The United States is the greatest nation in the world because people have a choice to make in their every day life. This is called freedom. We can help others as a volunteer or with the job that we do to earn a living or do nothing. People have the choice to help me as I continue to place my faith in our Constitution. People do not have to help me and I support these people also with my entire heart. This is my choice to help everyone equally, asking nothing in return. I receive so many letters of support from across the U.S. and this makes me feel good. I also receive hateful letters and letters that describe me as a fool on a errand mission. This reminds me of when someone that I helped tries to give me a gift or money as a thank you. Many schools give volunteers thank you gifts. I tell the children and others no thank you. For me to take any thing for my volunteer help would diminish the meaning. I volunteer to show respect to the service men and woman over the history of this nation that served in the U.S. military. I volunteer so that what so many gave their lives for will not be in vain. My opinion letter yesterday (one four letter word) brought a lot of response even though the newspapers refuse to print it. This letter described my faith in the greatest nation in the world.
The American Legion and VFW may have isolated me to continue to be in the good graces of politicians and I can accept this. Telling a nation that the NH supreme court violated the Constitution does not take brains. It takes a citizen willing to place everything on the line that has faith in our Constitution. When a citizen can document such criminal behavior and our elected officials crucify this individual with out correcting the wrongs this is contemptible. Newspapers using the power of the press to alienate and mock any individual corrupts our freedom. Such behavior of our elected officials and others (including editors) is mocking the meaning that our forefathers placed in such a document as our Constitution. The greatest nation in the world will only continue if we the people are willing to place our faith is such a document as our Constitution.
I am a 100% disabled Veteran. I am tired of telling you this as I am sure you are of hearing it. The NH VA official told me to commit suicide. It is a part of my medical record. The VA stopped my medical care for the disabilities that I received on four different occasions some in combat support. The VA now sends me bills for medical care that they ordered for my service connected disabilities. I now can not get medication for pain or antibiotics with out paying for it. Since the day I came back I have lived in two worlds. My first world is the memories of what I have done. The second world is accepting the conflicts between being proud and the comments of average citizens inadvertently questioning our actions as civil. I came back to a nation that I had no memory of from TBI. Can the greatest nation in the world ever become tired of the individual and this be acceptable.
The Choice is that of the people and that is what freedom is. The question that I ask everyone to ask themselves is, Can a one hundred percent disabled veteran, or any individual be sane to want so much for the greatest nation in the world.

We (meaning U.S. Marines) learned one four letter word in boot camp. We learned this primary word of the English language by repeating it so many times each day it became the norm of our lives. This word took our emotions away. This word made us the elite and feared, defenders of our Constitution by the world. Marine Boot camp degraded and devalued those capable of with standing tormenting physical and mental abuse until all the values instilled in us were gone. The Marine Corps then created with their own values, cold hearted men bent on the value of one four letter word.
I am one of those few, proud men that is willing to give his own life to defend and protect our constitution. I have (as all Marines) one value and that is to the United States of America. No matter where I am, my primary goal is to the people of this great nation. My oath to become a U.S. Marine is not to allow our Constitution to be diminished in any way by any special group of people. Our Constitution must serve all the people all the time equally. Our Constitution is and must always be the highest law of the land. When any government official violates with or with out intent any part then that official must be removed from any government position for life as the Constitution states. When any citizen brings forth Constitutional violations by a judge, governor or any one else it is the obligation of every elected official and citizen to bring this person entrusted with the power of the people to justice. When a citizen publicly states and documents the NH supreme court violating intentionally our Constitution for the soul purpose to protect their legal monopoly over the people the newspapers by law must publish these facts. It could be that the only solution is for that Marine Corps four letter word.
What purpose is there to having laws if only the less valued citizens must follow them. What value is there to having newspapers if they only print what the valued citizen’s want them to. Can we allow newspapers to interferer with the voters freedom of choice by using public communication to control the flow of information? Can our government be allowed to take one’s freedom away to stop opinion letters. What value is there to creating U.S. Marines to fight on foreign soil if what we are fighting for no longer exists in the United States.
Can any one answer, who I am. Can any one tell me, where I am? It is like I am in a box with no sides. I can think, dream and do what I want but nothing bounces back. Can a U.S. Marines worst night mare be to see what he gave it all for be diminished to a worthless piece of paper. Was it worth learning that four letter word?
No matter where I am (even stuck for eternity in a benjo ditch) I earned the title to be a U.S. Marine and a United States citizen. It is not the number of letters in a word, it is the value we place in the meaning of the United States of America. Freedom will no longer exist if we do not protect her even with that four letter word becoming necessary to use. God Bless America

