Home Less U.S. Military Veteran 5-31-09

Home Less U.S. Military Veteran 5-31-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls Rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
People talk but do they really see? This homeless veteran that I met under a bridge on the NH seacoast yesterday profoundly entered my mind. A brief encounter with a person whom appeared down on his luck. My facts may not be perfect but my need to convey this to anyone willing to listen. Daily my mind goes back into a place reliving life as a U.S. Marine. I see the face of the child that I killed, but even more so is the deep empty space that surrounds me as I sit complacent with death in a benjo ditch asking (why are we here)? I came back to enter the civilized society (a place that I have no memory of) that soon will be threshed upon me is unwilling to accept my kind as I stepped off the plane. Today, here under the bridge, I soon learned is a U.S. Veteran from the Vietnam Conflict. He married his high school sweet heart in his final year of college. I believe he was ROTC but that may be an assumption. He was a LT in the Army. He did a thirteen month tour in Vietnam about 5 meters from the DMZ. His daughter was born while on his tour. He came back, with an honorable discharge getting a good job and living life to the fullest. A few years back after his second child was born he started seeing his wife as a VC on and off. One day he just left believing that he might hurt his wife unknowingly. He has traveled across the U.S. working on and off trying to understand. He carries an old picture of a young lady, being his wife as he remembers her the day he left. He still loves and cares about her but never over the years went any closer than to see her from a distance as he watched his children grow. He gave up everything for the safety of his family with out telling a soul about his visions. People see this man as a bum homeless on the street.
I shared my take out last meal with this man as we talked. He came to NH because one of his grandchildren was now living up here. It was a bit of travel from the Midwest (where his wife is) for this now aging veteran but he wanted to see his grand child and family from a distance. Forgetting why I went to the coast I gave this man my last five dollars and left to go the bank. When I returned this veteran was no where to be found. I remembered later while thinking of this Veteran that suicide was my goal on the coast that day. I have everything any one could want in life except a memory of my child hood. Here was a U.S. Military Veteran that gave everything up for the safety of his family. Stereo typed as a bum he watches from a distance the family and country that he loves. No one knows or will even try to understand the difficulties that take over the mind of our returning U.S. Military even from todays wars and conflicts.
Society and the VA talk about preventing suicide among veterans, but do they really see what a returning U.S. Military veteran is?

Good changes 5-30-09

Good changes 5-30-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
With the Web and Blogs, no opinion should be censored. People may disagree or think others opinion are a waste of time. That is your choice. At one time Hitler was believed-in by the people that followed him. This was their choice. As a lot of other people disagreed with Hitlers view and when he tried to take over the world was rightly stopped. Your opinion should not be cut because some one did not like it. Editors hate to see my letter each day. They censor it because they believe my opinion is not worth publishing for fear of pissing off the (right) people. Finding other means to get the word out as a nation we the people can celebrate. Newspapers are a form of communication to inform the public. When editors believe any persons opinion is not to their liking, as a private business they are free to censor it. This may be wrong but that is the price of freedom. The truth as I see it can be delayed but not stopped. The peoples opinion especially when it documents wrongs in government should never be censored. The web allows editors to let the people read and decide for themselves. You-any one individual may not like my words but they are honest and truthful. I volunteer so what I do is of no gain to my self or family. It is hard to believe someone would put his life, family and everything else on the line for his country. This is what our U.S. Military do every day that they serve. We are the people that defend and protect your freedom so people can tell editors that Good Changes are censoring opinion that is not liked by some.
Can you imagine having your medical care for combat related disabilities stopped as a weapon to stop your opinion? Are judges so above the law the NH supreme court is allowed to let a judge like Fauver violate the individual rights of U.S. citizens to benefit the power of the Madbury selectmen to dictate whom is good enough to live in their town. Do editors have the right to censor opinion of the public that exposes these wrongs in government because certain readers do not agree with this opinion. Was this not Hitlers view of domination by the third Reich? Can you imagine NH governor Lynch taking money from a 100% disabled veteran just to give this veteran the time to speak with this elected official? Then the governor never meets. Is not talk the civilized manner to correct the wrongs? Can you imagine the impact on a returning (even today) U.S. Military that this civilized society rejects even if the rejection is unintended but believed by the Veteran. Do we remember Hitlers impact on life.
I went to the seacoast yesterday to kill my self. It was the homeless man under the bridge that I shared my last meal and coffee with. He was a Vietnam Veteran lost in a society that he could not understand. Here was a person with nothing, willing to live homeless because he did not want to burden others with his memories. I gave the man my last five dollars and left. I forgot what I had gone to the seacoast for because of my memory lapse from my head injury TBI. I went to the bank to get money, but when I returned the Veteran was no where to be found. These are the people forgotten and left homeless Good Changes can and do hurt the most.
Why because we became veterans so Hitler could not grow here in the U.S.

