Violence should never be necessary in a civilized society. It is amazing the police in so many towns that know me. You would think it is because they recognize people that are criminals. This is not the case with me. The Police in so many towns come up to me, shake my hand and talk to me as if we were long time friends. I volunteer so much in the state and local communities, we most likely volunteered together. To tell the truth that I do not really remember them. I have a bad memory from one of my four disabilities. Some events I remember as if they were today and others I will never recall. People every day, that I have no idea whom they are, talk to me as if we are long time friends. It is always easier to talk to people and have an understanding. Then violence is never needed. You would believe in a civilized society some one that volunteers so much and the police recognize from this volunteering would be treated equal under the law. The police favor those with power and only help the little people when it has no consequences on their careers or will benefit it. Police take an oath, but that oath has become a joke as the document that they swear to obey and honor has become worth less. Violence can never be away to rejuvenate this document (CONSTITUTION).
Judge Fauver committed MALICE when he allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers for their own (selectmen’s) personal revenge against local Madbury citizens that the selectmen did not like. These are strong words that if not true would have consequences that I would be libel for. The NH Supreme Court felt duty bound to protect their legal dominance that they refused to hear the case when presented to them. There is a government record that the newspapers ignore allowing the public to be blind sided. Is my death the only way to honor those that never came home.
The newspapers are so biased (as the police) that they refuse to print my opinion of wrongs in government. What ever happen to let the voters decide. The newspapers wrote biased articles to benefit my opponent in the recent primary. The Boston Globe in writing told me to commit suicide before writing another letter to the editor. The police lock me up to silence my letters. The VA stops my medical care for combat related disabilities to stop my letters. NH U.S. Rep uses her federal powers to use my service medical condition to put me in a nut house. She uses the Dover NH police(with false complaint) to arrest me to stop my letters. These are criminal acts that the police refuse to respond to and the newspapers refuse to expose to the public.
Are there now two sides to society in New Hampshire. Those that the police and government protect, serve and the rest of us that bow to these dictators. Hitler would be proud of the newspaper’s willingness to censor and the governments power to dominate.
Violence can never be necessary in a civilized society. Look what it got the man in Rochester that asked for help. He was refused help because he was a nobody that the police labeled. He got so desperate because of alcohol and mental depression that he felt his only choice was to ask Hillary at her headquarters.
I am a 100% service connected disabled U.S. Marine. Three of my four disabilities are combat related. I have violated no laws. I volunteer every day to help others. I have asked for help. I lost, will you. The police do not serve the people they protect the government’s dominance.

Does the VA believe that with all the letters that I send out each day that my death will not bring this tragedy to a public forum. How can the government and our elected official’s believe harming disabled Veterans is the right thing to do? The public should be asking why do newspapers not print my letters when they are sent to so many elected officials, judges, VA officials and the public. There is no chance of any liability suits being brought against any newspaper for printing the opinion of the people. The truth is a powerful weapon. I send a copy of these letters to the local sheriff, state police, governor every day. These trusted officials read my letters, not for correcting the criminal acts but to see if there is a way to miss use the law to stop me with out the public learning the truth. The truth is Judge Fauver criminally violated the constitution to help the Madbury selectmen seek and get revenge on local Madbury NH residents. The NH supreme court covered up this case to protect their legal empire. NH elected officials used government powers to attempt to pressure me into stopping. A NH U.S. Rep used federal powers to have a VA Dr Biswas file false commitment orders to stop my letters to the editor. She used the Dover NH police by filing false complaints to get me arrested. Fauver used (I believe) the local sheriff to arrest me to scare me to stop writing letters. These are criminal acts committed by the government against the peace and dignity of the U.S. The VA stopped my medical care to stop my letters to the editor. How far will the news media go before doing there jobs of printing the truth> I volunteer my time to help any and all since I came back in 1974 from the Vietnam Conflict and the VA believes that they can KILL me and get away with it.
A young girl today asked me “if I believe war gives McCain a better view of the U.S.” I believe McCain has a belief in this country to place her first above and beyond any thing else in this world, including his life. I stayed silent of what and how surviving as a U.S. Marine in some discussing inhuman (Vietnam Conflict) conditions for years believing this is how every one in the world lived. From a head injury I have no memory of ever living in the U.S. before I came back. I killed my first human being before I remember kissing my first “round eyed” girl. I wrote a book about my life in the Marine Corps with amnesia. ( Marine Corps Gallantry or Psychosis by Sgt Macdonald) I live every day with the “need” to die for what I did for you. I use my experiences and what I did because I have no conflict with giving my life to make the U.S. better and ever lasting. This is why the VA, NH and the courts can not stop me. This is what I believe McCain and all that gave their innocents by fighting for the U.S. came back with. We are not better than any one else or deserve anything special. Obama is young and has experiences that will greatly help the U.S. The difference is Obama picked someone as VP to help him. McCain picked some one as VP that will help the U.S. To place the needs of the U.S. before self needs is what being there has instilled in Veterans. You that have never been there have no possibility of conceiving. May be the VA’s belief is my only avenue to free my memory of what I did for you and help a nation that is blinded by the freedom you fail to respect.

Yesterday was not so great. My head was pounding from the first. By three o’clock in the afternoon a drop of blood trickled down my face from my right eye. This happen a few months ago also. I laid down on the couch when blood burst from my nose. It took about an hour to stop. The life in the day of a service connected 100% disabled veteran that the VA is trying to teach not to write letters to the editor about politicians to expose wrongs in government. My medical care for combat related injuries received during the Vietnam Conflict was stopped because I volunteered to help a Madbury NH family that read my letter to the editor. This family was so desperate because Judge Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to aid the Madbury selectmen in using government powers for discrimination and revenge against this family. The NH supreme court covered up this case to protect the legal empire. I have four permanent injuries from separate missions while I served in the U.S. Marine Corps. How great can my days be?
The Newspapers are so biased that they refuse to print the opinion letter of a disabled veteran. Can it be so harm full to allow the public to know what NH is doing to a disabled veteran. Granted these facts are so fantastic they are almost inconceivable to believe. It appears Judge Fauver uses the local sheriff to arrest me to attempt to scare me, to stop writing. The governor uses the state police. NH’s U.S. Rep uses my medical disabilities to attempt to have me committed. When this does not work she files false police complaints to get me arrested. I have volunteered my time every day since I came home from the Vietnam Conflict to help others. I have violated no laws. The newspapers can not claim that my letters are libelous because I publish them across the U.S. The truth is so well documented that some day (may be my death is the only way) it will come out. I send the VA officials and investigators my letters every day. To allow the VA to harm a disabled veteran is cruel and sick. To allow a U.S. Rep from NH to use anyone’s medical condition to force that person into submission is a crime. Ask your self why are the newspapers across the U.S. afraid to print the opinion of a disabled veteran.
The VA started my medical again, only on the books to demonstrate to the public that I am unstable. If I can write letters like this one and no VA doctor or facility across the U.S. will help me what is going on. You know that I talk about my re-living what I did to others during my tour. I was a 17 year old kid (with no memory from my first injury) deep in the “bush” as an American Advisor. No one else spoke English and my job was to complete the mission at all costs. I did eight convoys that the death and destruction that I caused never leaves my mind. Did I die and this is all a bad dream of what life back in the world is, or did I come home to a land that I do not belong.
In my appearance I do not look disabled. I tolerate pain to volunteer to help others. I believe helping other U.S. citizen’s is my goal to make the lives that so many others gave over the history of the U.S. (freedom) not be in VAIN. I do not violate the law. May be today will be a better day. May be I will be lucky and it will be my last.