I want to, first of all thank all of you that wrote and were worried because I went a couple of days with out writing. The fact is that I could not adjust to not understanding whom or where I am. It is even like now, I question if such a wonderful (best friend) as my wife is to me, can really, be real? It is like the 21 year old female bartender said to me yesterday “they just do not make relationships like yours today”. It is like trying to understand how such criminal acts as clearly stated in my letters can be allowed to continue with out the checks and balances sparking our Constitution to react to such conflicts. It is like the newspapers refusing to print opinion letters that clearly reveal wrong in government. Does not the truth matter. Is protecting criminal judges and government officials more important than the truth. It is like the thousands of letters that I send out that are read by so many people including Veteran administration officials that do nothing to protect the disabled veteran. It is like the VA doctors and VA inspector generals that read my letters and do nothing. Can reality really exist??
Everyone is so quick to sue other people but can the NH supreme court refuse to hear a case presented to them of criminal intentional crimes as Judge Fauver committed . Fauver used the power of the court allowing the Madbury selectmen to retaliate by using government powers to harm U.S. citizens that the selectmen did not like. These are documented facts. Fauver refused to allow a jury trial because Fauver tainted the trial with his biased criminal acts and a jury would not allow this. Fauver and the NH government may not like my stating such facts but the truth will defeat those that attempt to cover it up. The criminal acts have gone so far in this case that NH governor Lynch charged me money just to speak with him. U.S. NH Rep Shea-Porter lied in a police criminal complaint and used her federal powers to attempt to take my freedom. She used my service connected medical conditions to attempt to take my freedom. The newspapers are so biased that they printed biased articles to stop the voters free choice.
I have a traumatic brain injury that left me with no memory of life prior to my being shipped over seas during the Vietnam conflict. I learned what life in the U.S. was from other Marines. Or did I? Reality is what it is and we can not stop what will be. Did I come home from there. I have not violated the law and I volunteer every day or do I?
The questions are crippling for a nation that the U.S. Military give their lives to protect and defend. So many people read my letters yet the editors tell me that they are libelous if printed. My letters are printed on so many blogs and other public places yet the truth is still covered up. Can this be the fatal blow to a nation that once was created of the people for the people. You must even question the reality of the VA doctors treating me, if they really are? How could a doctor allow the system to inflict pain and harm on a 100% disabled U.S. citizen? I read in the paper today that a suicidal young man was given a jail sentence because the state had no treatment facility available. Judge Peter Fauver was involved. Fauver is a criminal that the NH supreme court decided to cover up his crimes. This criminal judge is allowed to keep his job of sentencing others because he is a member of the elite club of NH. A story about a Portsmouth cop that lived in Barrington NH physically and sexually assaulted a woman in her home and a plea was negotiated (of five charges) to one misdemeanor, no jail time. This cop is allowed to retire and collect a pension. Is there something wrong here? Judges and cops are allowed to destroy average citizens lives while violating the law and constitution themselves. NH elected officials decided that the Constitution meant nothing as they eliminated the “redress of Grievances” from the guaranteed rights of the individual. With out informing the people. This past year we elected new members to our state house. Hope of the average citizen was quickly extinguished as these new members were welcomed into the elite society of Concord NH. The average citizen can run for office but unless the newspapers and powerful like you; the up hill climb is dangerous.
I ran for public office this past primary only to have the newspaper’s write articles eliminating any chance of the average voter voting for me. The newspapers refused to print my opinion letters or response telling the voters my platform. Governor lynch charged me money to speak with him. This is a crime to charge a voter money to speak with an elected official. NH elected officials with the help of the Veteran’s administration got my medical care stopped. The crimes of these trusted government officials to stop my exposing wrongs in the Concord elite society has mounted outrageously to the point that there is no laws or Constitution.
Do you understand why I can write such a letter as this. Because the facts are so well documented. The public is kept from the truth by the newspapers for some pathetic self serving reason of the editors. I volunteer every day to help others and have for over thirty years. I have violated no laws. I speak the truth yet the truth is what is causing me so much trouble. I am a 100% disabled U.S. Marine that cares so much about our country if I must give my life for her, then take it.
This entire scenario can not be right. My mind must be playing tricks on me as a survival mode of a Marine. I have many times lived through situations that no person should. Enemy mortar destroyed a out house seconds after I left. I jumped a few weeks ago to end it only to have a tree top catch my pant leg and slowly lower me to the ground. I did convoys as an American Advisor through the Bush only to have the events never leave my mind. Where am I? Whom am I? The events in my life do not fit the character of the norms given to me of life in the United States of America.
If this is the country of the free and brave why do my letters get censored to protect those that are harming the place the world looks up to. The night mare of a United States Marine stuck in a benjo ditch is not worth the nation that he gave his life for to hear. A dead Marine stuck in a benjo ditch can not commit suicide so what is left for the state of NH to do? A dead Marine does not deserve his opinion told by the freedom of the press that he was willing to fight to preserve.

How many people will read this letter because of the title. We live in a civilized society where communication is considered the proper way to solve problems. What happens when trusted government officials self greed dominates? Where does the law bidden citizen go for help. Judge Peter Fauver violated the constitution and the NH supreme court covered it up. A U.S. citizen openly writes about these crimes against the peace and dignity of the U.S. and the government stops this 100% disabled veterans medical care. Including yesterday, I volunteer every day of the year helping others. Judge Fauver used the power of the court to allow the Madbury NH selectmen to seek and get retaliation on other Madbury residents openly and freely against the peace and dignity of the state. My only connection to this Madbury family is that I volunteered to help them. I followed the letter of the constitution only to have the illegal acts of trusted government officials cover up Fauver’s crimes to protect their legal monopoly of power over the people. Newspapers censor these facts in direct ethical, moral and legal conflict with what the United States stands for. For those that read this opinion letter can you grasp the magnitude of what I just stated. The people are afraid of government retaliation to speak about this. My case is the perfect example of gov retaliation with out control.
NH governor Lynch charged me money to speak with him. I have the receipt. It is against the law for U.S. citizens to have to pay to speak with an elected official. So many laws have been broken to silence my free speech it is incomprehensible. The VA has gone so far as to give me token medical care to fudge the records for public scrutiny to demonstrate that this veteran is nuts. In serious pain, yesterday I volunteered to help others. Yet I can not get pain medication. I have four life changing disabilities from my tour in the U.S. Marine Corps. Three are combat related disabilities received at separate times. I have violated no laws yet this U.S. Marine must pay to speak with the NH governor. Our political leaders may not want to speak with me, but that will not stop me. The government and newspapers can use my head disability to harm my character in the public eye. You the people that read this letter can ignore it. The VA makes this 100% disabled veteran pay civilian doctors for medical care they order and prescriptions for antibiotics in direct violation of the law. Yet a violent title is the only part that makes you the people that read this letter interested in it.
I honestly believed that the newly elected officials in NH would at the very least allow me to speak under the constitutional provision to the full NH legislators. Government officials no longer abide by our Constitution. Our Trust in the Supreme court can no longer be looked at to protect the people’s rights against government domination, when it questions the courts power over the people.
I have told this many times. My head injury left me with no memory prior to being shipped to a conflict. I relive my time as American Advisor on convoy deep in the bush so much it is hard to distinguish if I ever came home. Violence happen in or out of this benjo ditch and I accept the reality that ( ) is accepted here. Reality is which worlds are real. Violence can never be committed in a civilized society. The United States of American must come first in all our actions. I have to ask why the American Legion and VFW have isolated me to die for what we took an oath to honor?

