The United States citizens have lost all respect for the rights of the individual, if it is not for their own self interest. I every day have people tell me to commit suicide. The Boston Globe told me to commit suicide if I write another letter to the editor. They are so stupid they put it in writing. The Lee Police ask me if today, I am going to commit suicide in reference; so they do not have to waste their time with bogus calls from the VA suicide hotline. The VA suicide hotline is harassing me to commit suicide because the Director of the NH Veteran administration at 275 chestnut St will be in trouble if it is reviled he told me to commit suicide. NH governor Lynch sends the NH state police to push me into suicide because my letters to the editor are causing deep problems in the Concord political empire. People responding to my letters tell me suicide would be better than their reading another letter from me. Newspapers refuse to print my letters because they are not the opinion that the editors can respect or helps the editor’s contacts. I have to write a second letter today because I can not lose respect for the United States of American because “WE” veterans gave our lives for her.
I dream and write of suicide all the time because it is relevant to me. People all the time tell me WE (meaning Veteran’s) do not speak of what happen in country. What happen to me haunts me every second of every day. I stuck a bayonet in another human being to get my M-16 back and escape. He could not have been but eleven or twelve years old. I shot aircraft off a catapult to bomb innocent people with out caring. I lived in some of the most putrid conditions to fight for (US) people that do not care. I ordered men from my squad in to death situations and continued the mission knowing they were dying or dead. The part that bothers me is that even today I have no feelings or compassion. I do not feel guilty for what I did for the United States of America.
You people want me dead because I am willing to stand up for the rights of a Madbury NH family that the Selectmen are using government powers for personal revenge. Judge Peter Fauver Violated the Constitution to protect these selectmen’s criminal acts. The NH supreme court covered up to protect the dominance of the their legal empire over the people. Our elected official’s used the power of government to shut me up. The United States is WE THE PEOPLE. Do you even care?
Have no fear my words and letters are censored from all U.S. newspapers. Fox 25, the blue NH, Union leader and MOST other blogs and forums, newspapers has censored my words WWW.veteranstoday and a few others print my letters.
The funny thing is I could depend “in country” on the your children to complete the mission at all costs. With their lives if necessary with out question. You 89% that never served will not even stand up against criminal government official’s when they are stealing your rights in front of your eyes. I ask my self every day did I do the right thing? Why do I have no feeling of guilt for killing to protect people that do not care? I ask my self if suicide will make the United States aware of the criminal government officials and judges diminishing their rights. I died the day I gave up my compassion and feelings to become a United States Marine.

I dream of committing suicide every minute of every day. I received a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) when I left Marine Corps Boot Camp. I was sent overseas on a 31 month tour during the Vietnam Conflict with no memory of the U.S. at all. I came back to a land (U.S) that I could not conceive as possible. Can you imagine living every day with death and destruction around you for years at a time. You are taught and pounded into your mind to kill with out feelings or compassion. Can you imagine living with out understanding simple situations or social skills because you have amnesia. Can you imagine going on convoys as American advisor deep into the “bush” days at a time with no one that spoke English. Can you imagine sitting on the side of a runway for hours at a time waiting for the fighter jets you launched earlier to return. You sit there and listen and watch the horizon light up from the bombs being dropped on thousands of innocent people. I returned to the U.S. with no understanding of what a civilized society is. Can you imagine not understanding how to react to people doing every day things. Can you imagine kissing your first “Round Eyed Girl” that you remember after you killed other human beings. Can you imagine feeling no regrets or remorse for the (civilized society crimes) duty you performed and having the citizen’s that you did it for despise what you did. I dreamed every day during my tour of dieing before I had to live through another situation. I lived through two Vietnam Offensives and received three more combat related disabilities I contemplate every day back in the “World” of suicide because back here government officials, the Veteran’s Administration, police violate the Constitution for self gain and society is afraid to speak up. How do I end it?
I read every day about the VA suicide prevention programs to help returning veterans cope. Social propaganda to make society believe in the political games. The newspapers now censor the words (opinion) of the people. The news media keeps the voters from learning that I am running for District 21 New Hampshire State Senate. I volunteer to help a Madbury NH family that the selectmen are using government powers for personal revenge to run out of town. Judge Peter Fauver violates the Constitution to protect these criminal acts. The NH supreme court covers up the crimes to protect their empire’s, dominance over the people. NH elected officials use the trusted elected powers granted by the people to stop me from volunteering. NH U.S. congress woman uses her federal powers to stop my VA medical. These are crimes that I place in writing to the people of the United States that if were not true would be criminally libelous. The news media’s right to censor the truth from the people is in direct contradiction of what the United States of America stands for.

Do I need medical help as you all suggest. I have no medical care available to me because a NH U.S. congress woman interfered with it. The NH government (against the Constitution) harmed my character in the public eye so bad even the VFW and American Legion want nothing to do with me.