Public Causes 5-29-09

Public Causes 5-29-09
Please forward a copy of this letter to Dr Potenza at NH VAH and the newspapers around the US. You should send a copy to all politicians because the righteous ones are not allowed to survive in a communist state
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Concord Monitor censors public opinion letters from their blog. I write in response to a letter about no shows at memorial day parade and it is taken off the blog with no reason given. Granted my subject matter is one that no one wants to talk about but it is here. The paper prints a letter from David which ridicules and denounces U.S. Military Veterans which documents societies hidden agenda with our returning veterans. The newspapers and the public do not want to hear the truth. You have some mystical belief that your child going off to war will do the civilized acts and come home a hero. Truth be it, was is hell! You the public can not conceive that every moral, civilized fiber instilled since child birth is removed by the time you escape boot camp. We, the now veteran go far away and attempt to survive to keep you the people like David safe and free. The unlucky U.S. Military believe coming home alive is the best thing in the world only to realize once back silence and death are the only ways to be accepted. We become this way because the other side (enemy) do not play by your rules. The other side plays to win at all costs because they know returning to their dictators without victory, death will be better. The Concord Monitor as all the other newspapers censor this Veterans letters with the belief it is the right thing to do? Are the two sides (our country or theirs) different?
I have volunteered every day since coming back in seventy four, 100% disabled from the Vietnam Conflict. David as the other righteous do gooders believe we invaded Vietnam and destroyed it. We, the U.S. Military gave because your politicians (most whom never served) sent us to do a job. We lived and survived uncivilized, inhuman conditions to complete our mission only to be hampered by righteous politicians giving the enemy the advantage by restricting us to a civilized manner of war. We come home to be labeled baby killers and alienated from our communities because we are not the promising child that left. I was lucky finding volunteering made me feel whole again as I believed showing honor and respect to those that will never come back by helping other citizens have a better life.Lets talk about the comparison of Vietnam to what NH is doing to a 100% disabled veteran. Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal using the power of the court to dictate that the Madbury NH selectmen can dictate whom is good enough to live in their town. The NH supreme court covered up the case to retain their monopoly of power over the people. Our elected officials are so afraid of the power of the court they violate the law to stop my opinion letters. My freedom is taken as well as my VA medical care. Can you moral, righteous do gooders see the difference between Vietnam and here?
The Concord Monitor as well as every newspaper in the U.S. censor my letters. This U.S. Marine writes and talks about what NH and our State and Federal politicians are doing to me because freedom is what we gave for. The History of the United States of America is made up of those willing to give so you could be free and have equal justice for all. Every newspaper not just the CM must realize the importance of this public cause. Suicide or silence should not be our only way back.