Repeating the same story is some people’s complaint about my letters. My letters do talk about the same case time and time again. Consider that the continuing saga of more and more government crimes being revealed in each letter, must make you the people complaining at least think, What is going on? How can the government do this to a 100% disabled veteran and nothing is done to stop it. My words are talked about across the U.S. because I continue to speak loudly. It is not me though that these words ring true about. I am a member of a team called U.S. Military Veterans. Identifying with my case only means that you never considered all the other veterans slipping through the cracks because of government miss management. Thousands of government officials and judges get my letters each day. People across the U.S. get my letters each day. Yet nothing is done to stop these criminal acts. My VA medical was stopped to stop my writing opinion letters. The pain in my head right at this very moment is so outrageous and the cause is my military disability. I can not get pain medication. Because I have lived in two worlds since I returned from a conflict. The VA and editors have stereo typed me a nut and rationalize that my words have no place in society. I repeat my words because it is not me that my letters ring true for. It is our children that on this very day will join that elite organization called the U.S. Military and some day return dead or alive as Veterans. These are our children that some day the light will go off in some of your heads as now your child is tormented and rejected. That crack that you once over looked has now engulfed your child but others stay silent because it is not their child. (until some day)
I dare publicly tell the world in writing that Judge Peter Fauver is criminal. The NH supreme court covers up the case to protect their legal empire over the people. The NH governor Lynch charges a 100% disabled veteran money to speak with him. The governor rejects me because the VA and editors stereo typed me a danger to society. The government can not stop my opinion letters with criminal violations of our Constitution. The editors can not stop my opinion letters with censorship so they take my medical with the hope that stops me. The local sheriff, state and local police use harassment so that the VA can induce my suicide. The VA and government can not stop me because every one of my words is documented. Even if I am a nut and a danger to society I am a Veteran that is 100% disabled because as a child became a member of that elite team. When our elected officials can harm a disabled veteran to silence free speech and no one dares speak for that veteran, “Some thing is wrong” as so many fall in that crack.
Do you the editors and U.S. citizens even consider understanding what my words are saying. Repeating the same story time and time again makes no since because veterans are slipping through the cracks and U.S. citizens do not care enough to speak up. Don’t think of it as one crazy Veteran looking for pity. It is not me. It is the team of veterans you as a nation let slip through the cracks because you can not grasp the silent demons repeating what we did. It is not me, It is your rights being diminished.
I repeat my words because when the American people can allow our government to openly use a Veteran service connected disabilities as a weapon it must be time to stop this pain. It is not me, we are a team that protected your freedom with ours. Veterans silently slipping through the cracks is our way of paying for what we have done.

“Never leave a man behind”. How many times have we seen hero’s in a movie tell the audience these words. Reality is this nation (U.S.) leaves Veteran’s behind all the time. What inspired this letter is in today’s newspaper the article on “Workshop for NH veterans”. I believe that it is great that society is working to try to recognize the needs of veterans. The only problem is that it is a smoke screen. I am a 100% disabled Veteran from the Vietnam Conflict. Dr. Mark Levinson, director of the Manchester VA has been aware that my VA medical care has been used as a weapon to stop my writing opinion letters. Mark has helped them. The newspapers have become so biased that they refuse to print my opinion letters because they may hurt people with good reputation. The VA has become so self protective that they formed what is know as a “Blue Wall” which negates all the checks and balances to protect Veteran’s from such harm. Shea-Porter a NH elected U.S. Rep. has used her federal influence to cause medical harm to me. I speak openly about my problems but there are many Veterans that are swept under the rug that this nation just leaves behind. The newspapers refusing to print both sides of a news article diminishes everything that veteran’s give this nation. Refusing to print the response to a newspaper article is discrimination but it does not matter because the words of a Veteran can be left behind as the silence echoes of the demons of war.
I have violated no laws, yet I am willing to place my life on the line to tell the American people Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal and the NH supreme court covered up the crimes to protect their own. NH governor Lynch uses the Police and government services to stop my exposing Fauver’s crimes. The newspapers censor the facts as I am a 100% disabled veteran that can be stereo typed as a nut and left behind with out medical care in the silence of the night. If Fauver did nothing wrong then print the truth and let the people decide. Is this nation so afraid to reveal that the Madbury NH selectmen use government powers to seek and get retaliation for personal satisfaction against local residents that you would harm a disabled veteran. The NH governor charged me two hundred dollars to speak with him. They take money yet refuse to speak with me. The facts in my case are so well documented our NH government and courts are afraid that the public will learn the truth if anything is done. They use my military medical conditions as a weapon to stop my free speech and the newspapers refuse to print the truth.
Freedom of the press came from those veteran’s left behind that the silence of the newspapers unwillingness to print response letters displays so well. The truth should never be left behind as the ethical and moral belief’s slowly leave this nation. Judge Fauver and the NH supreme court can not be allowed to extinguish a veteran because a nation forgot what the word “never” meant. Have a response work shop to tell the U.S. people that this veteran’s medical care was stopped to silence free speech. Freedom of the press (editor’s) approval should not stop the truth.. The VA suicide hotline harasses me at eight thirty last night by phone. I get calls from around the U.S. Some calls came from Virginia, Calif and other states. The messages left on my machine yesterday, it is like our government has nothing else to do but harass me into suicide. The letters that I write detail criminal acts committed by State and federal government officials. No one, not one checks and balance built in to our form of government is activated. Ask WHY? Harass the 100% disabled Marine to stop him from exposing wrongs in government. The newspapers censor the story. The VA suicide hotline wanted to know if I had any evidence of NH governor Lynch charged me two hundred dollars to speak with him. I have a receipt. I can document everything that I write about. Facts do not lie. Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal that the NH supreme court covered up the crimes to protect the legal empire over the peace and dignity of the citizens of the United States. These are strong words spoken by a 100% disabled veteran that believes it is the people’s place to expose wrongs in government. The newspapers refuse to print the opinion letter of a disabled veteran. All this allows the government to inflict harm and harassment at a cost to the American people on other U.S. citizens.
Yesterday I felt so down in the dumps that I went off and volunteered the day away helping other people. It is my selfish act “Volunteering” to prevent me from doing something that can not be changed. “suicide”. I have no identity! Am I whom they say? Do I belong here? There is no therapy or drugs that can answer my questions. The VA has chosen to build a wall between my best friend (my wife) and I. They can not defeat me in any legal way so they commit crimes to stop me. They stopped my VA medical care. Do you realize I still have not received pills for my pain. The VA sends me bills for the VA having me forced by police escort to see a Dr to commit me. The VA forced me to pay for antibiotics last week that a Dr they sent me to ordered. All this to stop my opinion letters which the newspapers refuse to print. Heck I am not even good enough to speak with the NH governor after paying two hundred to do so. Where does it all stop. My words are silenced but they are what so many have given their lives for. U.S. Military fight to protect and defend that which you the American people are allowing NH and the Veterans administration to diminish. “our Constitution”. Is it that you do not see it coming? At what Cost is the death of a 100% disabled veteran justified to satisfy the NH government and VA. Ask if it is the VA suicide hotline firing the final built with their calls. Ask if the VA using the state and local police to build a wall between my wife and I is that magical bullet. Ask if judge Peter Fauver using the local sheriff to harass me is what determined the out come. At what cost will the American people see the light on the wall? Newspaper censorship is what will be the bullet that killed a nation.

