Response to question 4-30-09

Response to question 4-30-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Does the Veterans Inspector General have to follow the law. I send this government dept my letters every single day. I receive the acknowledgement that they received it every single day. I ask for my answer in writing, it never comes. I send my letters to NH elected officials every single day only to get the police at my door every once in awhile to tell me to stop writing. The VA stops my medical care to stop my opinion letters. The NH officials use the police and Sheriffs dept to intimidate me to stop writing my letters. My letters clearly tell the U.S. people that Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal. That Fauver knowingly and with intent to harm individuals violated our highest law, the Constitution. The NH supreme court covered up the case. Capt Joe DiGregorio of the Strafford County Sheriff Dept while detaining me, tells me that it is illegal to call a sitting Judge a criminal. These are criminal offensives by the people that we trust to obey the law. A Free Stator is arrested and prosecuted for cruelty to animals over a dispute with a tenant, yet nothing is done to these protected government officials. I ran for NH State Senate last primary only to have the Newspapers kill me with bad articles and refuse to print my response. The news refused to publish my opinion letters telling the public my platform. I tried so hard to kill my self a few months ago by jumping off a really high ledge. The wind caught me as I fell and blew me to the top of a birch tree. The tree stuck in my pant leg and lowered me safely to the ground. My only marker to remember is the scare it left as the tree stuck in my upper leg.
I did not try to kill my self over these criminal acts by our trusted officials. Suicide by veterans is a growing problem that our government refuses to recognize because no one will listen to what the returning veteran says. No one can identify the two worlds that we (meaning Veterans) live in. Are our two worlds real (whom Knows)? Can we and do we hide what we are going through to try to be accepted into a world that we do not belong. Are we mental defects because sheltering our inabilities to come back works in our minds and you just to not see it. I have a memory problem, yet I can not forget. I am proud of what I have done as unbelievable as it is to conceive. This civilized society can only reinforces the fact that my acts were and are criminal acts. Surviving living like an animal in sub human conditions day after day to be proud of just does not make since.
The irony is that what we (meaning U.S. Military Veterans) did is to painful for the newspapers to publish as an opinion. How can a civilized society learn why we kill our selves when you refuse to accept that it is better for all of us if you just do not let us come home in the first place.
Censoring the words of Veterans keeps the facts in a newspaper pleasant to read. Learning the animals that we became makes since why the VIG covers up the needs of veterans and this civilized society just does not care. Do not even think that I am looking for pity. I am trying to tell you what no one wants to know or talk about, (Veterans.

Veterans in NH 4-29-09

Veterans in NH 4-29-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
I sat in my car and cried yesterday. The overwhelming guilt of coming back alive when so many better than I did not. I helped people yesterday, volunteering in Alton and Rochester NH. On my way home I drove down Rt 125 in my Geo Metro convertible trying to make since out of the day. I went past the Lee circle and straight to a bar on Rt 125 in Epping. At the bar a young farmer from Kingston NH started a conversation with me about his girl friend in the hospital recovering from open heart surgery. His voice was in a tone that only a few intermitting words were in my range to hear. I lost most of my hearing being blown off the runway during my tour in the Marine Corps. The words that I did hear allowed me to understand and give some consoling words to encourage him but not elaborate on the social agenda. He noticed the words Marine Corps on my cap and asked if I served. I acknowledged that I had and he thanked me for my service as he exited the bar. Some one that I knew from past times at this bar then came in and sat next to me. He noticed something different about me and asked the question “What is up”. I then started to explain to this U.S. Military Veteran (friend) that it bothers me when someone thanks me for my service because I do not deserve it. I told him what I did for the U.S. during my Vietnam conflict tour does not even compare to those in the bush every day. I could not finish my second beer as the sharp pain in my head alerted me. The childs eyes as I pulled the bayonet out and he fell to the ground filled my head. I sat in the parking lot unable to start my car right off because of the tears running down my face. It was not guilt or emotions, coming back to a place that I do not belong made a U.S. Marine Cry.
It is like following the rules and laws back here does not matter. Judge Peter Fauver violated the Constitution to harm other U.S. citizens. The Madbury NH selectmen used the courts and government powers to drive local residents that they do not like out of their town. This family reads an opinion letter in the paper that I wrote and called me for help. I volunteer my time because it is the right then to do. NH violates the laws and constitution to stop me from exposing criminal government wrongs. The newspapers censor the public from learning the truth. The NH supreme court when presented the case covers up the criminal acts of Judge Fauver. I lose my medical care for combat related disabilities and my freedom unless I stop writing opinion letters. I lost all of my memory of the U.S. from one of my service disabilities. TBI. I came back to a nation that I do not remember or belong. I came back to a nation that thanks me with one hand and rejects me for returning with the other. What has happen that makes tears cloud my geo metro windshield /

Diplomacys Merits 4-28-09

Diplomacys Merits 4-28-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
My opinion tends to illustrate how the people just do not understand. One law for me, one law for the senators. The average citizen is handcuffed by our law makers because they want control. I personally am not for or against gay marriage. A union is a union if in a free world the parities involved want it. Freedom is not letting the government interferer with your right to be. We the people have diminished our rights by allowing those with power to deplete our rights to freedom. You are tired of my talking about Judge Peter Fauver committing criminal acts to harm this Madbury family. You are tired of my talking about my VA medical being stopped to stop my opinion letters. This is how they win. They slowly erode the little persons rights and slowly this scares the public from being willing to expose their existence to aid others. Laws that do not benefit the majority are laws that should not exist.
I have (as in the past) ask our NH elected officials for help. I honestly thought when our New NH senator Amanda Merrill got to Concord she would be some one that helped the people. You know I heard from her all the time during the election but not a word since. It is like a private society that tells the people one thing and does only what will benefit the concord society once they are in. Our biggest demise and advocate is the newspapers which for some reason protect the powerful with slanted news that strings the public along. What ever happen to reporting the unbiased facts no matter whom they exposed.
I ran for election this past primary only to have the newspapers refuse to print my response letters to their biased articles. It scares the elected and powerful government officials if I was to get elected. I would represent all the people with out hesitation to bring the U.S. back to the people. I would expose every wrong full act committed in our Capital to the people so the people can make a honest choice. It did not happen but I still write opinion letters. My letters are carried across the U.S. I have serious medical disabilities from my time servicing this nation. I do not let them deter me from doing what shows respect for those that gave everything over the history of this nation to protect and defend our constitution. These are the Boys and Girls that serve in our U.S. Military. You do not have to like me to realize that what my letters illustrate is the truth and the truth is what by your ignoring will some day destroy the nation you love.