Cover Story VFW magazine “Honoring the WWI Veteran”. The VFW that exists today will not stand for or protect today’s veterans. To honor WWI, WWII or any other Veteran we must respect and protect what these hero’s gave their lives for. To give your life does not mean you died. To give your life means that you gave a part for a nation that changed you to something those 89% that never served can imagine. To charge up a bullet barraged hill, have F-14’s with hung ordinance land with in inches of you going 600 knots, to be the only American (as advisor) on convoys deep into the bush days at a time, to die every second of every day only to do the same the next day. Days, weeks, months, years pass as you dream maybe that you will make it alive to return to the “World” U.S. The VFW has become a charity pocket of draining money on the street corner to donate to others. The VFW should help Veterans with the money raised and with the power such a respected club has, see no U.S. citizen’s rights are violated.
I am a 100% disabled Veteran. I was arrested as a terrorist, lost my freedom for 6 months before the bogus charges were dropped. My VA medical for combat related injuries was stopped for 5 months for the political self gain of the VA Director in NH. I am running for District 21, NH state senate and the newspapers will not tell the voters of me, as daily they do of the other candidates. I volunteered my time to help a Madbury NH family that the selectmen used government powers for revenge against. Judge Peter Fauver knowingly violated the Constitution many times to protect these criminal acts. The NH supreme court covered up these crimes to protect their legal empire. I expose these wrongs in government and the NH governor violates the Constitution to stop me. My medical has been restored but it is now sub-standard and limited. I am a 100% disabled Veteran running for elected office and the VFW places it’s political connections above the rights of the people. The facts are clearly documented.
The people may not like me and may not vote for me but the Voters should have the choice. I, re-live every day what I did as a U.S. Marine. The Keene NH free press allows the people’s words to speak freely. I wish that they would go state wide so more NH residents will be informed of facts by the opinion of the people unedited. Their underground web site is another free press that should receive awards for doing what other newspapers and blogs or forums have lost. The Union Leader and Fox 25 or NH blue (blogs or forums) edit or censor what does not express the opinion of the editor. This is the same with newspapers today. Ethics no longer matter to editors. The truth must be told but if the facts can be tainted to illustrate or inflame the situation to the editors view why not? The same with informing the voters of the candidates with out biased reporting.
I am running for District 21 NH state senate. This matter should be of state wide concern because it effects every citizen in the United States. I am a 100% disabled Veteran. The NH government and VA have stopped my VA medical for political self gain. The newspapers refuse to inform the public. The editors censor my opinion letters to the point it constitutes a crime against the people. The Boston Globe in writing told me to commit suicide before writing another letter to the editor. The amazing thing is that I can send this letter out to thousands of people by e-mail. My letters are printed in blogs across the U.S. The Veterans today magazine on the web prints my letters all the time. Many times my letters are front page articles in the Veterans Today Magazine. There is no libel in my letters. The truth is a powerful weapon. The newspapers along with the AP have become blind if the facts are not to their liking. The VFW and American Legion refuse to help a disabled veteran because it could affect their political connections. I am left to die with no where to go.

New Hampshire is a beautiful state that I grew up in. I was raised in Alton NH where my family lived and their families live today. At 17, I quite high school to become a U.S. Marine. Because of a Traumatic Brain Injury even today I have no memory of my life or family back then. I woke up in a military hospital, (then) because of admin error did the next 31 months overseas during the Vietnam Conflict. I receive three more (at separate times) combat related permanent disabling injuries. I came back to the U.S. with no memory of ever (living) being here before. I lived through two Vietnam offensives and eight truck convoys as American Advisor deep into the “Bush”. I killed other human beings before I remember kissing my first “round eyed” girl. I had to learn how to live in a civilized society, as a civilian with no memory or support. I am a 100% disabled Veteran living in a world (United States) that I do not belong.
I got my GED and went to college during my tour and when I was discharged. I volunteer in government activities and just to help others every day since I came back. I volunteer to help in police projects. I volunteer to make life better for disabled children. I volunteer to make the United States a better place for all. I married the most wonderful, beautiful woman that is now my best friend. I have three great daughters that all graduated college and are getting their Masters degrees. I live in a average home and have two cars. I have nothing to complain about. I have no money because of NH.
The VA stopped my medical care for 5 months. It was restored but it is limited and sub-standard now. This is not just me. Many (even today) returning Veteran’s fail to get or receive adequate medical. My medical was stopped which constitutes a crime that is being ignored by government officials. The Madbury NH selectmen violated the Constitution to intentionally harm local residents the selectmen did not like. Judge Peter Fauver violated the Constitution knowingly to protect the selectmen. The NH Supreme Court covered up the crimes to protect the legal empire. The NH government took illegal action against me because I dared to expose wrongs in government by powerful, dominating, destructive individuals. A NH congress woman harmed a veteran for her selfish demented reasons only see knows. Where does it all stop? Where do I go?
I have no memory of growing up. I tried to learn how to live in a civilized society by helping others every day. I do have constant reminders of what we did as a U.S. Marine and the deplorable conditions that we survived for (the 89% that never served) you every day. We ask nothing of you, but to be treated equally as you that never served.
I am running for District 21 NH state senate. The voters have a guaranteed right to hear my opinion. The voters have a right to decide if I am the best person running for the elected position. I am proud of being a United States Marine. I have no guilt for what We did. The State of New Hampshire has made me feel guilty for ever coming home. I have purposely gone out of my way to make life better for all others since the day that I came back to the United States of America. She is a beautiful country that you the people must protect and defend even against the inner corrupt individuals (that the thought of power got the best of). I came home to a beautiful State of New Hampshire that denies freedom to disabled Veterans. Is my opinion worth the editors time.

She is a beautiful country that you the people must protect and defend even against the inner corrupt individuals (that the thought of power got the best of). My left side of my face went completely numb during coffee this morning. I felt like I was on a boat, the building was rocking back and forth. My legs from the knees down were tingling. That is ok because two years ago I entered the Portsmouth NH VA clinic with the same symptoms and was escorted out by armed guards. I have had discomfort in the left side of my face since then but not to this degree. It is hard typing because the screen is moving back and forth. I am a 100% disabled Veteran with four disabling injuries. Three of the life changing disabilities are combat related. I did 31 months over seas during the Vietnam Conflict. I have a traumatic brain injury, a broken back, loss of most hearing in both ears and now PTSD. The VA stopped my medical care for 5 months for political gain. Now so that the records show the VA is treating me I get to see Dr Dan, a Psychologist. Don’t get me wrong Dr Dan is one of the Finest (that really cares about the Veteran) that goes out of his way to help me and all veterans.
The State of NH has labeled me a terrorist because I volunteer my time to help a Madbury NH family. The Madbury selectmen use government powers for personal revenge against local resident the selectmen do not like. Judge Peter Fauver used the court and law illegally to protect these selectmen’s criminal acts. The NH supreme Court refused to hear a case that would question the integrity of the NH judicial system. The governor and elected officials closed ranks to protect their empire. The newspapers censor the public from these facts. The VA stopped my medical care to aid NH.
The editors, government officials and others are so afraid that I may get elected as District 21 NH state senator they are using my medical disabilities as a weapon. I send a copy of all my letters to the VA along with newspapers, government officials and judges. My letters go out to over 1000 locations every day. I received all my injuries from my time serving in the United States Marine Corps. Some of you readers refer to me as a wiener, and many other adjectives. You the editors across the U.S. refuse to print the opinion of a 100% disabled veteran. You the public tell me that I need medical care. It was stopped. What does a natural born U.S. citizen do when the government destroys a 100% disabled Veterans character in the public eye and stops your medical care.
The question; do you that never served care about Veteran’s medical conditions received while defending you. You can not help me. There are many, many more veterans out there that need help. Many have asked and just given up because no one cares. Many don’t even realize that they need help so how can they ask. I speak out and the system has tormented and beaten me down but I will not quite. Veteran’s are created by your children going out and doing something 89% of you take advantage of. They deserve more than a token parade that you believe solves all our difficulties when we return. The NH government, Judge Fauver and VA officials have violated our Constitution and you are all afraid to say anything.
The thing is I put everything in writing and send it out to the public. Some day someone will ask the question “How did we not see this coming, this man was a disabled Veteran”.

