Motivation and Death 3-18-09

A Friend of mine from college died yesterday. He was years younger than me, actually he was my wife’s good friend back then. He never served in the U.S. Military but this is why Veteran’s are created to allow freedom to let you be what you want to be! Jim had his passions which helped him through the obstacles of life. A newly married fifty something, Jim loved to paint portraits of buildings, people and nature. His new wife is everything to him, along with his daughter. Jim just a few years back lost his teenage daughter to natural causes. Jim was an architect in his professional job but a good friend to those whom ever had contact with him. We have been close friends many years and now he will be guarded by those Veteran’s that never made it back from protecting our freedom over the history of the United States of America.
I can use Jim in my letter today because that is what freedom is. Life is to short and we never know when it is going to end. Here is a man (me) that has been writing letters for years now. Sometimes talking about how many times that I have tried to end it. I relive a time brought on by events. I do not even know if that time ever ended. Is this why your freedom means so much to me? Our government has prolonged exposing the violations of our Constitution to intentionally harm U.S. citizens and the newspapers refuse to print the opinion letters of someone like me. I have not violated the Law. I volunteer every day to help others. My VA medical care was stopped to stop my opinion letters. I openly tell the American people that Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal. Fauver knowingly allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers to seek and get retaliation against other Madbury NH residents. U.S. Rep from NH Shea-Porter used her federal powers to attempt to take my freedom by using my medical disabilities. She even filed a criminal complaint using deception. How can a U.S. Veteran, 100% disabled tell (expose) such criminal acts and the newspaper’s not inform the people. Freedom of the Press is what Veterans gave for.
We use our children to protect our freedom and when (if) they return they are U.S. Military Veterans, the lost souls of our society. The NH Supreme Court covered up Fauver’s criminal acts to protect their monopoly on power. When a 100% disabled Veteran can present a case to the NH Supreme Court to stop government wrongs and be shot down, something is wrong. NH saw this as their chance to shut me up by declaring me a terrorist and taking my freedom. I have made my case public by never stop writing about it. Because of this learning how Veteran’s across the U.S. are treated has astonished me. Neglect and cruel punishment for being the ones that came back alive. Unless helping Veteran’s fits into the budget with out limiting political pet projects or helping someone get elected we are set aside until needed. To stop a 100% disabled service connected Veteran’s medical care to stop opinion letters is just to much.
I am proud of what I did as a U.S. Marine and just as proud to stand up and give back here to help others and defend what so many Veteran’s have given for. Our Constitution. It may be careless to use Jim in my letter today. Talking about Jim’s death makes me kind of get it? Why you that never served just do not understand. Freedom gave Jim the ability to be what he wanted. Freedom is what allows you to unknowingly miss treat Veteran’s because you trust your elected officials to represent veteran’s also. Jim’s life was to short but let it remind you of what U.S. Military Veteran’s are.
We gave so that freedom allows you to not print a Veteran’s opinion letter exposing wrongs in government. Justice can only exist if the Constitution protects everyone equally. This is what makes the United States of America so great.