Do you understand why 4-25-09

Do you understand why 4-25-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
I volunteer, I have not violated the law, I do this all to make life better for the citizens of the U.S. Newspapers mock Veterans with their cartoon about U.S. military not being able to identify the difference between hostile combat and rejection from U.S. citizens if we come home. We meaning veterans have given, to keep you free and the humiliation and rejection when we return just does not cut it. I met a Marine yesterday that came back from the Vietnam Conflict in 66. He was describing to a twenty year old lawn care person about dieing every second of every day. The words rang so true, as the words I have used so many times before. Someone actually knew what I felt for so many years. The situations of every day life back here which people can not conceive that some one whom is pictured as a outstanding citizen, can show no emotions or feeling toward others in pain or pitiful times. This was a man whom had been in trouble many times since returning because survival instincts took control in social situations that society could not understand or accept. People can not understand why we stand or sit with our backs to a wall or solid object when possible. People can not know that survival is to, at all costs complete the mission and once this happens this veteran joins a club that he can never leave. We return to a place that we do not belong, but try to learn silence is the only way to be accepted in. Having your complete social up bringing whipped out at boot camp and replaced with the need to Kill is reinforced in your memory with the practice until it can not be diminished. One night you kill a child with a bayonet to get your M16 back and escape, or you take a piece of the enemies throat out in your hand as you choke him. You watch one of your men cut in half with a deck pennant that snaps as the F-4 hooks and you just toss the parts to the side until the mission is complete. Can people back here in the “world” US understand that child will never come home. I volunteer every day because for some strange reason better men than me will never come home and I owe them this respect to not let what they gave for to be in VAIN.
I have four life changing disabilities from different times during my tour. I have to be thank full for everything the U.S. has given me. I can not let the NH supreme court violate the constitution against the peace and dignity of the U.S. citizens. Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal. Law enforcement tells me it is a crime to tell others a judge is a criminal. The NH supreme court was presented with a case that documented and proved beyond any doubt the facts. The NH supreme court covered it up. No matter how many laws and constitutional rights the NH government and VA have violated to stop me they can not. I am a member of a club that at all costs places the United States of America first. I publicly speak about the NH judicial being in violation of the law. I do it to make life better for all you, U.S. citizens. I do it because your children as U.S. Military give everything they have to protect the very rights you are saying can be diminished because the NHSC is to big and strong a branch of government to correct their wrongs by a citizen. I volunteer to make America better for everyone equally.

Response to Veteran 4-24-09

Response to Veteran 4-24-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls Rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
People respond to my letters every day. I want you to know that I read and respect every response good or bad. You All can say what you want but every thing I am doing is as a volunteer and for the good of the U.S. The problem is that the politicians commit crimes to stop me and the newspapers censor my words. I take each obstacle as a challenge because I believe the people of the U.S. are worth every effort no matter how uncomfortable or deadly it may be to me. People tell me all the time that I need medical help but they do not seem to read my words that the VA stopped my medical care. People tell me that I need medication but no one wants to listen. The VA now sends me to an out side doctor at my own expense and I have to pay for the medication. Money my family can not waste on such a wrong full expense. My head pain is great at the present time and my left eye is closing on its own but this letter is most important.
A response the other day told me to get over my memory of what I have done. I have four disabling injuries from my time in the Marine Corps. One is a serious head injury TBI which left me with no memory of my life before the MC. I have a loss of hearing in both ears and a broken back both are combat related. My newest is something called PTSD. I agree PTSD is a crook. It is a debilitating memory that we must learn to deal with on our own. I do not believe in medication unless it is when the pain in my head and body is so serious. I endure a lot of pain because I do not want to be doped up when this beautiful country is my domain. You see I am fitting in to a world that I should never have come back too. Through all the obstacles I have managed a great wife and daughters. With good management my wife has struggled to give us as a family a comfortable life. She and my daughters have tolerated my forgetting things including their names at times. I respect this gentlemen opinion but to forget the he-ll that so many endured for your freedom would be disrespectful to our U.S. Military (past and present). I volunteer so what so many over the history of the U.S. gave will not be in VAIN.
The NH supreme court covered up Judge Peter Fauver committing criminal acts in violation of our Constitution. Fauver used court powers to allow the Madbury selectmen to drive local resident they did not like out of Madbury NH. These citizens that I had never met read my zoning letter and asked for my help. I volunteer because it is the right thing to do to help other citizens in time of need. All the criminal acts committed by our government and courts to stop me, (such as taking my freedom, money, friends, family and medical care) has not deterred my opinion that this is the greatest nation in the world and we must protect her. I stand tall even as the NH supreme court (our protector of the people’s rights) violates our constitution to silence my exposing government wrongs.
Ask the newspapers and the government if one Marine can tolerate so much wrong against him but not waver in volunteering to do right for the people is this not what the United States of America is all about. The NH supreme court can not be allowed to violate the very laws and the reason they exist.

In-ability to 4-22-09

In-ability to 4-22-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls Rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
The NH newspapers refuse to print my letters and the Concord Monitor because one or two people complained refuses to post my comments on their letter page. What type of freedom do we have. Is only the opinion of the people we like or those opinions that are liked printed. Has this diverse society become limited to only the select. I have not harmed anyone or called anyone names. What I have done is tell the truth. The truth scares people but it stands on its own. The responses from other veterans living in hell because they can not get out of it. (the place our minds will not let us leave) encourages me. This is the importance of the opinion page. I noticed in the UL today a letter crediting Shea-Porter for helping Vets. My letter about the truth of what Shea-Porter does will be censored. Can our freedom of the press be allowed to limit the truth from the readers. I personally like Shea-Porter and I voted for her. That does not mean I will not tell the truth when she violates the rights of the people. My Shea-Porter letter appeared in the Veterans Today on the web. It called me the author as a staff writer. Can you imagine the people that are reading my words. The words of someone that has been there and can not come home. What I did over there and what I have done back here are sometimes unbelievable. The joke in the UL yesterday defined what our U.S. Military over there feel. Home is a place that we do not belong and a place that will never accept what we have become. The UL with its joke illustrated the very thoughts of veterans yet the editor is unaware of its meaning.
The people that complain about my letters tell me to get medical help. The VA stopped my medical care. You just do not seem to be convinced. The newspapers call my letters repetitive but my health is not. What our elected officials past and present have done not only to me but the lost forgotten veterans on the street. The Veterans coming home now and in the future can not be tolerated to be forgotten. Yesterday a lady talked in the opinion page of a paper about helping Uganda soldiers with U.S. money. This is the attitude of the people and our elected officials. Help only the situations that will give the most imagine building publicity. Wasted tax dollars that can be diverted to pet projects that will do nothing but drain the budget. Forget the U.S. Veteran when possible.
Yesterdays letter had dark moments in it. Veterans across the nation and beyond contacted me to tell me (what you that have not been there will never know). Because of my head injury when that lady spit on me the moment that I stepped off the plane on U.S. soil did not hit me for years. This was the start of a mirage of people praising veterans with one hand and giving us the finger when no one is looking. Yesterdays letter should be a wake up call for your child that is coming home now and in the future. You that are complaining about me what will you think when it is your child or relative that joins the military and comes home as one of us ( A Veteran that does not belong).
The NH newspapers may refuse to print my opinion but I am a U.S. Marine and our country the United States Of America will all ways come first. Our elected officials and public may not want us (Veterans). The In-Ability of our mental state gives you the upper hand but I will not give up even with my death.