Do newspapers now have a “Blue Wall” to protect each other’s character in the public eye? The Boston Globe (in writing) told me that they would prefer my suicide before I wrote another letter to the editor. This should be front page headlines across the U.S. What ever happen to allowing people’s response? What ever happen to the ethical, moral belief that the newspapers was a place for the citizens of this great nation (U.S) to voice their opinion freely and with out fear of government reprisal? The NH governor has the State Police come to my home and tell me “My letters are causing serious problems in Concord NH the governor would prefer my suicide. These are crimes happening freely and openly and the news media refuses to inform the public. The Veterans Administration director of NH told this 100% disabled veteran to admit myself to the VA hospital and start taking mind controlling drugs or commit suicide. This is in my medical record file. The NH VA stopped my medical care for five months now it is restarted but limited and sub-standard. This is a crime to stop a 100% disabled Veteran’s medical for combat related injuries. The news media refuses to inform the public of these crimes. The Associated press and newspaper ethics council should be all over these facts but how does a U.S. citizen correct the wrongs. I could run for public office and make a difference but how when the news refuse to inform the public about me. I am running for District 21 NH state senate yet the news does stories on other candidates but censors information about this candidate. How can the public believe what they read in the newspapers when the “Blue Wall” manipulates the truth?

I have a traumatic Brain Injury so I have no memory prior to being a U.S. Marine. I came back and tried to learn the laws and living in a civilized society. I came back to a place that I do not belong or a place where a civilized society can not accept me.
The Boston Globe may be a big newspaper, but I place my life for the United States of America as a U.S. Marine. If it is not for our military, you people would have nothing but to serve those in control. Veteran’s deserve more than to be treated as second class citizen. Newspapers across the U.S. want it’s readers to believe that what they report is the unbiased truth. Fox 25, NH union leader and every other news media across the U.S. does not want it’s subscriber’s to know the truth. Today’s articles on my opponent in the NH District 21 State senate race were published. Newspapers refuse to print what I have to say, because they do not agree with me. I am running for a state elected position. Do you the voters want to be informed or not? Can news media have the “right to know” and censor the public from the facts, just because the editor is biased. I clearly state my opinion in writing and send it to over 1000 e-mail addresses every day. No newspaper will print my letters because they expose criminal acts by judges and government officials. Newspapers believe that they are a private enterprise and can do as they want. Newspapers are a public entity and are bound by law to equal treatment of all candidates. It is the people of the United States that should be the newspapers and news media’s responsibility too protect and serve. A newspaper can not be held for libel if my letters are the truth. Does the opinion of the people no longer matter?
Some government officials tell me to kiss the media’s a-ss if I want the public to be informed about me. I will tell the truth to the voters, if the news media censors me because of that; a free election does not exist. I will tell the truth to the voters, If I am elected, this is what scares government officials and news media. The media claim that what I write about is repetitive. It can not be repetitive if it is not published. The crimes being committed by judges and government official’s against the citizens of the U.S. can not be tolerated. Newspapers and media refusing to inform the public of my opinion because they expose crimes by respectable powerful people can not be tolerated. “We the People” are what the U.S. is about. Government officials using my veteran’s medical for my service connected disabilities to stop me is a crime. The governor using the State police as muscle to stop me is a crime. Judges using the courts and jail to stop me is a crime. Other government officials telling me to lye and kiss a-ss to get the voters to support me may be what they do, but I will not. Elected government officials reading about these crimes every day in my letters and doing nothing, What did we elect them for? Officials in Concord NH and the Federal government is trying to protect their own a-ss. Fixing and election by concealing the facts from the public can not be tolerated.
The VA, NH director, Boston Globe and NH governor told me to commit suicide. These are documented facts. Am I a danger to society or am I, reality to those criminal’s in public office that do not want to be exposed.
My head hurts, my body is tingling, I just returned from reliving deep in the “Bush” my first kill with a bayonet. Why did I come back? Never violating the law or being a responsible citizen, seems to be enough. The rules and laws change as the people in power manipulate them to their own needs. Is what I remember and learned as the truth or is it a figment of my imagination. Did I return or did I die and this is my pay back for the unacceptable acts I committed for a civilized society that can not accept what we did.
The hours have passed and I have re-read this letter several times. I want the voters to know whom I am. They must be informed of the truth. I am a 100% disabled veteran and the VA gets a copy of all my letters. My medical care was re-started but it is substandard and limited. The VA has told me to commit suicide. One of my four permanent injuries is Traumatic Brain injury (TBI) I remember nothing prior to being a Marine. Has the VA filled my memory with what they want. Do I really volunteer every day to help people or do I imagine it. Vietnam exists here in the U.S. and is just covered with the illusion that freedom exists. Did I ever come home?

It is amazing the number of NH elected officials, cops and other people that call me on the phone to give me advice on how to run a campaign. What is even more amazing is the fact these people in trusted positions of power read my letters every day, tell me they understand the crimes being committed, but there is nothing they can do. “If I get elected it will give them another person in office to get their message across” This is the message that I get from these calls. The people in District 21 have a right to hear whom I am. The message I want to convey to the people is the truth. Elect me on what I am, not some lair politician whom tells others what they want to hear, so the best lair gets the vote. Maybe because our elected officials can not tell the truth is why we have problems in the U.S. Newspapers completely censor my letters because the truth is something elected officials no longer understand and editors kiss the politicians a-ss. Amazing someone running for District 21 State senate will be so honest. You will not read or hear my words in a newspaper because powerful people do not want you too!