The Amazing part is that I write these letters every day. People tell me including Veteran’s Administration Doctors and officials, and the public that I should not be ashamed or feel bad for what I did. I should speak up to society and tell them that I did it for them. In the beginning I did just that, only to be scorned by righteous do good-errs. The thing is I do not feel guilty or ashamed for what I did. People that have never been there assume guilt is the problem. It is not. You all think we are monsters because of what we did. I am proud to be a U.S. Marine and served my country. I have no idea, what every day different happenings bring up in-depth visions of what I did. I see the U.S. differently than others. I see it through the eyes of freedom and utopia. A goal that society believes because you have never been with out, it will always be here. I do not want to commit suicide because of guilt or shame. I feel the need to die because I came back to a place that I do not belong. I for over thirty years lived with re-living in my mind every day to a place of chaos and destruction and accepted it. The conflicts of the VA telling society how they are working to prevent Veteran’s suicides and then the VA telling me to commit it. So many public official’s, police, newspapers and others have told me to commit suicide, yet publicly society spends tax dollars to save us. These are documented facts that society has been told and no one cares. My opinion letters are purposely with held from the public because the newspapers do not respect veterans. Besides the Boston Globe in writing telling me to commit suicide, newspapers wrote articles about my opponent in the recent NH primary. These articles told how great she was but miss represented the truth to make me look bad to the voters. I do not have to worry about suicide any way. My medical was stopped to stop my writing any more letters to the editors. It was restarted but it is only so the books show the public that I was never denied it. I have told the VA about my head and body pain. I have told them about my loss of consciousness and reality at any moment during the day. I have done all this in writing, as in this letter. I send these letters every day to newspapers, judges, government officials, VA hospitals, VA investigators. VA department head, and many more. The VA refuses to give me any medical help.
I volunteered to help a Madbury family that only knew me from a letter to the editor that I wrote. Judge Fauver criminal with intent to cause harm violated the Constitution to allow the Madbury selectmen to use government powers for revenge against local residents. The NH supreme court covered up this case. Our elected officials used government powers to keep it from the public. The Newspapers refuse to inform the public of the truth. These facts are all well documented, yet no one cares.
All the harm society has allowed to be slammed in my face, I with out hesitation will not bend in stopping my belief in the United States of America. The amazing thing is society refuses to see the democratic and republican parties have gained so much influence, we the people must elect one of them (that they control). The Amazing thing is the newspapers stop my letters as if freedom of the press is meant to blind side the public.

I volunteer every day to help people. Rich or poor, Black, white or red, Dem or Rep it just does not matter to me. The editors have uniformly declared that the opinion of the people no longer matters. The words of the people are either changed to reflect the editors view or rejected. The Boston globe dislikes my letters to the editor so much, in writing the BG told me to commit suicide. The NH governor uses the state police to inform me my letters are causing problems in the State Capitol so I should consider suicide before writing any more. The NH Veterans administration tells me to commit suicide. The local sheriff arrests me as intimidation for I believe Judge Fauver to stop my letters. A NH U.S. Rep uses her federal powers to have me arrested by the Dover NH police. When this fails she uses my 100% service connected disabilities to attempt to commit me. I have violated no laws at all. These are criminal acts committed by people with authority that we the people trust. The newspapers have written great articles about my opponent in this years election and purposely harmed my character to taint the election. The newspapers refuse to print my response or opinion letters. I volunteer to help people every day since I came back from the Vietnam conflict. I have violated no laws. This entire letter can be documented as the truth and only the truth.
I came back to a country that I had no memory at all about. One of my three separate disabilities. Two are combat related from separate missions. Can you imagine at 17 deep in the “bush” with no one else that spoke English trying to stay alive long enough to at least see the country you are fighting for. I heard such wonderful things about this nation from other Marines. I believed that I made it back but did I? Is this an eternal dream as my body lies in a country of an uncivilized society. The conflicts of the VA and government telling people about their suicide prevention programs yet they tell me A Disabled Veteran to commit suicide. The opinion of the people matters yet it is changed and rejected if the people’s words are not the editor’s choice. I am a 100% disabled veteran that the VA has stopped my medical care. Police do not protect and serve the people only a special class of society. The Democratic and Republican party have such control of the election that it is no longer the voters choice. Judge Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to aid the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers to seek revenge on local residents. Did I ever come back or did I miss understand the other Marines description of the U.S.
I help other people and obey the law because trying to do what is best for a nation of the people for the people seemed to make since. I know a lot of the orders that I followed in the Marine Corps did not make since. I followed them because it was my obligation if I wanted to come back. I came back to a nation where I do not belong if this is not an eternal dream. I have been rejected by a conflict where I do not belong.
I am proud of what I did as a U.S. Marine even though society says my actions were uncivilized. I am proud of my volunteer helping others even if it is only my dream of what I would have done if I got to see the U.S. I will never harm or kill any U.S. people. I will put 100% of my effort to never violate a U.S. law. Do you the people under stand the eternal conflict that exists when a Marine returns to a nation that he does not belong or a nation that does not want him. WE (Veterans) gave our lives for you.

What is the purpose of a letter to the editor? Maybe our forefathers thought that it was a way for the public to inform others about wrongs in government. The newspapers today write articles about McQuade’s missing puppies rather that opinions of the people. Public perception of the newspapers show with less and less being purchased each year. Unbiased news no longer exists. Reporters no longer seek the truth only what they can report in such a manner to sensationalize the article. The newspapers not only violated the trust of it’s readers by blocking my opinion letters but harmed a nation. I have a wife and three daughters (that love me) find my volunteer helping a Madbury NH family as crazy. They, as most others believe that when the courts and government tell you, that you are wrong, you must accept it. I believe that when a citizen follows the proper procedure and law to correct government wrongs, one must not stop before the wrongs are corrected. No matter what the criminal government officials do to you. Newspapers are given Constitutional protection to print the truth. They are a private business but are an important part of the communication to the public.
The newspapers went so far as to interfere with my running for NH elected office. They wrote articles that benefited my opponent and discredited me. The ethical responsibility of the editors has gone so low that the Boston Globe told me to commit suicide in writing and all newspapers refuse to print my response. The Editors refuse to print that the Veteran’s director in NH told me to commit suicide along with the NH governor. A NH U.S. Rep filed a false police report to stop my letter to the editor, to get me arrested. When that failed she had a VA Dr Biswas file involuntary commitment papers to stop my letters. The VA stopped my medical care. I am a 100% service connected disabled Veteran from the Vietnam Conflict. My medical has been restored according to the books but that is an illusion. These are criminal acts to harm a 100% disabled Veteran. The VFW and American legion have become so political that they have banned me. What is happening in the United States! Judge Fauver violated the constitution to intentionally harm U.S. citizens. Fauver allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers for personal revenge against local residents. To stop me from exposing these criminal acts the NH governor filed terrorist charges against me. The charges were dropped 4 days before the trial to prevent the public from learning. The NH supreme Court refuse to hear a case that questioned the integrity of the NH judicial system. I believe Fauver uses the local sheriff to arrest me as an intimidation to scare me. They have no idea. Trusted government officials and law enforcement push and push in a criminal manner to stop me. The newspapers knowingly or not, refuse to print the truth or my opinion to inform the citizens of the U.S. I volunteer every day to help other people yet I am an out cast. My family, friends, neighbors and others believe in the newspapers and government actions so much doubt in my character has won. I came home from the Vietnam conflict with no memory of ever being here before. I adjusted and thought conquered my doubts of reality. I was wrong. This is an illusion to accept the reality of what I did as a U.S. Marine to other human beings. I must have never come home. My existence must still be there dreaming of seeing the land where the people’s rights come before government dominance. What is the purpose?