Veteran Suicide Jokes 4-21-09

Veteran Suicide Jokes 4-21-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
We all recognize that even today U.S. Military returning are not getting the care that they need. We realize that our Military are afraid to come home. The joke in todays paper “are we going to another country where we’re considered a threat. Yeah…home” highlights how we (Veteran) feel. You are tired of hearing my facts over and over. I have attempted to end it so many times in the thirty years that I have been back. Just a few months ago I jumped from forty foot high rocks to end it. A strong gust of wind blew me across to a birch tree where the top stuck in my pant leg. The tree as if it was bowing lowered me to the ground then it broke. I noticed the scare on my leg yesterday so I went back to see if it was true. I saw the top half of the birch tree pointing toward the ground at my missing keys. The letters that I write are repetitive as is my continuous memory of every day wittiness to what we did. Newspapers are afraid of scaring this civilized society to print this 100% disabled Veterans opinion. Returning U.S. Military today are being denied medical care and many homeless on the street. Do we all realize that the news media is censoring the call from veterans for help.
Leanna from NH in todays opinion writes how she would like to give to the Uganda soldiers. This is her right but what about all the U.S. Military over the years that this nation has ignored or left out in the cold because it did not fit a politicians pet projects. Many people praised my letter yesterday about Shea-Porter and her mirage of helping veterans. It is as if the majority of the U.S. Public believe that your rights will always be here. It is as if you do not see the need to protect your freedom. We are one nation in a large, corrupt world. Out of the many, many letters of support, there is always one telling me that my letters are repetitive. It can never be repetitive to expose Judge Peter Fauver using court powers to allow the Madbury NH selectmen to drive people that they do not like out of Madbury. The NH supreme court covered it up. It can never be allowed for the NH government and the VA to use a 100% combat related disabled veteran medical care to stop an opinion letter. People in NH and the U.S. would rather speak up and rally for the Uganda soldiers or others rather than speak for those that gave just so you would not feel the need. The Veterans administration has shut me out.
Yesterday my nose bust into a blood bath as my head pounded and my mind took me back to where I have been. The pain in my back increased as my movements got chaotic. Until my legs went numb and I came back laying on the floor. It is hard to hold a conversation with anyone because most of my hearing was left when I was blown off the runway. I do not want your pity or praise. I have no medical care.
I want you the people of the United States of America to realize that the veterans of today and tomorrow do not feel that we belong. Todays joke is a reality check to what those that gave for your freedom feel. It is like the “homeland memo warning about Vets”. Enjoy your freedom Leanna and the rest of you, because if you feel that it will always be here that it does not need you to protect it. Bye, Bye some day maybe the end will come.

Shea-Porter Response from Veteran 4-20-09

Shea-Porter Response from Veteran 4-20-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
NH U.S. Rep Shea-Porter is pressuring the Pentagon for answers in the death of a Pennsylvania Soldier. Veterans back in the U.S. that returned from Wars and Conflicts are being denied help and she is fighting what our combat troops are doing. She wants answers. Let me give her an answer. Our children go through grueling training that completely wipes out their social up bringing. These children now U.S. Military go off to some foreign country, under the most life ending situations and set up base camps. The conditions mentally and physically are something somebody like Shea-Porter can never understand. Days that never end as the next one starts. Pressure to complete tasks that can not be met, under conditions unbearable to endure with every precaution to see that mistakes are not made. The military will investigate why and see that it does not happen again. Remember these are children only a few week earlier. People die in war. Some goody two shoes back here in the states is going to judge what our children do in combat. Reps like Shea-Porter is what screwed up our military in the Vietnam Conflict and they are doing the same today.
Right here in her home state Shea-Porter used a 100% disabled veterans medical condition to stop this veteran from writing opinion letters. She also filed a false police report to get this 100% disabled Veteran arrested to stop the opinion letter. Shortly after this 100% disabled Veterans VA medical was stopped. The newspapers refuse to print opinion letters that question Shea-Porters criminal acts. Shea-Porter knows that Judge Peter Fauver uses court powers to harm local residents in Shea-Porters district. Shea-porter knows that in her own district the Madbury selectmen use the courts to drive local residents that the selectmen want retaliation against out of their town. Shea-Porter is aware of Discrimination by Fauver and the Madbury selectmen and she does nothing. Right here in Shea-Porters own state Veterans are being neglected had denied medical care for combat related injuries and she neglects her job. If the head lines are not big enough Shea-Porter sees no reason to help constituents. Shea-Porter is to busy to worry about the people of NH.
Yes and by the way Shea-Porter will tell you that her husband served over twenty years in the Air Force so she has experience. Opinion letters are the words of the people of the United States of America. Opinion letters that question Shea-Porter are being censored by the newspapers, has to raise questions. I am that 100% disabled veteran that Shea-Porter tried to put in jail and got the VA to deny my medical care. May be if the newspapers in Shea-Porters home state printed opinion letters we could pressure her to help NH and stop harming the children that we send to foreign countries to do a job. Give Shea-Porter my name, address and phone #, this is the reason that I place it on my letters. I send her a copy any way so there can be no reason not to publish this letter.

Blank Page 4-19-09

Blank Page 4-19-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
The Concord NH Opera director believe the closing of any sister community arts organization is a loss. Life is a loss if you can not afford it. We have people starving or Veterans returning from war going home less or with out medical care. We have children in need of help and schools with out enough funding. Our Politicians are so screwed up that the Governor wants to use tax dollars to rebuild the Alton Church grounds of peoples tax free summer camps. Our Federal government gives money to Banks to save their own retirement investments with our tax dollars. Stimulus money meant to help the people is going to repave Rt 101which is un-needed. Washington representatives are wasting trillions of dollars that we as a country do not have. The newspapers refuse to print the opinion of the people unless the editor likes the letter. People have become so obsessed with their own nest egg they have forgotten it is the United States of America that is our safety net that we are lucky enough to live with. Society has become two forces, the elite that believe their rights are a token asset that will always be there and the rest of us that sit back to scare to speak up for fear the elite will take what little we have. The Director has a point but maybe he should look at the big picture. We can do with out an Opera but can we do with out equal rights for all?
Some of those elite believe that my letters would be more interesting as a Blank Page. I love the word Repetitive that they use because I do not think telling you that Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal can be said enough. How would you like to be this Madbury NH family that Fauver allowed the Selectmen to use court powers to run out of town, if it was you. I do not believe telling you about all the Veterans left out in the cold after returning from defending and protecting your nation can be repetitive enough. Can you as a nation accept the VA stopping a Veterans medical care as a weapon to stop free speech. Do the elite scare the average person that much to let the other persons rights be violated because it can not happen to you? I am that 100% disabled veteran that has donated his life to making the U.S. a better place for all as a volunteer. I do not want your pity or your praise. I want you to realize what our children that will become U.S. Military have given you as a nation. Is it repetitive to ask people like this director to lift their blank page and show some respect for the very reason that WE THE VETERAN fight to defend that which you place the community arts organizations a head of “Constitution” Speak now because if it becomes a blank page: look out?