The NH supreme court covered up these crimes along with Governor Lynch. Every one runs for cover when they hear my name because the government portrays me as a danger. I served in the Marine Corps from 70-74. I came back from the Vietnam Conflict with 4 life changing permanent disabilities. The government has gone so far, as to stop my medical care to stop me. It is Amazing how a 100% disabled Veteran is left hanging by the nation that at 17, this Marine gave his life for. These powerful people are so afraid that I might get elected, fraud is now involved.

Our NH government can not diminish the constitution to limit a natural born U.S. citizen rights. This is a crime of the highest Magnitude.

Discouraged, lost, just a person asking for help. No one wants to believe my situation or cares enough to even look into it. The cover up by our political leaders, judges and editors is working. To stop a 100% disabled veteran’s medical care is just to outrageous to comprehend. Our NH elected officials pat them selves on the back because they claim to have gotten my medical reinstated. Yes it was started again but it is sub-stand and limited, never mind the crime it is just to stop medical care for anyone. I do not want your pity. I want you, the public to realize that the person in charge of the Veteran’s Administration in NH told me to commit suicide if I do not admit my self to the VA hospital and take mind controlling drugs. This is in my medical records. The Boston Globe instructed me in writing to commit suicide. The NH governor sends the State police to my home to tell me that the State would prefer my suicide. I have volunteered my time every single day for over 30 years helping others. Many children around the State, I have volunteered in some way to help many adults. People that I just met on the street, I have just sat and talked to or volunteered to help. I ask nothing from you the public, I just want you to understand why?
A Madbury NH family asked me for help with a zoning issue. The Madbury selectmen use government powers for their own personal revenge against local residents. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to protect the criminal acts of the selectmen. The NH supreme court violated it’s primary purpose by refusing to hear a case of government crimes against the people and judicial miss conduct. The Newspapers completely convert the truth to make me look bad. I am arrested as a terrorist and lose my freedom for 6 months before the bogus charges are dropped. I volunteer to help this Madbury family only to be tormented and tortured by political criminals.
Newspapers dig for news that will outrage the public and sell more papers. I give the news, letters of well documented facts and they censor it. As a 17 year old I dropped out of high school and became a U.S. Marine. I have clear memory of what I did as a Marine in short untimely relapses . Discouraged, lost, just a person asking for help. No one wants to believe my situation or cares enough to even look into it. The cover up by our political leaders, judges and editors is working. To stop a 100% disabled veteran’s medical care is just to outrageous to comprehend. Our NH elected officials pat them selves on the back because they claim to have gotten my medical reinstated. Yes it was started again but it is sub-stand and limited, never mind the crime it is just to stop medical care for anyone. I do not want your pity. I want you, the public to realize that the person in charge of the Veteran’s Administration in NH told me to commit suicide if I do not admit my self to the VA hospital and take mind controlling drugs. This is in my medical records. The Boston Globe instructed me in writing to commit suicide. The NH governor sends the State police to my home to tell me that the State would prefer my suicide. I have volunteered my time every single day for over 30 years helping others. Many children around the State, I have volunteered in some way to help many adults. People that I just met on the street, I have just sat and talked to or volunteered to help. I ask nothing from you the public, I just want you to understand why?
A Madbury NH family asked me for help with a zoning issue. The Madbury selectmen use government powers for their own personal revenge against local residents. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to protect the criminal acts of the selectmen. The NH supreme court violated it’s primary purpose by refusing to hear a case of government crimes against the people and judicial miss conduct. The Newspapers completely convert the truth to make me look bad. I am arrested as a terrorist and lose my freedom for 6 months before the bogus charges are dropped. I volunteer to help this Madbury family only to be tormented and tortured by political criminals.

Election fraud in NH but where do you go? The Politicians in the State Capitol, Concord are afraid that I might win so there is no help there. The NH court system is so corrupt and biased there is no help there. The newspapers would rather destroy my public image thaa report the truth. The Governor sends the state police to my home to tell me my letters to the editor (which the Newspapers refuse to print) are effecting policy in the capitol, that my suicide would be preferred. The Boston Globe is so biased that they ask me in writing to commit suicide before writing another letter. Judge Fauver uses the local sheriff to detain me for intimidation. The VA stopped my medical care for injuries that are Combat related and uses the VA suicide hotline to provoke suicide. The VA suicide hotline uses the local police to pressure me into suicide. No newspaper will print my letters or tell the voters whom this candidate is.

