VA Medical loss 30-31-09

VA Medical loss 30-31-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
NH Governor Lynch attended the U.S. Marine’s funeral at the Veteran’s cemetery yesterday. A Marine died yet the only reason Lynch is there is for self promotion. This is what all politicians use Veterans for. It is in bad taste of me, to use such a sad event as an example of real life back here in the world. Lynch made me pay money to speak with him and I have the receipt. He never met with me. Veterans mean nothing to these politician’s unless they can get some self promotion out of it. The same with our newspapers. If it does not increase sales or promotion of the paper, they do not care. What about the people? Violations of our Constitution by judges and other elected officials described in my letters each day that NO elected official in Concord NH will stand and fight for a Veteran with. Even the newly elected NH officials refuse to even talk with me now that the election is over. These elected officials disregard our Constitution and refuse my “Redress of grievances” demand as guaranteed in our Constitution. I am a 100% service connected disabled Veteran. Three of my four separate disabilities are combat related. The VA stopped my medical care to stop my opinion letters. The news: as with this letter will refuse to print it for fear of, that a veteran may be treated with respect. My opinion letters have reached so many people across the U.S. that the mail I receive is dishearten. Veteran’s tell me of neglect and loss imposed by the nation we gave for. I hear from people telling me about homeless Veterans lost on the street because this nation does not understand the memories that alienate us from the real world. I hear of Veterans in prison because killing is what we did to survive yet back in your safe world you do not understand us. Thoughts that just appear of the right things that we did, that you back here condemn us as uncivilized criminal acts. The confusion from the hate and condemnation you express for what we did and the love you show to generate public support to entice new young recruits for the next wave. Is my letter to strong to be published in a U.S. Newspaper. Does reality really exist?
I do not want to sleep because of the going back. I do not want to live because of the inability to accept veterans unless it rationalizes the guilt of a society that can not accept us. As governor Lynch, society only uses veterans when it meats the need of some feeling of guilt. (The word meat was spelled as appropriate)
Because I volunteer to help U.S. citizens NH took my Constitutional rights away just as the VA took my medical care away. I am a political thorn that has used up his time to exist in a nation that can not accept what we did. I know this U.S. Marine would not mind me using his sad occasion because he is a U.S. Marine and the United States of America comes first even after death. Newspapers censoring this letter to protect Lynch’s name only illustrates my point. Freedom only exists because our young are willing to give before they learn silence is the only way they can return.

Publisher Joe McQuaid 3-30-09

Publisher Joe McQuaid 3-30-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls Rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Joe McQuaid wrote a great editorial on Newspapers making the news. He talked about changes and the economy. He communicated with the people. Now if he would learn to listen to his readers maybe he could write an editorial about the VA and other government personal learning to listen to the people. The people are the best source of news available to the paper. Each town has people writing letters describing wrongs. Let the people tell the news. One letter from each town, from different people scattered across the different pages of the paper would make any newspaper, that of it’s readers. The articles would be opinion of the local people and have no libel to the newspapers. The best part is that it would be at no expense to the papers. Is change so hard to try and maybe find a newspaper taking off because it is the people’s paper. The goal of advertising is to reach the people.
Only the NH free press prints my letters once in awhile. Editors of most newspapers hate seeing my daily letters. The thing is people want to read my letters because they are facts of what is happen to us the people. My letters go out to over 2800 emails. Veteran’s and Disabled want to read my letters because they identify what is happening to them. The newspapers will print a article on miss treatment of Veterans when the story can be sensationalized. Then the veteran is placed on the back burner until. Can there be any more important resource than that of the People. Can there be any more reason than to print the people’s words. Let the people’s words tell senator’s like Judd Greg wasting money on another UNH building just to carry his name, could be better spent on care of the people. Maybe print the words of the people would make our elected officials help all people that write their office rather than only helping those that helping will advance their career. Veteran’s as all U.S. citizens need to participate in making this nation better. Communication is the civilized society’s way of doing the right thing. I have not been violent and will not. It seems violence is the only way to make a difference when communication is stopped. I make a point to volunteer every day to help some one. I volunteer to make you the United States better for all.
I am a 100% disabled Veteran. You are tired of hearing this. The fact is I am tired of the pain in my head and body. I am tired of reliving (what I did to protect and defend your freedom) ever day. I am tired that I came back alive, when so many better than I did not. I am tired of failing each time to kill myself because someone up there decided that it is not my time. I am tired of telling you that the VA stopped my medical care. I am tired of not being able to sleep. The thing is that my letters reach so far that learning how many veterans get neglected or cast aside because of pet project as Greg’s tires me out.
Joe wrote a great editorial. Now Joe and all newspapers just needs to listen to what he is saying.

Judd Greg 3-29-09

Judd Greg 3-29-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Judd Greg is like the Kettle calling the Pot Black. Here is a U.S. senator from NH that questions politics in DC. Judd did not like President Clinton whom would have had the national dept paid off by now if it was not for Greg’s Republican Bush. I am neither Democrat or Republican. I am a U.S. citizen. Judd has been in office for how many years and done nothing but find ways to spend more and more money while telling us that the Republican party is conservative. The problem is that we the people have to elect those that the Dem or Rep party tell us. This is not a free election. Any one should be allowed to run for president in the primary. The top three vote getters would be on the national ballot. The top voter getter in each state would take that state. The candidate with the most states would be our next president. The Rep and Dem parities could back any candidate that they want but have no say in the election.
I have run for state office as a Dem one year and a Rep the next election. This past election I ran as a Dem for NH state senate. The newspapers wrote articles that were biased to deflate any chance of my winning. The newspapers refused to print my opinion letters that explained my platform and goals. I scare the politicians because I would represent the best interest of the people and let the people know the wrongs in Concord. The newspapers will refuse to print this letter because it questions their ethics and reasonability to the people. Our leaders in Concord are so afraid that I might get my message out and get elected that they stopped my VA medical. Yes, as I have told you in all my letters I am 100% disabled from my tour in the U.S. Marine Corps. Three of my four disabilities are combat related. The newly elected officials in NH refuse to help me by ignoring my requests. Judd does not care about veteran’s needs. Judd only cares about ways to use veteran issues to miss lead the people to get more money to waste on his pet projects. Like a new building with Judd’s name on it at UNH.
Judd has been in office for how many years and look at the disrespectful way that Veteran‘s are treated. Veteran‘s write to Judd‘s office all the time and are ignored unless the issue can benefit Judd‘s career. This is not a hate full letter as you that believe that you are more righteous than God will imply. This is a letter from a United States citizen that happens to be a 100% disabled veteran being SC-REWED by people in Washington of Judd’s caliber. I scare the people in Concord NH so much that Governor Lynch charged me money to meet with him but will not meet. This is against the law to charge a voter to talk with a elected official. I am the citizen that NH declared a terrorist and took my freedom for 6 months before the bogus charges were dropped. The newspapers dammed me when it made a sensational story but refuse to tell the other side when the charges were dropped. Freedom exists because of what Veterans have given to you the people of the United States. Black or White Judd just does not hear us.

Some People 3-28-09

Some People 3-28-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Some People complain about how disabled people are treated. Everyone has a complaint about there lives but what about the person next to you. Did you ever think about putting your hand out and volunteer to help others? I volunteer every day to help others because it is the right thing to do. You are right that we have laws like the American’s with Disabilities Act. Then again what can a disabled person do to stop the lack of or shorty care given. Some one yesterday wrote in a blog about “The Humane Vote”. Asking that Marijuana be legalized. Society has so invaded our freedom that the rights taken are not noticed until it hits your home. No one is willing to put that hand out to help others unless it can have some self benefit. The law can only work if the people in power have to obey the same laws as the “little people” Us.
Newspapers are a private business and have a right not to print opinion letters that they do not think are appropriate to the editors way of thinking. Can this be proper for the newspapers not to print letters by a 100% disabled veteran that clearly state and document that the VA is using health care as a weapon to stop opinion letters. In a civilized society we must have laws and we must obey these laws or pay the consequences. Laws only work if they are for the good of the majority. Laws only work if the people in power can not manipulate these laws for their own self benefit. Judge Peter Fauver violated our highest law the Constitution to intentionally harm other individuals. Fauver knowingly did these criminal acts to allow the Madbury NH selectmen using government powers for retaliation against other U.S. citizens. The fact is that this case was presented with overwhelming, documented, clear and convincing evidence to the NH supreme court. The court refused to hear the case because if the facts became public the case would have monumental impact to make our court system better. It was a cover up to protect the legal empire from out side correction of wrongs. Where does a 100% disabled Veteran go when the newspapers censor his words and Our government torments and harms this disabled veteran? How do you make the public aware when it is the people in power violating the rights of the individual. The newspaper’s silence on the facts has only prolonged my making the public aware of these crimes against the people public. I have not violated the law and this is a problem for these power hungry government officials.
You do not have to read my letters. My letters should be made available to the public for those that want to know the truth. Flagging or censoring my letters only harms each and every one of you. Why have the American’s with disabilities Act or any other laws if every citizen does not have to obey them. I became 100% disabled doing my duty as a United States Marine. Some people even complain saying that my volunteer help was not enough, but I continue because it is the right thing to do.