Clear the Air 4-18-09

Clear the Air 4-18-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Lets clear the Air. I do not want any pity for any part of my life. I choose the path to be a U.S. Marine and I am proud of every part of my service. What I did as all others, we did for the United States of America. There are always those two faced individuals that call our actions uncivilized or criminal. You notice those are the people that believe that they are elite but enjoy their freedom off the backs of others. We live in a difficult time where separate groups are diminishing our constitutional rights in the name of public good. The state goes after some one for the death penalty knowing it is a waste of tax money because it will never happen. We have county prosecutors going after the owners of bars to stop drunk drivers. Drive business under while wasting tax dollars. The newspapers believed that they had the public in hand but are now finding out that we the people are never locked in. Newspapers believe that they have the right to print what they want. This is true except the public has the right to ignore. The most important part of a newspaper and the welfare of the U.S. is the opinion of the people. Our children (U.S. Military) do not give their lives for freedom of the press. We do it for freedom of the people. When newspapers censor the people they are violating the peoples trust.
My letters are being carried by so many individuals across the U.S. that the response is taking strong aim governor. The individual is now becoming aware that the NH put me jail as a terrorist taking my freedom for six months before the bogus charges were dropped. Governor Lynch charged me money to speak with him but we never met. To top it all off the VA stopped my medical care for combat related disabilities to aid NH politicians in stopping my opinion letters. I ask everyone that reads my letters to ask their local papers across the U.S. why they are not printed.
The NH government and newspapers believe covering up Judge Peter Fauver criminal acts to use court powers to harm people is a must. I am just the opposite. I believe when a judge violates the Constitution he should be hung out to dry. The NH supreme court covered up the case and the newspapers censored the facts. The NH governor has used the police for harassment and the power of government to stop my VA medical. No matter what they do to me I can not let them get away with these criminal acts. It is your children that are and will suffer more and more if some one does not speak up. Most elite citizens tell me that I have carried this to far or to long. Their favorite line is that my letters are repetitive. Protecting freedom goes for ever. No time or word limit.
We have state senators as Jack Barnes and Amanda Merrill whom sit on their butts and claim to be public servants. We have Bradley running for state senate because he was not good enough for the federal level. These are the people telling you how great they are and wasting your tax dollars and diminishing your freedom. These are the public servants leaving U.S. Military Veterans to live on the street with out medical care because their pet projects are more important. Lets clear the air I am not asking for help for me. I am telling you that we as a nation are in trouble. My life ended when I came back to a nation that I do not belong. Lets make todays returning veterans be wanted and respected not just a political tool so the politicians can look good. Do you think Jack Barnes, Jeb Bradley, or Amanda Merrill will hear my word governor Lynch?

Rob Rowe NH Rep. 4-16-09

Rob Rowe NH Rep. 4-16-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Our State Rep believes that NH is becoming California East. Here is an elected official that ignores our NH Constitution when it guarantees the people (US-the public) the right to a redress of grievances to expose the wrongs in government. Never mind the newly elected officials in Concord right now like Amanda Merrill. They all talk about frugality and family values as an election toy to make people believe in what they are saying. Once they get elected they become a member of the Concord club, Republican or Democrat, pet projects take priority over the peoples needs after the election. We can vote these people out of office only to elect some one whom believes in what the news media and political power house allows us to vote for. I ran for state office only to have the news refuse to print my opinion letters stating my goals and platform. The news had no trouble printing articles harming my character in the public eye but refused to print my responses. This is a crime against the people. Every state Rep should be out raged about my letters no matter what district they represent because they expose criminal acts by judges and state officials. Ask your self if my letters are so repetitive and I have been writing them for so long can they be any thing but the truth. No one wants to talk about what my letters tell, only how can we make Macdonald appear wrong to quite the public.
We do not need radical changes in the state. What we need is elected officials willing to stand up for their Constituents even if it is against the Concord club rules.
Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to harm the peace and dignity of the State of NH. Fauver allowed using court powers for the Madbury NH selectmen to drive people that they do not want in their town out. Discrimination and miss use of government powers for personal retaliation can not be tolerated. The NH supreme court refused to hear the case because it questioned the dominance of power the judicial branch has over the peoples welfare. NH governor Lynch charged me money to speak with him and we still have not talked. It is a crime for an elected official to ask money from a voter to talk. These are harsh words but the truth is a powerful tool that will endure elected officials like Rowe worrying about California verses doing his job of representing the people of NH. We are talking about NH using a 100% disabled veteran that volunteers, medical care to stop this veterans opinion letters.

NH-U.S. Rep Shea-Porter 4-15-09

NH-U.S. Rep Shea-Porter 4-15-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Constituents of Shea-Porter are becoming disheartened. My letters about Shea-Porter have been censored from every NH newspaper because they say my letters are repetitive. I voted for Shea-Porter and for her victory party, she invited me. I am friends with her brother whom lives in Durham NH. My first letter about Carol was at the victory party were she told me she is to busy to listen to Constituents problems, she will be leaving that to her staff. The next day when I wrote an opinion letter about what she said the Dover Police arrested me. Case # 7002-42. When the Dover police released me after about a half day of integration Carol contacted the VA to get me put in a nut house using her federal powers. When this failed some how my VA medical was stopped until I stop writing opinion letters. Carol claims to be the Veterans best friend but she is in camouflage. She is a politician looking for the vote and does not care whom she steps on as long as the media paints the step in a good light. Is it insipid drivel from Carol or the editors censoring opinion that depicts the truth as a form of freedom of the press?.
I am not liberal or conservative. I am a 100% disabled Veteran that received 4 live changing disabilities while I served in the U.S. Marine Corps. Three are Combat related from separate missions. Carol never served but is the first to speak about experiences from her husbands career. The VA stopped my medical care and now every time they send me to a doctor I get a bill. If that Dr prescribes medication I have to pay for it. Carol does not care unless it can make her look good. Do the newspapers want to hear the truth. My opinion may be repetitive but so am I . Every day my mind takes me back to the bush. Carol can talk about her husbands time but did Carol ever stick a bayonet in a Childs gut to get her M-16 back and escape? Did she ever live every second as if it is the last because it was? I did not write a letter yesterday because I felt sick. It was not as most of you do. It was all the pain in my head and body and the need to keep busy to stop the memory of where I have been. I spent the day volunteering to help others. Yesterday was a reality check of a place in time where people like Shea-Porter boost about but do not even care to understand those that actually live with it. Carol does not care about the people only how she can get the people to vote for her.
Can any editor understand We are the freedom of the press because we are the child that gave our future to keep you free. We are called U.S. Military Veterans.
Are the words of a disabled veteran worth printing if they question Shea-Porter’s disheartened remorse to Constituent.

