It seems that I am not good enough to talk with you governor even thought I have a receipt for money that I paid to do so. It seems that you Shea-Porter criminally violate the law and Constitution to stop my opinion letters of you. The news refuses to print them any way but they do print articles to harm my character to interfere with a free election. Can one disabled U.S. Military Veteran be such a danger that even his opinion will harm THE CONCORD CLUB MEMBERS public image that this individual should be fingered by our government. I have violated no laws yet the truth that I place in each of my letters is viewed by our government as a danger to control the public perception of me. Governor you changed the number of words allowed to be sent to you by email to limit my letters. Should not the public word be your concern? Should not the public welfare and the Constitutional rights of the individual be primary in both your goals?
I am a 100% disabled Veteran from the Vietnam Conflict. My medical care has been stopped. Last week the VA gave me a physical. On my ride over and during the appointment my left eye would not stay open. I had to think it open each time. Dr. McCullom as the appointment ended winked with his left eye many times toward me. I do not want to infer that he was mocking me but? The appointment only lasted a few minutes any way. This should make our elected officials happy because you are the ones that had it stopped to stop my letters. The primary words of our Constitution is ALL MEN SHALL BE TREATED EQUALLY. Can this be true, only if we are a member of the concord club? Shea-Porter you should be happy because your criminal acts has placed my health on a downward slope. Should the public be informed of the truth or is your image more important than the truth?
Our government is based on truth and the welfare of the people. A 100% disabled veteran brings a case of criminal violations of our Constitution by judge Peter Fauver to the NH Supreme Court. The NH SC covers up the case. The Case is brought to elected official only to have the news and our government harming the character of a U.S. citizen to alienate the public from learning the truth. Our government uses the State and local police to attempt to intimidate me. Fauver uses the local sheriff to interferer with my day to demonstrate his power. Washington DC sends the secret service to my home several times to inform me that they are the power and we must obey. The courts are here to protect the people from government wrongs, at least that is why we created them.
I do not feel good today. My head is thumping at the beat of my heart. My ankles keep giving out as my legs tingle from my back and hip pain. I read the paper over coffee this morning in down town Durham NH looking at the front page to see if it was the Stars and Stripes. My reality kept feeling their! as if I was dreaming that I was back in the world. To many parts are incomplete to assess how to best complete the mission.
No governor or elected official should have the power to limit or stop any U.S. citizen from having the right to speak to them with out having to pay first. No newspaper should have the right to censor the opinion of the people at any time. Life exists here only to be if you are alive in the seconds that follow each in time.

The NH Attorney General gets a false search warrant to spend millions of state dollars in a which hunt to find something criminal on a developer that someone in the government does not like. The worst part is that this happens everyday to average citizens struggling to get along. Joe or Jane Smow want to sub-divide there property to sell to pay college tuition for their children. Someone on the Zoning board or government official does not like this person, believes this person does not deserve what they have or some other personal reason that has nothing to do with what is proper or legal. They use government authority to delay, cost excessive money or sway the vote to deny. Now the average citizen is stuck with paying a lawyer (whom will suck you dry) trying to prove that the wrongs were committed. Evidence and minutes disappear or the judge rules inadmissible because he favors those that placed him in office and control his promotion. Our elected officials favor those that can improve their public image so the average no body gets placed on the back burner. It is like yesterdays letter on the Exeter Hot Dog Vendor being harmed because someone does not like him. The Attorney General is to represent the people not aid retaliatory government persecution of the innocent.
The people of the United States and NH must wake up. The government has made you believe that I am a terrible person. I am a 100% disabled veteran that even today will volunteer to help others because I care. I have violated no laws but what I did do is piss off the Madbury selectmen and Judge Peter Fauver. These trusted government officials criminally violated the law to harm other U.S. citizens. The NH supreme court covered up the case when it was presented to them. Every one wants to shy away because they see the power that can inflict harm on them and their families if they speak up. I paid Governor Lynch good money to speak with him but we never met. The NH government has taken my freedom, money and more to scare me. My family and friends are harassed by the State and local police. Fauver uses the local Sheriff to attempt to intimidate me to stop writing opinion letters exposing their criminal acts. U.S. Rep Shea-Porter used her federal powers to inflict pain and suffering on me. The VA stopped my medical care for service injuries to stop my letters. Some Combat related. I still volunteer my time to help this Madbury Family because government can not be allowed to dominate the people.
Kevin Guay is someone. He is just like you or me. He may have more money but that is no reason to allow government authority to inflict pain and suffering because some one does not like him. You will be next without even knowing whom it was that you Pissed off. The unbiased press will taper their facts to aid the powerful leaving the average reader to believe Guay is wrong and the government is right. The evidence is only opinion letters favoring Shea-Porter are printed until they start to dislike her.

Here is a Man that conducts a business that in a way benefits everyone in Exeter NH. He does everything legal but because someone on the farmers Market does not like this man trouble starts. People with authority start picking apart every little thing to find ways to evict or dismantle this business. Never looking to pick apart the wrongs that the Farmers Market is committing. This is the United States of America why do the sides not talk and the people with authority not choose sides. Lets work for and achieve prosperity verses turmoil. A farmers market is for small business and farmers to exchange ideas and products with the community. Does not a hot dog vendor fit in that definition. Can the editors of newspapers understand even though they are a private business that their responsibility, ethics is to bring unbiased communication into the community.
This is like the family in Madbury NH that had a small business. Selectmen Hodgeman did not like this family. The selectmen spot zoned this property to cause hardship on this family for retaliation. Judge Peter Fauver committed the most grievous of criminal acts in the history of NH. The NH supreme court covered up the case when the people presented it to them. The editors took the government side and criminally violated the ethics code of unbiased reporting of the facts. When I volunteered my time to help this family the government put me in jail as a terrorist. The NH State and local police have harassed my family and friends. NH Rep Shea-Porter used her political powers to medically harm me. Then when nothing else works my VA medical is stopped.
Yes I am 100% disabled veteran. I have been stereo typed mental and the public tells me to take medication all the time. I refuse to take medication because why should I see life that way. Freedom is something WE the U.S. Military protect and defend for you. Enduring the pain even as my legs tingle and the feeling in my arms is lost from my broken back I still volunteer to help others and do family things. I step out of sight of others when the shooting pain in my head cause me to slump. I hear less than 50% of what is said around me from the nerve damage from being blown of the runway during a Vietnam offensive. I have no memory of my brothers, sister or parents growing up from another injury during my tour as a U.S. Marine.
The NH governor charges me money to speak but we never do. Is not the government here to help the people and the newspapers to spread communication unbiased? I write because it is my way of telling our elected officials and judicial branch about what Judge Fauver did. The reason that I can write such letters exposing criminal acts by judges and elected officials is because they are true. I have no idea where the words come from or why I can write. I have no idea why or how to wire or plump a house but I have done several friends homes. I was hit by a car several years ago because I crossed a street wrong. In my head I was on convoy deep in the bush. I asked the corpsman to shoot me right there so I would not come back to the world less than a man. Can the mind be such a strange evolution that traveling between worlds and time has no domination. The strange thing is that most likely I will never remember this letter. Letters are something that happens as I cross over. The Hot Dog Vendor is just a Cambodian local that I helped while on convoy one day and now during the boredom of waiting for the next mission, I place him back here in the world hoping some day that I will come home. What a statement, Sick of Life? Getting attention, making people aware, being good enough to have your letters printed in the paper. Government, in a free society has dominated our freedom. Once a nation where people cared about others has turned to a nation where the citizens need to protect their own and forget about others. We give tens of millions to other nations that hate us with the belief that they will see us in a better light. A nation of the people for the people is now a place where elected officials protect government against the individual citizen guaranteed rights lessoning their political power. Call it for the good of the majority, limit public awareness and place judges that are aware of their political necessities, this is what the U.S. is now! Sick of life because the few are controlling by using the Communist theory of diminish the opposition slowly until dominance is achieved.
I should be an outrageous lunatic, but I am not. I believe so much in the people of the U.S. and what I learned our forefathers stood for. I should become violent for what is happening to my life, but I will not. I can not become violent because my life is not the life that matters, it is your life and your families, it is the U.S. that matters. I should become silent and live as all others in a tranquil setting of just accepting the wrongs for the good of peace. I can not because I did something in my life where the pride will not allow this. I became a U.S. Marine. I took an oath to protect and defend our Constitution. Good men and women (our children) are giving their lives for what? So you the American public can have a pass se attitude of protecting what we did it for? Violence in civilized society should never be necessary. Knowing where one comes from can be an important part of life. Can an outrageous lunatic be a U.S. Marine that came back to a nation that does not want him? Can I be someone that for over 30 years filtered through life and never have been here? I came to a land that I do not belong!
The NH Supreme Court covered up a case of criminal acts by judge Peter Fauver presented by a citizen. No one cares because the news media and government have stereo typed this U.S. Marine a lunatic. Government officials and the news, violating the one document (Our Constitution) by harming a citizens character to stop any public awareness to these criminal acts They are doing this with the Courts protection.
The people should be outraged. I have volunteered every day in some way to help others since coming home over thirty years ago. I do it for you the American People. Do you not believe that this 100% disabled United States Marine has the right to stand in front of the NH Supreme Court and lay out the criminal acts of Judge Peter Fauver. I gain nothing out of this except to full fill my obligation as a U.S. citizen. Can we ever be so sick of life that the U.S. no longer matters? WE have NH elementary students giving their class money to WWII Veterans so they can travel to DC to witness the memorial. Nine percent of these same children will some day serve in our military, for what? To come home to a place that is Sick of US… I am a 100% lunatic that cares about you.