Newspapers will 3-27-09

Newspapers will 3-27-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Newspapers will print story after story about horses being miss treated or front page about gay marriage. Yesterday the pain in my head was so bad that I went to Tellies bar on Rt 125 and got drunk. The pain was still there but I just did not care any more. The Veteran’s Hospital in NH miss treats it’s patients and the newspapers do not tell about this. We are only the disabled veteran’s that drain the budget if you waste money on treating us. It is like an endless chain of high ranking officials that I have sent my complaint letters to. NH elected officials just took office and they ignore me. NH governor Lynch charged me money (which is illegal) to talk with him for thirty minutes and he still will not meet with me. Our elected officials would rather put another addition on the VA Hospital than use what they have to treat the patients in need. I most of the time refuse to take medication. My last pain prescription was over five years ago. I just took the last pill about six months ago. I have been asking for more but the VA will not issue me them. The VA sends me to a civilian Dr and makes me pay for my own medication and the Dr visit. These are service injuries some are combat related. I am 100% disabled U.S. Marine. As long as the newspapers ignore Veteran’s care the government see no need to do anything. The strange thing is that the blogs and the other twenty eight hundred that I send my letter to read them. I do want to make it clear it is not the people that work at the VAH in NH it is the officials in charge cutting care to inflame the public to get more money to waste on an addition. The newspapers will not print the veteran’s side of the news.
The NH supreme court refused to hear a case presented to them with documented facts of Judge Peter Fauver’s criminal violations of the constitution to harm the individual. Fauver allowed government powers to be used by the Madbury NH selectmen to seek and get retaliation on local residents that the selectmen did not like. I volunteer my time to help these U.S. Natural born citizens and my VA medical is stopped to teach me a lesson. I do not remember driving home yesterday or if I even did. Disabled veterans should just be exterminated then the budget could be used for other animals care. The newspapers would be content to print those stories.

Mystery of death 3-26-09

Mystery of death 3-26-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
What is death? Can it be as that 17 year old child boards his first plane out of the U.S. bound for the eternal play land for U.S. Marines? “combat” I constantly remember the empty, unknowing feeling as I left for my 31 months overseas. Today was going to be a cheerful letter, but at coffee this morning such a deep, dizzy, depressed mess hit me that I could not get out of my chair when it was time to leave. My head was spinning with the thoughts of how lucky that I was with everything that I have. I have a dream life that any person in the world would be content with. Then why do I sit here today in such pain and my head spinning, just to write a letter about wrongs in government? Can this feeling of death then, be the feelings that your child getting on the plane for that same play land feels today? The feeling of the unknown, what will it be, will I be good enough to pass the grade to be called a U.S. Marine?
In some ways I have it easier than others around me because I have no memory of what life back in the world (U.S.) is like. Hearing the stories by other Marine’s makes me some day hope to see it. I have become close to other Marine’s sisters by writing them and they write me back. Receiving mail is always the highlight and that is why I am happy that at MCAS El Toro I was ordered to take a writing course. It has been along time since I left and today is a day to remember. The feeling that I am a qualified Marine Corporal just seemed to come over me. I was taken from my repair hooch to lead the recovery crew on the runway. We were catching F-4’s returning from a bombing mission when the retrieve engine malfunctioned. While taking a replacement engine off the duce and a half it slipped and was going to hit one of my men. I pushed it out of the way hurting my back. I had one of the men duct tape a medal bar to my back in order to complete the mission. The corpsman said that it was just a pulled muscle and placed me on light duty for two weeks. The CO at our unit assigned me to ride as American Advisor on convoys. It should be easy just riding in the lead truck through different countries talking to other men that do not even speak American. I was issued my M-16 and two clips with specific orders not to lock and load until in emanate danger of death. It is like a mystery that this unit’s CO told me not to tell anyone my destination even if I return. I am riding in a convoy of 27 trucks filled with surplus supplies. I have no fear only excitement, what happen on the runway to make me know that feeling that I passed the test to be a U.S. Marine. The day the month it is as if time no longer concerns me. The convoy is leaving in a few minutes and I want to get this letter off. Have a great day. Love

Veteran’s Administration Beware 3-25-09

Veteran’s Administration Beware 3-25-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls Rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
People are talking about my letters. It is surprising that some one on the Concord Monitor’s site would talk about my letters on the Boston Red Sox site. This person did not give his name. Typical of those that coast through society on the coat tails of the U.S. Military. Every day I write a letter and they are posted across the U.S. My letters basically describe many different aspect of our society. The miss treatment or lack of any medical treatment for returning Veteran’s. The VA and NH governor should take notice that people are reading my letters. The newspapers should ask them selves (why have they been ignoring the truth)? The VA stopped my medical care to stop my writing opinion letters. NH U.S. Rep Shea-Porter used her federal powers to interfere with my medical disabilities to stop my letters. I demanded a Regress of Grievances in the NH legislature. This is a guaranteed Constitutional right and the NH elected officials refuse to give me one. I ran for NH state senate this past primary only to have the NH newspapers write character harming articles about me. These same newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters telling my platform and in rebuttal of their articles. NH and the press interfered with a free election. I paid money to talk with Governor Lynch only to lose and never talk. I am a 100% service connected disabled U.S. Military veteran.
Do you know what it is like to sleep only a hour or two a night because of the recurring memories of where you have been? Can you see the face of that Gook child that you killed in hand to hand combat to get your M-16 back and escape? Do you know what it is to see hung ordinance take a person in your squad out as it is bouncing down the runway? Imagine coming back to the world (U.S.) with no memory of ever being here before because of a traumatic brain injury. NH to scare me took my freedom with jail time. I did not violate the law and the charges were dropped after six months. People should talk.
Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution. Fauver allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers to seek and get retaliation against local town resident’s that the selectmen did not want in their town. I can write statements like this because the truth will stand against these tyrants. No matter how much the newspapers censor my facts people are learning and reading. My medical care was restored for the record, only for public scrutiny. My medical care does not exist. My words are being heard. The VA should take notice. People are afraid to speak on my behalf because of what the NH government and VA are doing to me to protect Judge Peter Fauver’s criminal acts. I continue because even is governor Lynch does not think that I am good enough to talk with him.
I am proud to be a United States citizen. People are talking and that is a start.

Veteran’s Complaint 3-24-09

Veteran’s Complaint 3-24-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Do you know why I print my name, address and phone on each of my letters? I am a proud Veteran that just happen to be 100% disabled from service related disabilities. Some of my four disabilities are combat related because I fought for peace, honor, justice and the American way. All of my disabilities are from my time served. I served as a U.S. Marine 70-74. Ask the newspapers why they refuse to print the truth, as each of my opinion letters are? In the past couple of days there have been many letters on Veteran’s issues. Some letters by veteran’s and others by people noticing how veteran’s are miss treated. I have done some crazy, uncivilized, unbelievable things in my life time. Events as a U.S. Marine most people back here can not believe as possible. This is why most service men do not talk about over there. My disabilities came because I was doing my job fighting for this nation and if I stopped to cry about the pain Marines fighting beside me would have died. U.S. Military do astonishing things in their everyday lives that you back here can not conceive as possible. I just happen to be lucky enough to come back alive. For this reason I owe the respect to see that what over the history of the U.S. that veteran’s gave for will not be in VAIN.
I do not violate the law. I do volunteer every day to help others. My life back here in the “world” has been just as unbelievable. A Marine dropped off into society with no memory at all (of back here) from a head injury (TBI). Volunteers while trying to make since out of living in a civilized society. The obstacles and limitations are mind numbing but as a U.S. Marine, I do not let pain and emotions get in my way. My mission is to continue to work to make the U.S. a better place for all. Being persistent to complete a mission at all cost is never in question. The newspapers and the NH government doing everything possible to stop me is not a deterrent. WE have laws that the public officials violate to stop me which makes the Constitution a worthless piece of paper. This can not be allowed to happen. Newspaper’s censoring people’s letters is part of the cause.
Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal that must be removed from the bench. Fauver allowed using the court powers, the Madbury NH selectmen to get retaliation on local resident’s that the selectmen did not want living in their town with trusted government powers. The NH supreme court when presented this case refused to hear it because of the repercussions if made public it would have on the legal empire. The NH government paints me as a terrorist to harm my character in the public eye. Shea-Porter uses her federal powers to interfere with my medical conditions to stop my letters. The newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters, openly stating wrongs in government. The Constitution calls for any government officials violating the guaranteed rights of the people “Constitution” to be permanently remove from holding any government position. NH took my freedom to stop me, but I continue because we can not allow what newspapers have become afraid of to control us. This society back here treats Veteran’s by ignoring us because you can not understand what we did. We as Veteran’s can understand where you are coming from because we can not talk about the uncivilized acts that were our daily lives to protect your freedom back here. My name, address and phone means nothing if society back here in the World accepts censorship. My letters are public documents printed on the web under my name every day, why censor them.