Just tell me why 4-13 09

Just tell me why 4-13 09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Fire ravages my home town of Alton NH. A child (U.S. Military) is killed in Iraq. Newspapers refuse to print the unedited opinion of the people. Veterans are left with out care or understanding for what we did. The government wastes more money because our trusted politicians are out of control. We the people are blinded by our own greed to take care of our own personal self image, before helping care for the U.S. I wrote a letter yesterday that on the Concord Monitor opinion page some one commented that I was hijacking this sight also. A disabled Army Veteran praised my letter. The flames that ravage my head everyday just seem to ignite over and over. The need to question where I am and how did I get here can not be answered. The Veterans administration refuses this 100% disabled veteran medical care yet people call me a nut. If the VA does send me to a doctor, shortly after I receive a bill. Volunteering every day for over thirty years helping others is held against me by society as a weapon. I was injured four separate times while serving in the Marine Corps. Once I wanted to come home from a conflict so bad, to a country that I had no memory of. I stepped off the plane to be spit on and called a baby killer. I ran for election this past primary to be blinded sided by the NH newspapers and government interference. We are setting fire to the quality of life to bring the need to want something to the child that has everything and never needed before..
Staggering Dept is the question of the day. People write and tell how contacting your elected official will help remedy the situation. Politicians only act when the results can in sum way make them look better. The newspapers censor the opinion of the people unless it is to benefit the profit margins of the newspapers. Shea-Porter publicly claims to be the angel of the Veterans. The newspapers refuse to print letters that contradict her self-righteous image written by veterans. Silence is the term veterans returning learned so well in our attempts to try to come back to a “world” that we do not belong. People tell veterans to stop looking for pity. Politicians freely give tax dollars to bail out big investors because it is their nest eggs on the block. The public writes and tells me that my words do not belong. My exposing wrongs by NH judges and government officials may scare the public. I see it as my duty, no matter what criminal acts our elected officials do to me to stop me, to publicly tell everyone. The newspapers and righteous do gooders may not want this but my words are being heard. U.S. Military give their lives so you do not have the need to feel for your freedom. We came back as U.S. Military Veterans asking only to be protected equally by the laws we felt needed to be protected. Don’t let fire ravage our home the United States of America.

Can Anger, Suicide Win 4-12-09

Can Anger, Suicide Win 4-12-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Fight forest fees. I use the womens room. We need laws. Fair Share, Leave retirees alone. Tough times for states auto dealers. Responsibility, please, Farewell, Fair point. The Federal government is violating the law to increase the budget on the backs of the people, says one letter. A Angry word was used in describing the outrage. Each one of these letters are from someone wanting the public to help in exposing wrongs. Some people are even angry over how the newspapers will blow a cause out of proportion to sell newspapers. It does not matter if the person is innocent or not. If the reason is, rage the public to buy more newspapers. The news can not be held responsible because of freedom of the press. If an opinion letter is written to respond to such inaccurate articles the papers only have to print them if they want and if the changes they make can make the opinion the editors. If a government worker does not like your fighting words they can manipulate the law to temper or even destroy your life. Then there are the righteous do gooders that will comment on the uselessness of your opinion which they will describe as looking for pity. A repetitive letter is one where someone exposes wrongs in government that is taboo to those above average citizen, known as the Concord Club members.
There are people like Kat, editor of the NH Free Press willing to devote their lives to making the U.S. better for all. It is a small, growing group that scares the elite in our government to the point where the law is miss used to sway public opinion against them. These are the people in every town that help and do not require even a thank you because. It is hard for a society that has never needed anything to understand to make life better for all, is the reason. To make the nation where you had no needs because of the people in the past that wanted more for the next generation (YOU). I am not saying that any persons opinion letter is worthless. Each letter has meaning and should be printed. The letters, unedited if it is in response to an article denouncing that individual by a righteous do gooder or government worker must be required to be printed. Our U.S. Military can also be labeled the special class as Kat. These are the children that go off to give so the next generation have more than what they had and they come back neglected Veterans. These were our children that had such great potential that returned useless.
Look around you and see the discrimination against Veterans and especially the disabled Veterans. Gay staff writers for the newspaper get there letters printed claiming discrimination and I am sure unedited. Can you understand whom I am. I am that Volunteer that came back from the conflict 100% disabled that you spit on, passing on the street. Discrimination against the average citizen you, those that never needed is the reason our economy is in such turmoil. Fighting Forest Fees is an issue but so is neglected Veterans across the United States. You can edit my comments but my word is spreading across the United States of America. Freedom of the people, not press.

Remove Peter Veterans death 4-11-09

Remove Peter Veterans death 4-11-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Flagg my comments, remove my letters from the papers, hide or cover up the truth for what reason? The fact that my opinion is based on documented facts that reveal that Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal. Fact is that the NH Supreme Court did cover up crimes against the peace and dignity of the State to protect their monopoly on power. Fact that the NH-VA is using my medical care for disabilities receive during my tour in the U.S. Marine Corps to stop my opinion letters. Fact that Shea-Porter used her federal powers to attempt to put me in a nut house. Fact is Shea-Porter filed a false police report to get me arrested and got away with it as she tried to stop my opinion letters. Fact that Governor Lynch charged a voter (me) money to speak with him and we still have not talked. Fact is that the newspapers are censoring my opinion letters to protect their dictated ways. The point is that I volunteer to help others every day and you honestly believe that I would hurt the country that I love.
I wrote a letter yesterday talking about a lady that I helped. I do things like this every day continuously. I have a head injury TBI that causes me to live differently than others. My memory starts as a U.S. Marine on tour. I did things in the MC that would make most people puke. Everyday, normal occurrences that we back here in the world do not talk about. Parts of my life that come back on me everyday since coming home. Head pain and back pain that disrupt my daily life. Yesterday my bloody nose that surprised everyone after for no apparent reason dropped in head pain for only a few minutes. Difficulties in hearing what others are saying or remembering whom I am or my own daughters names. You see I broke my back during a Vietnam Offensive and lost my hearing being blown off a runway during another one. I volunteer because for some reason I came back and I should not have. Reality is that I am here and I am not. The laws and rules that govern this civilized society do not pertain to others. I do not violate these laws and rules yet exposing those that violate them is your reason for expelling me. Continuing to volunteer to help others as this lady is only detained by the obstacles placed in my path by you that Flagg or censor my opinion letters.
Is there room for Miss Placed Anger? Do we need to have a Tea Party as the radio stations are pushing to get their ratings higher. Maybe if the newspapers would take a different approach rather than censor the opinion letters they disagree with is the answer. Communication is a civilized society’s best solution. This could cause the newspapers to become the information communicator that they once was and avoid bankruptcy. The people would be the monitors of government wrongs and our economy would become stable again. Did I ever really come home or is this a dream and I am stuck in that benjo ditch as a Marines home for eternity? Maybe instead of Flagging my opinion you should just NUKE the benjo ditch where I am at. Let me come home in a box. because society is not ready to accept Veteran’s returning.

