. We the People are what the United States of America is, let us take back the government and get justice.

Ray Duckler of the Concord Monitor (at cmonitor.com) wrote an article on May 28, 08 that confirmed what I have been saying. Ray did an excellent job of research and told both sides of the news with out injecting his own opinion. Ray confirmed that I was a veteran and that I volunteer to help others. Ray and the Concord Monitor, I praise for doing such a good job for it’s readers but why did they stop. They spent a lot of money on the research on confirming the truth. I know that their newspaper is just a local Concord area but many people read the C-Monitor from the seacoast to the mountains. I send them a copy of my daily letters yet even their readers are deprived of the opinion of a NH resident. My letters are very damaging, but the damage is to those that deserve to be exposed for what they are doing to our Constitution and State. The Fact is that there is no legal, public way for these government officials and judges to stop my telling the truth. These criminal officials and judges have the upper hand because the news refuses to print my opinion letters. These trusted public officials violate the law to stop me.
The people of the State should be outraged to learn that the Madbury selectmen use government powers to harm local residents that they do not like. NH residents should be more inflamed to learn that Judge Peter Fauver used judicial powers to cover up the Madbury crimes against the people. The NH Supreme court and governor covering up the crimes because of the impact that exposing these crimes will have on the judicial branch of government. The news media censoring the public from learning about the wrongs being committed by our government personal and judges is outrageous.
NH took a 100% disabled Veteran that for 30 something years volunteers every day to help others, and took my freedom, money, health and much more to stop me. Shea-Porter and the VA interfered with my VA health care. Crimes by government personal and judges to stop a veteran’s free speech and the news censors it.
The newspapers and media are so biased that they announce others running for NH State Senate seats yet refuse to tell people about me. To show the biased the Boston Globe told me to commit suicide. I have written letters about my platform and what my reasons for running are, yet the news refuses to print them.

Why! did I wake up in a military hospital bed, with forever no memory of any part of my life before that moment? Why was I shipped over seas to fight for a country that I did not remember (US)? Why thirty one months later did I return and get dumped into a cruel (yet called) civilized society. Why do I suffer with two other serious, life changing, combat related disabilities? Why do I volunteer to help so many children and adults when society calls me dangerous? Why do memories of events as an American Advisor on convoy’s deep in the Bush keep returning? Why have I not violated the law when so many in trusted powerful positions violate the very laws everyone else must follow? Why did the NH courts declare me a Terrorist? Why do I remember some things and forget others forever? Why do I sometimes not remember my wife or children’s names yet most times I do? Why out of the Blue did a Madbury NH family call someone that they did not know for help (me)? Why do the Madbury NH selectmen violate the law to harm residents that the selectmen do not like? Why is Judge Peter Fauver allowed to violate the Constitution to harm residents against the peace and dignity of the United States? Why did the NH supreme court refuse to hear a case that questioned the criminal acts of a judge (2003-0477)? Why did the VA-NH official and the NH state police tell me to commit suicide? Why did I return to a country that I do not belong?
Why can newspapers violate the very principle that the Constitution was written for (freedom of Press)? Why do newspapers not tell their readers that I am running for district 21 NH senate seat? Why do newspapers freely print articles on other candidates yet ignore a 100% disabled veteran (candidate)? Why do newspapers cover up facts of crimes committed by NH judges and government officials? Why do the newspapers not tell it’s readers that the VA stopped the medical care of a 100% disabled Veteran? Why did the Boston Globe newspaper put in writing they want me to commit suicide yet no newspaper will print the disabled veteran’s response?
I volunteer every day to help others. In a lawful way, I try to make life better for all. Running for district 21 NH senate is not for me. It is for you. I am not paranoid or a mental case. What I am is a disabled Veteran that came back to a country that I do not belong. My hope is that what I do will make life better for future generation.