Why People ask 5-27-09

Why People ask 5-27-09
Send a copy of this letter to the newspapers, Dr Potenza at the NH VAH and VAOIG
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
A newspaper opinion letter today asked Why people did not attend the Memorial Day parades to say, thank you to the Veterans? I write letters everyday telling of criminal acts by the public and our elected officials against veterans. Where are the people? I wrote a stunning letter yesterday about the American Legion and VFW yet the people do not care. The VA stopped my medical care, no one cares. I write about homeless veterans on the street, or the ones being denied medical care because their records from service to this nation were lost. The newspapers stereo type my opinion as libelous so they are censored even though blogs across the world publish my letters every day. You can Google my name and all my letters will come up. The truth is a powerful weapon, but censorship by editors of the peoples opinion can destroy truth and a nation. Our elected officials would rather waste money replacing sand on beaches for political leverage than spend on a veteran. Suicide among veterans is caused by society not understanding what happens to a child that goes, only to return a U.S. Military veteran with the demented since of survival over correctness. The safe guards built from child birth to boot camp by our upbringing is completely removed by graduation from boot camp. A U.S. Marine is born for the primary purpose to Kill to protect and defend our Constitution. This society trains us, sends us to do a job and when we return prosecution or alienation is bestowed upon us for what we did. The truth is so upsetting that the newspapers censor it to protect the public from knowing the reality of war.
I am 100% disabled from four separate disabilities received during my tour in the USMC. From my head injury no memory of my life prior to my 31 month tour overseas exists. I came back to a nation (with no memory) that would rather spit on me and label me a baby killer rather than listen to my words. I have many times tried to kill my self but the flash in time ended just before it happen. Reality (if it exists) is that I came back to a place that can not accept us for what we became. Guilt ridden for coming back when so many better than I will never, volunteering became my reality. Every day since 74 helping others to try to show respect and honor so what so many have given in defense of the U.S from the beginning will not be in vain.
Volunteering to help a Madbury NH family I came across a judge (Peter Fauver) using court powers to harm local residents. Fauver use court powers to allow the Madbury selectmen to decide which local residents deserved to live in Madbury NH. The NH supreme court believes they are above the law so they refused to hear the case when presented to them. I am put in jail, my medical for combat related disabilities is stopped, and much worse to stop the U.S. citizens from hearing my words. The American Legion from Manchester NH booted me off the club property because Shea-Porter was coming to a picnic open to the public. Shea-Porter used my medical condition to try and harm me.
The Memorial Day parade is not for Veterans. This day is for politicians and the public to tell each other how much they care and are doing for the U.S. Military Veteran. The newspapers across the U.S. will censor this letter because the truth is the hardest thing to believe.

VFW, American Legion 5-27-09

VFW, American Legion 5-27-09
Send this letter to Dr Potenza of the NH VAH and the VA inspector general.
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Why has the American Legion and VFW alienated me from their veteran organizations? Across the United States people are becoming aware of my letters and asking to read them. Veterans Today Web Magazine has increased their scribers to over 86 thousand and they sometimes print my letters. Veterans Today lists me as a staff writer. I was invited in the beginning to have a web page on Veterans Today so Veterans across the U.S. could read my letters every day. That stopped after a few months and now I am blocked from the site except when notified that my new letter is being published. My letters touch home to so many that hopefully it helps all the people. There are the homeless and forgotten veterans just getting by, because of lack of medical care or understanding. There is the returning veteran even from the conflicts today that will some day lose it because of the silent war in their heads. I silently skated by in life happy and feeling as the luckiest person in the world for what I have. Believing volunteering every day was my reason for existence. Everyone that gave so that the U.S. could be free with equal justice for all my volunteering gave respect and honor so that giving their lives would not be in vain. I never talked with anyone about the memories that tormented me every day. Are the leaders of the American Legion and VFW so afraid of politicians that they would leave a member on the street with no cover because this U.S. Military Veteran dares openly correct the wrongs in government. Will my letters free all veterans to be understood and cared for?
Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal that violated the Constitution and law to intentionally harm other U.S. citizens. Fauver allowed with the power of the court the Madbury selectmen to drive local residents out of town that they did not like. The NH supreme court covered up the case presented and documented with facts. The NH supreme court covered up the case to protect their monopoly on power. I volunteer to help this family even though I am from a different town and did not know them. NH takes my freedom, family and friends and medical care to scare me, to stop me. I am a United States Marine and I believe in the Corps and the United States of America that I will give everything to keep her safe and free. I told Judge Fauver this in open court.
We have become such a politically correct country that the people are no longer a prime concern. The American Legion and VFW which are organizations made up of Veterans has become obsolete. Members show power but are an asset only to influence the political parties by numbers of members only for leadership influence. The American Legion and VFW raise money not to help other veterans in need. The money raised is to help children with college money or disabilities. It is used to party and the travel of leadership. Veterans are as with the politicians only helped when it can be to the advantage of the help-e.
Do you know why I can write a letter like this. I am a Sgt in the United States Marine Corps. I spoke honest with my men no matter what the outcome. I will speak honest with the people of New Hampshire and the United States of America because the consequences for not doing so can end this nation. Readers of my letters far exceed the Veterans Today numbers. The Politicians may not see me coming but I will be there.