Crying lady 4-10-09

Crying lady 4-10-09
A copy to Dan Potenza Dr At the NH VAH
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
I go to the local restaurant every morning for coffee. This morning a lady crying had locked her keys in the car. I get a call to help this person out. I am having my coffee and reading the paper when a waitress hands me a phone. Yes I let the school teacher on her way to school into her car. I then went back to the restaurant to read my paper and have coffee. I volunteer every day to help people out. Volunteering is one of the greatest adventures to help others and yourself plus make the U.S. better. This is the person NH declared a terrorist and took my freedom until the bogus charges were dropped. NH declared me a terrorist to stop my opinion letters. Shea-Porter used her federal powers to stop my opinion letters by trying to take my freedom using my head injury from the U.S. Marine Corps to put me in a nut house. Next the VA stops my medical care for four service related disabilities to stop my opinion letters. You the few that question my rights to express free opinion is why I am telling you this. I want the editors to be aware that Volunteers have rights also. Censoring anyone opinion letters is wrong. This person that I help can be anyone of you, even the one that questions my right to exist. I do not care because my helping friend and foe is the entire adventure to make the U.S. better.
Can anyone dream of the ability to exist in a society that you do not remember or belong in. It is the world that constantly shadows your mind of your ability to exist in circumstances the people around you question. Condemned for uncivilized acts of war adventures that are to unbelievable to have occurred. The fact that questions your mental and physical abilities to exist with out medical attention, not that you want but that people want to force on you. The fact not to be able to get the medical care for disabilities received in the line of duty that you want. A civilized society where armed guards sit in a confidential Drs session to stop one from writing opinion letters. A governor that charges you money to speak with him and he never meets you. The head pain that at any moment will stop your motion dead in its tracts until it subsides moments later. The broken back that causes so much pain that your legs tingle. The inability to hear some or most of what others are talking about around you. Can any one dream of a life like this.
Pity will be used as a way to distract your minds from realizing my existence does not belong in your society. The next time some one freely helps you in a time of need it could be me the person you question as a terrorist because the elite society says.
I am the thousands and thousands of Veterans that you the people that never served neglect or do not even notice until a politician believes waving us in your face will get them elected. I am not looking for your pity, thanks or any thing else just the right to exist under the same protection of the law as you.
Do you think Gov Lynch, Shea-Porter and the others even care? Do You Care?

Homeless Man 4-9-09

Homeless Man 4-9-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
A homeless man in Concord NH writes on the Monitor opinion page how he is taking responsibility for his loss. Some of you will take this letter wrong. Some will take it as compassionless. I will say right up front that I do feel for this person. I have been lucky in my life. All the good and bad have always been learning experiences for me. My letter yesterday was censored from the Monitor blog. The censored letter was about Veterans homeless and miss treated but did not show any compassion for this man. My point is that we are going to go through a lot harder times because you would rather feel sorry than take responsibility for how it happen. If some one speaks up against the system, our government manipulates the subject to make that persons character devious. The newspapers no longer print the opinion of the people unless it supports the goals of the paper. My letters are called repetitive and vicious. Years ago when someone wrote about the miss handling of money they were manipulated in the news to look bad because everyone’s pockets were being filled. It turned out that it was only paper money (imaginary money) filling your pockets. I write about criminal acts by judge Peter Fauver and other government personal and a few people question my words. I tell you how to stop me, the NH politicians got my VA medical stopped. The newspapers have you questioning my character rather than these government criminals. My letters are printed over and over across the U.S. and I receive responses from hundreds about them. Veterans telling me of homelessness and lack of medical care is killing them. I tell you how politicians make a big deal to help veterans when it is to the politicians public welfare. These same veterans are ignored the rest of the time. Veterans are miss treated medically and physically by a system that needs reform. People across the U.S. have ignored this for countless wars and now the generation that has not had to worry about hard times it is at your back door now. It is no longer just the forgotten veterans A few years ago this homeless man did not believe it could happen to him. Feeling sorry or compassionate for him will do nothing.
With all the public insults that I receive every day helping others is my way of thanking those U.S. Military that never returned. It is my way of saying thank you for coming back alive. Far better men went through much worse over there and mentally and physically never returned or returned and never speak about it. I can understand why many veterans commit suicide. I many times when reality does not make since attempted it over my thirty years back. I volunteer every day to help people just like this homeless man but it will do no good if we do not correct the system. It is people like Judge Fauver violating the constitution and getting away with it, that is creating these hard time. Fauver could use the court system to stop my letters if they were not true. The record exists in the NH supreme court which is covering up to protect the powerful. Any pity you have for me give to the homeless man. I do not want your pity, because if you do not wake up, you will be next. I tell the truth with out hesitation and that is why the system is trying to stop me. The system wants you to believe that I am Paranoid, Mentally Ill, a Danger, what I am is a 100% disabled Veteran with out medical care. I feel lucky because I volunteer to help those whom have less. I would like to thank Governor Lynch for charging money me to speak with him, only to never make the meeting.

Classic Signs N.Y. Gunman’s letter 4-7-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
“A rambling letter” people describe other people’s letters that way when they are trying to deflect what the person is saying. “A glimpse inside the mind of an angry, paranoid man who saw himself as a victim” Da’ shar voo is this not another way of stereo typing people that someone does not like, to mask society’s values as correct. Can we say if friends or relatives should have noticed? Can we really say if this man was or not being harassed by police or government? The records may indicate that he was not being harassed but records kept by those whom did it, can be believed right? Look at the Alaska Senator, charges dropped for Prosecutor miss conduct. We the little people do not have the money or connections to have the law protect us like this. Look at me I am the last person in the world to be defending a VC but my pride can not interfere in saving the U.S. A little ironic huh! A U.S. Marine that should never have come back doing this:
The righteous do gooders tell me these exact same description of my letters all the time. The problem is I am a 100% disabled veteran and my injuries came from defending the very laws and society that calls me Paranoid. When society arrested me as a terrorist these are the very words that the judge used to put me in jail. The bogus charges were dropped but the records show no miss conduct on the part of the people writing the records. Society all the times tell me that I have mental problems and I need help. My medical was stopped by these very government officials keeping the records. My head injury is one of my four military disabilities from my tour. The records show my medical care exists. It does not. Now even my unanswered calls from Dr Potenza have stopped. The Dr called me to fluff up my record to imply my medical care existed. Funny how the government can cover up for public consumption with records. The government has painted me as a paranoid, angry rambling man whom believe he is the victim. An you the righteous do gooders suck it right up. I am a 100% disabled veteran that cares for you.
I have not violated the law and the records clearly show that. I have every day volunteered to help others because I did come back alive. You have no idea of the pain and mental anguish that I set aside every day to help others. I don’t want your pity or for you to even look in my direction. Am I suicidal as the indication should reveal. No, my death will be only what should have happen in a world that never should exist. When it happens.. That world exists because we want a country that has freedom for the law to protect us all equally. Stereo typing returning veterans is what makes our silence to what we did inevitable. I use myself as an example to demonstrate to society what you are doing to returning veterans. A record (of what you describe as rambling) letters of the torment and torture of veterans because society will stereo type rather than understand and help. May be the VC saw in this country what he was trying to get away from by leaving Vietnam. May be some one should question the records or whom is keeping them. Does a disabled veteran need the medical help that was stopped? No it is cheaper for the budget crunch to leave us on the street. We should never have come home any way!!! Ask why a Veterans opinion letters are censored by every newspaper in the U.S.