Government officials openly committing crimes to harm a 100% disabled Veteran and no-one will speak up. I understand you are afraid that what the elected officials are doing to me, you could be next if you say anything. How many times have you seen a neighbor, friend or relative have trouble with the local officials? I volunteer my time to help a Madbury family because they were so desperate they asked someone that they only knew from a letter to the editor that I wrote. The Madbury selectmen use government powers to seek revenge on residents that the selectmen do not like. It is my duty as a U.S. Marine to set the pain and discomfort from my military disabilities aside and stop powerful elected officials and judges from violating the Constitution. Judge Peter Fauver intentionally violated the Constitution to harm U.S. residents against the peace and dignity of the United States Governor Lynch, Shea-Porter and many other government officials are covering up these crimes by committing more crimes. People ask me every day why the NH papers have stopped printing my letters? The news media sets their ethical responsibility aside because they are afraid of law suits. The power of a judge. The Veteran’s Hospital stopped my VA medical to aid the NH government to stop me. The Boston Globe in writing asked me to commit suicide. The director of the NH VA and the NH State police asked me to commit suicide. The VA suicide hotline uses the local police to cause martial problems by harassing me to in entice suicide. Judge Fauver uses the Sheriff dept to harass me to cause my military disabilities to trigger a suicide. All these documented facts and the news refuse to print the truth.
I am running for district 21 NH senate seat. The news has printed stories about the other candidates but refuse to print any thing about me. Can the powerful be so scared of the people learning the truth that they will destroy NH. I write a letter every day and send it to over 1000 places. Many blogs across the U.S. prints my letters. I get e-mails, phone calls and just people on the street telling me to keep going. If ever; my suicide will not be because of, fighting for NH. I have to pay for what I did as a U.S. Marine. You people just do not get it. Our children are fighting on foreign soil to protect what you are allowing to be destroyed here in NH. “Constitution”

How many times have you seen a neighbor, friend or relative have trouble with the local officials? I volunteer my time to help a Madbury family because they were so desperate they asked someone that they only knew from a letter to the editor that I wrote. The Madbury selectmen use government powers to seek revenge on residents that the selectmen do not like. It is my duty as a U.S. Marine to set the pain and discomfort from my military disabilities aside and stop powerful elected officials and judges from violating the Constitution. Judge Peter Fauver intentionally violated the Constitution to harm U.S. residents against the peace and dignity of the United States Governor Lynch, Shea-Porter and many other government officials are covering up these crimes by committing more crimes. People ask me every day why the NH papers have stopped printing my letters? The news media sets their ethical responsibility aside because they are afraid of law suits. The power of a judge. The Veteran’s Hospital stopped my VA medical to aid the NH government to stop me. The Boston Globe in writing asked me to commit suicide. The director of the NH VA and the NH State police asked me to commit suicide. The VA suicide hotline uses the local police to cause martial problems by harassing me to in entice suicide. Judge Fauver uses the Sheriff dept to harass me to cause my military disabilities to trigger a suicide. All these documented facts and the news refuse to print the truth.
I am running for district 21 NH senate seat. The news has printed stories about the other candidates but refuse to print any thing about me. Can the powerful be so scared of the people learning the truth that they will destroy NH. I write a letter every day and send it to over 1000 places. Many blogs across the U.S. prints my letters. I get e-mails, phone calls and just people on the street telling me to keep going. If ever; my suicide will not be because of, fighting for NH. I have to pay for what I did as a U.S. Marine. You people just do not get it. Our children are fighting on foreign soil to protect what you are allowing to be destroyed here in NH. “Constitution”
I have filed criminal complaints with the VA and others only to be shut out. I killed other human beings to protect the rights that you show me that I am not entitled to. I can only do my part by fighting for every one of you. As an elected official I will always speak up and do every thing possible with out worry for my self, to protect everyone of your constitutional rights. The VA suicide Hotline started harassing phone calls again. My chance of winning public office must be worrying them. The problem is people tell me every day that someone must step forward and change government back to the people. People tell me that they do not like my letters. People every day call me to help them with some problem, Yard work, just a friend to talk to, many different things. Government departments call me to volunteer. I set my pain and medical problems aside to teach your children as a volunteer. I stop on the street to talk to people in need. I have helped complete strangers wire their new home because they ran out of money. Everyday I volunteer help people to make change for the better. I do not tell these people that I help my name if I can avoid it. I volunteer to help others not for self gratitude or rewards. I volunteer because I came back alive. I watched better men than me give their lives for the United States of America. I can not control the VA or government but I can let people know the truth.
You the people are tired of hearing that I am a 100% disabled Veteran. Our elected officials refuse to get involved with me because I do not fit their political profile. Can you imagine elected officials being so scare of the powerful that they refuse to help a voter. Can you imagine elected officials afraid to take on a judge. Can you imagine elected officials taking a 100% disabled veteran’s freedom on bogus charges for 6 months just to teach a U.S. citizen who has the power. Then drop the charges. Can you imagine the VA stopping a disabled Veteran’s medical just for their own political self gain. We the people can not be tired, if our nation’s future is on the line.