Rough Week 3-23-09

Rough Week 3-23-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-62167
I want to start a new type of media for my art work. Yes of all the other things that I can do Art is another one. I just started listing my wife’s art work on craigs list under “arts and craft”. I have attempted twice to put a photo of these hand carved stage coaches with carved driver and draft horses in full harnesses, with hand carved people inside the coach, but help is needed. I have a friend that will do it for me when he gets a chance? The new media is rock carving. I have always dreamed of carving in stone. It is just something different, as this letter brings another chapter in a world that just does not make since to me. I have written two books that were published, completely wired new and old houses for friends, built houses, operate heavy equipment and many more. The problem is the ability to remember what I am doing as I do it. I drive big rigs but once on a trip hauling fill for a septic I forgot and drove to down east Maine and it took two days for me to realize it. The ability to with stand the pain from my service injuries as doing the tasks and after completed. I am not stupid, there are obstacles in my path consisting of a brain injury, broken back and loss of hearing in both ears. All are service related that the military rated at 100% disabled, including the new one PTSD. Yet the VA stopped my medical care and charges me to get medication and for medical care that they now order, since the VA is using my health as a weapon to stop my opinion letters.
I volunteer every day since I came back in 74 from the big one “Vietnam Conflict”. I have not violated the law, yet the newspapers treat me as a leper. I am like on an isolated island where writing letters is easy and everyone reads them but no one wants to take any action to end the disease. Newspapers will not print my opinion letters because the facts are to traumatic for a society that is being destroyed by silence. Our forefathers saw how the opinion of the people was a tool to keep government wrongs from continuing. Of such importance to our forefathers that a constitutional article to protect freedom of the press, so the opinion of the people can not be stopped. Have what I did ! as a U.S. Marine to defend this nation (US) been so bad that isolating me to eternity is the only punishment available. I volunteer and do not violate the law is this what makes me so bad. I have so many different avenues but nothing goes any where.
My new media is a path that may be the news media should look at? Print the opinion of the people no matter the consequences> Let the truth stand and guide the United States of America. The newspapers can stop my letters in their papers but the word will get out. I may be 100% disabled and have a lot of obstacles to interfere with my goal of doing everything possible to make the United States of America better for all, but with out support can you understand how reality is questionable. A nation that does not want to protect itself from diseases with in, the “media of” silence is stopping the people’s opinion from curing it. What is reality and how does that pertain to me?

Concord Monitor 3-22-09

Concord Monitor 3-22-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
The Concord Monitor newspaper did a story on Peter Macdonald last May by Ray Duckler> I had my hopes up that maybe this paper would start printing my opinion letters. When I ran for State elected office as all other papers the Monitor refused to print my opinion letters even when they stated my political platform and goals to the public. The Monitor is not alone. Union Leader, Fosters and every other newspaper in the U.S. refused to print my letters except the NH Free Press. I can kind of understand because I just read my letter from yesterday. I do not remember writing it but when my mind goes back to my overseas tour in the US Marine Corps remembering what I did or where I am at is not always there. I have written many times that my four service related disabilities make my medical condition 100% disabled. I have a traumatic brain injury that I received strait out of boot camp. I have to this day no memory of my life, family or friends prior to and including boot camp at Parris Island. My next three disabilities came during my 31 months overseas tour at separate times and are combat related. I served Our country yet my letters are not welcome even on the Monitor’s or any newspapers blogs or in print. Telling the people whom I am and what I do for society. I volunteer every day>
The Monitor as well as all the other papers when NH declared me a terrorist and took my freedom did exhausted stories on my character to enrage the public. When the state of NH dropped the charges no newspaper ran with the truth. I lost my freedom for six months. The state and federal government do not want my opinion letters printed. My letters clearly state that Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal. Is not the State of our Economy and Government in turmoil? My letters go out to 11 different blogs and are read by thousands of people. Fauver used the court powers to allow the Madbury NH selectmen to seek and get retaliation on other Madbury residents whom the selectmen did not want in their town. Fauver violated the Constitution so bad that the NH supreme court refused to hear the case because of the repercussions it would have on the legal empire. If this was not the truth then why have my opinion letters (that I write every day that I send to Fauver, Police, State officials, Federal officials and many more) Not been stopped other than censorship by the very newspapers we trust. Fauver could use the courts but then the truth would come out. The newspapers are a major contributor to the state of our Economy and government turmoil. Should we ask why?
Everyone reading this letter including Fauver and NH governor Lynch should ask themselves “If so many people are reading Peter Macdonald’s letters why have the newspapers censored them”? How can we allow the Veteran’s Administration to stop this veteran’s medical care? The truth is that the public allows care to be deprived to most veterans unless it serves the political need of our elected officials, so why not?
Can you understand how the opinion letters censored by the Monitor and all the other newspapers is a major factor in the state of our economy and government.
I am a United States Marine and I believe in the US with my complete heart and soul. I have not and will not violate the law, but I will continue to tell the truth>
Censoring this opinion letter only hurts everyone including you.

Deep, Dark, Cloud VA 3-21-09

Deep, Dark, Cloud VA 3-21-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls Rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
A deep dark cloud seems to be at the edge of my mind. It is like I have no idea when it will control my thoughts. I felt it coming yesterday as I finished my letter. It is like I have seen a new light, of that my wife and three daughters have a love for me. Is there feelings here from me that I do not understand? It is as thought I do not really know them. It is the feeling of not understanding where I am or what? The want to stop living is like a deep dark wall that invites me to go. I ask my self if I do write these letters can this be a safety control of the mind to make me live when there is no hope? Can anyone justify why a letter of such criminal acts can go as if they do not exist, unless the fact is they are just in my mind? Do I have to explain to my self that I have no memory. What is memory. I remember what I did. Did I really do that? Can I really write? What is Reality? I can not explain to others what is going on in my mind for many reasons. The first is that no one could conceive that a mind as mine could exist. If it does exist it is not right and must be disposed of. How can I have such thoughts and not be able to solve a solution within my self? Does a cloud exist or am I dead and this is what a Marine is to spend their eternal life in? It is called H-ell.
Should the Veteran’s administration have stopped my medical care for service related disabilities? Is it right to use medical care to stop a disabled veteran from exposing judge Peter Fauver’s criminal acts to harm intentionally other U.S. citizens? Can the Madbury NH selectmen use government powers for personal retaliation against other local resident just because the selectmen do not want this family in their town? Do law and a Constitution exist in the United States to stop government officials from committing such crimes against the peace and dignity of the United States of America? Do newspapers have ethics not laws that make them print the truth no matter whom that it may expose. As I lay here on the side of the runway watching the dots of light when the flack attempts to hit the fighter jets that we imagine are there. The horizon lights up in burst of bright orange and yellow light as the bombs explode destroying the families of those that will mortar us later. In a few hours the squad will return some with damage from the flack as the now not so imaginary planes put us to work. Do we really exist? Can my imagination expose such crimes in a story be real or will I get the chance to live long enough to come home to the land where the Rights of the People come first. Can the deep, dark, cloud every leave this benjo ditch?

People Tell 3-20-09

People Tell 3-20-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
People tell me that I am crazy, a fool for wasting my time bringing forth wrongs in government. I get no compensation at all from doing this. I place the welfare of the United States of America first and fore most. Newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters because they, (the editors) so much believe that no one can change government. I have since 1999 volunteered my time to help this Madbury NH family with a zoning issue but I have helped others every day since I came back in 74. This Madbury family is everyone of you. If the Madbury NH selectmen can violate the law to seek and get (by use of government powers) retaliation on this family then no one is safe. If Judge Peter Fauver is allowed to violate in a criminal manner our highest law the “Constitution” to inflict pain and suffering on this family because they refuse to obey the selectmen we have no freedom. If the NH supreme Court can set aside the guaranteed rights so stated in our Constitution for the purpose of protecting (for own self interest) their political and legal powers over the people some one has to speak up with out giving up. I am nothing special, don’t insult me by telling me that I am looking for your pity. My family has suffered, my friends have suffered but none of this can matter because we have to think of the United States of America first. It is the people’s right! No it is the people’s “Obligation” to correct the wrongs in government. I am a 100% service connected disabled U.S. Marine. The meaning that so many U.S. Military gave their lives over the history of the U.S. to make freedom equal for everyone has to mean something. To me it means not letting what so many gave for our freedom, to not be in VAIN.
Congress approves AIG executives getting bonuses for doing a bad job. President Obama lies to the American people about this and so does congress. We the American people are getting s-crew by the people we trust. Why because we the American people are to afraid to speak up. Look what they are doing to me because I spoke up? People tell me that I am crazy but may be you the silent ones that allow your rights to be violated are the ones? You all believe the NH governor Lynch and the newspapers when they tell you that I am a danger to society. It is ok with you that the Veterans administration stopped my medical care for service related disabilities. I am the crazy one that will stand up for this Madbury families constitutional rights even when it is the NH supreme court that violates the law. I respect the NH supreme court but I am still willing to stand up and expose when they commit a crime. I have been put in jail, deprived of my money, my medical care and much more but the welfare of the United States of America is worth it if we as a nation is to continue to be We the People. Did I ever come back to the land where equal protection of the law exists or am I still in that benjo ditch. I have to go because I can feel it coming on.