Confused, suicidal-where do I want to go? I am a no-body caught in a world that just does not make sense. You endure the pain of your disabilities but people do not believe you are disabled because you do not show it. VA health care is to help Veterans back in the world but the politicians can cut you off to stop your opinion letters. Government officials use the law and courts to control people that do not obey their demands. The courts are used to enforce these demands legal or not unless one has enough money or public support to stop them. They are called the goody two shoes or the righteous ones. The moral perfect citizens until you look in their closets. The average citizen is to scared of loosing what they have to speak openly to stop this minority. Support is silent until it can benefit those trusted with the power of the people. Elaine and Ed Brown had the American dream until the law showed them not to speak to correct the wrongs in government. The newspapers inflame the public by denouncing the free sprit of the individual. All newspaper articles are now tainted to support those willing to control the majority with out mercy from an unnoticed way. The Marine in Loon NH that is praised for saving a cops life one day and sent to jail the next because some one with power did not like this Hero.
The pain in my back will become unbearable today as I volunteer to help others. My mind will wonder off to my alternate worlds as others see me as distant. The wave of a tree will bring back the boredom of the conflict and the hawk killing the pray will remind me of a time unacceptable to where I am. Shooting pains in my head will only be handled by the cover of a rock or wall so others do not have to be concerned. The bloody nose will end my day of volunteering because society will want to show pity.
Living in a world that does not make since. One day I am tied up at a camp fire deep in the bush only to kill and escape to save freedom. I come back to a land that gives me everything accept freedom. People question my not knowing anything because no one can grasp the idea of full amnesia. I volunteer to help others because that is what even in the Marine Corps believing everyone needed help was my passion. Helping the farmer in the Bush or the Marine with a dear John letter. Volunteering to help fix a childs bike or helping other Marines fix a 272 million dollar launch catapult.
I volunteered to help a Madbury family that the selectmen were using government powers to drive them out of town. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to help the Madbury selectmen. The NH supreme court covered up the case when presented to them. The support that I get is overwhelming as long as these public citizens are not named. People are to afraid that what the government can do to a 100% disabled U.S. Marine illegally and get away with it will be far worse for them.
I have done nothing wrong. I have violated no laws. I volunteer to help. Can this be my punishment for coming home to a land that I do not belong. I must go volunteer now because pain is my way of stopping the depressed state of mind.

Newspapers like the Maine Portland Herald and others want to get new readers by giving away papers to get the new readers attention. May be if the editors from across the nation would print the unbiased truth no matter whom it hurt, the readers would come. Can any one understand that it is the people that matter. Private businesses are at the mercy of the people because we in an odd way control if you survive or not. A free source of information is the opinion of the people yet editors are compelled to edit and change what the people are saying to meet the papers point of view. The people care about the editors point but they also care about what is the truth about their communities, towns, state and country. A free nation is where the people can communicate freely about wrongs in government as a means of correcting the wrongs. Newspapers feel compelled to alter the truth to inflame the public to sell more papers. The people want the truth not hyped altered facts. Once the trust of the readers is gone the stereo type RAG will be the start of the end. A free newspaper may be nice but one must question if something is to good to be true. See there is that word again, TRUE.
I am a 100% disabled veteran that has my good days and bad. Suicide is something that I put aside everyday. It is odd because I have no memory of what my life was before the Marine Corps. I remember some things since and others as the entire day of yesterday I have no memory of. I can write letters as if I remember things but some facts are forgotten and others are retained by rereading past letters. I can have conversations with people as if nothing is wrong with me other times my mine retreats into it’s own world. I can not forget the long boring days of just waiting. The excitement of the mission being blown off the runway only to get right up to continue the mission. Braking my back for the safety of one of my men during an offensive. People want and need to read the truth because that is how understanding what we did it for comes alive. The people around you may be hurt if you commit the act but now I realize will I even be aware of others. People question my disabilities but can you walk in my shoes. The pride of when I killed to escape and get my M-16 back this civilized society continuously implies was an inhuman act. Can you the readers have even a chance to understand if our opinion is not published or God forbid edited to some other view. A view of some one that has never been there. Some one that never served in our Military.
The blogs and underground sites make it possible for me to volunteer my time to help a Madbury Family. The town selectmen use government powers to harm and retaliate against local residents they do not like. Judge Peter Fauver used the power of the courts to aid these selectmen in their criminal acts. The NH Supreme court covered up the case when presented to them. Is it inhuman for me to kill as a U.S. Marine for your freedom or is it inhuman for you to loose what so many over the history of the U.S. have given their lives for to be in VAIN?