I can not remember the time other than a few weeks, a month ago, or where it was! The peace and joy when I jumped to feel the air tingle my body and the strong gust that brought my body to a slight upward motion and carried me across the sky to the top of that birch tree. I felt relief from the question that are always there. Whom am I? For what purpose do I exist? Did I survive to come home to the land everyone described as a free nation? I am a no-body that exists in my mind only. My words are silent echoes drifting deep to no-where. The scratch on my upper leg from the tree top catching me as it safely lowered me to the ground is my only reminder and that is fading also. Surviving death on foreign soil as a U.S. Marine, or did I. Why can I not accept that everything is mine since I came back. I have volunteered every day for over thirty years, yet people are afraid of me. I have a comfortable easy life, yet I can not accept others have less. I have a smart, beautiful wife that is my best friend but a wall separates us. My children love and adore me but reality is not there. Did I ever come back, Really?
New Hampshire elected officials not only will not speak with me but they use the law to torment and persecute me. Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal yet law enforcement is directed to stop my free speech to cover up Fauver‘s crimes. The NH supreme court covered up Fauver’s Crimes. Newspapers claim freedom of the press yet cover up the opinion of the public. Judge Fauver uses the Sheriff to harass me yet the public is ok with this or to scare to speak openly. People claim that I am writing only to ask for pity for my self yet my only reward is to make life better for others. NH governor Lynch charged me money to speak with him yet this U.S. Marine is robbed. A 100% disabled U.S. Marine is charged money to speak with an elected official. This is against the law, yet the newspapers and public are ok with this. I still have the receipt for the money that I paid.
The editors and government officials make the public believe that I am a danger to society, that I am paranoid, mental, someone just looking for pity. I am a disabled United States Marine that has had his medical care stopped to stop my free speech. The public accepts this because we have checks and balances to prevent this. I must be a liar.
Did I really ever come home? Does the United States of America really exist, where it is “We the People” first and foremost that the government serves. The VFW and American Legion have alienated me. Did I ever make it home?

Accepting reality back here in a world that has no understanding. I write out criminal, law violating acts committed by Veteran’s administration, judges, government officials, newspapers and more yet my letters are like silent echoes on the battle field. Grasp the understanding of what trouble the U.S. is in and maybe knowing “why” will not be so hard. You can not fight city hall, is that not what reality is? City hall has tax payers dollars to take you down. You can not win against odds with such power. Compromise or hope you can sneak past city halls before they take aim at you. The purpose of City hall is here to serve you, the people. Elected government officials have so much power it exceeds there mental capacity to stop greed and need to control. If these criminal government officials can not defeat you by violating the law they go after your family. Yes the VA and local police now have built a wall between my wife and I. Is this reality? Do I really exist? Recognize how many whistle blowers on the financial part of our economy sang and the trusted government officials only looked at their own needs. These examples “reality” demonstrate the public’s need to sing.
My memory was taken from me with a traumatic brain injury before I left for my tour overseas. At 17 years old I was a Marine serving as American Advisor on convoy deep in the “bush” with no memory of home. One night I was taken by three armed enemy. Tied up, about a mile from the friendly village we stopped for the night at. This Marine was dominated by such odds. If we the people allow such odds to defeat us why do we kill. When the two that stayed with me fell asleep I untied my hands and left. Silently into the dark, crossing paths with the one guarding the camp site. I placed my bayonet in him. I took my M-16 back and this scared Marine ran back to the friendly village. I was scared not from the situation. I was scared that I did not do it right “being a Marine”. How can the country that I did this for declare that I am a terrorist and take my freedom. I am a 100% disabled Marine. The newspapers censor my words like silent echoes on the battle field. The people are to afraid to speak openly because free speech is dominated by city hall. Whistle Blowers are mocked into submission by character harming innuendo paid for with tax dollars. The public accepts the words of public officials because “what reason would they have to lie”.
Reality is my world. It is like the silent echoes that I listened to so many nights just waiting in some benjo ditch. I remember dreaming during this time of coming back to a place so many other’s descriptions intrigued me. The echoes were the thoughts of the enemy coming over the perimeter wire, in my mind. Now the echoes are the silent words of whistle blowers where the public is to afraid to listen.
The Marine Corps built a world in my mind that you the public has diminished in to a worthless dream as our Constitution has been diminished in to a worthless piece of paper. Winning against such odds is what the Marine Corps is! Take the United States of America back from the corrupt politicians. We the people care.

You All think that I want you to feel sorry for me. That I am looking for pity. It is not me that matters. It is the USA. I would not wish my life on any person, but with out any questions or regrets there is not one second that I would change. No matter what: I will always be able to say that I am a U.S. Marine. Obeying the law has always been my norm. Volunteering to help others every day is my way of thanking those that gave their lives for our freedom. It is not only the disabled people that need some ones help, once in awhile. It can be a person that has everything but is lonely because everything is to much. It can be someone depressed because life is cruel. A child crying on the street because his father was just deployed. A woman going in for surgery. A friend having hard economic times and may be losing his/her business or home. A homeless veteran with demons society can not accept. No matter what the newspapers have made you think I am not a dangerous person. I am a United States Marine that cares about the USA.
The Lee Police came to my home the other day for harassment to get me to commit suicide for the VA. It got my wife mad at me. It disrupted my life. It is ok for the VA to stop my medical care and use Law enforcement for intimidation. You all think that I want your pity. I want you to realize what our NH and U.S. government is doing. The facts exist only the newspapers and law enforcement have manipulated them to make it appear that I am paranoid and crazy. NH Governor Lynch charged me 2 hundred dollars to speak with him. We never spoke. The list of intimidation and harassment by the VA, NH and federal government is just to long to mention. My newly elected NH senator sends me lists of what bills NH is proposing to aid NH veterans but has joined the NH government in ignoring my complaints. It is like I exist in a parallel universe. The world exists only I can not get out of eternity for what I did.
We exist on very little yet my wife and I have raised three great daughters. I feel that I have everything because I volunteer to help others. My wife calls me crazy because I allow others to take advantage of me. People do not take advantage of me. These are people in need of help that just have to much pride to ask. My wife says that I am obsessed by my giving to help others all the time. I can help others or allow the memories of my uncivilized actions dominate my will. My wife is my best friend now the VA and law enforcement has built a wall there also.
I do not want your pity. I want you the people of the USA to realize the criminal actions being committed by the VA, NH and federal elected officials. Correct the wrongs in government now or future generations will pay.
Do not allow newspapers to censor the truth from the people of the USA.

