Response to Veteran 4-24-09

Response to Veteran 4-24-09

People respond to my letters every day. I want you to know that I read and respect every response good or bad. You All can say what you want but every thing I am doing is as a volunteer and for the good of the U.S. The problem is that the politicians commit crimes to stop me and the newspapers censor my words. I take each obstacle as a challenge because I believe the people of the U.S. are worth every effort no matter how uncomfortable or deadly it may be to me. People tell me all the time that I need medical help but they do not seem to read my words that the VA stopped my medical care. People tell me that I need medication but no one wants to listen. The VA now sends me to an out side doctor at my own expense and I have to pay for the medication. Money my family can not waste on such a wrong full expense. My head pain is great at the present time and my left eye is closing on its own but this letter is most important.
A response the other day told me to get over my memory of what I have done. I have four disabling injuries from my time in the Marine Corps. One is a serious head injury TBI which left me with no memory of my life before the MC. I have a loss of hearing in both ears and a broken back both are combat related. My newest is something called PTSD. I agree PTSD is a crook. It is a debilitating memory that we must learn to deal with on our own. I do not believe in medication unless it is when the pain in my head and body is so serious. I endure a lot of pain because I do not want to be doped up when this beautiful country is my domain. You see I am fitting in to a world that I should never have come back too. Through all the obstacles I have managed a great wife and daughters. With good management my wife has struggled to give us as a family a comfortable life. She and my daughters have tolerated my forgetting things including their names at times. I respect this gentlemen opinion but to forget the he-ll that so many endured for your freedom would be disrespectful to our U.S. Military (past and present). I volunteer so what so many over the history of the U.S. gave will not be in VAIN.
The NH supreme court covered up Judge Peter Fauver committing criminal acts in violation of our Constitution. Fauver used court powers to allow the Madbury selectmen to drive local resident they did not like out of Madbury NH. These citizens that I had never met read my zoning letter and asked for my help. I volunteer because it is the right thing to do to help other citizens in time of need. All the criminal acts committed by our government and courts to stop me, (such as taking my freedom, money, friends, family and medical care) has not deterred my opinion that this is the greatest nation in the world and we must protect her. I stand tall even as the NH supreme court (our protector of the people’s rights) violates our constitution to silence my exposing government wrongs.
Ask the newspapers and the government if one Marine can tolerate so much wrong against him but not waver in volunteering to do right for the people is this not what the United States of America is all about. The NH supreme court can not be allowed to violate the very laws and the reason they exist.