The Madbury Selectmen used government powers for revenge against local residents that the selectmen do not like. This is the United States and is against our laws. How can I be a danger if I volunteer teach your children in schools around the state. I volunteer for county and state project with your children to teach them. I volunteer every day since 1974 when I came back from my 31 months overseas tour as a U.S. Marine. I have not stopped volunteering helping others even during this time when the NH government is harming and degrading me to stop my letters to the editor. I continue helping others even when the leader of the NH VA at 275 chestnut St Manchester NH stopped my medical care for political self gain. Newspapers going against every moral and ethnical belief that this country is built on, refuse to tell the U.S. citizens the truth. U.S. congress woman from NH uses my 100% service connected medical condition to have my freedom taken. The Veteran’s suicide hotline harassing me with phone calls to commit suicide. The VA using the local police to intimidate me. The NH governor using the State police to tell me my letters are effecting the government in Concord NH that my suicide would be preferred. Judge Peter Fauver using the local sheriff to detain me for the judges self pleasure. I am running for District 21 NH state senate and the newspapers refuse to tell the people. I can see some newspapers, especially in NH censoring my news to protect their political connections. Newspapers across the U.S. should be grabbing onto this story because Veteran’s give their lives for you. For anyone to tamper with an election, even a no good 100% disabled Veteran’s election is wrong. This case is so well documented that it scares powerful people that the facts may get out. Why has the news not picked up on it. Ray Duckler of the Concord Monitor wrote on May 27 “He’s making his case, day by day”. This article started to reveal what is going on. No body cares. I volunteer to help others. I came back from the Vietnam Conflict 100% disabled. I am asking for no special privileges. What I am saying is Veteran’s deserve equal protection of the law. My election would give me a public forum to expose the criminal activity in NH government and the Veteran’s administration in NH, this is why the newspapers cover up.
The news media does not like my talking about my suicide. The local police now make public jokes about my death at the Lee race track. For over 30 years I slip into a different world where I re-live events this civilized society tells returning veteran’s we were wrong for doing and living through. I am split between the acts I did as a U.S. Marine for the U.S. and what the U.S. is allowing NH and the VA to do to this disabled Veteran and other Veterans. I come so close to killing my self many times and some day I hope reality does not get to me before I do it. I live through ever day with the physical and mental pain with out showing or telling others. I function in public and volunteer my time to help others. I hide nothing from the public. My running for public office should not be interfered with by any one. The Voters must be given the chance to vote with out interference. What I expose in a public forum is the truth. Have you ever thought, (this guy identity’s himself with every letter to the public)? How can he do that with all the allegations of criminal acts by judges, police and other government personal that he clearly states? Has the Veteran’s Administration joined in the crime to harm this disabled Veteran to silence free speech? Was this 100% disabled Veteran’s medical care stopped for over 5 months, then restarted at a limited sub-standard rate? Has the newspapers made the public believe this disabled veteran is a harm to society? Has an election in the U.S. been controlled by NH judges, government personal and news editor’s? I am running for District 21 NH State Senate, yet my letters and words are stopped because the election is fixed.
Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal because he used the power of the courts to cover up crimes by the Madbury NH selectmen to harm local residents. The selectmen committed personal acts of revenge on local residents by using government powers to inflict this harm. I volunteer every day since I came back in 74 to help people every day and place. To stop my volunteer helping people, judges and government personal have used criminal acts to stop my free speech. Can you imagine the problem the editor’s, and these criminal people in government that we trust have if I am elected. The truth will be revealed on a public forum. How do you know when it is time to ask for help? Whom do you trust? Everyone has their own agenda. I came back from 31 months over seas during the Vietnam conflict with no memory of any part of my life prior to leaving the states. After Boot camp I was in a car accident that left me with no memory of my child hood at all (TBI). Because of an Admin error I was sent overseas with the mind of a child. I was injured twice more in two separate combat support missions. Thirty years after coming back from the Vietnam Conflict I am diagnosis with PTSD. I continuously re-live sticking a bayonet into a child younger than the 17 year old Marine wanting to Kill. I had been captured by three of the enemy. I killed to get my M-16 back and escape, when I was deep in the “Bush” as an American Advisor on convoy. Whom do you ask for help when every one back in the “world” has an agenda to disprove that you exist. Should I have killed my self before coming back to a world that I do not belong?
I rose to the rank of Sgt, with no friends because I had no feelings for any one or thing. I needed to complete my mission at any cost. I completed my Marine Corps tour and was dropped into a society that could not accept what I had done or lived for. I was an out-cast with no memory or social skills in a place where every one was protesting the Vietnam War. I went to college where every one was younger than I, telling me what I did was wrong or that it is inconceivable to believe what I experienced. I repressed my feelings and thoughts and eventually married a beautiful woman. I had the ability to achieve anything because I had no feelings or regret for the consequences. I started volunteering to help others because I (for what I did) came back alive and I should not have. My wife and children taught me responsibility because it was the norm of a parent. My volunteer work started being for people in need or in desperate situation. I studied the Constitution and social responsibility at UNH. I was a Marine Sergeant.

Opinion of the people is the reason the U.S. exists today. I am a disabled Veteran running for District 21 NH state senate. The editors stop my opinion from being published in an out right criminal attempt to silence my words. Newspapers are private enterprises but hold the trust of the people. The unbiased truth is the reason the newspapers are given Constitutional protection. Editors can not claim privileges to protect their enterprises and violate the law and trust of the people by stopping the publics ability to learn whom is running for NH state elected positions. Ray Duckler of the Concord Monitor on May 27 wrote and article “He’s making his case, day by day”. This is a truthful unbiased article. I do not care if the editors like my opinion or not. It does not matter if I repeat my opinion or not (over and over). What matters is that the editors do not violate the trust of the people. What matters is in a free election, editors can not use the free press to influence an election for their own reasons.