“Veteran’s Administration” the harm to veterans is out of control. It is not just me. Today’s returning veterans (not all) to have one not receive the care because the system has been ignored or criminally manipulated does not make since. I use what the VA is doing to me to illustrate the point because it is so well documented. VA officials and elected officials are well aware of the facts. No one cares. NH’s U.S. Rep used my medical service connected disabilities to attempt to take my freedom to stop my letters to the editor. She at another time filed a false police complaint to get me arrested to stop my letters to the editor. The VA stopped my medical care completely for awhile for the political self gain of these VA officials. I now receive inadequate medical care so the VA books can show the public that care is given. I have every day informed the proper authorities but no one cares. I do not want your pity. You can not have any idea what I tolerated as a U.S. Marine. I came home with four injuries received at separate times one being no memory of ever being here in the U.S. before. Three injuries are combat related. Many veterans come home with the silent disability of PTSD. For thirty years I suffered alone with the memories of what I did only to be diagnosed with it a few months before my VA medical was stopped. Can you imagine the veterans homeless on the street because the system did not recognize the silent demons of war? Can you imagine the veterans suffering because the VA to cut costs casts these veterans aside?
The newspapers are well aware of the facts and refuse to print my letters because they harm people with good reputations. Why do we become veterans to return to a land that does not understand or want us? We do not belong. No one cares. Veterans died so the news could have “Freedom of the Press”. The news does not believe Veterans are worth reporting on unless it can be sensationalized to sell more. The newspapers are so biased that the Boston globe in writing told me to commit suicide.
The VA started a program to slow down suicide by veterans. The VA director in NH told me to commit suicide. This is documented facts and no one cares. Can you imagine being a returning veteran with no memory, dropped in to a land where nothing made since. Can you imagine killing brother human beings one day and the next day hugging and kissing people that believe what you did is uncivilized? Can you imagine for thirty years every day reliving your first kill? Can you imagine people that have never been there telling you not to talk about what you did over there? Can you imagine becoming a social outcast because people believe for what you did that you are evil or dangerous. Can you imagine volunteering every day to help others and still being called a danger to society by the news media. I am a veteran that should have died.
A Madbury NH family that only knew me from my letters to the editor asked me for help. The Madbury government was using government powers to seek revenge for the selectmen’s personal reasons on this family. Judge Fauver criminally with intent to harm violated the Constitution to aid the selectmen. The NH supreme court refused to hear the case to protect the legal empire. To stop my volunteer help the NH government uses the VA to crush me. Does freedom exist in the land we gave our lives for?
The Veteran’s administration is out of control and the people need to correct these wrongs. With out Veterans there would be no United States of America.

At coffee this morning some one asked me whom I was voting for. I told, that it was a toss. On one hand you have a man whom places his country first above all else. I was asked “Don’t I believe Obama does? “Yes” but it is different for some one that has never been in combat. A bullet passes with in inches of your head, a mortar lands near you, your first kill, changes you and never leaves. Living in combat for a few minutes or longer defines life in a way that people whom never been there can know.
Obama has come up in a world where blacks over the history have had to struggle to achieve. Obama was neither Back or White which made him different to both sides. Here is a average citizen “no-body” that worked the system to maybe make change. Some one that if he gets elected will (hopefully) remember it is the people that come first.
Obama has never been tested to place the people before even self gain. McCain has disagreed with both parties and stood for the people’s best interest first. Obama won the primary with the message of change. This is the message that makes me want to vote for him. Obama wants to change the old boy network in D.C. The system in D.C. has become so powerful that self interest comes first above the needs of the people. Obama tells us that he wants change but then he picks one of the old boys in D.C. to be the VP, is this change or milking what is in the best interest of the party to get elected. McCain on the other hand stands for what is in the best interest of the U.S. even if it means losing the election. Straight Talk to the people, even if it is to his personal loss. This is what we as Veteran’s have learned, instilled in our minds in a way that just can not be achieved if you have never been there. McCain picked an out side the establishment for his VP. Some one that may lack the D.C. boys club experience but that has shone that the people’s best interest comes before the political parties.
Here are two men that there is no doubt that want the best interest of the nation but whom will actually do it? Will either?
It is great to see a no-body like Obama get in. I am a no-body that the NH news and government interfered with the NH voters choice to stop my election into state office. NH political dominator’s do not want me to be heard because I will tell the people a NH judge violated the constitution intentionally to harm NH residents. I will tell that the Madbury selectmen use government powers for revenge on local residents. I will tell how a U.S. Rep from NH used her political powers to harm intentionally a disabled veteran. I will tell the people how the News media (Papers) hide the truth from the public to protect the old boy’s network in Concord. I will tell how this Concord Boy’s club had a 100% disabled veteran’s, VA medical stopped for political self gain and the news refuses to inform the public.
It is not just the NH news media. I watched 60 minutes last night and the pointed questions at McCain and the approval tone of the questions to Obama was a hidden persuading factor of the reporters direction. What ever happen to let the voters decide. Has the old boy’s network become so powerful that the Democratic or Republican party dominates whom the people get to choose. Is the unbiased news now part of the old boys network? Will any news print a letter to the editor from a no-body. You see I have been there and I place the people first above all else.

A deputy sheriff wants to get in a pissing match over did they arrest me or not. He ignores a judge violating the constitution as he acts as a mob enforcer to intimate the victims of the judge from speaking out. I volunteer my time to help others. A Madbury family was at the hands of the local selectmen being harmed for the selectmen’s personal revenge. Fauver knowingly allowed these criminal acts to continue after being brought to judge Fauver’s attention. This family was so desperate that when they read my letter to the editor in the local paper they called me for help. I dropped out of school at seventeen to join the Marine Corps. I came back from the Vietnam conflict 100% disabled. The NH supreme court ignores the facts of criminal decisions by Fauver when presented to them with documented facts and proof. Elected officials in the attempt to protect their nest egg declare that I am a terrorist and take my freedom for 6 months. The bogus charges are dropped 4 days before trial to stop the public from seeing. A NH U.S. Rep. uses her federal powers to have a VA doctor file involuntary commitment order to take my freedom. She then files a false police complaint to get me arrested. When a citizen is forced to enter a police station or sheriff’s office against their will by definition that is an arrest. The law enforcement in NH refuse to stop government criminals only innocent people with out connections..
This female U.S. Rep from NH because of her influence in Washington, my VA medical is stopped for combat related injuries. The newspapers want to play God and protect these people (with influence) so they refuse to print the opinion of the people. I run for public elected office and the newspapers write great articles about my opponent but only discrediting lines about me. What ever happen to let the Voters decide? The VA officials want to please this NH Rep so bad that the VA director tells me to commit suicide. The VA, law enforcement and our elected officials do nothing. The newspapers are so bias that the Boston Globe in writing tells me to commit suicide and refuses to print my response. NH Governor Lynch sends the state police to my home to inform me my letters are causing problem at the state Capitol that my suicide would be preferred.
The police, courts and government are using the trusted power of the people to harm a 100% disabled Veteran. The newspapers refuse to inform the public. I have violated no laws so there is no way legally these trusted criminals can stop my voice. These criminals do not want the public to find out the truth.
I lived in Hell as a U.S. Marine. I came back to a world that I do not belong. With one hand people with power tell me to commit suicide and use every possible influence to force it. Publicly these people with power tell the public “we do every thing to help our returning Veteran’s adjust and not commit suicide.
When it is the Courts, government, newspapers with the aid of the police and sheriff where does one go to stop this criminal acts against the peace and dignity of the entire United States of America. The deputy sheriff is not only pissing on me,, he is pissing on every citizen in the United States of America with the aid of the newspapers.