State of a Nation 5-26-09

State of a Nation 5-26-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
I am a fifty seven year old person. Why do the memories of my days as a child in the Marine Corps never leave me? Why do I talk and no one hears me? Like yesterday many people that never responded to my opinion letters before responded to my Memorial day letter. Yet the editors and elected officials refuse to acknowledge that I even exist. Many, many people read my letters every day yet do they hear what I am saying? Can this be real? I am 100% disabled from my time in the MC. I am the luckiest person alive because I came back. I came back with no memory from a traumatic brain injury. I build and learned everything in my life since wakening up in a Military Hospital. The MC shipped me overseas with no memory at all. I did a thirty one month tour in and out of combat situations learning as I went. I kill before I remember kissing my first round eyed girl. I came back and learned to volunteer every day because I needed to give because many better men than I will never return, given their lives for your freedom. I came back with three more disabilities from separate missions only to have the VA stop my medical care to stop my opinion letters. The checks and balances in our system fail when elected officials control the power, yet no one hears me!
People tell me that in a civilized society people talk out their problems rather than use violence. Yet our elected officials charge me money to talk, they never talk to me! I ran for NH state senate this past election only to scare those in power so the election was fixed. Do I exist or am I still in that benjo ditch from long ago? I write about returning veterans being left out in the street because of failures in our system. No one hears my words but they do listens to them. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case presented to them by me that detailed and documented the criminal violations of our Laws and Constitution by judge Peter Fauver to intentionally harm U.S. citizens. Placing the facts in letters, by me made public so many times yet no one hears my words. My letters tell the people that a judge is a criminal getting away with crimes against the people would be criminal if not true. People cry about the state of the economy but no one hears the words documenting the criminal acts of the leaders spending the money.
I live in two worlds but does anyone hear my questions of reality. I many times have come back to realize death is near as the demons of my conflict, flash in my mind. Months ago I jumped off a cliff fully aware, with out the demons only to have the wind lift me to the top of a birch tree that safely lowered me to the ground. The scare on my upper leg has faded as the memory will soon.
I am a 17 year old U.S. Marine on convoy as an American Advisor deep in the bush. I crash land in a c-117 or catch a fighter jet doing 600 hundred knots with a tail hook. I am blown off a runway only to get up in time to catch the next pilot in need. Enemy mortar blows the out house that I just left and a sniper bullet passes with in inches of my head. These memories never leave can the people hear your child when they return from.
You the people back here can not see what is in a Veterans head but trying maybe you can hear. We gave to protect and defend our Constitution so that freedom existed and equal justice for all would continue. Save the nation by hearing the people.