United States 3-19-09

United States 3-19-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Why can so few in our government make life so bad for people that they do not like? We have the greatest system of government in the world on paper but we must practice what we preach. Greed and power are two of the worst attractions freedom can bring out in people. The nicest people fill the ranks of our government but for some reason nature brings out the worst of our personalities. When some one in government does not want something he/she can manipulate the procedure to run up the expenses or defeat what ever it is. Lets talk about the Wind Farm. Here is an alternative form of power that does not pollute the earth. Some one in the NH fish and game wants a study done to save nature. Think of what all the burning of fossil fuel will do. How about Popcorn Sutton from Knoxville Tenn the government could not get this man, so why not put him in jail for moon shinning? The Wall Green that bought Circle Lee grocery. For years one lady in state government held up the project because she did not like the owners. How about the courts being used to destroy Dodd whom ran for NH elected office. How about the man in Rochester NH that wanted medical help so he became so desperate that he took over Hillary’s office. Then there is Prosecutors whom add charges to give a jury multiple choices in order to get a guilty verdict. No body thinks it will happen to them but if someone in government takes a dislike to you, your next?
The newspapers whom once represented truth honor, justice and the American way now practice biased reporting to aid people they like. Newspapers have become a joke because now the average citizen can get the truth out by computer. The newspapers will not tell you about the criminal acts of Judge Peter Fauver claiming liability problems. The newspapers had no problem not printing my opinion letters when I ran for NH state office this past primary, but they did print biased articles to defeat my candidacy in the voters eye. The newspapers refuse to tell you that the VA stopped my medical care because of U.S. Rep Shea-Porter but they print great articles about her helping veterans. Newspapers can not understand why advisors decline to place adds. Maybe the newspapers are out of wack as our government seems to be.
I refuse to violate the law, yet NH put me in jail as a terrorist to stop my writing opinion letters about Judge Fauver’s criminal acts. The State and local police harass my family and Judge Fauver uses the sheriff to detain me for harassment. I am a 100% disabled Veteran and that is what made me want to write today’s letter. The Air Force Veteran in Dover NH that served 24 years only to loose his home because of a government mistake. The newspapers print great stuff about Shea-Porter but refuses to tell the readers the other side of the news. Just as this opinion letter will go to 2800 government officials, judges, newspapers and others but no newspaper will print, that what is really happening in the U.S. I as a 100% disabled Veteran, high school drop out volunteered help a Madbury NH family bring a case to the NH Supreme Court. The newspapers refuse to print that this court violated the Constitution in order to protect their self interest’s. So few can make life so difficult for so many. I believe in the United States of America and will continue, and maybe some day the newspapers will come back to truth, honor, justice and the American Way, and print both sides of the news.

Motivation and Death 3-18-09

Motivation and Death 3-18-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls Rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
A Friend of mine from college died yesterday. He was years younger than me, actually he was my wife’s good friend back then. He never served in the U.S. Military but this is why Veteran’s are created to allow freedom to let you be what you want to be! Jim had his passions which helped him through the obstacles of life. A newly married fifty something, Jim loved to paint portraits of buildings, people and nature. His new wife is everything to him, along with his daughter. Jim just a few years back lost his teenage daughter to natural causes. Jim was an architect in his professional job but a good friend to those whom ever had contact with him. We have been close friends many years and now he will be guarded by those Veteran’s that never made it back from protecting our freedom over the history of the United States of America.
I can use Jim in my letter today because that is what freedom is. Life is to short and we never know when it is going to end. Here is a man (me) that has been writing letters for years now. Sometimes talking about how many times that I have tried to end it. I relive a time brought on by events. I do not even know if that time ever ended. Is this why your freedom means so much to me? Our government has prolonged exposing the violations of our Constitution to intentionally harm U.S. citizens and the newspapers refuse to print the opinion letters of someone like me. I have not violated the Law. I volunteer every day to help others. My VA medical care was stopped to stop my opinion letters. I openly tell the American people that Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal. Fauver knowingly allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers to seek and get retaliation against other Madbury NH residents. U.S. Rep from NH Shea-Porter used her federal powers to attempt to take my freedom by using my medical disabilities. She even filed a criminal complaint using deception. How can a U.S. Veteran, 100% disabled tell (expose) such criminal acts and the newspaper’s not inform the people. Freedom of the Press is what Veterans gave for.
We use our children to protect our freedom and when (if) they return they are U.S. Military Veterans, the lost souls of our society. The NH Supreme Court covered up Fauver’s criminal acts to protect their monopoly on power. When a 100% disabled Veteran can present a case to the NH Supreme Court to stop government wrongs and be shot down, something is wrong. NH saw this as their chance to shut me up by declaring me a terrorist and taking my freedom. I have made my case public by never stop writing about it. Because of this learning how Veteran’s across the U.S. are treated has astonished me. Neglect and cruel punishment for being the ones that came back alive. Unless helping Veteran’s fits into the budget with out limiting political pet projects or helping someone get elected we are set aside until needed. To stop a 100% disabled service connected Veteran’s medical care to stop opinion letters is just to much.
I am proud of what I did as a U.S. Marine and just as proud to stand up and give back here to help others and defend what so many Veteran’s have given for. Our Constitution. It may be careless to use Jim in my letter today. Talking about Jim’s death makes me kind of get it? Why you that never served just do not understand. Freedom gave Jim the ability to be what he wanted. Freedom is what allows you to unknowingly miss treat Veteran’s because you trust your elected officials to represent veteran’s also. Jim’s life was to short but let it remind you of what U.S. Military Veteran’s are.
We gave so that freedom allows you to not print a Veteran’s opinion letter exposing wrongs in government. Justice can only exist if the Constitution protects everyone equally. This is what makes the United States of America so great.

Violence In A civilized society 3-17-09

Violence In A civilized society 3-17-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
We as a civilized society have so much need. Look around you and see the people that could use a hand. The well to do, the well educated, the poor neglected bum on the street, everyone at some point needs a kind hand. Society has let their moral, ethical belief’s get in the way of doing what is necessary. We have accepted being deceived by the trust that our hearts give. How many times has a judge told a defendant that police have no reason to lie? How many times have we trusted our financial wealth to people because we believe? How many times has a government official promised something and lied to gain our trust. We have learned to trust people with important positions because of their social stature. We place so much trust in people that we allow our children to be sent off to war for our president’s legacy. Has the need arose for violence in our own needs to make others aware. Our government considers me a dangerous social outcast. Set aside that I have violated no laws. Accept that I volunteer every day helping others since I came back to the “world” from a political Conflict “Vietnam”. The newspapers have with biased reporting degraded my social life to questionable character in the neighborhood. The courts have labeled me a terrorist, taken my money and more. The U.S. Marine Corps gave me four service connected disabilities and labeled me 100%. I have taken life and given life. People believe what the newspapers print, trust what government officials tell the people and what the judge rules believing that the system will not deceive them. I came from being a 17 year old U.S. Marine with no memory in a conflict to wanting so much to fit into a U.S. society that can not accept returning Veterans. It is not that you knowingly out cast us. It is that personality wise we are not the child that could have been before we left. We have done things that you tell use will make us better if we talk about them, then label us for the uncivilized things we have done. Silence in some situation is a word the newspapers and police can make you look guilty for doing. Silence is the first step in not educating the people to understand what the newspaper, government and courts are doing. It is called deception.
No one wants to accept that Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal. The Madbury NH selectmen used the trusted power of government to inflict harm on local Madbury residents. Fauver knowingly used the court powers to allow this, then violated the constitution himself to inflict harm on others. The newspapers have censored the facts as they will this opinion letter. I volunteer to help Madbury NH residents and the government stops my VA medical for disabilities received defending the very Constitution that we are allowing these deceitful, trusted leaders to violate. The NH Supreme Court covered up these crimes to protect their monopoly of power over the people. It is easy to accept that I am a danger to society because for to many years my volunteer help has been my silent personal need to make life better. My reason was personal because I came back alive and many better than I, gave their lives for a civilized society called the United States of America. Society’s needs are why I volunteer even if the newspapers make you believe that I am a dangerous person looking for pity. Killed in action or suicide is the only way for some Veterans ever really to accept a civilized society’s deceptive needs. I am a danger to no one and I will not violate the law. I believe in you the people of the U.S. I just do not belong here.