Is there any since to understanding Truth or Death. At 17 I woke up in a Naval Hospital with the mind of an infant. Because of an admin error I was sent back to active duty as a U.S. Marine with no memory. For what ever reason I was groomed and formed into a killing machine with out feelings or regrets. One day it was all over and I was dropped into a world that to this day, I can not comprehend. I obey the law. Government officials, State and local police along with the Strafford county Sheriff, put in the news that I push the law to the limit just enough to aggravate people but do not break it. If I do not break the law what right do authority figures have to discredit my character in the public eye. I volunteer to help others every day. I volunteer to teach many of our children across the state different subject for the government, church’s schools, and non-profit organization. I help people I do not even know as I am walking down the street. I can not pay the world back for what I did as a U.S. Marine. I can not let what so many other men better than I give their life’s be in vain. I may not under stand but let me try.

Remembering Patriots that fought for the United States is not as important as remembering what they gave their lives for. Government controlled newspapers, tax with out representation, brutal beatings, appointed officials not elected and much more. Bunker Hill battle was fought by men willing to give their lives for this nation. Our military today are just the same. This is why I am running for District 21 NH state senate seat. My words are silenced by editors that see no need to allow the voters to hear the truth. I am a 100% disabled Veteran. I came back from the Vietnam Conflict with three serious life changing disabilities. Two injuries came in separate combat support missions. The Editors have no trouble with articles that harm my character. Have the editors forgot that We the People are where the Patriots come from?
Editors silence that the Madbury NH selectmen use government powers to get revenge on local residents for personal reasons. Editors silence the facts that Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution and laws to intentionally harm other NH residents to protect the Madbury Selectmen. Editors silence the fact that the NH Supreme Court refuse to hear a case that questioned the integrity of the judicial branch of the NH government. (case 2003-0477) The facts are documented in court papers. Editors refuse to tell it’s readers that U.S.NH congress woman Shea-Porter used her government powers to interfere with my VA medical care for service related disabilities to stop my letters. Why the Nazi’s tried to take over the world. The news now selects candidates they want the voters to elect. Internet effects newspaper readership. Iwa Jima veteran’s now become intro’s so reporters (that never served) can talk about themselves. We the people seem to not see the writing on the wall.
I served during the Vietnam conflict. I came back with 3 separate life changing disabilities. Two came during separate combat support missions. I am running for District 21 NH state senate seat. Local and state newspapers write huge articles about the other candidates. I get two words in one paper while they are talking about the others (My Name). I missed the writing on the wall “Veterans fight to defend your rights. The returning Veteran has no rights because of what we did to defend yours”.
Editors, Judges and government officials may not like what I stand for. My platform is clear. I will fight for every one of you equally as I did as a U.S. Marine and all veterans do over the history of the U.S. The Madbury NH selectmen violated the Constitution when they used government powers to get revenge for personal reasons on local residents. Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal for knowingly allowing and committing constitutional crimes himself to cover up the Madbury selectmen’s crimes. Out Rage: that newspapers across the United States are not standing for the one principle they exist for. Unbiased reporting of the news. Ironic that our military give their lives so that the world symbol of “Freedom of the Press” can live. Our military do this (give their lives) act for all U.S. citizens equally. The thing is that I receive e-mails daily from editors across the U.S. (because of Ray Duckler’s May 28 article “He’s making his case, day by day”) telling me that my story is not their region, does not interest their readers, was sent to more than one newspaper. My story interests everyone in the U.S. I volunteer to help people every day. Race, color, creed, rich or poor it does not matter. I volunteer help people in every county of NH. The Concord Monitor article was well written and covered both sides of the issue. The article gave people the truth, explaining that I am not a bad person. The government just wants you to think that so that no one will support freedom. I wish that I could feel out rage toward the people violating the constitution (newspapers, judges and government officials). Out Rage does not belong in a civilized society.
I am a 100% disabled Veteran. Does the state of NH and the VA have the right to use my service connected medical condition to harm me? This is a crime. Does the NH governor Lynch have the right to charge me $200.00 to speak with him and stiff me? This is a crime. Does NH have the right to use the State and local police along with the Strafford county sheriff to harass me to stop my writing letters to the editor? This is a crime. Does the NH supreme court have the right to allow judges to violate the Constitution intentionally to harm other U.S. citizens (case 2003-0477? This is a crime.
Our military, do not care about State, region or even know the people that they are fighting and giving their lives for. I am running for District 21 NH state senate seat and the newspapers refuse to announce my candidacy. Every editor and newspapers across the U.S. should and needs to print my letters. My letters expose the crippling effect the news media can have when they violate the principle that so many of our children over the history of the U.S. gave their lives for. Freedom of the press exists as a means for the average citizen to expose government wrongs. A 100% disabled Veteran running for public office being tortured and harmed by judges government officials and the news media to stop his chances of being elected are the principle “We the People” stands for, being diminished. Every newspaper in the U.S. should print Ray Duckler’s article so that the people understand what the unbiased reporting of the news is.