Veteran response Memorial Day 5-25-09

Veteran response Memorial Day 5-25-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
A day to remember those that gave their lives over the history of this nation as members of the U.S. Military in a war or conflict. Joe McQuaid writes a great editorial thanking those of the Salvation Army for their volunteer hours. What was Joe thinking? This lost perspective can be seen in all newspapers ethics these days not just the UL. The papers no longer want to inform the voters of what the people want and need to know. The editors believe (and it is true) that they are a private business and they can do as they wish. The near sighted might see it this way but in a free society it is the consumers that make the ultimate choice. I am a strong believer in volunteering. I have volunteered every single day since seventy four when I returned from a conflict. Memorial Day has become a day to celebrate and party without thinking of those that will never come home. It is as our society has become complacent with their responsibility to protect and defend our constitution. The U.S. society would rather let someone else stick their necks out verses risk anything themselves. Our children join the U.S. Military go off to fight and some come home to be called Veterans. You can not become a U.S. Military Veteran by joining the Salvation army.
The UL as all the newspapers in NH refuse to print my letters. I am a 100% disabled veteran. I regret every day that I came back alive. I have as many other veterans that returned tried to commit suicide many times. It is not what NH and the rest of the U.S. has done to me (as well done to many other veterans). The fact is that explaining even to the VA the ramifications of living in two worlds never ends. The belief that silence is necessary to protect the innocent society from dead reality is a myth. Silence of the demons is necessary because society can not grasp the reality of what we did. You label us baby killers yet you were unwilling to go. You lose our medical records so you can reject us from medical care for disabilities received defending your rights. You stop our medical care to stop us from writing opinion letters that the newspaper will censor anyway. Society is so complacent, the blind eye believes Memorial Day is for the veteran when it is so that society can rationalize their lack of understanding.
Memorial Day is to remember what they died for. If the newspapers refuse to print opinion letters that document Judge Peter Fauver criminally violating the constitution to harm other U.S. citizens. Fauver allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers to drive local residents out of town because the selectmen did not like these people. This is as bad as the UL writing articles adjusting the truth to sway the voters choice against me when I ran this past election for NH state senate. All the newspapers refused to print my opinion letters explaining my platform to inform the voters. The election was fixed. The editors believe that censoring my letters will silence this U.S. Marine. My letters are printed on blogs and goggles every day around the world. What Joe McQuaid did to the memory of Memorial day is as repulsive as the citizens of the U.S. shaming every U.S. Military Veteran by allowing so few to diminish what so many over the history of the United States of America gave their lives for. Respect and honor what these heros gave their lives for that is Thank You enough.
Our Constitution.

States Largest newspaper 5-24-09

States Largest newspaper 5-24-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
The largest newspaper in NH does a great story on helping immigrants have better work, pay and benefits. These same newspapers refuse to print articles about disabled veterans being screwed by NH elected officials. The editors refuse to print articles telling how the VA stopped my medical care to stop my opinion letters. The NH government took my freedom for six months to stop my letters. The now NH governor charged me money to speak with him, but we never spoke. The news refuses to tell that the NH supreme court covered up Judge Peter Fauver using court powers to allow the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers to drive local residents from their town. The list goes on but the reason that I can put this in writing is because they are all documented facts. Newspapers no longer print the truth they favor the largest most power group to aim their news to benefit. Illegal immigrants happens to be the most powerful group in the states these days. Forget the Veteran help the Immigrant!
I heard a story on how a veteran was refused medical care for service related injuries because the VA lost his medical file. The VA used this same excuse in seventy four on me. When I was in the military a friend whom was our unit clerk made me a copy of my medical file and told me to up date it every time that I transferred. I sent a copy each time to my family in NH. When the VA used this excuse on me, I just gave them a copy. After a couple times they approved my medical care. This same excuse is still used on todays returning veterans. These are the children that went of to keep you safe that our society cast to one side and favors helping immigrants first. My medical care was stopped last year as a show of the power our government has over the people.
The United States is celebrating memorial day but do you even listen to what is happening to returning U.S. Military even today. Granted some get the best care in the world but think of all the ones rejected because the VA would rather build a new building rather than help those that gave for your freedom. Think of your elected officials that will ignore a veteran asking for help because it is not to their political advantage. Think of the newspapers that would twist the truth in articles to harm a veteran running for state senate because disabled veterans drain the budget. Think of newspapers refusing to print a candidates opinion at election time that would inform the voters in a free election, but print letters approving other candidates. Celebrating memorial day in one hand and screwing veterans behind the scenes. This is the United States?
I am a 100% disabled veteran to stupid to stay silent. I believe the opinion of the people must be told because violence is the only alternative and that should never be necessary in a civilized society. Sorry I must go, in a short time my mind feels as thought the day will be spent in my alternative world trying to die. I must stay busy to defray the temptation. You should just talk about immigrants because they are more important than Veteran to our politicians. Veterans are a disposable item in the newspapers game plan. Censorship of a veteran letter documents this fact. Live Free or Die