VA Dr Dan Potenza 3-16-09

VA Dr Dan Potenza 3-16-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls Rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
I want to tell Dr Dan that I do appreciate his calls but I do not answer them. Trying to accept what I can not conceive as reality just spins me into wanting it to end. The purpose of the VA is to help Veterans. We are the ones that joined this exclusive club by becoming members of the U.S. Military. We fought and many gave their lives to protect and defend our Constitution. The question is, am I a Veteran? Can it be that I dreamed up all the adventures or were these something our government placed in my head to experiment with the mind? The VA has tampered with my health to teach me not to write opinion letters. No matter how much I make people aware of these criminal acts no one will do anything to stop them. I volunteer every day to help other people as a way to attempt to make since out of a society that just does not make since. I have written to the people in our government that’s job is to stop such criminal acts from being inflicted on the people of the USA. The more that I expose these wrongs in government by government personal the more criminal acts these people we trust commit to stop me. Dr Dan you are a person that cares but you are the one obstacle allowing my file to be manipulated to cover up your superior’s criminal acts. Dr Dan how can I have 4 service connected medical disabilities and my medical care be stopped. Look at the record am I getting care now. No the VA makes me pay for my medical care other than seeing you. This is against the law yet no one will stop them.
The newspapers refuse to print my letters. NH Governor Lynch makes me pay money to speak with him, but never talks to me. The American people must ask them selves is protecting Judge Peter Fauver’s criminal acts worth it? Judge Fauver used the law to allow the Madbury NH selectmen to seek and get retaliation against other Madbury residents with the use of government powers. I volunteer my time to help these Madbury residents and powerful people in NH violate the constitution to stop me. The NH Supreme Court covered up the case to protect their power over the people. It is almost as if the government is telling me that violence is the only way to make a civilized society communicate when the powerful dominate. The news media is so biased, that rather than investigate the crimes they censor the truth.
If what I say is not true than set up a meeting or even a court appearance and prove me wrong. The NH government has refused me a “Redress of Grievances” which is a guaranteed Constitutional right. Judge Fauver refused this Madbury family a jury trial when they demanded it. Judge Fauver in a biased criminal manner covered up by the NH supreme court used the law to criminally harm U.S. Residents. Is the truth a powerful weapon or is it something the powerful can dictate?
Dr Dan we tried but the end must be near. Justifying the reality of the memories of what keeps darting through my head and what I learned about the rights of the people in the USA can not be what is happening. Is it possible that I stood in front of a F-4 doing six hundred knots routinely with out fear, hoping it stops 15 feet from me. How about killing another human being to keep the USA free and being proud of it. Dr Dan when so many wrongs can be criminally inflicted on the rights of the individual reality is not real and being where all Marines end must get me out of this benjo ditch. May be being a Veteran was just a child hood dream and I do not exist.

Veterans Today Answer 3-15-09

Veterans Today Answer 3-15-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Tom Barnes wrote an article on “American Veterans as loony tunes”. He describes how veteran’s have a tendency to want to over through the government with violence. How Veterans are more likely to belong to a group or organization advocating violence or even killing to achieve a government that works for the people. Tom lingers on what is in plain sight (that our DC is in a time warp of it’s own). Tom diagnosed clearly that government workers don’t care about the people only their future retirement and legacy. Helping returning veterans is a game to occupy time to fill the years to that goal of a pension from the tax payers for creating turmoil in disabled and other veterans lives. I only know Tom’s back ground from what he said “Coast Guard Warrant Officer”. Tom is a U.S. Military Veteran and I respect him for this. But???
The American people have labeled me a loony tune. You all are sick of my telling you and I can justify your thoughts. Imagine what it is like to at 17 start your life. To be a U.S. Marine with no memory at all. You follow orders and do your job because there is nothing else that you know of ! The M-16 and a 45 are your best friends. You have no social life because you have no skills to interact with others. A Military Base is your home where out side the gates no one speaks American. Your MOS (job) is pounded into your head and you learn it because there is nothing else. Killing the enemy is your goal that continuously is driven into your head. You become so good at your job at a moments notice you are TAD (temporary assigned duty) to isolated MABS bases to fix gear. My hearing becomes diminished from being blown off the runway. During an offensive my back is broken while doing my job. A mortar destroys the out house that I just disembarked from. A sniper shot grazes the edge of my helmet. I kill a child guarding the position to get my M-16 back and escape back to the convoy. I do eight friendly convoys delivering surplus supplies across three countries to friendly camps as American advisor. Then one day I am dropped off in a nation where American is the primary language. Round eyed girls are so numerous even some one like me has a chance. I meet the people that I have written to that call them selves my family. I go to a home town where the people that say they are my friends only want my money for booze and cigarettes. I am lost in a world that I do not belong in and a world that does not want me.
I do not believe in violence basically because I can not forget. I am proud of killing. Back here (you all) praise what we did but despise us for the manner we did it. You expect us to come back and be what we once could have been. You do not understand the military took our minds and made us them.
Tom’s article told what is wrong with a government that allows disabled veteran’s lives to expire before receiving any help. A shameful way to come home to a nation that you gave everything for. I may not write letters as some of you professional would like but? This U.S. Marine has come a long way in a land that has clearly demonstrated that I do not belong. Tom’s article even though it was a good article failed to understand some of us live in two worlds. Where we have been (a place that you do not understand) and now a place they say that we belong but are giving the feeling that we do not.
Are we loony tunes or someone foolish enough to defend your freedom at any cost that came back to a nation that silently diminishes us to slum.

U.S. Military Veteran’s reality check. 3-14-09

U.S. Military Veteran’s reality check. 3-14-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6317
Can a Veteran’s Hospital be allowed to use medical care to stop a 100% disabled veteran from writing opinion letters? Is giving this 100% disabled veteran a Psy Dr so that the records can demonstrate for public consumption care is given! adequate or legal? Discrimination is against the law. For the newspapers to keep silent such atrocious facts from the public is beyond reality. Where does a 100% disabled Veteran go when reality makes no since? This Veteran writes opinion letters every day stating the facts only to be kept alienated to censor the free flow of information from the public. This veteran ran this past election for state office only to have the newspapers infect the voters with biased one sided information. The NH governor Lynch charges this Veteran money to speak with him. To charge a U.S. citizen money to speak with a public officials is against the law. The VA and the VA suicide hotline use the local and state police to harass this 100% disabled veteran to force suicide. Judge Peter Fauver uses the local sheriff to harass this 100% disabled veteran to stop the opinion letters.
Judge Fauver is a criminal. Judge Fauver knowingly allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers for personal retaliation against other local residents. The NH supreme court covered up the case when it was presented to them. I am foolish enough to believe in what others have taught me about the Constitution to volunteer my time to help this Madbury family. The Constitution is used to discriminate against me to stop my exposing these wrongs in government. I can put such damming statements in writing and make these letters public because the truth is powerful when not censored.
Do you not think that every day reality is questioned in my head? If I am a 100% service connected disabled veteran then why can my disabilities be used by our government to harm me? Can it be right to use anyone’s medical care to stop the public flow of free information? I jumped from the highest spot that I could find a few months ago. A gust of wind caught me and actually defied gravity and I rose across the sky to the top of a tree where my pant leg got caught. The tree bent over and lowered me to the ground safely leaving only a cut (painful and deep) on my upper let. The mark left on my leg is a constant reminder of the wrongs or reality that make no since.
The U.S. Rep. from NH Shea-Porter is what others call the veterans hope. She is a fraud in my eyes because she file a false police complaint to stop my opinion letters. She used my medical disabilities in a criminal manner to stop my letters. The VA then stopped my medical care completely and sent me a bill for the care to take my freedom.
Ask your self are the purpose of opinion letters to give the public a way of communicating wrongs in government to others? Do you see why situations such as Alabama, Columbine and the school in Germany exist? In a civilized society when the free flow of information is stopped to protect a special class of society how do you communicate? No one wants to believe that a 100% disabled Veteran can be real?
Can A Veteran’s Hospital be allowed to administer medical can in a discriminatory manner to aid this special class of society and the check and balances to stop such criminal acts be manipulated to force this Veteran in to suicide?
Is printing the opinion letter of a 100% disabled veteran even reality?
I will not violate the law that is my promise to the American people.