The Strafford county Sheriff writes to ask me how judge Fauver violated the law. The facts are spelled out in the NH supreme court case. They are documented in writing. Fauver Criminally violated the Constitution. Fauver knowingly with intent to harm allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers to discriminate and seek revenge on local Madbury residents for personal revenge. The Sheriff says that I was not arrested but they gave me the choice to come in my self or they would send a deputy to my home to get me (use your own interruption). It looked to me as if Judge Fauver did not like one of my letters so he told the sheriff to intimidate me. NH U.S. Rep used her federal powers to have a VA doctor attempt to lock me up. This same Rep filed a false police complaint with the Dover NH police to get me arrested. The VA-NH director stopped my VA medical for my four service related injuries for I believe his political self gain. All this and much more all because I volunteer my time to help a Madbury NH family. I have written so many letters publicly, that clearly spells out the crimes by judge Fauver, NH elected officials, the Police (state and local), Veterans administration officials and many more, that if I was not telling the truth these criminals would be able to stop me using the law in a legal manner. They can not because the truth is a powerful weapon. Just because the NH Supreme Court refuses to hear a case that spells out crimes committed by a judge does not mean they did not happen. I told judge Fauver in court that he should not violate the constitution in front of a U.S. Marine. We (U.S. Marines) give our lives to protect and defend these Supreme Laws). I came back from a conflict 100% disabled. I watched good men give their lives and I killed other human beings just so these Supreme laws could not be diminished.
The newspapers censor my words thinking that the public will not learn of the criminal acts of Fauver and the others. Well the news was wrong. My words are ringing loud every day as I spell out in writing for the public. The only people being hurt by the newspaper’s censorship are the readers that trust them. News good or bad must be reported with out bias. Some day one of these newspapers will finally get the balls to inform it’s readers of the truth. I ran for NH elected office only to have my character harmed by biased news articles. The papers wrote great articles about my opponent but spoke little on my platform and what little they said was to discredit me. The newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters which is their ethical responsibility.
The VA hounds me every day with phone calls from the Suicide hotline. The VA sends the local police to intimidate my family to cause pressure on me. The State police come to my home to inform me that my letters are causing problems in the state capital so the governor would prefer my suicide. The NH-VA director tells me to commit suicide. The facts are so well documented in this case these criminals are afraid the public will learn. The newspapers are so biased that the Boston Globe in writing told me to commit suicide. The criminal and ethical degrade of the U.S. media defines that we (meaning Veterans) should never have come back to the “world” U.S. alive.
All these people we trust (government officials) are committing crimes to stop a 100% disabled veteran from doing the right and legal obligation that our Constitution requires for the United States of America to continue as a free nation of We the People.

A government teaches our children about a document that has become a worth less piece of paper. It does not matter because the public only cares about their own needs so it is OK for government official’s to violate the people’s rights. I can (and have) spelled out Constitutional crimes committed by judge Fauver as he allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers to inflict pain and harm on local residents for personal revenge. The NH supreme court refused to hear a case that clearly with proof demonstrated Fauver’s crimes. Our highest court choose to protect the legal empire over the people’s rights guaranteed by our Constitution. Why does the SC exist? Why is there freedom of the press, if the editors refuse to print the opinion of the people?
Our elected officials refuse to listen. Federal officials stopped my VA medical and push for my suicide. I ran for elected NH office only to be stopped by government and bias newspapers. No One cares that newspapers and government personal are violating the law. NH elected officials refuse to grant a “Redress of Grievances as directed by our Constitution. Governor Lynch refuses to speak with me but he has the State Police tell me to commit suicide because my letters are causing problems in the state capital.
Our government and newspapers have harmed my character in the public eye to stop me. I volunteer my time to help people. I have asked nothing of you but to allow the people to be protected from government harm. Criminal acts by Fauver and the Madbury selectmen are being covered up to protect a special class of citizens. NH U.S. Rep used her influence to interfere with my 100% combat related disabilities to stop letters to the editor. My VA medical was stopped to help these criminals. You took my health, family, friends and I still refuse to violate any law. These criminals interfered with a free election. They took the right of the vote away from you the people. Government officials violate the American’s With Disabilities Act and no one cares. Discrimination is rampart by the courts and NH government and no one cares. My death is your only solution.
I stand tall and proud to be a United States Marine standing up for the rights of the people. NH took my freedom on bogus charges with the courts permission. I believe under Fauver’s orders the sheriff arrested me. The VA uses the phone to push for my suicide almost every day then uses the local police to pressure me to suicide.
I volunteer every day since I came back in 74 from a conflict. I help others every day. I ask nothing. Am I so bad that you allow the NH courts and government to persecute me to stop my helping other U.S. citizens. Has the NH government and courts with the aid of the newspapers done such an efficient job of destroying my character in the public eye that no one cares. Ask yourself, ask the news, ask the government and ask your friends why do we teach our children about the Constitution.
The citizens of the United States are allowing a 100% service connected disabled veteran to be violated by trusted government officials. The citizens are allowing the newspapers to boycott the opinion letters that would inform the public to what is happening to some one that served this nation as a U.S. Marine. The State of NH is allowing the Madbury government to violate individuals rights and the courts are covering it up. This will have direr consequences. Don’t teach about the Constitution, use it. If the courts and government can violate my rights yours are next.

Suicide is not the answer but it does make since. I should be Paranoid, Angry, maybe even Desperate, but I am not. I can sit back while drinking my coffee in the morning knowing at any moment my mind will take me into adventure and reality. I will re-live my situations as a U.S. Marine. I will with out emotion or feeling risk my life, take others lives and order my men to do missions of no return. My family, friends and neighbors accurse me of still not caring about others pain and suffering as if I am a monster. I gave my emotions up to fight for our Constitution.
I did four years as a U.S. Marine. I was injured four separate times. I never complained about the pain or inhuman living conditions during my thirty one months overseas tour. I came home with a shattered body and mind to survive in a place that I knew no one or had any memory of (TBI). A place that I did not belong.
I thought that we (meaning military) fought to protect our Constitution. I thought back here we had laws and rules that protected the people against government dominance over the people. Freedom is for the people not the government to dominate.
Judge Fauver criminally violate the Constitution to in able the Madbury selectmen to use government powers to seek personal revenge against local Madbury residents. This family asked me (and I volunteered) for help. To stop me, the state, local police and sheriff harass my family and I. NH U.S. Rep Shea-Porter uses her federal powers to harm a disabled veteran. The VA stops a disabled veteran’s medical. The news paper covers up or hides the truth from the public. Censorship will destroy our Constitution.
I do not complain or do anything against the law. I continue to volunteer my time to help this family. You see I am not volunteering to help just this one family. This family is every citizen of the U.S. We (meaning the military) kill others, risk our lives and our men’s lives and die for the freedoms these wrongs are taking from you.
The newspapers do not care about the truth only how to manipulate it to make the most dramatic article and protect the powerful. The UNH newspapers which teaches our future leaders, no longer lives by the ethical code. Ethics and responsibility no longer matters to the news media. The facts are so well documented in this case it is beyond comprehension why the U.S. public would be deprived of the truth. When the NH governor, VA director, Sheriff and others can conspire to force a 100% disabled veteran to commit suicide it must be the answer. Ever since this case started in 1999 I still volunteer every day to help others. I have volunteered to help others since I came back to the “world” U.S. in 74. I volunteer to help others to make the U.S. a better place for all. I have tried (I hope I achieved it) to give to show respect for the better men than I that never returned from protecting our Constitution. I volunteer because I do not want what they (U.S. Military) gave to be in VAIN. What is the answer when a veteran comes back to a nation where he does not belong. I do not want you pity, what I did was for you.

Wake Up America! Readers of my letters are finely asking if they write a letter to the paper will that help. People I do not volunteer to help others for any (what so ever) self gain. I volunteer to make the United States of America better for all. I volunteer for the selfish reason to pay back those U.S. military that did not come back alive or at all from a conflict or a war. I saw better men than me give their lives so this Nation (U.S.) could continue to have equal justice for all. The Veteran’s administration stopping my medical care for combat related injuries mean little when compared to the thousands of veterans not receiving care or cast aside living on the street because no one recognizes the effects of what they did for the U.S. had on them. My letters repeat some facts week after week. I do not want people to forget that I am not doing this for my self. I volunteer my time to help a Madbury NH family. This family was so desperate that they called someone that they only knew from a letter to the editor on zoning. The injustice of Judge Fauver and the Madbury selectmen using government powers for personal revenge against local Madbury NH residents is unacceptable. The local newspapers covering up the facts to protect the powerful is inconceivable. The NH supreme court refusing to hear a case that clearly documented constitutional crimes by a NH judge must be told across the United States. For the State of NH to declare a 100% disabled Veteran a terrorist to attempt to scare and stop this U.S. citizen for speaking out must be made public. To then take this citizen’s freedom for six months before dropping the bogus charges is a crime. For the newspapers to not report that a NH U.S. Rep Shea-Porter used her trusted powers of office to have a VA Dr file false involuntary commitment orders to stop this veteran’s free speech is a moral and ethical crime. To have this same U.S. Rep file a false police report to get this 100% disabled veteran arrested must be made public. To have the editors use the newspapers to destroy a 100% disabled veteran’s public image to stop this veteran from running for public office is inconceivable.
The VA stopped the crisis hotline last week for veterans to stop my using it to make the VA across the U.S. aware what the NH VA is doing. The crisis hotline was started again because of my letters. I hope my time back in the “World” U.S. did some good. I came back to a land that I did not belong in. I hope that my letters made the U.S. Public aware of all the Veteran’s being harmed by a political game used by politician for their own self gain.
Veterans are the child that gave everything so that the United States of America could be a place where We The People mattered first and fore most. Wake up and write because if veterans are “spit on” whom will give their lives for your freedom. I volunteer my time for all the Veterans and U.S. Military because we care.