Veteran’s Issues 4-7-09

Veteran’s Issues 4-7-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
It made me proud when the Vietnam Veteran wrote a comment to my letter the other day. It made me sad in away because I felt the understanding of the life this person has been living since he came home. We (meaning the Veteran) can be successful and appear to have everything in the world. We can be anyone that you meet and speak to on the street. There is a good chance that the homeless, bum that you see is one of us. The divorced father whom lost privileges with his family because he had no feeling or may be that person the politician just brushed off whom appeared did not look to have enough money. No one forgets where we have been or done.
I was not stationed in Vietnam. I was TAD twice to repair flight line gear in isolated camps. I did not do the 30 days minim to get my campaign ribbon In my 31 months over seas I participated in two Vietnam offensives and was station at Royal Thai Air Force Base Uborn Thailand. I did eight convoys as American Advisor across Thailand, Laos and Cambodia delivering surplus supplies to friendly camps. I had enemy mortar destroy the out house that I just vacated and a sniper bullet pass with inches of my head. My first kill was a child deep in the Bush to get my M-16 back and escape. I still remember how proud I felt the very moment. The most memorable part is my memory of the day that I set my feelings aside to complete the mission. I became a Marine that day that would effect the rest of my life. I have been blown off a runway and watched as one of my men was taken down by hung ordinance skipping down a runway. I got out of the U.S. Marine Corps with four permanent life changing disabilities. Three are combat related at separate times. I continuously remember every day the long, endless mission where this was the last second of your life. A Marine’s feelings take second place to completing the mission for the rest of his life. Even when he comes home the feeling never do as you know them.
I was in a car accident right out of boot camp. I lost my complete memory for the rest of my life. After ninety days in the hospital because of an admin error I was sent back to active duty. I learned every part of life from that day forward. I was a 17 year old Marine with no memory of life back here in the world (US) at all. I have no memory of kissing my first round eyed girl until after I came home. I met my brothers and sister for the first time when I came back. My parents had visited me in the hospital. I to this day do not remember them raising me as you do your parents.
It made me proud when the Vietnam Veteran commented on my letter because I do not belong in the same league. The existence of this Vietnam Veteran is something every U.S. citizen should be aware of. Not him in particular but all Veterans that come home from doing your dirty work. Veteran’s are your child that left high school with the hope to be a CEO, Dr, Lawyer and came home sometimes with only the memories of what he did that limited his future to just exist. I can write letters like this because my silence is a pen that never hears the degrading comments from that civilized person that has never been there. The Vietnam Veterans comments made me feel like someone cared.

Killing fields 4-6-09

Killing fields 4-6-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Police detective tell TV news that Depression and Frustration are what is driving people to mass murder. People, over and over ask for help or tell others their case only to be ignored or cast aside because others are afraid it will take away from their nest egg. On 60 minutes last night about the Las Vegas cuts to medical budgets to cut care to the once average income now unemployed. If you are the person that paid your bills and had a good job now you are not eligible for state aid. Should these people just let their medical condition kill them or make a statement on their way out. I have been writing letters for 9 years about criminal acts by judge Peter Fauver and the NH supreme court. NH elected officials have violated the constitution to stop me from writing opinion letters. There is the few people that tell me my letters are repetitive but the majority want me to continue. I sit here today in so much pain it is unbearable. The VA stopped my medical care for my 100% service connected disabilities. Should the government be able to use a 100% disabled veteran’s medical as a weapon to stop opinion letters. Is it repetitive to ask help from the people, U.S. Military Veteran’s gave it for. You the few that complain about my letters tell me that I need to get help. When you are denied care there is nothing but to suffer. It is difficult to understand why the newspapers censor letters from a disabled Veteran. It is difficult to understand why you that complain about my letters allow government personal to violate the Constitution. You could be next.
We meaning Veterans come back to a place that can not accept us. Many returning veterans are lost in a system that just ignores them. For years now I have been telling you in my letters about neglected Veterans asking for help. Only when it is to some politicians political advantage does the news bring it up. Do you understand what it is like to be able to kill another human being and be proud of it. This is harsh cruel reality of surviving in conditions that the majority of you could not. The memories never leave you but most of us become silent. Silence is the only way society can forget what we did. Depression and Frustration leave many veterans homeless on the street or lost marriages and with low income. Lack of medical care for veteran’s, so the politicians can have money for pet projects.
Most Veteran’s learn to keep to them selves because violence does not belong in the nation we gave it for. I do not violate the law or use violence to make my point. As long as newspapers censor the truth and the government officials violate the constitution to stop me I will use other avenues. The police detective and everyone else knows the problem. Now that it is coming home to the unemployed average citizen some day it will be in your back do also. Neglecting Veterans is like cutting your own arm off.

One out of twenty letters 4-05-09

One out of twenty letters 4-05-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Can you answer why? One out of every twenty piece of mail that I get each day is someone saying my letters are repetitive, incoherent, Rambling. Is it not repetitive that I live every day traveling back in time to the child I killed with a bayonet, the member of my squad injured by hung ordinance skipping down the runway that I pushed into a ditch until the mission was complete, watching the out house that I vacated seconds earlier be destroyed by incoming mortar, the sniper bullet that passed with in inches of my head all for a constitution that’s job is to protect us from government wrongs.
Are my letters mean and libelous for telling the truth about wrongs in government? People today write about Mandatory insurance, library is a bargain, death penalty, health reform, to try to make people aware of their life. Can we have the right to change wrongs committed by our NH supreme court. I guess it takes a fool but to me when this court believes it is above the law it is time to speak up. This NH court protected it’s power over the people by covering up Judge Peter Fauver’s crimes. I volunteer my time to help this Madbury NH family that was so desperate they called me someone they did not know. I am well known across NH because of the Volunteer helping others every day. The Madbury selectmen used government powers to seek and get retaliation against this family. Judge Fauver used the courts power to knowingly approve these wrongs. Judge Fauver used the power of the courts to inflict pain and suffering on a 100% disabled veteran that volunteered to help this family. To stop me the NH governor declared me a terrorist and took my freedom for 6 months. The bogus charges were dropped four days before trial. To stop my opinion letters Rep Shea-Porter uses here federal powers to attempt to use my medical disabilities to get the VA to put me in a nut house. I may belong there but it is not her choice to take my freedom away. The VA to help get on Shea-Porter’s good side stops my medical care for combat related disabilities to stop my opinion letters.
The town of Madbury gave this family a order to stop their commercial business of thirty years, because the town wanted to put a park in the old pike plant property some day. Now that the Pike plant wants to open a concrete plant the town selectmen support them. Madbury knowingly destroyed this family with court powers when their property is completely surrounded by other commercial businesses. Discrimination is against the law. The NH court knowingly ruled this is ok as long as it is a no body family. The town selectmen openly talk about how they do not like this family, so they want them out of Madbury. It was presented in court. The court record was presented to the NH supreme court which ignored the evidence because it put Fauver’s butt out to dry by Me a high school drop out that came back from the Vietnam conflict 100% disabled. Can you righteous do gooders that question and insult my letters why this one family can have the very rights you hide behind taken away. If Fauver can get away with criminal acts for so long does that make this family worthless in your eyes. I volunteer my time with out limitations to help people just like you. My medical care was stopped by our government that Veteran’s give their lives for to protect. The other nineteen pieces of mail support me and tell me to keep going. My letters are factual and honest unless you do not believe in our Constitution. Discrimination is against the law even for the NHSC.