Ask Why 3-13-09

Ask Why 3-13-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Repeating the question of what it is like to not remember any part of your life before you were 17 can be monotones. Just like writing a letter that clearly explains and documents criminal constitutional crimes committed by Veteran’s officials, judges and government officials (State and Federal). Traumatic Brain Injury while I was in the U.S. Marine Corps left me this way even today. I left the U.S. and did a 31 month overseas tour during the Vietnam Conflict with no memory of where I came from. My next three disabilities are combat related received at separate missions. I came back to a world that I had no memory of ever being here before. American Bill Boards on the sides of the road and Round eyed girls were something that I could only hope to live long enough to see at least once before I gave my life for this nation that I had no memory of. I was proud when a girl spit on me at the San Francisco Airport and called me a baby killer. When I learned the meaning years later those words would haunt me for ever. Killing the enemy was the only priority of a U.S. Marine. Now I come back to a land where killing is wrong because the people have rights against oppressive and dominating government actions depriving any individual of Constitutional protection. Is what I have learned and done worth repeating or is it a memory kept alive by a Marine lost for eternity in a benjo ditch?
I have no place to go. I have no one that understands if I am really here. Can the perfect life be a dream? Can a nation that U.S. Military give every aspect of their lives for, come back to a place that the people recognize a theory but not the deranged U.S. citizens that return’s exist? Does the courts have a right to use publicity to win a criminal case as the Caylee case in Florida. Does the NH government and newspapers have a right to publicly destroy a candidate’s Character to sway a free election. Can a 100% disabled Veteran be put in jail as a terrorist to stop his opinion letters of government wrongs. Can the VA stop a 100% disabled Veteran’s medical care because U.S. Rep from NH Shea-Porter wants them too? Can the NH government use the State and local police to harass citizens to stop the person from exposing a criminal judge? Can a judge use the Strafford County sheriff to harass some one that tells the public in writing that this judge Fauver is a criminal violating the constitution to harm innocent U.S. citizens? Where can a 100% disabled Veteran go that reality exists. Can the NH Supreme Court cover up the criminal acts Judge Fauver committed and the public be ok with this?
Do I volunteer every day to help others. Did the cut on the top of my leg happen because I jumped to kill my self? How do you answer questions when reality only exists if nothing is real!
The Question is if I repeat such criminal actions in writing by newspapers and government personal in the land of the Free why does no one stop the crimes or stop me? I learned to kill as a U.S. Marine for a Constitution that must have died. Can my actions as a U.S. Marine go against the ethics of a civilized society so much that I must be for ever exempt from death to stop the torture. U.S. Marines never die we just go to H-ell for ever as you have placed me. Repeating the question forever is the place that I must be.

Veteran’s Issues 3-12-09

Veteran’s Issues 3-12-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Time running out to honor WWII Veteran’s. May be the editors just made my point. Citizens that never served, get elected officials that never served, sixty years too late to want to award those still alive a medal. Never mind the lack of medical care, understanding or life it self. Veterans that went homeless, lost their family, or worst were chastised for being a loser because they could not accept what a civilized society will never understand, but condemns us for. The editors today across the U.S. refuse to print my opinion letters because they are not in the best interest of the paper. My trip to Vermont had it’s problems for me but I chose not to talk about my case. I felt honored to talk about a U.S. Marine that volunteers to help others even though society refuses to give him medical care for disabilities received in combat. Agent Orange and the effects of being a tunnel rat never leave those that gave for the freedom you all relish in. My cousin is just one more Marine that I learned about, that silently gives to help others. If we talk about what we did, people believe we are looking for pity or that we did uncivilized acts that alienates us from this civilized society for ever. People believe that our emotionless attitudes and our suspicious, questionable characters separate us from the ethical, moral society that has never been there. I have wanted to kill my self since understanding what being called a “baby killer” by a young lady the day I first stepped foot back in the U.S. Volunteering is my way of attempting to join a society that I do not belong in. Can maybe Veteran’s from all war and conflicts that time is running out feel this?
Judge Peter Fauver violated the Constitution to intentionally harm other U.S. citizens. The NH supreme court covered up this case to protect their monopoly over the people’s rights. I volunteer to help a Madbury NH family that the Madbury selectmen are using government powers to get retaliation on. The NH government labels me a terrorist to stop my opinion letters exposing criminal wrongs by the officials we trust. My VA medical is stopped to stop my letters. I am a 100% disabled Veteran with combat related disabilities. I did eight convoys delivering surplus supplies to isolated friendly camps deep in the Bush as an American Advisor. I have attempted to kill my self many times not for what I have done. It is because I came back to a place that I do not belong. I volunteer every day to help others to give so that what so many other veteran’s gave their lives for will not be in VAIN. Freedom is not protecting criminal judges and government officials. Editors have lost the meaning of what Freedom of the Press means.
Vermont gave me the reason that I went. Those two ladies and David at Okemo Ski Resort and the people that I met in town are what freedom is all about. Time is not running out, it is just that the citizens of the U.S. don’t try to understand. Veterans do not want your medals we want you to not let what we gave for, to never be diminished.
“Our Constitution”. Is not printing the opinion letter that exposes crimes Freedom? WWII veterans I am sure would rather have you honor the Constitution than pin a worthless medal, so society can feel good and the politicians can protect their image. Veterans are all around you. Veterans are ever day people don’t diminish our rights for what we did. WWII Veterans as all Veterans deserve your respect, that is what we ask.

Success of Vermont 3-11-09

Success of Vermont 3-11-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Yesterday’s article on Vermont was a hit across the U.S. Do people understand the article was basically about disabled Veteran’s being denied medical care for injuries received in service to the U.S. My cousin lives in Vermont. I see this man maybe once every two or three years. His life was shattered because as a child he was drafted into the Marine Corps. Agent Orange and the silent memories that never go away meant that this now Veteran was returning to a society that will never accept him again as a human being. He moved away from his home State and met the perfect woman whom was from Vermont. I met this Marine for the first time (that I remember) after I returned from my tour in the MC. I came back 100% disabled and one of my four injuries is TBI. I have no memory of ever being in the U.S. before. This unrecognized service connected disabled veteran carved out a life in East Dover Vermont. I learned from two woman that work at Okemo Ski resort about a person that volunteers to help others but has a questionable character because of his unrecognized disabilities. This is a U.S. Marine (A Veteran) that went some place as a child and did uncivilized things in the name of freedom, that will never be able to return to the life he left. The meaning of yesterday’s article was about the cruel and uncivilized treatment of the U.S. Military returning from WAR.
My Vermont article talked about the people that I met. The older gentle man that I helped across a icy street, or the woman that offered to pay for my coffee. I was totally impressed by the two women at Okemo Ski Resort that talked to me all afternoon. I was made to feel at home in a small out of the way town in Vermont. I can see how my cousin (even though his character was considered abnormal) would be accepted in a state that seems to care for everyone equally. I volunteer every day to help others because I came back alive. Until NH put me in jail as a terrorist to stop my opinion letters, I might never have become aware of other Veteran’s giving back so much. These volunteers are Veterans because? The reason I volunteer is because when I first returned it was the only way that I could be accepted into a community that I had no right to be. It was a road that I took for the selfish reason of trying to understand how to live in a place that I had no memory of. I wrote the article because learning about how many Veteran’s volunteer is (my self induced path to being accepted) one so many other veteran’s silently follow.
My article did not talk about 25% of the homeless in the U.S. are Veterans. It did not talk about the lost files. It did not talk about the lack of medical care or miss treatment because the system is a political scrape goat for camouflage budget busting pet projects of our elected officials. The people in the state of Vermont it appears treat the abnormal but do not understand these are Veteran’s. These are Veteran’s swept under the rug because no politician could gain self image by helping.
The State of Vermont is a beautiful place. It is the people that make this state a place to remember. This as all my opinion letters will be censored but let me thank Okemo Ski resort for having two such wonderful women and the state of Vermont for treating my cousin right. Thank You to the people of Vermont.

Vermont 3-10-09

Vermont 3-10-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Do we know the people around us? My wife and I went to Okemo ski area on Sunday so she could ski with friends on Monday. The Ski area is located in Ludlow which is a nothing little town with some of the friendliest people that live their year round. My goal was to prevent my wife from doing the three hour drive to and from, alone in one day. I have a cousin that lives in East Dover Vermont that my wife described as about 20 miles away. It would be a great opportunity to visit and maybe help with some projects around his area. The heavy wet snow and the substandard RT 100, Vermont’s main corridor through the center of the state north to south made the what turned out to be a 2 hr drive impossible. I decided to walk around Ludlow and help people with the snow conditions. Okemo has a great Restaurant Bar and at about one o’clock lunch and a beer would be where I would wait the rest of the day for my wife and friends. What a huge, clean place this restaurant was. I was the only customer for the entire afternoon other than the quick beer stop of the infrequent skier. All the workers except one bar tender and one waitress were sent home. I was talking to the Bar tender about my attempt to go to E Dover to visit. The waitress over heard me and asked whom I knew there. When I told her my cousins name she used my cousins wife’s name and asked if that was the same person. I was shocked that this far from there, these two woman would know my cousin. It seemed that the waitress at one time owned a bakery in West Dover. My cousin started a program of delivering day old goods from several of the businesses in town to needy families in Dover and several other towns. I never quite understood how the bar tender knew him but she seemed too know him very well.
My cousin is the typical Marine story. At 18 he was drafted and went to Vietnam as a grunt. His assignment on patrol was tunnel rat. This is the Marine that goes in the hole to seek and destroy the gooks living in there. He came back to his home in Lynn Mass only to feel rejected. Agent Orange and continuing memories destroyed any chance of living the life that he left so many years earlier. He met his wife from Vermont, married her, took her last name, had three children and continue to inch out a successful life. The VA has rejected his claims of disabilities, which to any normal person the poor health of this Marine is clear. These two women knew of him but kept their distance because of his rough, questionable manners. They respect and cherish him for his continued efforts to help others any time, but ? These two women thanked me for telling them that My cousin was a Marine from the Vietnam Conflict. They told me that now my cousins personality made since and that they wish that they knew back years ago. I did not know my cousin was this type of person that lived in Vermont. I know a lot of people volunteer. It just seems that lately coming across other Marines volunteering, I seem to write about. I volunteer because I came back alive and I have to believe my volunteering makes what so many others gave their lives for will not be in vain. For over thirty years I thought that this was me not being able to forget that what I should not have done over there, (according to this civilized society that I returned to). Since the State of NH declared me a terrorist and took my freedom witnessing the deplorable conditions U.S. Military Veterans are driven to has made it clear people believe we are just rejects on the street. May be we need to understand our neighbors better. Thank You Vermont.