Out Rage: that newspapers across the United States are not standing for the one principle they exist for. Unbiased reporting of the news. Ironic that our military give their lives so that the world symbol of “Freedom of the Press” can live. Our military do this (give their lives) act for all U.S. citizens equally. The thing is that I receive e-mails daily from editors across the U.S. (because of Ray Duckler’s May 28 article “He’s making his case, day by day”) telling me that my story is not their region, does not interest their readers, was sent to more than one newspaper. My story interests everyone in the U.S. I volunteer to help people every day. Race, color, creed, rich or poor it does not matter. I volunteer help people in every county of NH. The Concord Monitor article was well written and covered both sides of the issue. The article gave people the truth, explaining that I am not a bad person. The government just wants you to think that so that no one will support freedom. I wish that I could feel out rage toward the people violating the constitution (newspapers, judges and government officials). Out Rage does not belong in a civilized society.
I am a 100% disabled Veteran. Does the state of NH and the VA have the right to use my service connected medical condition to harm me? This is a crime. Does the NH governor Lynch have the right to charge me $200.00 to speak with him and stiff me? This is a crime. Does NH have the right to use the State and local police along with the Strafford county sheriff to harass me to stop my writing letters to the editor? This is a crime. Does the NH supreme court have the right to allow judges to violate the Constitution intentionally to harm other U.S. citizens (case 2003-0477? This is a crime.
Our military, do not care about State, region or even know the people that they are fighting and giving their lives for. I am running for District 21 NH state senate seat and the newspapers refuse to announce my candidacy. Every editor and newspapers across the U.S. should and needs to print my letters. My letters expose the crippling effect the news media can have when they violate the principle that so many of our children over the history of the U.S. gave their lives for. Freedom of the press exists as a means for the average citizen to expose government wrongs. A 100% disabled Veteran running for public office being tortured and harmed by judges government officials and the news media to stop his chances of being elected are the principle “We the People” stands for, being diminished. Every newspaper in the U.S. should print Ray Duckler’s article so that the people understand what the unbiased reporting of the news is.