American Legion physically removes me from a Veterans picnic that I was invited too! The VFW shuns me to protect political ties! The VA stops my medical care, for combat related disabilities. NH-U.S. Rep Shea-Porter uses my military medical condition to have a VA Dr Biswas file false involuntary commitment orders to stop my letter to the editor. This U.S. Rep (then) files a false police report to get me arrested. The NH government files false charges that I am a terrorist to take my freedom for six months. The bogus charges are dropped four days before trial. The VA director in Manchester NH tells me to commit suicide. NH governor Lynch sends the State Police to my home to inform me my suicide would be preferred because my letters are causing problems in the state capitol. The VA suicide hotline hounds me to force suicide. The VA sends the local police to my home continuously, to provoke suicide. The Boston Globe newspaper tells me (in writing) my suicide is necessary before I write another letter to the editor. The NH Veteran’s council ignores and blocks my requests for help. Now the VA has stopped the crisis hotline on the VA web for veteran’s to ask help or ask a question. The newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters. The newspapers refuse to print the truth. I have violated no laws. What I did do is run for NH state senate only to have the newspapers write articles about the other candidates while manipulating the truth to destroy my public image. I have violated no laws. I volunteer (even after all this crap) every day to help others. The newspapers kept the public from reading my opinion letters to stop my being elected.

I have attempted and tried to learn and live by a civilized societies rules. I have not violated any laws but I do give every day to help others to make the United States of America better for all. I am not vindictive because I see what you are doing to me is what as a U.S. Marine did to others on foreign soil to protect our Constitution so each of you can have equal protection of the law (destroyed places and people). What I did I believed was right but now I realize that the American people can not respect Veterans for what we did. I lasted over thirty years back here in a civilized society because I had no memory (TBI)( from one of my four service related injuries). I accepted what others told me and tried to do what was good for all.
My existence has infringed on living veterans and returning veterans by my getting the VA hotline on the web stopped. No matter how much I stay with in the boundaries of the law, when government officials and judges can violate the Constitution with the aid of the news media there is no hope. The American Citizens have been blinded to what the NH governor and state has done to this 100% service connected disabled Veteran.. I for all these years believe Veterans would stand behind a veteran whom holds the Constitution up for all to understand. I was wrong.

Where does a 100% disabled Veteran go for help. People every day ask me why I do not get a lawyer, or use the other protections available to help people in trouble. I have gone all the way to the NH Supreme Court which denied to hear the case because it questioned the integrity of the NH judicial system. The criminal wrongs were spelled out so that a child would see them. I have asked NH elected officials for help but they are to concerned on how it will look helping a no body. These elected officials have gone so far as to put me in jail as a terrorist to stop my speaking public on the wrongs being committed by judges and governor personal. These NH elected officials have gone so far as to get the Veteran’s administration to stop my medical care to stop my freedom of speech. The newspapers have gone so far as to stop my opinion letters to get the public to stop these wrongs by trusted government officials. The editors are afraid of law suits for printing the truth. Some editors have informed me my letters are not printed because “they hurt people with good reputations”. The Boston Globe went so far as to ask me in writing to commit suicide before writing another letter to the editor. I ran for elected NH public office only to have the editors stop the public from hearing my goals, opinion or platform. The public records are so well documented of all these wrongs, but people still ignore a 100% disabled Veteran asking for help.
I have not violated any laws other than expose wrongs in government I have every day since I came back from my Marine Corps overseas tour in 74 volunteered to help other people thousands of hours each year. Two of my three military disabilities are combat related. My letters are scary but they are true. The NH governor gets a copy of all my letters as well as the VA and 1000 others. NH governor Lynch used the state police to deliver the message that my suicide was prefer because my letters are causing problems in state capital. The NH secretary of state receives my letters on criminal acts to interfere with a free election and he does nothing. The director of the VA in NH asked me to commit suicide. NH U.S. Rep Shea-Porter used my medical condition to get a VA Dr Biswas to file false commitment orders on me. She had the Dover Police arrest me on a false complaint. No person in a position to help will give a disabled Veteran any consideration other than to permanently stop this disabled Veteran. A clear government recorded exists and no body in a position to help will.
One of my injuries is complete loss of memory (TBI) to this day of any part of my life before I entered the Marine Corps. I came back to a country that I did not know. I have set my disabilities aside to try to live a normal life. I have since the day that (a girl spit on me at the SF airport and called me a baby killer) came back felt that I returned to a place that I do not belong. I have violated no laws. I every day try to make life better for others. Where does a 100% disabled Veteran go other than to close that box with no sides for good. Help does not exist for a Veteran that came back when he should not have.

I have lived my entire life in a Box with no sides. How can that be? Waking up in a military hospital with no memory at all of whom I am or where I came from the mind allows you certain avenues. When a person has no reference to memory to explain how to react or understand what is going on, you go somewhere that it is safe. The safety of a box with no sides is so enormous yet the security can be so contained. Living 31 months over seas (after I woke in the hospital) during my Marine Corps tour allowed my mind to grow. Simple lessons as to what a nine sixteen wrench was, or always knowing everything there is about my M-16, or take orders and follow them no matter what, the list just grows because you are in a controlled environment. Your men’s life always comes after the mission, things are exploding, jets are coming at you doing over six hundred knots and stopping with in fifteen feet of you, life seems to complicated. Riding on a convoy as the only person that spoke English, deep into the bush delivering surplus supplies to friendly camps. Seeing and living in sub-human conditions that you believe is normal across the world. The pain from my first combat related injury that you have to ignore because you learned that Marine’s don’t feel pain. Feeling great because you are finely a Marine because you killed the enemy in hand to hand combat. Living through a sniper attack while TAD. Becoming a Sergeant and ordering men to situations you knew that they would not come back with no feelings or compassion. You are blown off a runway during another Vietnam offensive breaking your back but you continue the mission leading your men until complete. You can do all this because nothing is real. The Box protects you.
I had studied and learned through the mail as much as I could about school and the United States. I was excited when my tour ended and I stepped off the plane at SF airport only to have a girl spit on me and call me a baby killer. Reading bill boards in English and seeing “round eyed girls” became my fascination. Meeting a family (my family) that I had never seen before, whom welcomed me to a land that was strange. Soon I was deemed a social out cast and became isolated and with drawn. A friend that said we went to high school together just got out of the Air Force a few years earlier. He identified my difficulty in adjusting back here in the “world” and gave me a room to live in. He got me in college and helped me learn how to live in a civilized society. I had a hearing disability, a memory problem and broken back so life had it’s obstacles. Two years after discharge I am declared a disabled Veteran. The VA pumps me full of medicine, my guilt for coming back alive grows. I am in a land that I do not belong. Is this real or is the box with no sides to tight. I learned helping others when not on a mission during my tour was a way to adjust and learn. I started volunteering every day to help others. I started getting involved in our government and continued school. I learned about the Constitution, while trying to learn how other people remember things so well.
I volunteer to help people (any person) and the NH government persecutes me. The VA stops my medical and the newspapers keep my experiences a secret from the public.
Has the Box with no sides been a coffin that I had no memory to reference from? Is the box so tight that it is telling me that I never really woke up in that military hospital?