I volunteered eight hours yesterday helping someone. My wife is mad at me because the police appeared at my home for a suicide check. These people with authority read my letters about Judge Peter Fauver being a criminal wearing a robe of justice. The local sheriff told me if I write that a judge is a criminal they would arrest me. How many times have I said it out right. Legally they can not arrest me because it is the truth. Fauver criminally with intent to harm other U.S. citizens violated the Constitution. The “Blue Wall” protects this special class of society while using intimidation and fear to stop exposure by we the people. These people with our trusted authority use criminal acts to harm a disabled veteran. The newspapers censor the truth by not printing my opinion letters. I volunteer my time to help people. I have not violated the law.
The Veteran’s administration is by law to help veterans. I am a 100% disabled veteran that has had his medical care used to stop my writing opinion letters. Our elected public state and federal officials refuse to talk with me. These same officials use criminal acts to stop me. My fear is that my letters sound as if I am paranoid. That I may be a little crazy. Maybe not all here. I have many times asked to speak publicly with the NH governor Lynch. He once charged me $200 and still refused to speak with me. The newspapers have the public afraid of me because they distort the truth and refuse to print my response. The VA had the local police once take me to a hospital then gave me the 15 thousand bill to pay. The VA last week sent me to a civilian Dr for my head pain then refused to give me medication at the VA pharmacy. I had to go to a civilian pharmacy and pay for it my self. All these little things add up that the news refuses to inform the public of. The news went so far as to distort the truth to interferer with my running for state elected office this past September. The checks and balances in our federal government has failed to stop the Veteran’s administration criminally violating the law. Can you see how they are making my public image appear distorted?
I served this nation as a U.S. Marine. My memory of American Advisor on convoy deep in the Bush never leaves me. The thought of existing in a benjo ditch wishing to live longer enough to see the U.S. just once before I give my life for her. The memory of the face of the other human’s effected by my actions. Surviving to exist just one more moment with the hope some day this inhuman existence will end and I will get to see what I have heard so many talk about (the USA).
I am not crazy, nuts or paranoid. I am a U.S. Marine as so many others, came home to a place that we do not belong. If we had checks and balances built into our system of government to stop such criminal acts it has failed. When the U.S. society can allow the Veteran’s administration to criminally harm a 100% disabled veteran and you stereo type the Veteran to justify your inactions what has the U.S. become.
I volunteer every day to show respect for all those that never in the history of the USA returned so that their lives was not taken in VAIN. Death may be the better choice by not coming back alive to a society that stereo types us.

The VA leader at 275 Chestnut St ordered me to commit suicide. It is a part of my medical record. The VA suicide hot line uses phone calls to harass me into committing suicide. For further probing the VA suicide hot line uses the state and local police for harassment to provoke suicide. I do written complaint after complaint with no answer even thought a law requires the government to answer. The VA stopped my medical care to instigate my committing suicide. I now get token care to demonstrate to the public a record exists that I get medical care. I am a 100% disabled veteran with four service connected disabilities. Some are combat related. I had to pay for medication at a civilian pharmacy again the other day because the VA refused me. I was denied pain medication for military disabilities more than once.
The VA assigned a Dr Potenza to over see my case. Don’t get me wrong Potenza is a great person that will go out of his way to help any veteran no matter what the administration says. The VA wants to label me a nut case so that I can be written off. Put a nut doctor that is well respected and has a personality of always placing the patients care above anything else “problem solved” if public scrutiny arise. Everyone recognizes what is going on. Dr Potenza cares and places the patient first but he has limitation because he is a member of the system. When NH state and federal government officials conspire to use a 100% disabled veteran’s medical care for combat related disabilities to influence suicide “what has the United States become”.
I came back from my tour in 74 with no memory of ever being in the U.S. before. One of my disabilities is Head Trauma. I lived and adjusted in your world even though my flash back memories kept bombing my head. I not only accept what I did but I am proud to be a U.S. Marine even though society continuously tells me what we did is uncivilized and wrong. Society tells me we do not talk about over there. Dr’s tell me the only way to accept it is to talk about it. Dr’s (whom have never been there) going to influence how it was and should be. Dr. Dan’s phone calls are not going to stop a suicide, the phone calls exist so the government can say that they did not see suicide coming. The VA and NH officials are using my medical conditions to attempt to persuade society that my suicide was from the Vietnam Conflict. One has noting to do with the other. Judge Peter Fauver’s criminal acts is every citizens responsibility to expose and stop. There is no stress or anger from me, for what NH and the VA is doing to me. I have lived and survived situations that are inconceivable for you that have never been there to accept. You just can not understand the two existing worlds in some veteran’s minds. The world in which we are fighting for all of you to be free is one. The world that we came home to expecting one thing and returning to a place we do not belong is the other. The way you treat us and what you do to us is ok because we do not belong here. A veteran’s medical condition can not be used for retaliation and control.
This opinion letter exposing wrongs in government is the basic reason our forefather’s protected freedom of the press in our Constitution. It is too bad every newspaper in the United States of America feels it is not their place to print what a Veteran tells are wrongs against the human race and humanity. Yesterday the VA refused to fill a prescription at the VA pharmacy and I had to pay out of my own pocket at a civilian pharmacy. You the people of the United States! Do you believe that a 100% disabled Veteran’s Medical should be stopped for the political self gain of others? Do you in any part of the United States believe that veteran’s should be denied medical care for combat related disabilities because NH elected officials want to harm him. The State of NH and the VA are violating the American’s with disabilities act and many more laws just to stop my writing opinion letters exposing NH Judge Peter Fauver’s criminal acts to intentionally harm other U.S. citizens.
There is no way to explain it any clearer. We elect new government officials every two years, yet as soon as these new-bees take office the people’s welfare no longer matter unless it will help political public images. We have laws and a Constitution that the “blue wall” and other self protecting government enterprises miss use against the average citizen and manipulate or out right violate for their own sweet comfort. When a 100% disabled veteran can be denied medical care and there is no one willing to speak openly about it “what have we become”. The VA is still trying to charge me Thousands of dollars when U.S. Rep Shea-Porter falsely has a VA Dr Biswas use my service connected medical condition to take my freedom. Shea-Porter lied on a police complaint form to get me arrested. The VA stopped my medical care. Yet because the records demonstrate care is given no one questions the record. The VA sent me to a civilian Dr. for a possible sinus infection. The civilian Dr diagnosed a possible sinus infection and prescribed anti-biotic. I had no complaints about my sinuses. My head injury during my tour as a U.S. Marine has caused serious pain since I came back in seventy four. Now the VA is sticking me with another bill. Ask why do the newspapers censor these facts?
I just got back from my morning coffee. I tell you this just so you know it is another day. At coffee this morning I read something in the paper that depressed me so bad I felt like crying. I am a KILLER. The state of NH has wasted $3million to hang a man that would have pleaded guilty just because it was the “Blue Wall” requiring it. The state will not hang this man for years if ever. Think of how many people the state could have made life better for if a special class of society did not rule us and waste tax dollars for their own self pleasure. I killed a child deep in the bush with a bayonet. I am proud that in hand to hand combat I became a U.S. Marine with the death of another human being, my first kill The conflicts in my mind of our daily lives just do not make sense. You put me in jail, for not violating the law, charge me for my medical, harass me all because I obey the law. I write opinion letters that the newspapers refuse to print. I ran for state elected office only to have the newspapers print articles to interferer with the voters free choice. The newspapers refused to print my opinion letters or platform. You tell me that I am wrong, yet my entire life is to volunteer to help others. As sick and medically hurting yesterday I still volunteered help to fix some thing at a local business. Conflicts in my mind tell me doing the right thing is ones only choice. I relived this morning that convoy in a place that this safe law bidden society could not imagine.
The VA has told me to commit suicide and it is a part of the record. I have tried many times. The conflict between my jumping and the wind carrying me to a tree that lowered me to the ground is as unconceivable as my coming home alive.