It is a game played with the lives of our U.S. Military. Politicians believe that it is their right to jeopardize the individual constitutional rights of the people if they can have more for themselves. Judges have become so powerful that to question authority is out of the realm. Editors believe so much they are a private business that they publish what they feel is in the best interest of the readers. Forget the ethical obligations and the unbiased truth. They tamper with the truth to hype up the story to increase the readership. Innocents no longer matters to the news or authority. Hang everyone freeing society from those that are not good enough in their eyes. Our children give up their lives fighting for what? So you back here can ridicule and shame us when we return. Editors refusing to print the unedited opinion of the people. U.S. Military Veterans opinion disregarded because it questions the very reason our military exists. You question our sanity but we became what we are because of what we did for the U.S. The major response on the phone and blogs to my letter about NH governor Lynch is to ask the editors how they can sleep? Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal that is getting away with it because the NH Supreme Court covered it up. The Madbury NH selectmen are allowed to decide whom is good enough to live in their town. All others can be destroyed using government powers, sanctioned by the courts. The Governor Lynch can charge disabled Veterans money to speak with him and never meet. DO YOU HEAR WHAT I AM SAYING? The past NH election for state senate was fixed to help anyone else win other than me. Federal U.S. Rep Shea-Porter filed false police complaint to stop my opinion letter. She used her federal powers to have a VA Dr. attempt to lock me in a nut house. The VA after nothing else works stops my military health care. The news not only refuses to print my opinion and response to their articles they harm my character knowingly to limit public support. NH locks me up as a terrorist to stop my opinion letters.
I do not get mad or violate the law. I continue to respond in a peaceful manner trying to do what is right for the people of the United States of America. I volunteer so I receive no self gain. Lynch you charged me money two years ago to speak openly with you but we still have not met. To charge a voter money to speak with a public official is wrong but that is how important I believe our conversation would be. Do not feel as if you are out of the loop because newly elected State Senator Amanda Merrill stopped talking to me the day she was elected. All the Concord club members have stereo typed me a nut and only talk to me when I can benefit them in some way. You know the subject, it is wrongs in the NH government. Some people have told me that my letters and subject are repetitive. Any one individual can not have any Constitutional rights diminished. The Madbury selectmen used government powers to openly seek and get retaliation against local resident that the selectmen do not believe are good enough for Madbury NH. Judge Peter Fauver used the power of the court to criminally violate the Constitution. The NH Supreme Court when presented this case covered it up. It is the peoples obligation to bring up and correct the wrongs of our government.
I am a 100% service connected disabled Veteran. I have four separate disabilities three are combat related. I am one of the nine percent that join the U.S. Military to defend and protect our constitution for citizens like you that never serve. Your silent belief as the majority of society that we should not have come back alive is well felt by even todays returning military. The parades and jesters are a nice touch but the innuendos and attitude toward veterans returning is strongly felt by most if not all veterans. The rules of engagement dreamed up by politicians that never served limit our military in action. The prosecution and neglect of those that gave when we return mocks the false sentiment portrayed. Fifty some odd years after WWII veterans return, a bus is chartered to transport these heros to DC to see a memorial. You can not feel or understand what we went through and we can not explain it to you. Silence is the norm driven into returning veterans to limit the questions and innuendos civilized society stereo types us if we divulge our problems.
I served our nation and I am not good enough to speak with you?? The Newspapers censor my letters but my letters go out to over 2800 people. Judges, courts, police, politicians, newspapers and many more. Blogs across the nation publish my letters. I am not going to knowingly KILL myself, so lets get that clear right off the bat. It does not matter any how? People do not care about anything except what is of immediate concern for their self interests. Newspapers no longer print the unbiased truth because they believe that they are a private business that can choose for them selves what the people want to read. Advertisers are putting in fewer ads so the newspapers are getting thinner believing less news means more profits. It is sort of like the U.S. has reached a turning point where the only chance for survival is to _ _ _ _. The NH governor charged me money to talk, but we never did. We live in a civilized society. People should want to talk to solve other problems and maybe your own self interest would be met. Police create charges and mock up social issues as in Epping where the man fired a rifle during his daughters graduation party. Dumb act that needs to be corrected for public safety but at what cost. Tens of thousands of dollars in prosecution to punish a man that did a stupid thing so police can look great on mocked up charges influencing public out rage. Selling newspapers with articles written with the truth in a bogus manner to make a profit rather that print the unbiased truth.
Ed Brown and his wife protest paying Taxes so the government teaches them a lesson using our laws. Years later the government brings more charges to highlight to the public, never question authority. Newspapers do not print the truth they tell what will sell more papers. The perfect example is Joe McQuaid editorial about Sharp-eyed readers lie in wait. Once the star of a free nation now the newspapers (a private business) mock the thoughts and concerns of the citizens that question. Newspapers no longer print the unbiased truth or publish the opinion of the people. The Brown family stood for the meaning of the U.S. Maybe they did it in the wrong way but losing everything is not enough keep them in prison for the rest of their lives. We have become a nation where communication has faltered to protect the powerful connected parties. The people protest silently by buying less papers. The advertising dwindles so the papers get thinner and eventually go bankrupt. The powerful parties now have control.
These thoughts are coming from the mind of someone that is not here. It is kind of like the Marine in loon that one week saved the life of a police officer and the next week a police officer that did not like this man harasses him. The Man whom lives in the world of combat and back here, you can not grasp. The newspapers persecute this man with bogus articles. The public sees a tainted picture and the law is made the hero. The public wants to be outraged at me. I have a great life, family and more but where am I?
The powerful do not want to communicate. The editors censor what this nut has to say. Volunteering has become my means to survival by helping others believing that there has to be an end to not knowing. You the public want to hear the truth but you can not get it. Self interest and self protection make you protest life in Iran rather than see the destruction of your very own nation. Newspapers praise sending Veterans to see the WWII monuments in DC rather than point out, not accepting those that come back to a place we do not belong. The editors refuse to inform the public that the governor charged a disabled veteran money to talk. Can death be the only solution?

Channel Seven News out of Boston is sitting in down town Durham NH for two days to interview Professor Collens about his child. Can there be nothing better to report on the news than an innocent man that made a dumb mistake? Every one is tired of hearing about Judge Fauver criminally violating the constitution to help the Madbury NH selectmen run local residents that they do not like out of Madbury. How would you feel if the selectmen did not like you? Can you imagine being run out of town. This happens to too many U.S. citizens. Police or government not liking someone and using government powers to destroy these peoples lives with the help of the news.
100% disabled U.S. Military Veteran Blows His Brains out in a Car, he did not notice that the lights had changed. Can you grasp the magnitude of the investigation that should happen? Will there ever be one because this U.S. Marine probably never came back from the Vietnam Conflict. I remember this song blaring over the Armed Forces Radio as the sniper bullet passed with in inches of my head. TAD to Vietnam twice to repair gear between my second and third convoys as an American Adviser. Why do I re-live this? Am I here or there? Maximum TAD hours seventy two, twice but the memory is as if it is now. I remember nothing but then like driving the car here is where I am. Do I exist now or then? Grasp the Magnitude of a 100% disabled veterans medical care being stopped to stop this veteran from writing opinion letters of government wrongs.
People every day tell me that no one can be a husband and wife so much in love with each other over 30 years and still be happy. My life if it is not fiction can not be true. The VA helps veterans, it is the law. Newspapers report the facts it is the ethical norm. People stand up to correct the wrongs done to others so it will not happen to them. We live in a society that the Constitution protects us against government wrongs to allow the people to control government. A 100% disabled veteran volunteers every day since seventy four to help others but is alienated by the very people that he helps. Can a society exist if I am not here? Did I come home to a place that will not accept us?
The news, (not just channel 7) (all news) would rather destroy a person by manipulating the facts (not violating the truth factor) to inflame the public even if the person is innocent. Then other times if the facts will correct the wrongs in government if they harm a person with a good reputation (power) the news will not even investigate. The NH Supreme Court covered up the Madbury case to protect the monopoly of power over the people. The facts exist in public record. An innocent U.S. Marine is put in jail as a terrorist to stop opinion letters by police and gov officials miss using the power of government. Will this letter get me arrested again?

Has our society become so safe that now the less fortunate, ignorant, mentally ill citizens can lose their freedom for the sake of others. The homeless man in Portsmouth NH arrested 153 times, why? Drinking in public, he is homeless. Homeless, sleeping on a park bench. Or the latest trespassing on the RR tracks. Should this man be put away on a habitual offenders law? UNH Professor arrested for leaving his child in the car. I know and do not like this person but should not we consider that maybe he was ignorant. He left his child in the car because the child was sleeping. The professor was only sitting a few feet away hoping to hear the child when he cried. Dump act but a crime? Can we label free speech a crime if the justice department can for see a threat with intent even if the author meant only to enlighten the public on government wrongs. The newspapers write articles to inflame the public to reduce the sympathy for the bad side of society. (Less fortunate) Has our society become safer or the birth of a society where Hitler wrote the program?
The pounding, throbbing pain in my head from my MC disabilities continuously over the past few day makes my left side of my face tingle and my eye closes involuntary. The tingling in my legs from the pain in my back limits my sleep. The difficulty in justifying (WHY) my actions in the reoccurring memory that just will not go away. The actions of people around me wanting my help but do not hear my words. Strangers willing to need and want me to help them never to remember my short time in their lives that a stranger gave. The NH government pointing the finger at me but refuses to respond to the government wrongs that are identified. Police (State and Local) disrupt the life of my family, friends and me to make the point the my actions are angering government officials. The local sheriff sent by judge Peter Fauver to inform that the opinion letters pointing out this judges criminal act can not be tolerated. Federal Rep Shea-Porter filing false criminal complaint to stop a U.S. citizens opinion letters. Shea-Porter using U.S. Marine Corps disabilities to harm another U.S. citizen. But she goes free to do it to others. The VA stopping a 100% disabled Veterans medical care to stop this veteran. The VA suicide hotline pushing this disabled veteran into suicide. This society has become safer for some but did this disabled U.S. Marine ever really come back? Does reality really exist in my world even if my world does not exist accept in my mind?
There is no points to my letters because no one hears my words. I am like the Marine (or any U.S. Military) laying in the benjo ditch waiting for the action to start. Will I be the one to die? Will that round eyed girl back in the (world) states ever get to meet me? Whom is she? The questions just ramble through your head, then it starts and you no longer care if you live or die. The mission takes over and your life is nothing except a machine to complete the mission to protect and defend our Constitution. You indiscriminately kill against the norm of a civilized society to make the U.S. citizens safe even for the less fortunate, ignorant, mentally ill or even the rich responsible because our society is based on a law that all must be treated equally. There is an entire side of this civilized society that can understand and wants to read letters from Veterans. What more important aspect of a newspaper than the opinion from Veterans that gave for this nation. People believe that since I can write letters and fill these letters with facts over and over that my disabilities must be a fake. The News and others flagg or censor my opinion. The VA stopped my medical care and they are waiting to pounce on me as an example to the power of government to catch some one cheating this great nation where all have equal rights. I have not hidden anything from you or the government. I speak openly and freely about my life and what I do. I broke my back during a Vietnam Offensive. I have nerve damage in both ears from being blown off a runway during another Vietnam offensive. From a Traumatic Brain Injury right out of Parris Island I have no memory of any part of my life before boot camp. Every day since I came back my mind re-lives what and where I have been. Volunteering is the way that I choose to attempt to live in a society that can not accept people like me. Some people want to understand what it is like but society blocks the truth to protect it self from the atrocities of what we did. Veterans understand and want to read opinion that tells the truth but do not want to reveal the silent demons that they have hidden for so many years. Some Veterans opinion do not make since to you individually BUT?
Volunteering allowed me to learn how to survive in a society where reality makes no since. Helping others is how I made it in the Marine Corps and how coming back gave me a chance to see, what we did it over there for. I believe so much in this U.S. society that exposing publicly that Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal is the right thing to do. Fauver allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to use government power to seek and drive local residents they did not like out of their town. The NH Supreme Court covered the case up. NH elected officials and Federal officials would rather protect the legal empire than represent the values and responsibilities of the U.S. citizens constitutional rights and stop judicial miss conduct. Enduring the pain and discomfort from my disabilities is a small part to give for a nation that so many gave their lives for to help the U.S. to continue to exist. Communication is what a civilized society says is the way to solve problems (Not Violence). The NH governor charged me money to speak but never met with me. I have been shunned and ignored by all government officials. The news media censors my everything. The VA stopped my medical care.
When in a alternate world attempting suicide has been my goal to stop the mind from trying to accept reality. Reality makes not since. For anyone to ignore the words of a Veteran. Not just me. Any veteran because Veterans have done something for you that society just can not conceive the gravity of. Our letters may be in coherent to some but the words ring so true to those that have been there. Should the ones that kept your voice from being censored have their words censored just because this civilized society can not accept the atrocities that made us this way.