State Rep. Baldasaro 3-8-09

State Rep. Baldasaro 3-8-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Al Baldasaro of Londonderry is a nice person, and it is not just because he is a U.S. Marine either. The Marine Corps does not build nice people, we build character and responsibility to the USA. I write this opinion letter because I want to talk about people like Al. What I am saying is about Al but it is also about the others that do nothing but give to make NH and the USA a better place for all with our reservation for personal enhancement. I met Al a few years back. I like him as a friend (that is my thought not his) and as a NH state official. When NH declared me a terrorist and my VA medical was stopped to stop my opinion letters (which the newspapers across the state refuse to print) Al went out of his way to get my medical partially restored. He got it so under armed guard even in the Doctor’s office my right to visit a VA doctor was granted. Al did not have to do this. My district in the state is far away from Al. Al is the type of person that if someone needs help, he is there. The NH state officials from my district refuse to help a 100% service connected disabled Veteran even the newly elected ones. (today)
My reason for this letter is because I want Al and people just like Al to know we the people appreciate what he is doing. It is a shame that it took the position of political office before the Newspapers recognized what people like Al give to others. Volunteer of the year is an application that Al well deserves as he has for many past years also. The countless hours and little things that go unnoticed are a major part of what the article does not tell you. There are a lot of nice people in the USA but volunteers such as Al Baldasaro of Londonderry are what make Londonderry, NH and the USA a better place for all and a future to look forward too. Thank You Al and all the others.

The Blue Wall Exists (a response) 3-7-09

The Blue Wall Exists (a response) 3-7-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
How many times has a person walking down the street seen a meter expire just in front of the meter maid. Some of these people are kind hearted and place 25 cents in the meter only to be given a ticket for interference. In the paper today a police officer in Laconia is honored with a great article. “Officer’s Caring”. The officer is called to Cumberland farms on a shop lifting case. The officer knows the person so the officer pays the nine dollars and lets the criminal go. The newspaper makes this officer sound like a hero. The newspapers no longer print the truth in a manner that benefit’s the general public. The newspapers cater to the people that can benefit their own lives. The newspapers refuse to print opinion letters that are not in the papers philosophic belief. An opinion letter that can be altered to reflect what the papers wants the people to believe is edited before published. Response letters such as this one will not get published because it reflects the feelings of the general public and can not benefit the editors pocket or connections. Ask your self how many times has law enforcement used criminal tactics on some one you know or love in order to give a ticket.
The newspapers will print a great article about someone they want to get elected. If for some reason the editors do not like a candidate the inferences in the articles defame your character to sway the vote. Response opinion letters such as this one to articles are censored because they reflect the general public’s feelings and can not benefit the papers profit or political connections. Our NH government is protecting Judge Peter Fauver’s criminal use of the Constitution. Fauver used the law to allow the Madbury NH selectmen to seek and get retaliation for personal reasons on local residents with government services. Fauver denied U.S. citizen a jury trial because he knew a jury would come down on the selectmen because the evidence proved it. The case is documented in the NH supreme court records. The NH supreme court was so afraid of the facts becoming public they covered it up. The newspapers refused to inform the public. I ran this past primary for state senate and because the NH government and judicial branch did not want me the newspapers condemned me in the public eye. I volunteer every day helping others, I am that person walking down the street. My response and opinion letters were censored to sway the vote.
To stop me NH has labeled me a terrorist and taken my freedom, Stopped my VA medical for service connected disabilities. Harassed my family, friends and I by using the local and state police, Judge Fauver uses the local sheriff to harass and detain me. This all sounds like a pity party. This happens all to often to the general public and censored.
The Blue Wall was erected to protect a certain class of society. I appreciate the Laconia officer helping a less fortunate friend. The law has to be equal for all. This all can be illustrated by the fame the news bombards us with over the past few weeks. The ugly cat. The ugly cat gets more coverage that a 100% disabled Veteran being denied medical care because this Veteran will not stop writing opinion letters that expose wrongs in government. I am that U.S. citizen that will stand up for U.S. citizens rights no matter what the Blue Wall dictates on the public. Some day when you, a friend, a loved one is walking down the street the Blue Wall may expire your ticket, just because they do not like you. Freedom of the press is to protect the people not the newspapers or Blue Wall.

Repeating over and over 3 6-09

Repeating over and over 3 6-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
I can not get it out of my head. People tell me that my letters keep repeating the same subject but it does not go away. I have military disabilities received in the line of duty, with the pain and limitations just continue day after day. The government and VA discriminate against me by limiting my medical care and now charging me money to get care, medication and see a doctor over and over. The save guards built in to our system fail to listen to my complaint letters time and again. Government (officials and departments) continuously day after day violate our Constitution yet people tell me that I repeat my self in my letters. Editors every single day trash my opinion letters describing government wrongs intentionally committed to inflict pain and suffering on U.S. Citizens with out regards for ethical or moral obligations to the people. Where am I? Does reality really exist as my dream to come home some day just continues over and over as if it is in a repeat letter to the people of the United States of America.
Did I spend the entire night last, on convoy trying to understand if the world did exist out side this mayhem called USMC? Do the people of the U.S. help each other or was that just words from other Marine’s mouths to get me to help? Can telling the truth be the only path to a better world? My experiences are adventures people imply would be impossible. I know so much but I never know when I will remember, if at all. I have done almost everything (building houses, wiring, plumbing, being a lawyer in court, a minister, friend, volunteer, a U.S. Marine and much more) yet it is in a world that I can only briefly touch for moments at a time. The government has built a wall between my best friend (wife) and me to win a conflict that placed me in this benjo ditch. Marines repeat (that four letter word) our job is to k-ill yet my orders on this convoy is to not lock and load until in interment danger of death. I have not violated the law back in this world if laws really exist. If I ever really came back to the world. (U.S.)
A high school drop out that joined the MC at 17 took a case to the NH supreme court about Judge Peter Fauver committing crimes against the peace and dignity of the U.S. The NH supreme court covered up Fauver’s crimes. The Madbury NH selectmen use the power of government for retaliation against local residents they govern. To stop my exposing the wrongs in government I am put in jail as a terrorist. My VA medical is stopped to teach me a lesson. Is this even humanly possible in the U.S.
Do you see the repeat? The mayhem is so vast that I jumped only to have the wind direct me to a tree top and lower me to the ground safely. I have a scare on the top of my leg that keeps reminding me continuing is not an option. Does repeating the crimes of government make the Vietnam Conflict real. Can U.S. Marines do and live through this and expect to some day come home? Did I ever really come home or is this repeat dream ever going to stop. I want to quit but my orders as a U.S. Marine are to protect and defend our Constitution until death if necessary.

Madness, Outrage, Death A Veteran’s only choice 3-45-09

Madness, Outrage, Death A Veteran’s only choice 3-45-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Madness, Rage, Death seems to be the only way to make people hear what I am saying. We all talk about the civilized society that we live in but society diminishes and degrades returning U.S. Military Veterans that come back damaged. Look at the news last night talking about the thousands of returning veteran’s that’s military records are lost or miss handled. These disabled Veteran’s are lost in a system that does not care. We have people controlling government jobs that destroy the very children’s lives that gave you freedom. You the public take a deaf ear by allowing the editor’s of your local newspapers to refuse to tell the truth of what is happening to Veteran’s. Your local editors refuse to print opinion letters from disabled Veterans because they are not what the newspaper’s belief’s are. You the public are made to believe that these lack of medical services or lost paper work are uncommon over sights. These are manipulated political ways our elected officials use the lives of our unsung heroes so budget money can be focused on pet projects. Do you the U.S. American citizens believe that 25% of the U.S. homeless are returning Veterans because we want to be? Madness, Rage and Death are the only ways to accept the memories of where we have been to where we are! Reality of what was and what we did, can not be accepted by a society that does not want to understand! The unsung hero now becomes the forgotten citizen.
Shea-Porter U.S Rep from NH, the editors have made out to be the Veteran’s hero for what she is doing for Veterans. The news refuse to inform the public she used a 100% disabled veteran’s medical disabilities as a personal weapon to stop this veteran’s opinion letters. She miss lead on a criminal complaint with the Dover NH police to get this veteran arrested. She used a VA doctor to attempt to get this 100% disabled veteran committed to stop the opinion letters. The newspapers refuse to print this veteran’s response. The news has made it so the VFW, American Legion and general public believe that this 100% disabled Veteran is a danger to society. The news went so far as to stop the free voters choice to stop the public from voting for this 100% disabled veteran in the past NH state election. Shea-Porter may be a great, caring person but the news should tell both sides. Limiting the public from the truth is what has allowed our elected public officials to create such turmoil in our society. Madness, Rage and Death seems to be the only solution to determine if reality really exists, if we ever came home?
My voice speaks about the NH supreme court covering up Judge Peter Fauver’s criminal use of the Constitution. Fauver used court powers by allowing the Madbury NH selectmen to seek and get retaliation on local residents for personal reasons with government services. Powerful people may not like my words. The only way to correct the wrongs in government is to talk publicly about them. Governor Lynch, Fauver, the NH supreme court and many others want to stop me. The public and news allowing my medical care for my military received disabilities to be stopped to stop my exposing wrongs in government makes me question Reality. I will not violate the law.
This 100% disabled Veteran is not good enough for the news to inform the public what the State of New Hampshire and U.S. is doing to Veterans. This is why veterans across the U.S. are left behind, Madness, Rage and Death is reality.
You can censor my words but my heart and life belong to the United States of America.