Does Discrimination by newspapers hurt the readers? I signed up to run for District 21 State senate seat. The news media refuses to inform the people. Every day the newspapers write article of others whom intend to sign up. Biased news reporting hurts the entire United States. I am a 100% service connected disabled U.S. Marine. Two of my three disabilities I received in separate Combat missions. I have volunteered every day since I came back from a conflict in 74 to help others. I did 31 months overseas. I just spent 3 days volunteering at the UNH cow barns teaching children from around the state. I volunteer every day to show respect for those that gave their lives for our freedom.
The newspapers do not like the fact that I tell the truth. I volunteered in 1999 to help a Madbury NH family with a zoning issue. The Madbury NH selectmen are using the power of government to get revenge on this family. Judge Peter Fauver knowingly Violated the Constitution to protect these criminal acts of the Madbury NH selectmen. The NH supreme court refused to hear a case (2003-0477) that questioned the integrity of the judicial system by a high school drop out, 100% disabled veteran. The NH government uses the State, local police and Strafford County sheriff to harass me to stop my exposing these crimes. NH Congress woman Shea-Porter uses her federal elected position to interfere with my VA medical care. The VA stopped my VA medical care to stop my letters to the editor. The news refuses to print my letters. NH took my freedom for 6 months before dropping the charges just to intimidate me to stop writing. I do not quit and I promise to work for the people at all costs to my own life. If the truth hurts people with good reputations they should not have committed the crimes, but the newspapers should report the truth.
The news may not want to print or cover my campaign for elected position in the NH government. Is not our country built on the rights of the people? Newspapers should not have the right to choose what the people should be told. Freedom of the press is based on the premise that the unbiased truth will be printed to inform the public. Every Newspaper in the United States should take offense to discrimination by your own brother newspapers to harm a U.S. Marine that gave at 17 years old to defend a nation that now treats him as second class.
Which newspaper will show the ethical responsibility to print what they were given Constitutional protection for (to protect the people). I am running for District 21 NH state senate seat but the Discrimination hurts the entire United States.

How can the news media in the U.S. be such Hippocrates? Other Candidates running for the NH State Senate get stories written about them by the newspapers before they even register for office. The news media may not appreciate that my words (although they may hurt people with good reputations) are documented facts. I have not violated the law, but I go out of my way to volunteer help others every day since 1974 when I returned from a conflict. I will be volunteering to help the Strafford county conservation commission teach children next week. I can volunteer teach your children, help in the communities every day by volunteering, and many other things, yet I am not good enough for the public to be informed that I am running for public office. The Concord Monitor’s article by Ray Deckler “He’s making his case, day by day” on May 28 at least told the truth. Granted I do have three permanent disabilities receive during separate incidents during my tour in the U.S. Marine Corps. Two came during separate combat support missions. I am 100% disabled, service connected. I write about my disabilities and how they effect my life every day. I am running for public office and the public has the right to decide, not the news media or the NH government. NH with the help of the VA stopped my medical care for disabilities received during my tour. I received in writing from the Boston Globe and words from the VA telling me to commit suicide. The NH government sends the State Police to my house to tell me to commit suicide because my letters are effecting the system in Concord. These are facts NH officials are afraid that if I get elected will become public. If I get elected I will speak freely about the criminal acts in our courts and government. I will bring NH back to the people. I will work to lower taxes and less government interference in our lives. My disabilities were received protecting our freedom yet the news limits freedom by censorship.
I have dreamed every day of killing myself since I returned. I came back to a world that I do not belong. I committed acts in the line of duty as a U.S. Marine that to this day this civilized society can not accept or want to understand. I do not feel shame or guilt for what I did, for this reason society makes us Veterans feel condemned . I live every day in the shadow of what I did, with the daily reminder by re-living these events in my head. I look and act as an every day citizen. I do not show my pain or display my need to die. Even people that know me do not know that I am disabled. I talk about my personal events happening in my head on paper because to wine to others is not me. My dreams changed when at 17 I became a U.S. Marine. VA promoting suicide is a crime.