Some one wrote an opinion letter about the comparison of the Vietnam Conflict to the disgust and disgrace of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. I wanted to answer it on the comment line of the computer but the words just would not come. My opinion over the years as I volunteer has been greatly formulated by my experiences during my tour. I left the U.S. with no memory from a car accident right out of Parris Island. An admin error sent me back to active duty and over seas with the memory of a child. There was nothing in my mind of where I was from or even any member of my family. I was seventeen and referred to as a U.S. Marine. I learned and worked to eventually become a Sgt on truck convoys deep into the bush of Thailand, Laos and Cambodia delivering surplus supplies to friendly camps. I was TAD twice to Vietnam by chopper to fix some Absorbers (brakes systems on the side of a runway to stop fighter jets) for less than seventy two hours each time. My mind was developed by the deadly experiences lived through each day to fight for a nation that only existed in my dreams. The base of my knowledge comes from a Marine Sgt with no memory other than of living in a world where killing is the norm for a nation someplace on the other side of the world that existed to me only in other peoples words.
I would read in the Stars and Stripes about protests and Politicians back in the States making decisions on how we did our job. I was an American Advisor on Convoy with orders not to lock and load until in eminent danger of death. Some one too scared to join the U.S. Military is telling us this? I was deep in the bush where I stopped the convoy at a friendly village for the night. I was taken by three, late that night from the village whom were the enemy. Tied up and taken to their camp site. I escaped and kill one to get my M-16 back. This boy that I killed could not have been but maybe ten years old. This was one of the proudest moments of my life at the time. I come back here to the world (US) only to have people not willing to give to defend their nation mock and despise me. I go out of my way to obey the law and volunteer to be accepted in a nation that does not want us. I learn about the Constitution and the reasons it was created. I stand as a U.S. Marine for a nation that was build on the pride of the people for the good of all the people equally with no exceptions.
The Madbury NH selectmen use government power to harm local residents that the selectmen do not want in their town. Judge Peter Fauver violates the constitution to aid these selectmen. The NH Supreme Court covers up this case when it is presented to them. The NH government and press go out of there way to stop me from making the facts public. My VA medical is stopped unless I stop my opinion letters. Some of your children will go off to Iraq or Afghanistan to fight for a belief. They will come home to a nation of people not willing to stand up for their own rights. These same people will write opinion that mocks The Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan jobs that we did to keep politicians that were to scared to serve (have a legacy impressive) was with our lives.
We are the Men and Women that fight for your freedom and you do not even appreciate it.

A deep opinion of something no one wants to hear. A repetitive opinion of pain and anguish of a life that does not exist. Sympathy has nothing to do with it. Real life seems to exist, it just can not be found. A society that wants everything but does not want to follow the rules as others. Imagine talking and no one hears you. Just look and see if ones own mind can live in a society and never really be here. You the people do not need to hear about my TBI. Never knowing what it is like to be a child in NH growing up with brothers and a sister. One day getting off a plane and being spit on and called a baby killer to think how nice it is to finally be back in the world (US) and welcomed home. It is as if I have everything and can not get out of the benjo ditch in the bush. Was I really a U.S. Marine? Did I come back or read it in the Stars and Stripes?
I went to a graduation party and talked with a lot of people. My questions and participation the entire day were never responded to. My grown children and wife did as they wish never hearing what I was saying. I went to watch the baseball game to think if reality was here. Writing letters is something that I learned because the MC came out with an order that Marines had to write home once a month. I talked to people through the mail for thirty one months that I had no memory of. Writing letters became easy but remembering what I said never happen. Following orders was what I did because there was nothing else. The graduation party was like distance was coming between my mind and the reality of being a U.S. Marine. These children most if any will never serve in the military. All at this party have been accepted to college. My talking at the graduation party was like mist blowing in the air.
Killing is wrong but as I stand here watching this child fall to the ground pride overwhelms my mind. I wipe the bayonet off, pick up my M-16 trying to decide if going back to the camp fire and killing the other two or get the convoy moving again. I run through the darkness of the bush to the friendly village and silently wake the drivers to move the convoy. The deep opinion of a demented mind where is it. Can this be a repetitive letter or a letter in the mind of a Marine waiting to die in a benjo ditch?
The Veterans administration does not hear my complaints of illegal actions by them. State and Federal elected officials do not hear my words of criminal acts by judge Peter Fauver and others. The police State and local use harassment to silence my opinion violating what we are over here to prevent. Newspapers silence my opinion as if the U.S. Marine Corps is to be used and extinguished before coming home. The NH governor charges me money to talk with him but it does not happen. I am in a world that I do not belong.
Can the mind of a U.S. Marine be extinguished by the editors censoring what we really are? Marines are created to do a job and society can not accept that we exist. The children will lose because that is where Marines come from (Your Child)