I love the line if we do not pay them good money they will move on to other more lucrative jobs. Our government is made up of elected officials that have created such a lucrative package that the next person elected inflates that package for the next person to have more and do less work. Lucrative government incentives have grown to the point that one does the job, only collects the benefits. Promise anything to get elected, then learn the ropes of how to get the media to inflate your image for re-election. Our elected officials have their retirement money in wall street and big companies so why not give uncontrolled tax dollars to the CEO’s that because of miss management lost all the hard working citizens that make up the U.S. (their money). We should take everything away from these criminals and give it to the hard working citizens. Take it away from our elected government workers and maybe they will do what they are elected for. The only way to make this nation work for the people is let the people that want to work for the people run for office. Give them a salary of what the average U.S. citizen makes plus travel and a place to live in DC. Don’t make elected government positions life time jobs. Their should be no retirement for elected positions. Government work is something you do to make the U.S. better for all.
Newspapers are now taken credit for coverage of the Hilary campaign headquarters takeover. The newspapers should be censured for their failure to inform the readers of the truth. This is what is happening sensationalize the story by leaving out that the victim as the criminal and the criminals are the government workers that ignored the person’s many cries for help. The newspapers are now so inept because people just do not want to read lies or half truths anymore so they seek alternate means of communication. The advisement are decreasing because the businesses are realizing that the newspapers no longer can influence the people with ads. The editors give themselves awards for coverage of a story but a self induced award amounts to taken money out of one pocket and putting in in your other. Where as elected officials take tax dollars and put it in their pockets at the expense of the people.
The U.S. society has reached a pentacle in the development of the world. We can continue on a path that will divide our society in to different classes of citizens or we can reemerge as a nation where all the people have equal rights. A nation where we work to make the U.S. a place where the government works for the people not manage the people to decide whom gets what. Our U.S. Military Veterans saved this nation from Hitler’s rule. Now we must take it back from those that I using Hitler’s tactics to slowly take over until dominance is at hand.

We live in a civilized society. Can anyone tell me why one has to be violent to get others to recognize wrongs in government? I have not violated any laws. I have volunteered every single day since I came back from the Vietnam Conflict 100% disabled, to help others. The newspapers purposely censor my opinion letters plus go on to harm my character (in direct conflict with the Constitution) to influence the voters choice in the past primary with malicious articles by manipulating the truth. No body seems to want to hear that Judge Fauver is a criminal. Fauver used the power of the courts to harm other U.S. citizens with illegal rulings to aid the Madbury NH selectmen in using government powers to seek and get for personal reasons criminal retaliation on other Madbury residents. With such a libelous statement which will be sent to over 2800 newspapers, government officials and others if it was not true do you not think something would happen to me legally? A United State’s Citizen telling the world the courts in NH are corrupt. Should the NH supreme court the guardian of our (the people’s) rights maybe hear what I am saying. Do you think that NH governor Lynch should maybe get off his high horse and ask “what can I do to help the residents of NH”?
The NH supreme court refused to hear this case when we presented it to them. NH arrested me as a terrorist to get me to stop writing opinion letters. I lost my freedom for 6 months before the bogus charges were dropped. You allowed the NH U.S. Rep to interfere with my medical disabilities to take my freedom. You allowed the VA to stop my medical care. I can not even get pain medication for combat related disabilities. The VA gives me token visits with a nut doctor to create a record for public scrutiny. The NH governor uses the state and local police to harass my family. Judge Fauver uses the local sheriff to arrest me to stop my opinion letters. Is the state not using violence to stop a U.S. citizen from freedom of speech? Are the newspapers not using Freedom of the press to knowingly harm other U.S. citizens? Is this not Biased news reporting in the most harmful way to censor the opinion of the people? Why not use violence?
Violence does wake up the majority of our elected officials whom would prefer to stay safe (with silence)on the side lines. I have boxes of violent memories flashing continuously in my mind of what I believe are past events. I can not identify if I am in a benjo ditch dreaming this night mare or did I really come home to the land other Marines described to me as home? Other Veterans tell me not to talk about what really is the truth over there. Society says the only way to accept and move on is to talk about it. Unsuspecting people during conversations each day insinuate what Veterans did was wrong and criminal over there. I have opened up a can of worms everyone is to afraid to confront so you allow others to use criminal violent acts to stop me. Is it not a criminal act for the VA Director in NH to tell a 100% disabled veteran to commit suicide (it is in my medical file)? I tried by jumping to my death but the wind guided me to the top of a birch tree that painfully lowered me to the ground as the sound of a mortar exploding when the birch tree snapped.