VA Death 4-4-09

VA Death 4-4-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
People are reading my letters. People tell me that some day others will hear my words and realize the truth. The Concord Monitor just started allowing my letters to be placed as comments for other letters on their pages. Craig’s list prints all my letters on the NH Rant and Raves page. Craig’s list also carries my art work under NH arts and crafts. It is the ASM collection. You have to ask! if my letters can be published nationally and people are reading them if they were incorrect or a lie wouldn’t they be stopped. People should be asking how if a letter can flat out tell you that Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal with his criminal violations of the Constitution to intentionally harm natural born U.S. citizens then why do the newspapers not publish them front page. Are not the newspapers main task to communicate the truth to it’s readers. If my letters can be publicly obtained by printing my name into the computer and have been for 9 years they must be the truth. They can not stop me because the truth is to powerful.
It is around 2 o’clock in the afternoon on this Friday. I am starting this letter a day early because My head pain and my ability not to stay in this world is growing. Writing gives me something to hold on to but the problem is just how long. The VA stopped my medical care for my four separate medical disabilities, three being combat related. The VA sent me to a civilian Dr. and I just got a bill from the VA for her. The VA refused to pay for her services even though the VA sent me. The VA stopped my medical care to help U.S. Rep from NH (Shea-Porter)stop my opinion letters: such as this one. They can not stop me legally so they violate the law and trust of the people to stop me. The NH supreme court violated the constitution to cover up Fauver’s crimes in an effort to protect their monopoly of legal power over the people. The case started when Fauver used court powers to allow the Madbury NH selectmen to criminally harm residents the selectmen did not want to live in their town Madbury NH. I volunteered to help this family and the only way for Fauver and the NH government to stop me is to stop my medical care for injuries that I received defending this great nation the United States of America. More and more people are reading my letters every day. People are beginning to realize trusting the government freely can and is economically and socially effecting their own lives everyday, to the determent. This trust is causing newspapers to go bankrupt.
I can not under stand how any American citizen can allow returning Veteran’s to be neglected and dumped on. The People are probably right that we do not belong here. It is a task every day for me not to do what I was trained too. Many Veteran’s come back from a place that never leaves you. Most of us struggle and fit into society unknown except for being stereo typed losers because of our struggle. Society does not want to know whom we are. Society just wants to praise us when it meets their needs. I am not hate full or resent full. I am proud to be a U. S. Marine. I am a 100% disabled veteran that the VA is trying to cause my death to help Shea-Porter. Harsh words but some day the truth will be known. Print the truth and help Veterans across the U.S.
People should be outraged not about me but about what trusted government officials and newspaper censorship is doing to you the People of the United States of America.

Inspector General VA 4-2-09

Inspector General VA 4-2-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls Rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
The VA Inspector General sent me an email yesterday telling me that I can reapply for VA medical and other benefits if I want. I am a 100% service connected disabled Veteran. Three of my four disabilities are combat related. The VA stopped my medical care to stop me from writing opinion letters. The VA committed one of the most grieves criminal acts in history. The VAIG’s job is to stop such crimes. The thing is that what is happening to me happens to other veterans way to often. Veterans across the U.S. are miss treated and society takes a blind eye unless it is to the benefit of some politician to speak in the veteran’s behalf. U.S. Rep from NH Shea-Porter used her political influence to interfere with my disabilities and medical care to stop my opinion letters. The news media likes Shea-Porter so they refuse to print my opinion letters. When the constitution can help a newspaper they cry. When a U.S. Citizen is harmed the newspapers only cover the story if it is to increase their profit margin. Newspapers under the law can print what they want but do they not have an obligation to wave the Constitution for their readers also? It is called ethical responsibility. Volunteer’s help others for free.
A 100% disabled Veteran with out hesitation volunteers to help a Madbury NH family with a zoning issue. The Madbury NH selectmen use government powers for personal retaliation. These elected officials control with government powers whom they think should live in their town or not. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the law and Constitution to allow knowingly these most grieves crimes to continue. The NH supreme court refused to hear the case when presented to them to protect their monopoly of power over the people. I have lost my freedom, medical, friends and much more but I have not wavered in volunteering to help other U.S. citizens when it is our trusted government officials committing the crimes. The newspapers may believe it is to their benefit to not print the truth for fear of retribution. The truth is the newspapers failure to print the truth is probably a major contributor to our economic and political crises. The people with out the news media’s help are slowly learning the truth by way of my letters. I have not violated the law. I am a 100% disabled U.S. Marine asking for your help.
The Constitution is here to protect the people against miss use of government powers. When we along with the news media allow such criminal acts committed by trusted government officials to inflict harm on any individual the Constitution becomes a worthless piece of paper. We have gone so far as to allow returning U.S. Military veteran’s to die on the street because the VIOG has become a political weapon to harm those it was meant to protect. Elected official’s must serve the people not master them.
I ask people across the U.S. to ask the news to talk about the 100% disabled Veteran from NH. Lets take America Back.

Veteran Apologizes 4-1-09

Veteran Apologizes 4-1-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls Rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
I saw the second letter that I wrote yesterday. I apologize, my memory of writing it is not there. I remember the situation as I was talking to a father who’s son is at Walter Read with combat injuries. The feeling of it was time to be alone came over me. I knew my second world was going to take over. My Geo Metro became my jeep as I flipped down the roof to keep some visibility of the trucks making up the convoy. I was sweating as the convoy proceeded through the Bush. It was time to cook diner when I next realized that I was sitting on the floor of my house. The reality of the letter did not come until today when I read it on the computer.
There are many things to talk about, like the people on the Concord Monitor blog that complain when I attach my letter to the comment section of another letter. I read the letters each one and decide. You in particular may not like my letters but to me, freedom is getting the message out. Ask the Monitor why they do not print my letters. People are reading them and many can understand because similar circumstances have hit their homes or lives. I am a 100% disabled Veteran that to stop my opinion letters the VA stopped my medical care. The only thing worse is if you can silence my free speech.
The pain in my head never goes away. When my left eye starts flickering and my cheek starts tingling getting prepared for the sharp pain crippling my life is needed. The sharp pain does not last long but others around me will not understand. Just as you can not understand remembering the good that we (veteran) did for a nation that marks our actions as criminal but celebrates our return. Can you the people try to grasp the deepness of freedom. I watch young people go off to boot camp every day. Accepting that life as they have learned is going to be wiped out. Your will becomes a government machine to destroy that which we are ordered to do. The chain of command is never questioned and the welfare of your men is only behind the completion of the mission. A person living through such inconceivable life must remain silent to protect the innocents of the civilized society if lucky enough he will return too.
My letters reach across the U.S. People can not believe that NH to stop some one that volunteers his time every day to help others would violated the Constitution to stop him. I am a 100% disabled Veteran that society has ostracized and the newspapers refuse to publicly print my letters. My medical conditions came from you keeping your freedom. It is not me that I speak for. It is you the American people. It is your child returning today that will live through all those memories that society will label them a wasted life because society can not conceive. It is your future that if you allow Judge Peter Fauver to criminally violate the Constitution will suffer. You the people have to keep the freedom to question and stop the NH supreme court when it knowingly allows Judges to violate our highest laws in their efforts to protect their monopoly of legal power over the people. A government that can use the newspapers to harm a 100% disabled veteran’s character to silence his words is unacceptable. The people that allows a government to torture and torment a 100% disabled Veteran with their own silence? Well if you do not get it reality can not be real. My letter was correct but I apologize because you ( The people of the U.S.) are not ready, willing or able to hear it. May be the cool temperature of 46’ yesterday could cool us down for what ever happens today.