U.S. Rep Shea-Porter was written about in the opinion page of the Concord Monitor newspaper today. This elected federal official is a self servicing, attention getter. She claims that her husband did 20 years in the AF so that qualifies her as a Veteran or Veteran representative because she knows what it is like. Granted the people that serve in the Military do earn awards and medals. Personally other than the Medal of Honor these medals and awards are deserved by every single U.S. Military personal. To award these 50 years after just does not make sense. If the military record qualifies you then it must be awarded. If it is not then the person in charge should be fired for not issuing it when requested. What or why would anyone want to expose their family to memories of war by hanging reminders on the wall. Shea-Porter filed false police criminal complaints to get me arrested to stop my opinion letters about her. Nothing was done to her. She then used my Military disabilities to attempt to stop my letters. The VA then stopped my medical care to as any reasonable person would see it to help Shea-Porter. Ask why the opinion letters telling the public are censored by the Newspapers to protect Shea-Porter?
Does the general public understand that our military even today give so that your rights under the constitution are not diminished. Should editors be allowed to censor or edit opinion letters telling the public of wrongs in government? If my telling the public that Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal for using the law to allow the Madbury NH selectmen to criminally violate the Constitution to harm other U.S. citizens he has legal recourse if what I say is not the truth. The Madbury selectmen have the same recourse if my words about them using government powers to discriminate against people that they want out of their Town. Should Governor Lynch be allowed to charge money to speak with him about NH. He did. Should NH officials be allowed to use the State and local police to attempt to scare and intimidate a citizen that uses Freedom of speech to expose wrongs in government? Should the editors be allowed to use the newspapers to stop the free voters choice by stopping the free flow of facts about candidates running?
The public may not like my repetitive letters but I volunteer to help people every day. I receive nothing for helping this Madbury family stop the Use of Government powers to run them out of Madbury NH. Helping to stop criminal government actions the officials will use every illegal act possible to stop you. Freedom do we know the definition of this word? There is some one every day that questions my opinion. Never do the editors or the others question my facts because they are recorded in the NH Supreme Court records. They do question my medical disabilities once in awhile. Like my memory. I some times remember things, other times there is on memory of my wife or kids names. Sometimes I can recall events that happen other times there is no memory of what I did just a few seconds ago. My broken back is documented by way of x-rays and my loss of hearing from being blown off the runway is just fact by my medical records. PTSD well that is something that the government dreamed up. Since 74 when that Hippy Girl spit on me at the SF airport and called me a baby killer the civilized societies (condemning what we did) atrocities of my Marine Corps actions to survive signal me every day and night. They are memories that conflict with what is and what we did to keep our freedom.
Freedom to me is something that I believe that I earned, and we share it with a nation so peace has a chance. Freedom is allowing each individual to speak the truth and let other people know it. The truth may hurt people with good reputations but they are the ones that made their bed and must accept it. We have laws and rules to protect those less fortunate against government wrongs. People can not make up the truth to get even or damage someone. The truth is documented and if it is not the truth it is defined by the word lair. We have court action to stop such damaging people from hurting others by lairing. The people every day that comment about my opinion being repetitive must understand that this Madbury Family has been damaged by the courts and Madbury selectmen. Judge Peter Fauver used court powers to let the Madbury selectmen to discriminate by deciding whom may live and work in Madbury NH if the selectmen liked them. Can we a free nation with equal justice allow such a mockery of justice exist just because some one believes it is repetitive. The NH supreme court covered up the case to protect their monopoly over the people. Can you imagine a 100% disabled veteran believing so much in the people of the U.S. that he repeats these criminal acts to the people every day.
Freedom is a combat injured U.S. Marine losing his freedom for six months because the NH government must show the people whom is in charge. Freedom is a 100% disabled U.S. Marine losing his medical care because the government wants to demonstrate whom is in charge. Freedom is my allowing the government and police State and Local to harass my family and friends to stop free speech. Freedom is the peoples choice to stop such atrocities or accept them as a repetitive norm.

Can there be such a thing as GOD? For example yesterday someone responded to my letter with the caption LOONEY TUNE! I agree that there must be something wrong in my head. All my medical disabilities are Marine Corps related. Some are even combat related. There is a law to protect veterans requiring the VA to respond to complaints as requested by the veteran. I have in over 1000 complaints that requested that response in writing. Dr Potenza is the first response in writing. The letter told how the VA will still read my letters but not on a daily bases. Can the facts be that clear discrimination by the VA is accruing here? Can I have less rights than other veterans. The letter says that I have the right to go to the VA hospital out patient for services. I am a 100% disabled veteran that can not get treatment. Putting it in writing only makes a record to answer future questions if care was available. The records show one thing but reality is the care was not there. Reality is that this is not just about me. Reality is that this happens to many (even todays) veterans. Veterans are neglected or rejected because of some flaw or criminal act in the system. What about those veterans unable or unwilling to question the reality of what they are being told? Would GOD take the memory from a Marine in a benjo ditch and make this Marine dream of a land where the Constitution protects all citizens against government wrongs. Does a LOONEY TUNE have the right to think of GOD?
How can someone (A Disabled Marine) complain with written criminal accusations and be denied his guaranteed constitutional rights. The facts exist and are recorded in NH Supreme Court records. Retribution for my willingness to volunteer my time to help a Madbury NH family expose criminal acts by Judge Peter Fauver and the Madbury NH selectmen has been inflicted on me. The NH government has made the public believe that I am a LOONEY TUNE through the news media. The news media has interfered with a free election by censoring the facts and publishing articles that the truth is altered to defect the voters free choice. Would GOD protect a LOONEY TUNE?
NH, and even federal elected officials have taken a blind eye or criminally violated the Constitution themselves to cover up wrongs in our government. I have heard so many other Marines around me question if there was a GOD why would he create such a state as war. Can there really be a land where Equal Justice and rights exist in a document called the Constitution that we are here to protect and defend on foreign soil? I do not need or want your pity. My life has been filled with adventures and life altering events that people like you can not even conceive as possible. My goal is to make life better for every U.S. citizen even you. My goal is to make this nation aware of the U.S. Military Veterans returning and being unknowingly discriminated against because society can not grasp the mental and physical changes that silently grow and some times dominate these men and women that gave everything for your freedom. Your comments of my crying because things are not going my way could not be further from the truth. I served as a U.S. Marine during the Vietnam Conflict. I survived with four life changing disabilities received at separate times. Since I have come back Volunteering every day to help others, allows me to accept being in a place that does not believe in what (We) did. I killed before remembering kissing my first round eyed girl. I came back with no memory of how to live in a civilized society because of my head injury. I drive big rigs, wire homes, built houses, wrote and published two books, and have been successful at these and many other adventures. I volunteer over thirty years teaching children different subjects in schools and other places. My goal is to give so life can be better for you and future generations.
Can you even grasp if this Madbury family was your family? I volunteered because these people that I did not know asked me for help. Judge Peter Fauver used the power of the courts to allow the Madbury NH selectmen to decide whom can live in there town and those they do not think are good enough. Our elected officials and the NH supreme court want to cover up this case. As a volunteer they can not stop me. My belief in the U.S. is so strong that I will not quit. Last night after 9:30 the VA suicide hot line harassed me on the phone to disrupt my life. If communication is a civilized society’s means of solving problems why will they not speak with me?
Using my freedom and medical conditions to control my exposing Fauver in his criminal acts can and will happen to you if it is allowed to continue. The best thing that could happen to me is my death. This way my being proud of taking other human lives will no longer stop society from not accepting us. My ordering other Marines under me in life altering and deathly situations will finally be over.
Dr Potenza sent me a registered letter yesterday because I do not answer his phone calls. This gives them documents for my records if this becomes public. I can not get medical care or pain medication but the government waste money on registered mail. I do not need your pity. What you need is to realize that the government has gone to far.
We (meaning U.S. Military Veterans) gave to protect and defend your rights under the Constitution that you are allowing so few to diminish. Pity has nothing to do with it. It is everyone’s obligation to see that Our Rights are not diminished in any way.