The VA Dr. Dan Potenza called me on Sept 10 to congratulate me on receiving 17% of the vote for NH state Senate. This was nice of Dan to feel for a friend enough to call before his work day even started. I have no emotions or feeling for losing the election. You don’t congratulate someone for being massacred. I told Dan that I was proud just to have participated in the election. We did not talk long because I was in such serious pain in my head and my back. I just wanted to lay on the couch. Which I attempted to do all day. By nine o’clock the phone started ringing. The VA suicide hotline was calling me to just talk. I hung up. I just start to fall asleep and the phone rings again. It is the suicide hotline again. Do they see a chance to force me to commit suicide because of pressure. It does not work. In the Marine Corps I learned to set pain and pressure aside to complete my mission. Oh don’t get me wrong, later on the pain and confusion is much worse, then and now. I just knew that the local police would be knocking at my door soon because after receiving so many calls from the VA Suicide hotline and hanging up, it is the next step in the VA’s attempt to pressure me into suicide. I decided to go for a walk.
Trust me it was not easy. A song played on the radio on my way to Durham that brought me back to memories that no one should remember. My legs were tingling as I exited the car. The sharp pain in my back brought me to my knees as I took my first step. I just floated down the side walk like in a daze walking on pillows as people looked at me. Soon I was deep in the “Bush” lost. Tall trees with thick brush made movement difficult. I had lost my M-16 and had no gear. I came to the waters edge and there was no crossing. I could see buildings on the other side in a distance. Maybe I could approach and get a weapon, supplies and location. I had to build a way across the flowing water first. I searched the area and dragged damaged branches and logs to build a crossing. Soon on the other side I climbed the hill through the thick pickers and growth until I realized the building were the UNH gym and the tall white tips sticking through to horizon of the bushes were the UNH Foot Ball goal posts. How or why I got into the UNH woods has no logic. I looked down and my legs were all bloody and my cloths covered with dirt, pickers and leaves. The reality is that I remember the mission as if it was yesterday but it has been over thirty years since I was on my last convoy as an American Advisor.
I lost the election because I came back to a place that I do not belong. As a prominent citizen explained to me yesterday in Durham earlier “returning Veterans have a demented since of reality so we do not belong in an elected positions”. The newspapers believe that I am such a terror they refuse to print my letters. The VA stops my medical care for combat related injuries. The courts are corrupt and I have no place left.
I hate to inform you but if some one wants to die, when it is time there is no way to stop them. I wish that I knew then as I realize now that a body bag was the way for all veterans to return to a nation that just can not understand.

The Constitution is a document that we all should be proud of and look up too. We have a government that we the people choose by vote. I am proud to have the chance to run for elected office. My views and opinion’s were completely stopped by the newspapers, but that is what makes a free society. Private businesses being allowed to print what they want. The Union Leader did three quarters of an article about my opponent’s good and one small paragraph on my bad. The Fosters’ newspaper called me up moments before their article was printed. The reporter hung up on me in med sentence of my talking then wrote that I hung up. They did several great articles on my opponent over the summer. I have sent opinion letters every day to every NH newspaper about my views, goals and platform and not one would print any of my letters. Freedom and our Constitution is so great that our informed vote is what makes the U.S. eyed by the people of other countries.
I have volunteered so much helping other people ever day (for over 30 years) it makes no difference if I was elected to a $100.00a year job. I am proud to have the chance to run. The people made an informed choice. Amanda is a choice of the news media and I have to agree she is a nice person.
Freedom of the press was so important to our fore fathers that the Constitution contains articles protecting newspapers. We the U.S. military veteran’s gave our childhood to defend and protect it. You the 89% that never served frequently disregard other’s rights when it is to the special class‘s advantage.
I heard a person today tell me (as he was consoling me on my loss) that the people that served in our military come back with a demented since of reality and we should not hold public office any way. The person (that never served) said that Presidential candidate John McCain is the same way. The news media had very little good to say about McCain until his VP was picked (whom never served). A few years ago the news media destroyed John Kerry for his service to this nation.
The NH government, courts, law enforcement and newspapers violated so many Constitutional rights of the individual to stop me. The VA went so far as to stop my medical care. When a newspaper (Boston Globe) can in writing ask some one to commit suicide before writing another opinion letter and the media’s ethical responsibility is ignored by all is this protected by our Constitution also.
I am proud of my service to the United States of America. I am proud to have had the chance to protect and defend our Constitution. I am proud to (under the guide lines of this great document (the Constitution) to have had the chance to run for public office.
I thank the United States of America for allowing me to come back alive. I know Veterans returning from a conflict presents a hardship on you, So accept my apology.

When all fails is there any hope left. I saw Dr Dan yesterday and he showed me how many Veterans Administration officials read and send him each of my letters. How can so many be aware of the crimes of discrimination and many other crimes inflicted on a disabled veteran and no one cares. My file has been Red Flagged to harass me, so it is assumed that I am dangerous. When I came back over thirty years ago from a conflict I swore that I would never raise a hand toward fellow U.S. citizen. I have not. I have knowingly allowed others the hit me and I still refused. I will fight for what is right but I will not be violent. I every day go out of my way to volunteer to help others. The VA stopped my medical care to harass me. I am 100% service connected disabled. Three of my four disabilities are combat related. My file shows that my medical has been restated but the care is limited. I came back from a conflict with no memory of being in the U.S. before (TBI). I took classes in the Marine Corps on writing letters so that I could communicate (with people that called them my family but were strangers to me) during my 31 months overseas.
I am running for NH state senate yet the newspapers purposely discredit my character in the public eye. I have publicly stated, Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to harm U.S. citizens. My words ring loud and clear but no one wants to hear me. The NH supreme court covered up the crimes presented to them. Elected officials criminally harm me because I volunteer to help a Madbury family that Fauver used the power of the court to criminally harm. The Madbury selectmen did not like this family so they used the trusted power of government to seek revenge on, for personal reasons. Judge Fauver knowingly approved these crimes. Lawyers and the court refused to help this family so they were so desperate that they asked me because they read a letter to the editor that I wrote. I learned in the Marine Corps to help brother U.S. citizens when government officials commit wrongs to harm others, so I volunteered. The facts in this case are documented and uncontested yet no one cares. The newspapers have criminally violated the trust of the American people by refusing to tell the truth. The newspapers have ethically violated the trust of the American people by refusing to print my opinion letters. The newspapers have criminally violated the Constitution by purposely printing knowingly biased articles to aid one candidate over another.
Crimes by the VA go beyond reality but no one cares. The director of the Manchester NH VA administration told me in person to commit suicide. The state police come to my home to inform me governor Lynch would prefer my suicide. The Boston Globe puts it in writing asking me to commit suicide. The facts are clearly documented but no one cares. I can write great letters but I have a memory problem. I walk 3-6 miles a day but sometimes they take longer than they should. When I feel like my world is falling apart I slip behind a dumpster, under a porch or maybe into the woods so others will not witness my event. Any where’s from a few minutes to hours later I will come back sweating some times when the temperature is less that 30degrees (only to where). I look around for the enemy “gooks”. Nothing is clear, where am I. I walk trying to understand what country I am in. At some point I recognize a street or building and the scared U.S. Marine becomes a grown up living back in the U.S. I have done this for over thirty years since I came back. I have gone out of my way to keep my medical condition from the public eye. I have a broken back, so how do I walk. I live with the pain because to do less would mean to live with out doing any thing. I broke my back during a Vietnam offensive while trying to get one of my men out of harms way. I can only hear certain frequencies so I miss a lot of what others tell me. I lost my hearing being blown off a runway during another Vietnam offensive. A few years ago the VA diagnosed me with PTSD because I finally told others about my continuous visions of what I did as a U.S. Marine. Does the VA director, NH governor, Boston Globe and others not thing that I want to die. I have set out many times to do just that. Even today I hear other citizens talking about how what “we” as U.S. Military do is in-moral. The question exists in my mind that I should feel guilty or ashamed for my actions but I do not. People talk about how it is wrong to harm another human being but I have killed with out emotion or feelings. Are the conflicts in my mind justified? Did! I will my self back to the U.S. but I am really still lying in a ditch deep in the “Bush” dead? Is my suicide justified or just the wish of the people in charge? Can a dead person die again?
NH to stop my volunteer help for this Madbury family a few years ago declared me a terrorist and put me in jail. The reality of American Advisor on a convoy where the enemy captured me. A scared 17 year old Marine adjusted and understood the situation was normal and every Marine goes thorough this. (I had no memory to justify different) My hands were tied behind my back and I was placed beside a camp fire deep in the “bush”. Two sat around and laughed and hit me while drinking rice wine, the other walked the perimeter. When the two fell asleep I freed my hands took my bayonet and left. I encountered the other a few seconds later in the dark. Realizing when I pulled my bayonet out this enemy was a lot younger than me. Proud, successful and scared this Marine took my M-16 back, then ran to the friendly village where the convoy had stopped for the night. With no memory of what is real I actually believed that this was normal. NH dropped the bogus charges but the loss of my freedom for 6 months finally brought out my life is not reality.
I have done everything possible every day for over thirty years since I came back to a place that I do not belong, to help others and make the U.S. a better place. I do not want or will I accept your pity. I want the U.S. to realize that Veteran’s have defended the U.S. but it is all our jobs to see that no one right of any one individual is taken by the wrongs committed by the government. You all speak great words but few if any will take any action unless it is for your own profit. Where does a 100% service connected disabled Veteran go when it is the Veteran’s Administration and government knowingly committing crimes to cause a suicide. You have no idea how close I come every day to granting the government’s wish, not for them but for you, because I care about the U.S.