I am a criminal, nut, terrorist and many more bad adjectives. I am a United States Marine that places his country and the America people first. I volunteer to help people. I do every thing possible to benefit my community and State. I am not afraid to speak up when I see something that I believe is wrong. This NH Judge retired but he made a lot of what I call criminal decisions that destroyed other people’s lives that violated the Constitution. I do not complain, I state facts that can be verified, if the newspapers wanted to print the truth. The Madbury NH selectmen with intent to seek revenge against a local family used the courts to enforce acts of discrimination and other criminal violations of our Constitution. These facts are documented in court records. I dare write facts like this because the truth is a powerful weapon. The NH courts and government have violated the law and Constitution to harm my family and I: to stop my exposing the truth. No matter what harm the courts and state have inflicted it does not stop me. Our military give their lives to stop such domination in other countries are we to ignore it in the United States.
I have serious medical conditions that I received during my tour in the U.S. Marine Corps. I talk about them so that the voters and public have the entire story. Facts and truth is what makes me continue. People like the Free State and others talk about taking America back but you must be willing to do all, not just talk. The man in charge of the VA in Manchester NH is using my medical condition to attempt to stop my letters. This man told me to commit suicide or start taking medication. These are crimes stated in public and government documents that no one will listen. NH governor Lynch charged me money to speak with him and he stiffed me. I am officially a candidate for District 21 NH State Senate
Last night I did not sleep very well because of all the twitching and movement caused by the mussel spasms in my back and head pain. I brought this on my self because yesterday I went back to the Maine Coast to volunteer help a lady with cancer fix her house. I delayed filing with the State for District 21 senate seat, to help some one in need just seemed the right thing to do. To sit around the house knowing that if I do anything, that the pain will get worse, live a life, of a vegetable. I prefer to suffer in pain, avoid medication and make something of my life. I have a head injury from a car accident just after boot camp. I to this day have no memory of my life before the accident. I did the next 31 months overseas during the Vietnam Conflict because of an administration error. I should have received a medical discharge. I rose to the rank of Sgt receiving two more disabilities during separate combat support mission. Last year a VA Dr. told me that I suffer from PTSD because, since I came back to the “World” U.S. that I relive traumatic events deep in the “bush” as American Advisor on Convoys. The VA committed a crime by stopping a 100% service connected disabled Veteran’s medical for political self gain. My VA medical has been restored but it is substandard and inadequate. I now receive this care so the paper work demonstrates care is given to cover up the crimes.
I watched the Red Sox on TV last night only to keep slipping into a state of depression. The Depression was not from the pain, it was because nothing makes since. Men playing games, while our children go off to war to die. I kept flashing back to Armed Services network listening to the Red Sox. I watched men in my platoon get hit by hung ordinance or blown off the runway. I feel the consequences of my lack of compassion or ability to give aid until the mission was completed. The cold hard attitude that I demonstrated with others lives to fight for a country that I had no memory of. The ability that in hand to hand combat I could stick a bayonet in another human being with out guilt and move on to the next mission. This event is a daily event in my life. I have relived these events over and over. It is the Consequence for what Veterans have given to this nation.
I am not asking for you to give Veterans pity. There are many veterans out their that are completely normal. I am not asking for any special hand outs to Veterans. We should be treated as every day citizens with equal rights. I am asking that the laws protect Veterans equally to all other citizens of the United States. I am running for District 21 Senate seat because we need someone in office that will represent all the citizens equally with out fear from the consequences for rocking the Boat.

The under ground it sounds so WWII and to think that we need it today. I am running for District 21 State senate. The news media and government officials are nervous that I might get in. I will represent the people to the best interest of the people. Every thing that I do or other government officials do that I witnesses will be made public. There will be no secrets in government if I get elected. Government should not have the right to limit or stop property owners from doing what the property is zoned for. The public decided zoning and a few people in government should not have the right to limit or cost the property owner large amounts of money as a way to stop the property owner. Judges need to have a tight ruin placed on their decisions. When a judge exceeds or violates the Constitution or law in any way he must have action taken against him. When police violate the law or the people’s rights, we need someone in government to speak up and stop the Blue Wall of silence in the name of justice. We need some one in Concord that will represent all the people all the time. We need someone in Concord that will make the news media publish the people’s opinion unedited with out judgment. Lets remove the news from libel and make the opinion writer responsible for the truth. Let’s take America BACK.