Can we go another day? I can go on writing about the criminal acts of the NH governor and Judge Peter Fauver but if no one wants to make the U.S. better by correcting the wrongs where do I go? There are some out there willing to tell me where they would like to see me go! Can we allow the Veterans administration to stop a service connected disabled veterans medical care to stop this veterans opinion letters? Think how bad it would be for your family if the local selectmen did not like you for some dumb reason. The selectmen using the trusted power of the people are allowed to remove or eliminate U.S. citizens that they do not want in their town. It would kind of be like a country that did not like Jews. We could have gas champers or mass graves where the local residents that the powerful do not like placed and buried. Or maybe we could brain wash the mindless citizens to carry bombs to blow up groups of people that do not believe the same as the ones in charge. Can time be running out?
Governor Lynch refuses to speak with me even though he took my money for just that reason. NH state senator Merrill spoke constantly with me when she was campaigning but now is a member of the Concord elite and no longer cares. You do not have to like what I am saying. The truth about judge Peter Fauver being a criminal is documented in the NH Supreme Court records which the SC covered up. The powerful are so afraid that the public will learn that violating the Constitution has become routine. Can we go another day allowing U.S. citizens rights to be violated to make the government more in control. The newspapers refuse to publish my letters because the truth will make the people aware of wrongs. The newspapers went so far as to criminally violate the trust of their readers by interfering with a free election. Can we go another day with newspapers censoring the opinion of the people.
Judge Fauver used court powers to allow the Madbury selectmen to criminally remove citizens that they did not like from their town. NH put me in jail because I volunteered my time to help other citizens (that I did not know) that called and asked me. The NH government, police and VA are trying to use my medical condition from servicing in the U.S. M.C. to get me to commit suicide. I will not kill my self for what is happening here. Coming close is something that happens when my other life takes over and escaping leaves no choice. Can we go another day with allowing citizens to be eliminated because they dare speak (piss off) against a government power enhanced (muscle) leader. If what I write about were not true many years ago legal action would have been taken to stop me. They do not want the public to learn the truth, so they use government powers to violate the Constitution to silence me. Can we go another day allowing one by one those that the government does not like be eliminated. Can we remember past such a state. Can we see as history is being made in other countries such a state being used. Can it be that such a state is growing in our owns yards because no one is willing to speak up. I can not blame you because I volunteer every day and I have not violated the law but what have they done to my family because I volunteer to help others against government wishes. I got an email from Veronica today. She read my letter on craigs list. Many thousands of people every day read my letters it is hard to understand why the newspapers do not publish them. Any way Veronica told me about her boy friend whom everyone believes is crazy because he served three tours in Iraq. This illustrates what I have been telling you all along. People believe that U.S. Military that return and are no longer in uniform should just fit into society. Veronica in her email to me indicated that she is a wonderful (unknowingly) person just like my wife. She may not understand but tolerates and hope that we last another day because there must be some good in us that just has not come out yet. It is our dark moments that are very seldom revealed to anyone in the present but are our ever lasting ghosts. This is why society just does not get it. Our rambling opinion from crazy repetitive unpublished letters escapes yours and our reality. In Veronica writing to me, understanding that some day citizens that have never been in country may some day accept U.S. Military veterans coming home.
I, was in a way lucky because my memory was taken from me before I left the U.S. from a traumatic brain injury. Learning how to survive and live as a Marine gave me a chance back here. I volunteer helping others every day. Like yesterday enduring the back pain and throbbing head pain until finally blood burst from my nose. Suicide is not my goal. Being on the government statistic of U.S. Military committing suicide does not interest me. Although the scare on my leg from last year when I jumped from a cliff to move on to a different place to achieve harmony is a reminder. I volunteer to make life better for others because it is the right thing to do. If dyeing in this fashion shames anyone it will not be the Military. My luck is that with three other disabilities from the MC learning how to survive back here as taken me on many adventures. Doing things others can even believe as possible. Helping others in situations where no one will go but silently aids society.
We (and I can put my self in this place) came back to a place that we do not belong. I believe in the U.S. as a place where the Constitution protected all the citizens equally. The NH supreme court covered up Judge Peter Fauver criminally violating this law. Fauver knowingly allowed the Madbury selectmen decide whom was good enough to live in Madbury NH. Those that were not good enough are driven out using the government powers illegally. I volunteer to help this family and our government put me in jail as a terrorist, took my money, VA medical care and much more. The Newspapers censor my opinion letters to protect their powerful friends. Some goody two shoes that read my letter mock them. Many in the public like Veronica see what is happening. Another Mass politician is taken down on corruption charges. We in NH believe that this state is above this. Well guess what! We are not> Our political leaders and justice department use the trusted powers granted them by the people to inflict pain and suffering on those that they need to control. I read today another opinion letter in the paper about Shea-Porter and the great job that she is doing. The paper refuses to print conflicting opinion letters that tell the other side. Ask your self if so much corruption is going on why do the newspapers not report it until after the politician is out of office. It is because these trusted government officials are connections for the newspapers. These politicians while in office have so much control that no one dares speak against them until they no longer carry a big stick. Shea-Porter took office and the editors immediately started kissing her _ _ _. Shea-Porter filed false police reports to get me arrested, yet nothing is done to her. Shea-Porter used her federal trusted powers to have a VA Dr attempt to use my combat related disabilities to take my freedom. The VA stopped my medical care to help Shea-Porter stop my opinion letters. The newspapers and our elected officials do not care about the people, only those that can benefit their own jobs or life. It is not just Mass, right here in NH Governor Lynch charged me money to speak with him, yet we never meet. Can talking be the proper way in a civilized society?
The facts are public record of NH and the courts protecting Judge Peter Fauver in his criminal use of the Constitution to harm U. S. citizens. NH Supreme Court case 2003-0477. The NH supreme court covered up the case. Fauver allowed the Madbury selectmen to discriminate by using government powers to remove local residents that the selectmen did not believe were good enough to live in Madbury NH. I volunteer my time to help this family and my world is torn apart. I do not stop though. I continue to help this family against all odds because government powers can not be used to harm the voters that speak out on wrongs in government. The newspapers have done such a good job of scaring the people about me that my right to run for NH state senate was tampered with. Everyone wants to help, except those that label my letters as spam or repetitive. My letters are not spam because I do not just send them. My letters go to people that have the power and obligation to change the wrongs in government. My opinion goes to judges, lawyers, editors, government officials and more. The United States is our country and we must work to keep it free and equal justice for all. Everyone wants to help but no one does anything. Do not let politicians diminish our rights given by OUR Constitution.
The computer gives this 100% disabled veteran a way to inform the public of the wrongs, that judge Fauver is using court powers to create. A good family from Madbury NH asked me for help. I had never met this family before their phone call in 99. Can we the people allow rogue government officials to decide whom will be allowed to live in their community. People, this is discrimination and Fauver can not be allowed to inflict discrimination with his court rulings. The NH supreme court covered up the case to stop it from becoming public knowledge. You would think in this civilized society elected state officials would want to talk about this in a civilized manner. They not only refuse but use court and government powers to control and dictate that the little people must obey government orders. This is illegal. They (our government and judges) can not stop my writing opinion letters legally because they are true. No one wants to talk about it publicly. The governor took money from me for time to talk but he refuses to meet. I have a receipt. Our newly elected officials like Amanda Merrill NH State Senate was willing to talk while trying to get the vote but that stopped after elected. I have followed every legal procedure allowed by law. They have put me in jail, harassed my family and friends, took money and much more. They went so far as to stop my VA medical care for combat related disabilities. I volunteer my time to help this family. I gain nothing from helping the U.S. People, because the U.S. is ours not the governments.
I am confused. I honestly hope one of these times that I die in my attempts to end the memories of lonely ness and that I feel something for what this civilized society calls inhuman acts committed by me in the line of duty. I honestly feel like I am still there. I feel as if what I am doing does not make since. Why would a child be called a Sgt in the Marine Corps in charge of millions of dollars of equipment as an American Advisor on convoy deep in the bush. I had no memory of the U.S. I had no memory of anything because of Traumatic brain injury. What is happening to people back here according to what other Marines told me can not be. I feel like I escaped the homeless veteran scenario to be wrapped up in a conflict of rights. Dropped into a society with no memory to attempt to see how a Marine trained to kill would react when all is gone. This U.S. Marine has been alienated from speaking to the governor or any elected officials. Governor Lynch just tell me why? Why I came back alive? Why nothing makes any since to what the U.S. is suppose to be? I am a United States Marine that will respect the Constitution at all costs but I will not be violent against another U.S. Citizen. This is the United States of America where each individual comes before any government powers. Why am I here?? The largest newspaper in NH, front page asks donations to pay for a funeral. Give me a break. We all have bills. On the same front page donations are asked for, to help a Coe-Brown girl go to college because her mother died. She smoked, drank, burned rubber in the Coe-Brown school parking lot when picking her girls up from school. The paper made it seem cool burning rubber where children could get hurt, by writing it on the front page. The paper refuses to tell stories about homeless veterans or veterans being denied medical care because of lost records or to stop some veterans from writing opinion letters. Why am I here, are the words spoke in times of desperation or lonely ness either waiting for the engagement to start or as the conflict rages around you. These are the words most U.S. Military Veterans have asked themselves one time or another. Should these be the words a 100% combat related disabled veteran should be asking while trying to survive in the State of New Hampshire?
The news refuses to tell of NH elected officials charging money for a voter to speak with them or just refusing to speak. How about the news refusing to speak about how they wrote articles to sway the voters not to vote for one candidate by printing half truths. Then they refuse to print that candidates response opinion letters stating his platform. The news refuse to tell NH that the VA stopped my medical care to stop my opinion letters. I do not burn rubber in any school parking lot but I do volunteer every day to help others. Why am I here?
I like Dr Dan. He is my VA nut doctor. He is a person that cares about the people that he treats. The VA is using him to tamper with my medical care to show that the VA is treating me. Dr Dan called me this morning but? There is no answers. I collapsed a few minutes ago in the arms of my wife. My back gave out. I broke my back during a Vietnam Offensive this is one of my four disabilities. I asked for pain medication over a year ago. The VA refuses but does send me to a civilian DR, then sends me the bill for the visit and medication. The VA suicide hot line called me several times this past weekend. The VA is using manipulation to try to get me to commit suicide. Why am I here. Or better yet why did I come back to a civilized society that does not want us to come back.
This is the NH judicial branch demonstrating not to tell publicly that Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal. I volunteer to help a family that I do not even know because they called me and asked. Judge Fauver uses court powers to help the Madbury selectmen decide whom to allow to live in their town. The NH supreme court covers up the case. People talk but do they really see? This homeless veteran that I met under a bridge on the NH seacoast yesterday profoundly entered my mind. A brief encounter with a person whom appeared down on his luck. My facts may not be perfect but my need to convey this to anyone willing to listen. Daily my mind goes back into a place reliving life as a U.S. Marine. I see the face of the child that I killed, but even more so is the deep empty space that surrounds me as I sit complacent with death in a benjo ditch asking (why are we here)? I came back to enter the civilized society (a place that I have no memory of) that soon will be threshed upon me is unwilling to accept my kind as I stepped off the plane. Today, here under the bridge, I soon learned is a U.S. Veteran from the Vietnam Conflict. He married his high school sweet heart in his final year of college. I believe he was ROTC but that may be an assumption. He was a LT in the Army. He did a thirteen month tour in Vietnam about 5 meters from the DMZ. His daughter was born while on his tour. He came back, with an honorable discharge getting a good job and living life to the fullest. A few years back after his second child was born he started seeing his wife as a VC on and off. One day he just left believing that he might hurt his wife unknowingly. He has traveled across the U.S. working on and off trying to understand. He carries an old picture of a young lady, being his wife as he remembers her the day he left. He still loves and cares about her but never over the years went any closer than to see her from a distance as he watched his children grow. He gave up everything for the safety of his family with out telling a soul about his visions. People see this man as a bum homeless on the street.
I shared my take out last meal with this man as we talked. He came to NH because one of his grandchildren was now living up here. It was a bit of travel from the Midwest (where his wife is) for this now aging veteran but he wanted to see his grand child and family from a distance. Forgetting why I went to the coast I gave this man my last five dollars and left to go the bank. When I returned this veteran was no where to be found. I remembered later while thinking of this Veteran that suicide was my goal on the coast that day. I have everything any one could want in life except a memory of my child hood. Here was a U.S. Military Veteran that gave everything up for the safety of his family. Stereo typed as a bum he watches from a distance the family and country that he loves. No one knows or will even try to understand the difficulties that take over the mind of our returning U.S. Military even from todays wars and conflicts.
Society and the VA talk about preventing suicide among veterans, but do they really see what a returning U.S. Military veteran is?