A U.S. disabled Military Veteran has criminal acts imposed against him by the Veterans Administration and our government refuses to stop these crimes. A citizen willing to speak freely about wrongs committed by government personal and the criminal government workers use the justice system to persecute the Veteran. The editors across the U.S. censor the Veteran’s opinion letters. All because this veteran is willing to give every thing to stop a rogue NH judge from violating the Constitution to intentionally harm other U.S. citizens. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case to protect their legal monopoly of justice. Newspapers interfered with a NH election this past primary by manipulating the truth in an effort to harm this 100% disabled veterans character to influence the voters free choice. This 100% disabled Veteran’s medical care for combat related disabilities is stopped and no one cares. You all think my letters are a joke. You all ignore the Constitution. I have written so many letters all published on the internet that describe these criminal acts it will be impossible to tell the public that it never happen. The first question on the public’s mind is going to be why did the newspapers across the U.S. not inform there readers.
Did the VA order me to commit suicide? It is a part of my medical record. Did Judge Peter Fauver violate the constitution intentionally to protect the Madbury NH selectmen’s criminal act of using government powers for personal retaliation against other local residents? This is spelled out in a NH Supreme court case. Did the NH supreme court refuse to hear a case that questioned abusive court acts? It is apart of the record. Did NH declare under the Patriot act that a 100% disabled veteran was a terrorist in an effort to use jail to scare a veteran to stop writing opinion letters? Court records document it. Do the State and local police continuously harass my family to stop my letters. All the time. Does Judge Fauver use the local sheriff to strong arm this disabled veteran to stop the opinion letters. All the time. Do the newspapers refuse to tell the public the truth? The newspapers are so biased truth is no longer a part of there ethics.
The small part of the public that has been informed of these wrongs refuses to speak openly about it because of the question. How can such abusive acts happen in the U.S. The public trusts the government with such volume that these acts are just to unconceivable to be true. I have such a hard time believing what I learned from other Marines about the U.S. that in my own mind believing this could ever happen in the U.S. I have four separate disabilities from my tour in the MC. The VA gives me token care to maintain a record for public scrutiny. I can not get pain medication or other needed care. I have written and complained and even filed criminal petitions. The system maintains that I am a nut and a danger to society. The system believes that maybe with the right push we can get this veteran to commit suicide as he was ordered or commit a criminal act so we can tell the public that “We told you”. Hopefully the small part of the public will stop this from happening to any one else in the future.

Brentwood NH No one wants to listen until it is to late. The Lambert family most likely knew about the Aunt needing help but looked the other way. It is what our society does, It looks the other way. The stories are just to outrageous in number to tell all. The editors love when violence is taken so they can illuminate the facts to sell the most newspapers. Helping those that ask, before something happen would cost money and inflict shame, so why not wait and see if it passes. Newspapers editing or censoring opinion letters of their readers, Government agencies rejecting those in need, Hospital’s stopping care for political reasons. Society not wanting to admit mental illness takes many different forms. Veterans go homeless because society does not admit the effects of mental illness may not show for years in our returning children. Veterans. This allows the editors and society to label the mentally ill as rejects to disembowel from society.
I volunteer every day to help others since the day I came home in seventy four. From a car accident just out of boot camp, I permanently lost my memory. The Marine Corps elected to send me on a 31 month over seas tour during the Vietnam Conflict. I came back with two more combat related disabilities. Last year I was diagnosed with PTSD. So now I have four separate injuries from my MC tour. I volunteer because it is my way of giving to others to make the US a better place. I have learned to fit into your society because I did not know any better. I have every day since a family in Madbury NH blindly called me up to ask for help because of an opinion letter that I wrote helped them plus others. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the law. Fauver knowingly allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers to retaliate for personal reasons. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear the case to protect the legal empire. The Newspapers refuse to print the opinion letters of this 100% disabled Marine. I still volunteer every day helping others. I have asked for help only to be rejected.
I have gone many times to our elected officials for help. The NH government uses the state and local police to harass my family each time. Fauver uses the local sheriff to detain me in the attempt to scare me to stop writing letters. NH’s U.S. Rep used her federal powers to interferer with my disabilities. The VA stopped my medical care to aid the NH government to stop my letters. Judges and Government officials violating the law, where does it stop. Is violence the only answer to make society blink for just one second. Is this what the Lambert aunt was saying? Help me help society.
You have no idea what it is like to have a box in your head that changes in time with other boxes at a rapid pace. Each box is an event in your past. My descriptions or memory may vary because I have no memory. I am a 100% disabled veteran that has asked for help and not even the newspapers will print my opinion letters.
Do you get my point? It is like the Wall street, that people gave their life saving too. A whistle blower years ago exposed criminal acts and our government, plus society did not listen. Raising awareness does no good if NH government officials are allowed to violate the law and the newspapers censor the truth. The newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters because they hurt people with good reputations. Our government officials refuse to do anything that publicly exposes judges and trusted government officials of criminal acts against the people. We had a whistle blower whom went down, all the right avenues to expose crimes with the average citizens money on Wall St. The commissioners and all the other checks and balances took a deaf ear and refuse to acknowledge the whistle blowers statements. Look what it got us. The worst economic crisis ever. Now these same politicians that refused to correct the wrongs the whistle blower exposed want to limit bonuses to CEO’s on wall street to a maximum of five hundred thousand per year. Is this the kind of change that we gave our vote to the President for? Newspapers want us to trust that they are giving the public correct information but can we trust Editor’s that refuse to print opinion letters of their readers. If the truth matters why do the editors refuse to print a opinion letters that clearly states and documents that Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal that got away with violating the peoples rights to help the Madbury selectmen retaliate against citizens that the selectmen did not like. Newspapers no longer print the truth, they manipulate to sell more papers to increase (profits over) and (protect sources) with power full connections.
We the people are going to feel the economic crisis’s the hardest. It is the average citizen that will feel the rights being diminished in our Constitution if judges are allowed to violate the rights of the little people (Us the average citizen). The newspapers claim liability and other reasons to not expose these government wrongs in NH. The New President of the United States has been told that my VA medical for combat related disabilities has been stopped. You hear my complaints but it is not just me. There are thousands of Veterans out there being neglected or swept away because of the people’s willingness to accept or just plain ignore the newspapers willingness to stomp on us.
Amazing I just got a call from My VA nut Doctor Potenza. The amazing part is the number of people in our government that read my letters and then email them to this Doctor. This illustrates my point exactly. How can so many people be aware of crimes by judges and government officials and no one do any thing. The VA stopped my medical care. What ever happen to the laws. The American’s with Disabilities act. They are doing (OPENLY HARMING)this to a 100% disabled veteran. Think of all the Veterans homeless on the streets and else where that are unable to speak as I am.
How do you get it through to the newspapers and the government officials that do care about We the People? How do you justify the actions that I am directed to take with out questioning the whistle blowers wasted time to help the people. It is not easy to be a whistle blower but we do it because we care more about you than you are willing to give.
How can the United States of America allow a combat related 100% disabled veteran to go with no medical care because he is a whistle blower that believes in a nation unwilling to ask why newspapers censor the opinion of the America People.