Why would a 17 year old child join the military to fight for his country. Adventure, freedom or may be just the fact that a child believes that they are invincible. The military likes enlisted men young because it is easier to completely strip the child’s mind and build it back to the military standards. I remember the exact incident when I believe that I became a man and no longer a new-be on a base deep in Thailand. I felt that I was a Marine and no longer felt inferior to others. I learned how to defer and deflect that which I did not know or understand. I had already lived through two Vietnam Offensives, killed in hand to hand combat, had the crap beat out of me by senior enlisted, I no longer had feelings or emotions that makes a leader question the consequences of his commands. I had come from a child that lost his memory in a car accident a few months earlier to a Marine Sergeant commanding other Marine’s during some questionable times. I was a young man fighting for a country that I did not remember, in a place that I had no idea where it was. I received two more separate disabilities during separate combat support missions.
At 21 I came back to a world that I only knew from what other Marines told me during my 31 months tour. I came back to a world that did not want to understand me just medicate and shelf. I learned to feel that what I did as a U.S. Marine was wrong and against the reality of a civilized society. I learned from the mouths of others that I did not belong back here. I learned how never to discuss the realities of the cruel, demented acts that I had committed for the nation that I came from. At 21, this 17 year old came back to a civilized society a trained killer.
I started volunteering to help others as a means to attempt to fit in. When I first stepped out of the plane at San Francisco Air Port (where I was spit on and called a baby killer to today where the VA questions our medical conditions) my right to live back in the “world” U.S. has been in question. I have over time learned it is not just me. Society makes many disabled Veterans or Veterans that do not realize that they are disabled feel that we do not belong. Politicians only care about the Veteran when it can improve the politicians image to the public. My volunteering every day has become my way to show respect for those over the history of the U.S. (Veterans)so that what they gave was not in vain.
I have over the years violated no laws. I volunteer each year to help thousands of others. I am running for District 21 NH senate. The news media is so biased that they will not announce my candidacy. The NH governor, judges, police and others are intimidated that I might win. The VA, Boston Globe, VA suicide hot line and others are pushing for me to commit suicide. I dream of my death as a solution each day for what I have done. What I did at 17 was to give my life to a nation that now allows a few to diminish the individual rights of our Constitution to make life better for a select few at the expense of others. I may not win the election but that what I do is to make life better for all Equally.

VA Promotes suicide and no one listens. 6-1-08

The NH Veteran’s Inspector General tells a Veteran (me) to commit suicide or start taking medication (I had the statement logged in my VA medical record. The Boston Globe tells me (in writing) to commit suicide before writing another letter to the editor. The State Police tell me that my suicide would help the system in Concord NH because my letters are overwhelming them. Suicide would stop the flash-backs to what I did for a nation that can not accept. I want to thank Ray Deckler for a May 28 article in the Concord Monitor. “”He’s making his case, day by day” I bet I have received over 100 phone calls or people stopping to see my art pile so far. Mostly the calls were from Veterans telling me of sad stories of how the VA has miss treated them. My letters are carried on over 7 different blogs nation wide. The Associated Press picks up my letters. The NH government and courts have committed crimes to stop my letters. The Secret Service, FBI and others from the Federal Government along with the NH state police, Strafford County Sheriff and local Police continuously harass my family. A NH congress woman gets my VA medical stopped for service connected injuries for her demented reason, I am 100% disabled. The truth is so unbelievable that the news would rather censor it than investigate it. How can I write a complaint letter and have the American people to afraid to speak in my behalf and all the Checks and Balances in the USA government fail? Does the VA secretly have a policy of suicide for Veterans that speak the truth openly. Why has the VA not weeded out harm to Veterans?
This is an opinion letter from a 100% disabled U.S. Marine that has two of his three injuries combat related. This is a complaint letter sent directly to the VA and government officials. This is a letter exposing criminal acts by NH Governor Lynch whom charged me money to speak with him and he stiffed me. This is a letter from a Disabled U.S. Veteran that the news has degraded my character in the public eye so bad, purpose no longer exists. This is a letter from a disabled Veteran that the NH governor’s aid tells reporters is a “security risk” this is why the veteran is publicly degraded. It is in writing.
The Concord Monitor has investigated the story. The news media still refuses to print my opinion letters. The Keene Press blog prints my letters unedited. “What are we fighting for, next stop is Vietnam”. The Constitution was written to stop this very abusive of power acts. Veterans are harmed because we came back to a nation that we do not belong. You the VA officials, Government workers, News media and public just refuse to understand. We are easier to dismiss as hazards or criminal than treat like people. We the Veteran’s committed acts for your freedom that the USA public can not accept. I can not blame the public. I am discussed also I volunteer every day to help others, I will harm no one. Biased news reporting now makes the truth harmful to the public. I have to go. I just left reality or I can feel it coming.