Why write opinion letters 3-3-09

Why write opinion letters 3-3-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
All the right people read my letters. Veteran’s officials, VFW, American Legion, Doctors from the VA hospital, State and Federal officials all read my letters every day. It is not like my letters skirt around the facts. I lay out some serious criminal offensives committed by these people and government departments. Many others read my letters every day also. Some give me advice like hire an attorney or get an advocate. Some tell me that my letters make no since. Many tell me that my letters are libelous. Most newspapers refuse to print my letters. Many people tell me it is not their place to help. People in authority tell me it is not their job to do any thing. I am a volunteer that just helps people every day. I am a no-body 100% disabled veteran that has devoted his life to making the future better for others. What you are doing to me is alright if in some way it makes life better for U.S. Military Veterans coming home in the years to come.
The NH supreme court violated the Constitution to protect judge Peter Fauver’s criminal acts of allowing the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers for personal retaliation against other U.S. citizens. I volunteer my time to help this family by documenting the truth and presenting it to the proper officials. These officials use government powers to inflict pain and suffering in their attempts to cover up the truth. The newspapers claim there is no law that requires them to print the opinion letters of a U.S. citizen exposing the wrongs in government. NH’s U.S. Rep Shea-Porter used federal powers to interfere with my medical military service disabilities. She lied in a criminal complaint to get me arrested. She had my VA medical stopped, to stop my opinion letters. The criminal violations of the Law and Constitution are ignored by the people reading my letters. Everyone is to afraid to speak openly for fear of what is happening to me will happen to them.
The United States is “We the People”. I volunteered to help a friend do lock work yesterday. While fixing a safe in Epping NH it appeared to me that a girl was being hassled by two teenage boys. I walked out behind the business empting a trash container and struck up a conversation with these kids. They needed five dollars for something. I gave them the money as I explained helping others will solve more problems by avoiding arguments which only fuel hate. It sounds foolish giving strangers money but you had to see the entire situation before you judge. If five dollars inspires these kids in just a little way to help others it is well spent. We the people are what is going to keep the U.S. strong and free.
I have not and will not violate the law to make this nation better. I will continue to speak openly stating the criminal acts committed by our government officials and judges. The pain and suffering they openly inflict on me is their choice. I have lived through situations most others can not even conceive as being true. You can read my letters and as most not conceive these as truth also.
I wish that I could write better opinion letters. I wish reality would allow me to escape. NH governor Lynch and the federal officials should not be allowed to use any U.S. citizens medical care as a weapon. You reading my letters must make some of you readers think and this may make you commit a foolish act of helping others. Just a little. This can only be a good benefit of reading my letters. Lets Hope.

Responsibility and Free Press 3-2-09

Responsibility and Free Press 3-2-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603659-6217
Whom should take responsibility? Do we the people have any responsibility to the U.S. and it’s future. I, yesterday was volunteering help to a friend snow plowing. We got a call from another snow plow driver stuck, so we went twenty miles out of our way only to find the truck at the bottom of a steep driveway of pure ice. Five Chinese men that only spoke small amounts of broken English were historical about getting to work on time. A van showed up and they all piled in and left. My friend and I shoveled out the other truck and hand sanded the hill. My friend got in the other man’s truck and used the plow to push it out of the bank and up the hill. It was then that the plow driver asked my friend if he could drive the house car up the hill, the owner gave his keys to us. The Chinese men wanted us to drive the car to where they worked for transportation home after work. The others thought it was funny, that time would be taken from plowing driveways to do these individuals a favor. I took the keys and drove the car to the Chinese restaurant. Who’s responsibility is it to make life better.
I want to thank the NH Free Press for their publishing my letters. My four letter word, letter got a spark. Most people assume the four letter word is one thing but the word is “KILL”. Kat the editor of this newspaper made a comment that no law exists to force any publisher to print any thing that they do not want to. There does not have to be a law. Responsibility and ethics are words may be newspapers across the U.S. should learn and understand. These are key words used by publishers and editors every time social injustice is inflicted on some situation that they want to get an up roar going in the public eye. These are key words to the future of the U.S. as a free nation.
The publishers took no responsibility or showed no ethical pride when they printed articles diminishing my character in the public eye. These articles were meant to stop the voter choice during this past years primary election. The newspapers refused to print my response or any of my opinion letters which stated my platform of what I would do to make the State of NH better for the people. Is it so hard to understand that no matter what my belief in the U.S. is beyond reproach?
The newspapers aid the NH government and VA official’s in stopping my VA medical care to stop my opinion letters. The publishers are correct that there is no law to allow a 100% disabled veteran to run for public office or get medical care by keeping the public informed through the press. Ethical and moral responsibility can only be developed through pride and caring for others as you expect they would for you.
It is like my phone just rang. It is my VA Psy. He takes pride and responsibility in his job by going out of his what to help all veteran’s. The problem is he is a front to make the public and the editors to believe that I am getting adequate medical care. I can not get pain medication and when I see a doctor the VA orders me to, I get charged for it. You people have no idea of the pain and dizziness that exists in my body at this very second. You the people can have no idea what it is like to not under stand if I really did come home. You do know that my pain of being here exists probably because I volunteer to help others. I look at the scare on my upper leg from when I jumped to stop it all a few months ago. I can not leave so I help others even if it is only in my mind as I lay here for eternity in a benjo ditch. Freedom can only exits if we the people take moral and ethical responsibility to make the future better for all. Peter Macdonald Sgt USMC

Life and death, just talk 3-1-09

Life and death, just talk 3-1-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
How can any one ask to be taken off my email list? It is not like I am talking about a subject that does not concern every person in the U.S. Your guaranteed rights as an individual given to you by the United States of America. Does this not matter to you and you and you? The NH Sunday news wants to know why businesses across the U.S. are going bust and how it is effecting you and your neighbors. To start one of the biggest reasons is people (including editors) have become to passive with Human rights. We the people have; seemed to create a utopia around our own lives. We are to afraid of losing what little we have to disrupt the trusted controlling powerful people to speak up. The perfect example is telling the world that the NH supreme court covered up criminal violations of our constitution to inflict pain and suffering on others by judge Peter Fauver. Fauver allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers to inflict pain and suffering on other Madbury residents for personal retaliation. The editors refuse to print the opinion letters. The NH government continuously violates our constitution to stop my opinion letters. The NH government and federal government have conspired to harm a 100% disabled veteran by stopping my VA medical for service connected disabilities. The United States has taken a silent approach to see if NH gets away with these criminal violations of our Constitution. We elected government officials that think of their own pockets first and the United States of America second. I have written every single NH elected official every day and not one will even look my way. I have violated no laws. I served this country as a United States Marine. I volunteer every single day to help others since I came back in 1974. I am that One Hundred Percent service connected disabled Veteran. My emails clearly state that Judge Fauver and the NH Supreme Court violated with intent to harm U.S. citizens our Constitution. This Statement can not be libelous because it is sent to over 2800 emails every day.
This is a life and death situation. No one wants to see people Killed. Is this not what happen during the revolution? Is depression, hardship and death the only message that a civilized society reacts to. What ever happen to communication? No one wants to listen if it is not their own pocket books that are going to be enriched. What ever happen to freedom of speech and our Constitution.
The VFW, American Legion, Veteran’s Today internet magazine and many others have boycotted me. I speak the loudest to let every U.S. citizen. I tell what is destroying what the U.S. once had, yet my words are silent. It is not being taken off my email list that should concern any one. It is you telling the world that the United States of America is for equal rights for all the people all the time. Our trusted elected officials have gotten us into this mess by their concerns for self profit and power before what is good for this nation. Newspapers using the power of the press to allow the NH government to stop a free election is called censorship and can not be tolerated.
Ask not to be taken off some ones email list, Ask how your words can help bring the United States of America back to we the people?