With the Web and Blogs, no opinion should be censored. People may disagree or think others opinion are a waste of time. That is your choice. At one time Hitler was believed-in by the people that followed him. This was their choice. As a lot of other people disagreed with Hitlers view and when he tried to take over the world was rightly stopped. Your opinion should not be cut because some one did not like it. Editors hate to see my letter each day. They censor it because they believe my opinion is not worth publishing for fear of pissing off the (right) people. Finding other means to get the word out as a nation we the people can celebrate. Newspapers are a form of communication to inform the public. When editors believe any persons opinion is not to their liking, as a private business they are free to censor it. This may be wrong but that is the price of freedom. The truth as I see it can be delayed but not stopped. The peoples opinion especially when it documents wrongs in government should never be censored. The web allows editors to let the people read and decide for themselves. You-any one individual may not like my words but they are honest and truthful. I volunteer so what I do is of no gain to my self or family. It is hard to believe someone would put his life, family and everything else on the line for his country. This is what our U.S. Military do every day that they serve. We are the people that defend and protect your freedom so people can tell editors that Good Changes are censoring opinion that is not liked by some.
Can you imagine having your medical care for combat related disabilities stopped as a weapon to stop your opinion? Are judges so above the law the NH supreme court is allowed to let a judge like Fauver violate the individual rights of U.S. citizens to benefit the power of the Madbury selectmen to dictate whom is good enough to live in their town. Do editors have the right to censor opinion of the public that exposes these wrongs in government because certain readers do not agree with this opinion. Was this not Hitlers view of domination by the third Reich? Can you imagine NH governor Lynch taking money from a 100% disabled veteran just to give this veteran the time to speak with this elected official? Then the governor never meets. Is not talk the civilized manner to correct the wrongs? Can you imagine the impact on a returning (even today) U.S. Military that this civilized society rejects even if the rejection is unintended but believed by the Veteran. Do we remember Hitlers impact on life.
I went to the seacoast yesterday to kill my self. It was the homeless man under the bridge that I shared my last meal and coffee with. He was a Vietnam Veteran lost in a society that he could not understand. Here was a person with nothing, willing to live homeless because he did not want to burden others with his memories. I gave the man my last five dollars and left. I forgot what I had gone to the seacoast for because of my memory lapse from my head injury TBI. I went to the bank to get money, but when I returned the Veteran was no where to be found. These are the people forgotten and left homeless Good Changes can and do hurt the most.
Why because we became veterans so Hitler could not grow here in the U.S.

Concord Monitor censors public opinion letters from their blog. I write in response to a letter about no shows at memorial day parade and it is taken off the blog with no reason given. Granted my subject matter is one that no one wants to talk about but it is here. The paper prints a letter from David which ridicules and denounces U.S. Military Veterans which documents societies hidden agenda with our returning veterans. The newspapers and the public do not want to hear the truth. You have some mystical belief that your child going off to war will do the civilized acts and come home a hero. Truth be it, was is hell! You the public can not conceive that every moral, civilized fiber instilled since child birth is removed by the time you escape boot camp. We, the now veteran go far away and attempt to survive to keep you the people like David safe and free. The unlucky U.S. Military believe coming home alive is the best thing in the world only to realize once back silence and death are the only ways to be accepted. We become this way because the other side (enemy) do not play by your rules. The other side plays to win at all costs because they know returning to their dictators without victory, death will be better. The Concord Monitor as all the other newspapers censor this Veterans letters with the belief it is the right thing to do? Are the two sides (our country or theirs) different?
I have volunteered every day since coming back in seventy four, 100% disabled from the Vietnam Conflict. David as the other righteous do gooders believe we invaded Vietnam and destroyed it. We, the U.S. Military gave because your politicians (most whom never served) sent us to do a job. We lived and survived uncivilized, inhuman conditions to complete our mission only to be hampered by righteous politicians giving the enemy the advantage by restricting us to a civilized manner of war. We come home to be labeled baby killers and alienated from our communities because we are not the promising child that left. I was lucky finding volunteering made me feel whole again as I believed showing honor and respect to those that will never come back by helping other citizens have a better life.Lets talk about the comparison of Vietnam to what NH is doing to a 100% disabled veteran. Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal using the power of the court to dictate that the Madbury NH selectmen can dictate whom is good enough to live in their town. The NH supreme court covered up the case to retain their monopoly of power over the people. A newspaper opinion letter today asked Why people did not attend the Memorial Day parades to say, thank you to the Veterans? I write letters everyday telling of criminal acts by the public and our elected officials against veterans. Where are the people? I wrote a stunning letter yesterday about the American Legion and VFW yet the people do not care. The VA stopped my medical care, no one cares. I write about homeless veterans on the street, or the ones being denied medical care because their records from service to this nation were lost. The newspapers stereo type my opinion as libelous so they are censored even though blogs across the world publish my letters every day. You can Google my name and all my letters will come up. The truth is a powerful weapon, but censorship by editors of the peoples opinion can destroy truth and a nation. Our elected officials would rather waste money replacing sand on beaches for political leverage than spend on a veteran. Suicide among veterans is caused by society not understanding what happens to a child that goes, only to return a U.S. Military veteran with the demented since of survival over correctness. The safe guards built from child birth to boot camp by our upbringing is completely removed by graduation from boot camp. A U.S. Marine is born for the primary purpose to Kill to protect and defend our Constitution. This society trains us, sends us to do a job and when we return prosecution or alienation is bestowed upon us for what we did. The truth is so upsetting that the newspapers censor it to protect the public from knowing the reality of war.
I am 100% disabled from four separate disabilities received during my tour in the USMC. From my head injury no memory of my life prior to my 31 month tour overseas exists. I came back to a nation (with no memory) that would rather spit on me and label me a baby killer rather than listen to my words. I have many times tried to kill my self but the flash in time ended just before it happen. Reality (if it exists) is that I came back to a place that can not accept us for what we became. Guilt ridden for coming back when so many better than I will never, volunteering became my reality. Every day since 74 helping others to try to show respect and honor so what so many have given in defense of the U.S from the beginning will not be in vain.
Volunteering to help a Madbury NH family I came across a judge (Peter Fauver) using court powers to harm local residents. Fauver use court powers to allow the Madbury selectmen to decide which local residents deserved to live in Madbury NH. The NH supreme court believes they are above the law so they refused to hear the case when presented to them. I am put in jail, my medical for combat related disabilities is stopped, and much worse to stop the U.S. citizens from hearing my words. The American Legion from Manchester NH booted me off the club property because Shea-Porter was coming to a picnic open to the public. Shea-Porter used my medical condition to try and harm me.
The Memorial Day parade is not for Veterans. This day is for politicians and the public to tell each other how much they care and are doing for the U.S. Military Veteran. The newspapers across the U.S. will censor this letter because the truth is the hardest thing to believe.