Elections are tomorrow yet why? No one seems to live by the rules of the Constitution. Have all means of redress of grievances failed? Is it not the people’s right to take up arms against those in power when these leaders violate even one guaranteed right of the individual? I woke up one day in a military hospital with no memory of any part of my life and to this day, my memory has not returned. I spent the next 31 months over seas fighting for a country that I had no memory of. I was 17, and a United States Marine. Can you imagine killing someone before you remember kissing your first U.S. girl. I have described so many times, the putrid living conditions and insane uncivilized acts that our military live and do to defend this nation. Can you imagine coming back to a nation where killing and mayhem are against the law, yet that is all you know. I had, no more superiors to obey and no men to lead. The rules in a civilized society did not make since. I went to college and started volunteering to just try to survive in a country that I dreamed of living long enough to just visit once before I died. My head injury left me with memory problems which created even more problems socializing and interacting with others. My hearing injury from being blown of the runway made it so that hearing and grasping more than a few words out of a sentence difficult. My back pain from my injury received during another Vietnam offensive made even letting a girl touch my back (for fear of exposing my pain) (which Marine’s never do) difficult. I had been instructed so many times that we (meaning returning military) do not talk about what we did over seas that I learned to seek silence as my memories as a Marine would now flash terrifying events in to the reality of my daily life. Did I at 17, defend a nation where every individual by law has the equal right to elected office.
The newspapers censor my opinion letters. Judge Fauver Violated the Constitution 29 times to allow the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers to seek personal revenge on local Madbury residents. NH declares me a terrorist and takes my freedom because I volunteer to help this Madbury family The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case that I spelled out Judge Fauver’s crimes so even a 1st grader would see. The newspapers tell the public that my letters are threatening and takes words out of context to prove it but refuses to print the entire letter. My letters state truths and facts and do not threaten any one. U.S. NH Rep Shea-Porter files a false police report to get me arrested to stop my letter. When this fails she has a VA Dr Biswas file involuntary commitment orders to stop my letter. When this fails the VA stops my medical care. So much has happen and the courts and government do not follow the Constitution, that I decide to run for public office. The newspapers print great articles about the person running against me but scares the public with false facts about me. I write letters stating my opinion, views, goals and platform yet the newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters.
Over time I have learned when my medical condition is going to take over my life. I learned to be alone until reality returns. I have learned to cover the pain but do admit every once in awhile a squeak escapes in the public arena. I volunteer every day to help others because I owe those (friends, U.S. military personal) better that me that gave their lives for the country that I dreamed to one day see.
But why? This nation and my life would have been better if I had come home in a body bag. My medical care was restarted but it is now only for the record to demonstrate for the public that this Veteran receives care. Every thing is so confusing. The VA publicly starts programs to prevent returning veteran’s from committing suicide. The Director of the NH VA tells me to commit suicide. The VA suicide hotline hounds me to pressure me into suicide. The VA uses the local police to embarrass my family to provoke my suicide. The Boston Globe in writing tells me to commit suicide. NH governor Lynch sends the NH State Police to my home to inform me that the governor would prefer my suicide. Judge Fauver uses the local sheriff to arrest me to seek my suicide. Does the U.S. want Veterans to commit suicide just not publicly. Is the courts and government officials allowed to us government powers for retaliation. Why did our fore fathers put in the constitution the importance of the peoples’ opinion. Does Freedom of the Press only to allow editors unlimited powers to control public information. Why have the American’s with Disabilities Act if government officials can use it to discriminate against 100% service connected disabled Veterans they want to silence.
Not breaking the law. Not following the procedures set by our greatest law the Constitution. Not volunteering to help others continuously and with out regrets. Just do not make sense. Why I had to come back. My head pain has gotten to the point where suicide does make sense because nothing else does. I volunteer every day even when the pain in my left hand was so bad that using it was impossible. I bend down to pick trash up on the side of the road even though my broke back tells me not to. No matter what the effect or pain I have to show respect for what so many over the history of this nation gave their lives for. People tell me to give up. If giving up is why so many children give their lives to defend the freedom 89 percent of you enjoy, just tell me why
Election are so the voters have a choice. That no longer exists in the United States of America. Am I really back in the country that I dreamed of one day just seeing once.