I saw Doctor Dan my VA Psy today. I had told Dr Dan when he called to make the appointment with me that I was not seeing the VA for my care anymore. I assume that the VA is just using Dr Dan to show a paper trail that I am receiving care to cover up the VA‘s illegal acts. He called again a week later. I forgot that I was not seeing the VA any more and confirmed the appointment. I told Dr Dan that I questioned why and was intrigued? The VA has done every thing possible to cause me harm, why would he put his job on the line for any veteran’s care unless it was ordered by his superiors? (That was my why), but Dr Dan is a unique individual. You can tell when you meet someone that does care and wants to do everything possible to help. This is Dr Dan! This is why I am intrigued with Dr Dan. I want the VA and everyone to know what I talked to Dr Dan about? I believe, that since I am running for NH State Senate District 21 the people have a right to know. I am honest with Dr Dan as I am with all of you. The newspapers censor my words (as they must believe) to protect society from someone like me. I described to Dr Dan about how some little event (at any time of the day) can trigger hidden thoughts that I did as a U.S. Marine. I told about my serious head and back pain. I described how I help people every day and disregard the pain because I do not want my disabilities to control my life. That I would rather suffer in pain than sit and let the world pass. My volunteer to help others is my paying back those Veterans over the history of the U.S. that gave for our freedom. I emphasized that I feel no guilt for what I did, but society back here has no reality to conceive unless they had been living in such putrid conditions and did what we did. Dr Dan stated that he had never been there and that he can not conceive it but by talking and treating so many WWII, Korean, Vietnam, Gulf War and many other veterans he does understand. “Understands that he does not know” but has built a sense to feel the emotions and gravity by hearing the same description from each that he treats. Can you feel or see what I do, in Dr Dan? The intrigue, question why?
Dr. Dan is worried about my suicide. His VA superiors, the NH governor, the police and many others hope it is soon. I told and Dan understands my suicide is thought about all the time by me. You or any one else can not understand what it is like to be dropped into a world with no memory from an accident in the MC. (TBI). Most people have a foundation that their thoughts (over years of learning) develop from. I came home from a place where killing was the first and last thought on your mind each day. I came home from a place where you gave or took orders. Where the mission was the only means to survive for. I crashed in a C-117, was blown off a runway, broke my back during a Vietnam Offensive, killed a child with a bayonet to get my M-16 back and escape, survived eight convoys as an American Advisor deep into the “Bush”, had a bullet pass with in inches of my head and watch the out house that I just exited be blown up by enemy mortar fire. Then one day I was back in “round eyed” country as a civilian. I did not understand the people. I had no social skills. I was lost in a world that I did not belong. Other than controlling my mind with VA drugs, I must live with what I have and be happy. The VA stopped my medical care other than Dr Dan. I should think that the newspapers would want the individuals to know whom is running for District 21 NH senate. Should not the citizens be informed about my candidacy? I am running for NH State elected position. Let the people decide on my efforts to bring elected responsibility back to the people where it belongs. I wrote a letter about handicapped parking spaces being illegally occupied and the police ignoring it. Better yet the police making a joke about my letters which spell out crimes by government officials. The Police; I bet have a pool on when I will commit suicide. That was the inference I got from the police jokes about my letters. I write truthful letters in detail telling of how the Madbury NH selectmen commit crimes against local residents by using government powers in a criminal manner. How Judge Peter Fauver used the power of the NH courts to protect these selectmen’s criminal acts. How the NH supreme court refused to hear a case that questioned the integrity of Judge Fauver. (2003-0477) When a elected official in Concord NH tell a citizen not to write a letter to the editor any more that citizen better obey. I continue to write letters exposing these crimes yet no newspaper will print them. Are my letters vicious? No they are the truth about powerful people harming the public in a criminal manner. Do the Citizens of NH have a right to know I am running for public office with the intent to expose government wrongs.
I disobeyed the power of government over the people so I am declared a terrorist and lost my freedom for 6 months. The State and local police intimidate my family. The local sheriff detains me for the demented pleasure of Judge Fauver. A U.S. congress woman for NH uses the power of the federal government to interfere with my service connected disabilities. I am a 100% disabled Veteran from the Vietnam Conflict. Then when all else fails my VA medical is stopped. About 5 months latter it is started again but it is sub-standard and limited. It is started so that the record shows that I am receiving it. That is all. I have four separate disabilities from my time in the Marine Corps. The VA suicide hotline continuously calls my house to invoke my suicide. They send the local police to see that my family pressure is mounted.
I can write a letter like this describing criminal acts to harm a 100% disabled Veteran and no one will confront these crimes. If I am a nut, print my letters and let the people know whom I am. If what I say is the truth (and it is) we as a nation have serious problems that need to be confronted. Let the people decide.
I live every day with what I did as a U.S. Marine. Can you imagine being safe in bed on a base in Japan one minute. A superior wakes you up and a few hours latter you exit a plane then chopper and you are laying silently on the side of a path and the people passing you do not speak English. I was picked for these missions to aid someone else because I was small and I had no short term memory from an accident. I was trained to complete my mission at all costs and I would. I was a puppet that followed orders like they were carved in stone. I could not remember what I did so there was no fear that I would expose the mission later. A small event in my daily life today can trigger one of these memories and I relive these socially unacceptable horrors daily.

Friday night races at the USA Race Track in Lee NH had an eighteen wheel water truck parked across the Handicapped parking spots all night. I complained to the police and they tried to get the truck moved but it seems that the engine was dead. Even if the race track was not in use when the truck was stopped, never should the driver have parked in a handicapped spot. Never mind across 6 spots. The funny thing at the race track was that my letters are defiantly getting around the Police departments. Cops from many different towns patrol the track during race night. As the night went on I got several questionable remarks from police about how long before I kill my self. I laughed them all off with the comment not on race night. These people’s job, it is to protect and serve, must have noticed the eighteen wheeler in the handicapped spot before I complained. The death of a 100% disabled Veteran shows the concern the police have about the crimes my letters illustrate each day. What has happen, even the Handicapped are not worth the effort to protect and serve unless it is to the advantage of the finest??

How do they believe my family feels when the police knock on the door asking if I am dead yet. I volunteer to help others. I have violated no laws. I am 100% combat related handicapped Veteran. My VA medical care was stopped for the political self gain of individual government persons. Judge Peter Fauver violated the law criminally to harm U.S. citizens to protect the political image of the Madbury NH selectmen. The Madbury government destroys local residents that the selectmen do not want in their town. The Courts are used to protect these criminals. I volunteer to help fellow American citizens and I lose my Constitutional rights and medical care. The newspapers have so much contempt for this disabled veteran they will not print my letters. I am running for District 21 NH state senate and the newspapers refuse to print my platform. Is this the USA that I gave my life for as a 17 year old.
Does this letter sound to fantastic to be true. It was only and eighteen wheel truck so what is the harm. It is only the life of a disabled Veteran. He is a burden to society. Tax dollars wasted on Veteran’s could go to a better use for political pet projects any how. To protect and serve handicapped people can take up to much time for the local police, so lets give them the authority to pick and choose whom they serve. “WHAT THE HELL ARE WE FIGHTING FOR, NEXT STOP IS VIETNAM”

Do people in government drive citizen’s Psychotic to prove that what this official is doing was right. Government is here to serve the people. To make the public follow erroneous steps to only get to the next step for help, from the government is wrong. The NH governor sends the State Police to my home to tell me to commit suicide because my letters are effecting the Concord NH government. Judge Fauver has the sheriff detain me for Fauver’s enjoyment. These are all criminal events perpetrated by trusted government officials. The NH governor Lynch charge me $200 dollars to speak with him, then he stiffed me. I followed every legal channel to correct the wrongs in government only to be denied. I even went with a “Redress of Grievances” (which is a Constitutional right) only to be denied.