Why has the American Legion and VFW alienated me from their veteran organizations? Across the United States people are becoming aware of my letters and asking to read them. Veterans Today Web Magazine has increased their scribers to over 86 thousand and they sometimes print my letters. Veterans Today lists me as a staff writer. I was invited in the beginning to have a web page on Veterans Today so Veterans across the U.S. could read my letters every day. That stopped after a few months and now I am blocked from the site except when notified that my new letter is being published. My letters touch home to so many that hopefully it helps all the people. There are the homeless and forgotten veterans just getting by, because of lack of medical care or understanding. There is the returning veteran even from the conflicts today that will some day lose it because of the silent war in their heads. I silently skated by in life happy and feeling as the luckiest person in the world for what I have. Believing volunteering every day was my reason for existence. Everyone that gave so that the U.S. could be free with equal justice for all my volunteering gave respect and honor so that giving their lives would not be in vain. I never talked with anyone about the memories that tormented me every day. Are the leaders of the American Legion and VFW so afraid of politicians that they would leave a member on the street with no cover because this U.S. Military Veteran dares openly correct the wrongs in government. Will my letters free all veterans to be understood and cared for?
Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal that violated the Constitution and law to intentionally harm other U.S. citizens. Fauver allowed with the power of the court the Madbury selectmen to drive local residents out of town that they did not like. The NH supreme court covered up the case presented and documented with facts. The NH supreme court covered up the case to protect their monopoly on power. I volunteer to help this family even though I am from a different town and did not know them. NH takes my freedom, family and friends and medical care to scare me, to stop me. We have become such a politically correct country that the people are no longer a prime concern. The American Legion and VFW which are organizations made up of Veterans has become obsolete. Members show power but are an asset only to influence the political parties by numbers of members only for leadership influence. The American Legion and VFW raise money not to help other veterans in need. The money raised is to help children with college money or disabilities. It is used to party and the travel of leadership. Veterans are as with the politicians only helped when it can be to the advantage of the help-e.
Do you know why I can write a letter like this. I am a Sgt in the United States Marine Corps. I spoke honest with my men no matter what the outcome. I will speak honest with the people of New Hampshire and the United States of America because the consequences for not doing so can end this nation. Readers of my letters far exceed the Veterans Today numbers. The Politicians may not see me coming but I will be there.

I am a fifty seven year old person. Why do the memories of my days as a child in the Marine Corps never leave me? Why do I talk and no one hears me? Like yesterday many people that never responded to my opinion letters before responded to my Memorial day letter. Yet the editors and elected officials refuse to acknowledge that I even exist. Many, many people read my letters every day yet do they hear what I am saying? Can this be real? I am 100% disabled from my time in the MC. I am the luckiest person alive because I came back. I came back with no memory from a traumatic brain injury. I build and learned everything in my life since wakening up in a Military Hospital. The MC shipped me overseas with no memory at all. I did a thirty one month tour in and out of combat situations learning as I went. I kill before I remember kissing my first round eyed girl. I came back and learned to volunteer every day because I needed to give because many better men than I will never return, given their lives for your freedom. I came back with three more disabilities from separate missions only to have the VA stop my medical care to stop my opinion letters. The checks and balances in our system fail when elected officials control the power, yet no one hears me!
People tell me that in a civilized society people talk out their problems rather than use violence. Yet our elected officials charge me money to talk, they never talk to me! I ran for NH state senate this past election only to scare those in power so the election was fixed. Do I exist or am I still in that benjo ditch from long ago? I write about returning veterans being left out in the street because of failures in our system. No one hears my words but they do listens to them. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case presented to them by me that detailed and documented the criminal violations of our Laws and Constitution by judge Peter Fauver to intentionally harm U.S. citizens. Placing the facts in letters, by me made public so many times yet no one hears my words. My letters tell the people that a judge is a criminal getting away with crimes against the people would be criminal if not true. People cry about the state of the economy but no one hears the words documenting the criminal acts of the leaders spending the money.
I live in two worlds but does anyone hear my questions of reality. I many times have come back to realize death is near as the demons of my conflict, flash in my mind. Months ago I jumped off a cliff fully aware, with out the demons only to have the wind lift me to the top of a birch tree that safely lowered me to the ground. The scare on my upper leg has faded as the memory will soon.
I am a 17 year old U.S. Marine on convoy as an American Advisor deep in the bush. I crash land in a c-117 or catch a fighter jet doing 600 hundred knots with a tail hook. I am blown off a runway only to get up in time to catch the next pilot in need. Enemy mortar blows the out house that I just left and a sniper bullet passes with in inches of my head. These memories never leave can the people hear your child when they return from.
You the people back here can not see what is in a Veterans head but trying maybe you can hear. We gave to protect and defend our Constitution so that freedom existed and equal justice for all would continue. Save the nation by hearing the people.

A day to remember those that gave their lives over the history of this nation as members of the U.S. Military in a war or conflict. Joe McQuaid writes a great editorial thanking those of the Salvation Army for their volunteer hours. What was Joe thinking? This lost perspective can be seen in all newspapers ethics these days not just the UL. The papers no longer want to inform the voters of what the people want and need to know. The editors believe (and it is true) that they are a private business and they can do as they wish. The near sighted might see it this way but in a free society it is the consumers that make the ultimate choice. I am a strong believer in volunteering. I have volunteered every single day since seventy four when I returned from a conflict. Memorial Day has become a day to celebrate and party without thinking of those that will never come home. It is as our society has become complacent with their responsibility to protect and defend our constitution. The U.S. society would rather let someone else stick their necks out verses risk anything themselves. Our children join the U.S. Military go off to fight and some come home to be called Veterans. You can not become a U.S. Military Veteran by joining the Salvation army.
The UL as all the newspapers in NH refuse to print my letters. I am a 100% disabled veteran. I regret every day that I came back alive. I have as many other veterans that returned tried to commit suicide many times. It is not what NH and the rest of the U.S. has done to me (as well done to many other veterans). The fact is that explaining even to the VA the ramifications of living in two worlds never ends. The belief that silence is necessary to protect the innocent society from dead reality is a myth. Silence of the demons is necessary because society can not grasp the reality of what we did. You label us baby killers yet you were unwilling to go. You lose our medical records so you can reject us from medical care for disabilities received defending your rights. You stop our medical care to stop us from writing opinion letters that the newspaper will censor anyway. Society is so complacent, the blind eye believes Memorial Day is for the veteran when it is so that society can rationalize their lack of understanding.
Memorial Day is to remember what they died for. If the newspapers refuse to print opinion letters that document Judge Peter Fauver criminally violating the constitution to harm other U.S. citizens. Fauver allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers to drive local residents out of town because the selectmen did not like these people. This is as bad as the UL writing articles adjusting the truth to sway the voters choice against me when I ran this past election for NH state senate. All the newspapers refused to print my opinion letters explaining my platform to inform the voters. The election was fixed. The editors believe that censoring my letters will silence this U.S. Marine. My letters are printed on blogs and goggles every day around the world. What Joe McQuaid did to the memory of Memorial day is as repulsive as the citizens of the U.S. shaming every U.S. Military Veteran by allowing so few to diminish what so many over the history of the United States of America gave their lives for. Respect and honor what these heros gave their lives for that is Thank You enough.