Drinking yesterday was the first time this did not help with the pain in my head. I started at three o’clock in the afternoon because of the pain. This head pain is from one of my service connected disabilities, I am rated 100%. My medical care was stopped for five months because of the newspapers hero to Veterans (U.S. NH Rep Shea-Porter). I believe it was her because it happen after she filed a false police report to stop one of my letters to the editor. When my arrest failed she used her federal government powers to have a VA Dr Biswas file involuntary commitment orders to lock me up. Right after all this my VA medical was stopped. Does one and one equal Two? My medical was restarted but it is now limited and sub-standard. The VA in my opinion assigned a Psychologist Dr Dan Potenza to see me for the purpose to fudge the records for public scrutiny. Don’t get me wrong Dr Dan is in no way a part of this. Dr. Dan in my opinion is a caring individual that gives more than required to help Veterans. Dr Dan goes out of his way. I write a letter every day informing the VA and Federal government of the crimes in the Veterans Office in NH but my case is covered up.
I am running for NH state senate. The Union Leader calls me up two hours before dead line for a interview. I am volunteering in Canterbury NH so I do not get the message they left until I get home three days later. The Foster’s reporter calls me up at their dead line for a interview. I write a letter complaining and four days later the reporter calls me again. We are talking when I tell her about my letters that I send to the paper every day expressing my opinions, views and platform. In the middle of my next sentence she hangs up the phone. Both papers wrote articles discrediting me. The Voters should have a informed choice. “what are we fighting for, next stop is Vietnam”
I volunteer every day to help others. I ask for nothing in return. I refuse when ever someone that I help offers me a gift or money. I received an award once from the Fosters’ for my volunteer work. I volunteer to help a Madbury NH family that Judge Fauver criminally violated the Constitution 29 times to cover up the Madbury selectmen’s use of government power to get revenge on local residents the selectmen did not like. The NH supreme court refused to hear the case because it exposed the NH judicial system to public scrutiny. NH elected officials have criminally violated the Constitution to stop me from helping this Madbury family. I have four (received at separate times) (three combat related) permanent Marine Corps related disabilities. My running for public office is scaring powerful people, the voters are denied the choice. No newspaper will allow my opinion letters or write an article about my views and opinions. I am a dead citizen to the editors.
I have not slept more that a couple hours at a time in years. I wake up seeing the face of the child, that at 17, I killed with a bayonet deep in the bush. I keep seeing his face because I want to care. People every day describe that my emotions for others does not exist, since I came home. I have a limited memory because of my head injury. At the most in appropriate times remember uncivilized acts that I committed during my 31 months on foreign soil fills my head. Emotions and feelings can not exist in a combat situation. Men are sacrificed so that others may live. Defending this nation is knowing that you are going to die. I should have come home in a body bag.
You the people of the State of New Hampshire, with the help of the newspapers make the freedom (all veterans over the history of the United States give you) a joke. How many disabled Veteran’s are swept under the rug because you the people of the United States use us only when it is to your political advantage. I speak openly telling the truth using freedom of the press to allow citizens to correct the wrongs in government, the editors have stopped. I run for public office, I volunteer to help others, I served this nation as a United States Marine and I must rely on drinking to stop the pain in my head. My right hand will become useless at times because of the pain, then it will be fine. My right arm has lost at least 50 percent of it’s use at times then it will be fine. My right leg goes numb, tingles and hurts at times then it is fine.
If all these facts were not so well documented, I might give the editors the benefit of the doubt for not printing the truth. To demonstrate how biased the system is the Veteran’s Administration Director in NH has asked me to commit suicide, the Boston Globe sent me an e-mail asking me to commit suicide, the NH governor sends the NH state police to my home to inform me that governor Lynch would prefer my suicide and judge Fauver uses the local sheriff to pressure me into suicide. These are documented facts the news papers will not tell. Stopping any individual’s right for the people to elect to public office can not be tolerated. I may not be the people’s choice but to allow the government and courts to use my medical condition and freedom to discredit me and to stop the people from learning the truth is beyond belief.
Some thing is wrong, when I can write these letters informing the government, editors and public of these criminal acts to intentionally defraud the people of the United States and no one cares. I accept every bit of this punishment because of what I did as a United States Marine. You the people of the United States of America better take note because it is your child returning from foreign soil today and this will happen to them and no one will care now, either. I wasted other human beings lives to defend you to come home for the people that I believe in, to punish me. I do not have to worry about the voters reading this letters because freedom of the press is an illusion to send our children to foreign soil to die to allow so few to dominate over the majority

Red, White and Blue the American Flag, a symbol of freedom, Equality of rights. The newspapers today wrote an article on “Dems Merrill, Macdonald seek state senate seat”. The article was unprofessional and Biased.
I registered first, to run back in April. The papers have done several articles on the other candidates, but no articles on me. The reporters called me for an interview moments before deadline for their articles. I was in Canterbury NH volunteering. Why wait until dead line. The article today was distorted truth’s to harm my character in the public eye. I quoted the Constitution “killing when all other means of redress fails”. The article was not threatening or harm full, it was an article about wrongs in NH government.
How do I explain it. The newspapers have all my letters and refuse to print them. I have and will continue to volunteer everyday to help others, friend or foe: it does not matter. This is not mentioned. The editors take words out of context to create deceptive truth. “Biased articles”. U.S. Rep Shea-Porter used her political powers to have a VA Dr Biswas file false involuntary commitment papers to stop my letter to the editor about her. The Dover Hospital after 7 hours and over ten thousand dollars determined the order was with out merit. Now the VA is ordering me to pay for this. Carol then filed a false police complaint to have the Dover police arrest me. After 3 hours under arrest the police determined the letter was just that a letter to the editor that questioned Carols actions. The editors refuse to print that in 1999 I received a phone call from a Madbury NH family that I had never met. Judge Peter Fauver violated or allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to violate the law and constitution 29 or more times to seek revenge for personal reasons against local Madbury residents. The NH supreme court refused to hear a case that spelled out these criminal acts because it would mean criminal charges against a NH judge. NH elected officials to stop me declared under the patriot act that I was a terrorist and took my freedom for 6 months. The bogus charges were dropped but the editors refused to inform the public.

The VA suicide Hot Line harasses me to commit suicide. The VA sends the Lee Police to my home to intimidate me to commit suicide. My medical is restored after five months but it is now inferior and sub-standard because the VA red flagged my file to harass me. Why has the news refuse to inform the public?
I dream of suicide every day because I came back to a country that can not accept what we as Veteran’s did for you. I see and hear the little boy that I stuck a bayonet in deep in the bush to get my M-16 back and escape every day. I am not a shamed of the cruel and inhuman acts that I committed as a U.S. Marine. You sent a 17 year old boy to become a U.S. Marine, live like a pig, to seek and destroy others for your benefit. The only way to survive is to have no feelings or emotions. We come back and the 89% that never served question our actions and lack of emotions. You continue to remind us that what we did was uncivilized. I am ashamed, to this day that I have no feelings or emotions for what I did. Today’s veterans are receiving the same cruel treatment as past veterans did from the American public.
Equity of Rights and Freedom are no longer a quality of the nation that Veterans gave their lives for. I should never have come home to a nation that enjoys what we defended for you but treats veterans as second class citizens. The Red, White and Blue Flag should have been placed on my coffin years ago. I am running for elected office to help correct the wrongs in government. The newspapers would rather destroy this Veteran than recognize what the Red, White and Blue of the American Flag symbolizes. The American Public by all Constitutional Rights deserve to hear the words of a 100% disabled Veteran running for elected office whether the editors approve them or not.

What gain do the Editors and Government get out of stopping the voters from hearing this candidate’s words? I am a 100% service connected disabled Veteran. Three of my four injures are combat related. The Union Leader calls me up hours before their dead line to interview Me. I am not home. The Foster’s newspaper did the same just the other day. I have been on the ballot for months why the last minute. They do not need to interview me, my letters which I write every day give the voters enough information of my views, opinion, and goals. My words are across the internet. Ask why the news has kept the voters from my words. Ask if the editors and government officials have turned the Constitution against the people. Whom is here to serve and protect who?
Free Speech is just that, a person’s right to openly express the wrongs in government that they have witnessed. My words may not be easy to accept but they are the truth. I have not violate the law but the editors and government officials have violated the Constitution to silence my words. I volunteered my time to help a Madbury NH family who read my letter in the paper on zoning issues. Judge Peter Fauver and the Madbury selectmen violated the constitution at least 29 times “criminally” to harm this family. The NH supreme court refuse to hear this case because it exposed a judge to criminal prosecution. Our elected officials saw the people’s power being restored so they declared me a terrorist under the Patriot act to stop me. Four days before the trial the charges were dropped. NH Congress woman Shea-Porter used her federal powers to have a VA Dr Biswas file involuntary commitment papers to stop my letters. She then filed false police reports to get the Dover Police to arrest me. The Director of the Veterans Administration then stopped my VA medical to silence me. I have four serous permanent disabling injuries and they took my medical care away. The facts are all clearly documented in every aspect of this letter. The truth does not matter to the editors. Why would the editors and government commit such wrongs to destroy our country.
The VA director, Boston Globe newspaper and NH governor Lynch have asked me to commit suicide. This is documented. The newspapers refuse to inform the people. I have not stopped my helping this Madbury family because I am a United States Marine that witnessed other American military personal giving their lives for our Constitution. I killed other human beings in the line of duty for you. I lived and acted as an uncivilized pig on foreign soil day and night for years to protect and serve your rights. This is why no matter what criminal acts these judges, government officials or editors do to me I will stand TALL, PROUD AND DECIDATED to the United States of America
Ask the editors and others why my candidacy has been censored. Do the voters deserve to hear the truth or just what the editors and government officials want you too.
My run for NH state senate or taking my own life is not suicide it is a symbol as god took his own life, on a cross as a symbol to show people the joy of giving to make life better for all others. God showed us that freedom was not free and gave us the knowledge, tools and weapons to make the world a better place for future generations. God and the Constitution made us all equal by giving us the right to vote. Don’t let the Editors and government officials take what so many of our military gave their lives to protect. A free election is just that, where all the candidates get equal treatment.