Hippocrates’s or ethical blunder. This is the question that everyone should be asking. I am running for District 21 NH senate and the news refuses to print my opinion letters. Does the public have a right to know how I think? How can any newspapers give classes on the Constitution when they have lost sight of what it means. The Constitution is not there to protect government or editors. The Constitution is their to protect the people’s rights from government abuse. What is the Loeb school of journalism going to teach if (they them selves) the constitution lost is meaning and function?
I have clearly stated in many letters crimes committed by editors, NH government officials and VA personal. Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal that violated the constitution intentionally to harm other NH citizens. The Madbury selectmen protected by Fauver’s crimes discriminate and harm residents they are seeking revenge against. Can you imagine the need to be truthful. A Veteran thinks about suicide. I think ever day about taking my own life. So much at this very moment . I get a kick out of those few e-mails that I get, questioning my sanity. Lay the guilt on me, a person that writes about suicide so much can not have any compassion for any other people, some say. I do not ask sympathy or pity from any one. I stand on my own two feet and believe in what I learned as a U.S. Marine with total amnesia. This person with no compassion volunteers every single day to help others. I give my life to make the United States better because I do not want to see what other Military personal gave their lives for to be in vain. You that never served mock me. That is ok because that is what Veterans gave their lives for. “Freedom” Can you imagine giving your life for people you never met or will ever know, children not born yet. My memory starts at 17 when I woke up in a military hospital. I have no child hood memories.
Yesterday and today have been so filled with pain and confusion. I have no idea which end is up. I like doctor Dan because he illustrated that people really care about veterans and their welfare. I can no longer talk to Dr Dan because I feel that the VA is using him to cover up the record that my medical care has been stopped. This is a crime of the highest magnitude. People tell me that I keep repeating what has already been said. If it has been said and no one does anything about it, what is wrong? Did I grow as a U.S. Marine to come home to a country that stands for some thing different than what I gave my life for. Can you imagine telling the truth and having every one mock you. Can you imagine running for public office and have the newspapers and other elected officials so scared that I might win that they keep the public from learning my platform. Is what I learned to believe (We the People) about the U.S. fictional? Can you imagine coming home to a country with serious disabilities from fighting for your country only to have medical care stopped because Editors, VA personal and elected officials want to stop your letters to the editor. These are criminal acts committed by the authority we give our trust too. You the people are so afraid to speak up that they will some day dominate the U.S.
Imagine the news media has a reason for protecting people with power to allow a few to dominate. I believe the news was given constitutional protection to allow the people a means to correct the wrongs in government. The news tells you that I am dangerous. That is their belief. The news has no reason or ethical choice to print their belief’s with out proof. Can you imagine that I gave my life for you and you do not even care. My life has nothing to do with it. Think of your children going of to war or a conflict giving their lives for an abstract meaning that does not Exist. Can you imagine the truth when it is your child giving so much for people that have no compassion.
The truth is so powerful that editors and government officials must violate every meaning that the United States of America was built on to stop my being elected. Imagine the truth can be so powerful, that a criminal state is born. You have no idea what I did as a U.S. Marine. Veteran’s do it for you. The explosive percussion of rapid fire filled the air yesterday. The memory of sitting on the side of a runway and watching the night sky light up as the planes we launched earlier, bombed North Vietnam. The air filled with the distance sound of the percussion from the explosive ordinance. The memory of a bullet in some isolated Marine base passing with in inches of my head from sniper fire or the mortar round exploding on the out house that I departed seconds earlier. The tracers lighting up the air around me as a Marine Patrol in-counters VC jumping the wire. The sharp explosive crack from the M-16 sobers my head back to reality. All this from my attending a NH free state project picnic yesterday.
I had no idea what the NH Free state project was but I was invited so I went. People should take the time to understand what it is. I met the nicest people from all over the United States moving to NH to help the U.S. Caring people that love this country so much they gave up their homes and home states to make the U.S. better for all. This picnic was a display of Patriotism by American citizens which would make our founding fathers proud. The free staters are people just like you and I that spend their free time to make government work for the people. Many groups with different projects with many disagreements but the unique ability to communicate with out anger. Each person I talked with could express their ideas and took the time to listen to others. My impression of the Free Staters from what the government told us that they were a danger. I now know different. These are average U.S. citizens that care.
The display of gun power at this picnic; I have not seen since leaving the Marine Corps in 74. These are people that like to recreate with guns. I hope by my attending, these Patriots now know that I am a danger to no one. I believe in the peace full citizens right to correct the wrongs in government with out elected officials using the trusted powers for their demented acts of retaliation. The gun fire brought back many memories last night. Senator Obama said it best in his Patriotism article. “We can tuck in our children at night and know that they are fed and clothed and safe from harm”. The display of gun power and my memories along with Obama demonstrated that the 89 percent of the U.S. citizen’s that never served in our military have no idea? We are the children that went of to a conflict or war and came back as something you can not accept. Two equal sides to Patriotism told by two different but equal U.S. Citizens. One see Patriotism as something in the gut, the other views it by the history of the Veteran. One sees it as remembering child hood history and memory of historical events witnessed by him with is family. The other see it as putting the country first, before party or personal ambition before anything that all people share the responsibility of freedom. One person gets his message by listening to Veterans, knowing through personal experiences of risking everything to sacrifice for the privilege to be an American. The other by way of his grandfather’s pride in serving-a country where we have the unparalleled freedom to pursue our dreams. One defines Patriotism as A faith In simple dreams, an insistence on small miracles. We can tuck in our children at night and know that they are fed and clothed and safe from harm. We can say and write what we think, without hearing a sudden knock on the door. We can have an idea and start our own businesses without paying a bribe. In American anything is possible. The other see America as a place where two sides can disagree on public issues, argue, fight and still be friends the next moment. A place where any one can express an idea with out fear of retribution from a higher authority. A place where love of liberty and self-reliance still check the excesses of both government and man. One understands that only in America can a half white-black man achieve such success and travel as far as his energy and talents will take him. The other understands we must all be good citizens in public office or in the community. That we should all argue with each other as did Adams and Jefferson (our founding fathers) about politics and policy but remain friends after.
Both these men Obama and McCain have told the true meaning of how they view Patriotism. This is what makes the United States the greatest nation in the world. One see Patriotism from the view of the eighty-nine percent enjoying freedom. The other sacrificed his life for that freedom. Veteran’s can no longer be treated as second class citizens.
I like and admire both of these men. I wish that I could vote for both of these men. Patriotism to me is the sacrifice every person that ever serviced in our military or fought for the United States of American, in politics or uniform. Patriotism is to love a country where you will give everything for people that you do not even know. People that may not even be born yet.

