Can you imagine the need to be truthful. A Veteran thinks about suicide. I think ever day about taking my own life. So much at this very moment . I get a kick out of those few e-mails that I get, questioning my sanity. Lay the guilt on me, a person that writes about suicide so much can not have any compassion for any other people, some say. I do not ask sympathy or pity from any one. I stand on my own two feet and believe in what I learned as a U.S. Marine with total amnesia. This person with no compassion volunteers every single day to help others. I give my life to make the United States better because I do not want to see what other Military personal gave their lives for to be in vain. You that never served mock me. That is ok because that is what Veterans gave their lives for. “Freedom” Can you imagine giving your life for people you never met or will ever know, children not born yet. My memory starts at 17 when I woke up in a military hospital. I have no child hood memories.
Yesterday and today have been so filled with pain and confusion. I have no idea which end is up. I like doctor Dan because he illustrated that people really care about veterans and their welfare. I can no longer talk to Dr Dan because I feel that the VA is using him to cover up the record that my medical care has been stopped. This is a crime of the highest magnitude. People tell me that I keep repeating what has already been said. If it has been said and no one does anything about it, what is wrong? Did I grow as a U.S. Marine to come home to a country that stands for some thing different than what I gave my life for. Can you imagine telling the truth and having every one mock you. Can you imagine running for public office and have the newspapers and other elected officials so scared that I might win that they keep the public from learning my platform. Is what I learned to believe (We the People) about the U.S. fictional? Can you imagine coming home to a country with serious disabilities from fighting for your country only to have medical care stopped because Editors, VA personal and elected officials want to stop your letters to the editor. These are criminal acts committed by the authority we give our trust too. You the people are so afraid to speak up that they will some day dominate the U.S.
Imagine the news media has a reason for protecting people with power to allow a few to dominate. I believe the news was given constitutional protection to allow the people a means to correct the wrongs in government. The news tells you that I am dangerous. That is their belief. The news has no reason or ethical choice to print their belief’s with out proof. Can you imagine that I gave my life for you and you do not even care. My life has nothing to do with it. Think of your children going of to war or a conflict giving their lives for an abstract meaning that does not Exist. Can you imagine the truth when it is your child giving so much for people that have no compassion.
The truth is so powerful that editors and government officials must violate every meaning that the United States of America was built on to stop my being elected. Imagine the truth can be so powerful, that a criminal state is born. You have no idea what I did as a U.S. Marine. Veteran’s do it for you. The truth is (to kill is the first thought on a Marines mind every day) can you imagine?