I met a teenager leaving for Navy Boot camp on Feb. 12, 2009. He is a nice young man scared to death of leaving NH for the first time. He is the first in his family to ever join the military. He kept talking about the unknown. How will he do meeting and living with people that he did not know. He wanted to know if he did the right thing in joining. We talked about boot camp, even though I never went to Navy boot camp. The idea and concept is basically the same. To build a child’s character and train how to survive in the unknown. This child signed up to learn how to operate and control a Nuclear sub engine. He is as most of today’s children computer geek that skated through school doing little work and testing the rules. I told this child of the adventures and experiences that will confront him every day. To learn and grow with every one of them. Taking orders even though he may disagree with them or will cost him his life is number one. He will learn how to be a team player at his position no matter how low or high it is will be crucial to the entire team, the U.S. Boot camp is where it all starts. If a child can learn and master the cruel and domination of boot camp the unknown will be his to take control of. Others at the party questioned why I would tell someone joining our military such cruel descriptions just before leaving home for the first time.
I did not tell this child how cruel the world was. The people that questioned what I said had never served. The worst parts I left out. Coming home to a land that no longer wants you. The memories of being there that never go away. Unable to have relationships because. Jobs come and go if you are lucky enough to get one. The questioning everyone’s motives or understanding there meanings. The cruel comments of innocent everyday people about the uncivilized acts committed by our military. I did not tell this child that the hard part for some is coming home.
I am that 100% disabled Veteran that NH and the U.S. is trying to get rid of. President Obama thanked me for my letter today. You could tell that the letter was not read. My letter described how the U.S. stopped my VA medical care for combat related injuries to stop my opinion letters of government wrongs. My letter describes how I try to accommodate the VA orders to commit suicide. No one back here wants to hear the turmoil Veterans go though by coming home. There are to many Veterans slipping under the rug.
President Obama will receive this letter also. This child leaving for boot camp some day will be a U.S. Military Veteran that politicians will use then disregard as a unnecessary budget expense. The newspapers will censor the veterans opinion letters unless it is what the editors want to hear. People question my character and motives. I have not violated the law. I volunteer every day to help others. Let us ask why join the U.S. Military if it makes us less of a citizen when we return.

The Veteran’s Administration refuses to recognize a veteran in trouble. Help does not exist. Reality is a question the answer can not define. My letters I do not remember the content until I re-read them each time that I want to know what I said. Can the United States of America believe a 100% disabled veteran is so worthless; that the trash receives better care. I am not looking for your pity. It is not me. It is the thousands of Veterans left on the streets and broken homes because this nation does not want to help. My case is so well illustrated to the incompetence of the Veteran’s Administration that reality has to be questioned. My case stands out, but? How about the veteran’s that can not adjust or that comes back to not fit in or comes back a different person and society rejects as a once promising individual that turned into a looser. Ask your self is not death worth more to these veterans than trying to make life back here; understand, what you that have no idea of how to conceive what these veterans did for you. Veterans are not looking for any special hand out. We are not even looking for what we lost by going off to defend this great nation. Reality is that society believes by creating a once promising Veteran’s administration now refuses to see the political dismantling, there by creating an expensive sinking ship. Even the Veteran’s administration Inspector General department (rejects)(fails) to recognize the veteran in trouble from the VA’s own in competence.
My letters are from my heart to a nation that giving my life for is not enough. Try to understand that which I can not find the words to help you. Try to grasp the reality to understand “did I ever come home”. Can this nation be blinded by such fear that ones own comfort and the safety of ones own family is more important than the nation. Can reality be that elected government positions are a step to a quality of life better than the others. What the State of New Hampshire has done to this Veteran is so unbelievable that even the Veteran’s Hospital has joined to stop me. My medical was stopped. I can not even get pain medication for combat related disabilities. The VA suicide hot line hounds me by phone and using the state and local police to harass me. On one hand they tell me it is to stop my suicide and on the other the VA tells me to commit suicide. (the VA directors own words) I describe the confused thoughts pounding my head only to have society use them to question my sanity and reality. I volunteer to help people every day. I have not violated any of your laws. I endure the pain and suffering created by the state of NH to stop my opinion letters exposing government wrongs. I have been told that these wrongs inflicted by NH elected officials can not happen. I have been told the Veteran’s administration’s purpose is to help Veterans. You the American citizens should look at what is happening because it is harming the Veteran today and you tomorrow.
Once you realize what the VA is doing to veterans, Look at what censorship by the newspapers have done to you the people of the United States of America. Question your editors refusal to print opinion letters from a disabled veteran.

Will Governor Lynch have the interest of the people in hand if he appoints Peter Macdonald (a 100% disabled veteran) to Judd Gregg’s senate seat. I am just an average citizen that is willing to speak for all the people with out hesitation. I am not connected to the republican or democratic party. I am not afraid to stand up to hostile action when it defies the people’s interest and is in conflict with our Constitution. I served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam conflict and returned disabled. I have volunteered my time every day to help others with out hesitation since the day I came home in 1974. I have volunteered in state government and community positions to help the people of the U.S. I obey the law and volunteer because it is the right thing to do.
Governor Lynch took $200.00 dollars from me as payment to speak with him for 30 minutes about any subject that I choose. The governor reneged on the deal. The governor tells me when ever we meet on the street that he will talk with me if I call and set an appointment. We have taken this route six times and still no meeting. Not only does the governor take money from a voter and a disabled U.S. Marine but he refuses to speak with me. I am not saying that it is Lynch avoiding me, it is most likely his staff refusing to make an appointment with some one like me. I have not violated the law and I volunteer every single day to help others no matter what. I stood in front of Judge Fauver and told the judge he was violating our highest laws the constitution. I took the case to the NH Supreme Court. The court who’s entire purpose is to protect the people’s Constitutional rights from being diminished in any way covered up the case. NH put me in jail and took my VA medical away to silence my words. I have not and will not stop representing the People’s rights at any cost, even my freedom or death.
I ran for elected state office this past primary. The Newspapers wrote articles to destroy my character in the public eye. The newspaper refused to print my opinion letters because they stated my platform which the editors disagreed with. The people have a right to hear and read the truth. A free election is based on the informed voters to make a free choice. It does not take experience or connections to represent the best interest of the U.S. citizens. Look at President Obama. It takes some one that is willing to give everything to a nation to make it better for the people.
I am asking the NH governor to do what is best for the people of NH and the U.S. We need someone in Washington DC that no matter what will do what is best for NH and the U.S. I am asking Governor Lynch to appoint Peter Macdonald as U.S. senator to represent NH. I will stop wasteful spending and help all the people friend or foe as I do in my volunteer helping others every day. I will see that a law is past that requires newspapers to print the unedited opinion of the people even when the editors disagree or dislike the author. The United States of America is free because of our U.S. Military personal. Don’t discredit or diminish us because we place the welfare of the people before any special interest or political party. Will the NH governor even have the tenacity to tell the people some one like Peter Macdonald was willing to place his name on the list for U.S. Senator from NH. Will the editors have the Honor to inform the residents of the state of New Hampshire that Peter Macdonald is willing to give for the United States of America with out conditions. Freedom exists because of the U.S. Military.