One understands that only in America can a half white-black man achieve such success and travel as far as his energy and talents will take him. The other understands we must all be good citizens in public office or in the community. That we should all argue with each other as did Adams and Jefferson (our founding fathers) about politics and policy but remain friends after.
Both these men Obama and McCain have told the true meaning of how they view Patriotism. This is what makes the United States the greatest nation in the world. One see Patriotism from the view of the eighty-nine percent enjoying freedom. The other sacrificed his life for that freedom. Veteran’s can no longer be treated as second class citizens.
I like and admire both of these men. I wish that I could vote for both of these men. Patriotism to me is the sacrifice every person that ever serviced in our military or fought for the United States of American, in politics or uniform. Patriotism is to love a country where you will give everything for people that you do not even know. People that may not even be born yet.

Fourth of July meaning 7-03-08

We celebrate the 4th of July but do we understand the meaning the day in our history stands for. The start of a nation where the people’s rights must above all cost be administered equally and never be diminished for the government’s advantage. People write saying that I must get over my anger. People tell me that I am crazy. People believe in what I am fighting for but refuse to help for fear of government retribution. I am running for District 21 NH state senate. The newspapers (because they call themselves a private business) refuse to inform the readers of my platform. Hypocritical that the news media that waves the Constitution in our faces when it is to their advantage would violate it now. Should we learn the reason to celebrate first?
I may not be the brightest person in the world. This so called angry, crazy person volunteers every day to help others. I volunteer to teach your children across the state. I volunteer to help strangers on the street. I volunteer because I love the U.S. and I want to say thank you for allowing this 100% service connected disabled veteran to come home. We have serious problems in our government. No one will speak up against these wrongs because of fear. Look what they are doing to me.
I volunteer to help a Madbury NH family where the town selectmen violate the law for personal revenge to inflict harm on local residents. Judge Peter Fauver violates the constitution knowingly to protect the selectmen’s illegal acts. The NH supreme Court refuses to hear a case as a cover up to protect the legal empire. Elected officials see no political advantage to questioning the judicial branch of government. The NH government declares me a terrorist and takes my freedom for 6 months before dropping the charges. The Veteran’s administration stops my VA medical care for my three service disabilities. Two disabilities came from separate combat missions. Law enforcement is used to intimidate and scare my family to stop my letters to the editor. The Newspapers refuse to print my letters because they question the illegal acts committed by government personal. Does the 4th of July have a meaning or just a day to celebrate.
President Bush sends the secret service from DC to intimidate me. NH gov. Lynch sends the State police to scare me. Fauver sends the sheriff to intimidate me. The VA suicide hotline uses the local police to invoke suicide Is this the country and Government that Veterans give their life’s to protect? I am not angry, crazy, what I am is questioning why I wanted to come home to a country that I do not belong. A 17 year old child joined the Marine Corps to fight for the meaning of the Forth of July, only to need to die because what he gave his live for no longer exists. The people have lost the meaning that the Forth of July stands for. We now celebrate the 4th just to have a day off to party. I am running for District 21 New Hampshire State Senate. This letter is the meaning of the Forth of July because I am a United States Marine willing to stand before the entire United States and tell you what we gave our lives for.

Why did I come back alive. You the public do not want to hear about the need for our Military to die before coming back to a country that we do not belong. A nation that has no understanding of what we did for you, or wants to try to understand. I am running for District 21 NH state senate. The rules changed just for me. The news refuses to inform the public of my platform. The NH government uses Law enforcement to inflict pain and suffering to cause me problems. The Veterans Administration uses the VA suicide hotline to harass me. The VA suicide hotline uses the local police to intimidate my family to cause problems with them. The U.S. is not just doing this to me. Look at what the Obama Campaign is questioning the Patriotism of John McCain. Here is a man that gave his life for this country. We are the children that gave everything for the eighty-nine percent that had (I am sure) good reason not to join our military. In my case the VA stopped my military medical care for disabilities received during my Marine Corps tour. People that never served want to question my right to expose the criminal acts of elected public officials. Newspapers refusing to print the opinion of the people because it may expose the criminal acts of people with good reputations. Why do I expose myself to public dam nation. I do it for you. We all have become so complacent with our freedom we no longer want to work to keep it. People are afraid to speak up. I volunteered to help a Madbury NH family stop the local selectmen from seeking revenge for personal reason. Judge Peter Fauver violates the law and constitution to protect the illegal acts of the Madbury selectmen. The NH supreme court refuse to hear the case against Judge Fauver to cover up judicial miss conduct. The governor and elected officials are either to afraid or politically handcuffed to help a disabled veteran being criminally harm by these public officials and judges. The entire system is dammed and I refuse to give in to these criminal trusted government officials. I am running for public office and newspapers are criminally stopping my platform from public scrutiny. Print the truth and let me prove my words.
I lived in some of the most subhuman conditions and did some of the most sub human acts of violence during my tour. I am nothing special. Most of our Veterans have lived in the same or worse conditions. I dreamed of coming back to the country that I gave my life for. The moment that I stepped of the plane a young girl spit on me and called me a baby killer. I have lived with the night mare daily of killing since I came home in 1974. I have dreamed of killing my self many times and come close more than once. You the people that never served have no idea what every veteran has done for you. You have no idea how easy it would be just to kill my self and end this night mare. I do not mean the night mare of running for state office to help you. I mean to end my memory of what I did to protect people that just do not give a dam.