Memorial Day Veteran 5-23-09

Memorial Day Veteran 5-23-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
My opinion is carried on more blogs across the U.S. yet editors across the U.S. censor these letters. More people read my letters than most newspapers have scribers. The Fact is that my letters only contain true facts exposing criminal acts in government. People are to afraid to speak up for fear of government retaliation if associated with my name. No one cares that the government department created to help veterans has criminally violated the law to stop my opinion. The Concord Monitor just blocked my letters from their blog. Someone on the NH Craigs list flaggs my opinion everyday. The newspapers went so far this past election to censor my opinion to stop my possible election to state office. These same newspapers had no trouble writing damming letters adjusting the truth to make my character appear bad. What do we send our U.S. Military to fight on foreign soil for if there is nothing back here to fight for. The Veterans Today blog censors most of my letters. Does any one care about the truth any more?
Memorial Day is to celebrate the dead that gave for our freedom. Memorial Day is where politicians take credit for proclaiming to help veterans only to finger us when the cameras stop rolling. No body wants to tell the NH supreme court that covering up criminal miss use of the constitution by Judge Peter Fauver can not be allowed. Fauver allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers for retaliation against local residents that the selectmen wanted out of Madbury. I volunteer my time to help this family and the courts and government come down on me to protect their monopoly on legal power. Can anything be more wrong than violating our Constitution for protecting the Dominance of power by the judicial branch of government? Can anything be more shameful to the Citizens we honor on Memorial Day than to see what they gave their lives for be diminished? Does not the writers of the Constitution describe the importance of the peoples opinion as one of the factors that Keeps America for the people.
I have four permanent disabilities from my time in the U.S.M.C. Three are Combat related. I to this day remember nothing of growing up before the Marine Corps from my head injury. I came back from the Vietnam Conflict with no memory of family, friends or the U.S. I have survived a lot of events in and out of combat situations than most of you could even conceive. The one part of my life that makes me the proudest is I did it as a United States Marine for the people that I respect and honor. I have not and will not violate the law or be violent. Our NH elected officials have charged me money to speak with them, yet they refuse to talk to me. My VA medical was stopped. In a civilized society people talk to correct the problems. Why will no one talk?
Ask if I paid to speak with the governor and elected officials, take a case to the NH supreme court, continues to put in writing by way of Opinion letters, why have I been ignored. Our newly elected officials like Amanda Merrill turned a deaf ear when elected. Shea-Porter uses here government power to harm me. Can the people survive?
This is Memorial Day and respecting and remembering what each hero gave their lives for as U.S. Military is more important than celebrating so politicians can get credit that they do not deserve.

Baby killers Free 5-22-09

Baby killers Free 5-22-09
Send a copy of this letter to Dr Dan Potenza NH VAH please
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
The United States of America is our nation. We the people must protect and take care of our rights. To allow any one individual to be harmed by any government official or law can not be allowed to happen. Our elected officials refuse to discuss the situation. The Newspapers censor the truth. The federal government stopped my VA medical for combat related disabilities to stop my opinion letters. The truth is that no one cares unless the situation is effecting your family. My opinion letter yesterday was about my vision of the Vietnam conflict that I lived through. Yes I have serious health and mental disabilities received while doing my duty as a U.S. Marine. I live in constant pain and in and out of delusional states of mind. If that is what you want to label my two worlds as? To accept that I do not belong is all in my head. How do you chose between being proud of sticking a bayonet in a child to get your M-16 back and escape, to living in a civilized society that has determined you to be a baby killer. The truth is the waving of the flags on holidays and the talk of how to help our U.S. Military come back is delusional. Society can not accept that we are no longer the child that left. Society can not under stand or even wants to understand what is in our head. Can you accept the facts of life starting at 17 as a U.S. Marine because of a head injury taking your memory. The world of a 17 year old living in and out of a conflict never knowing what it is like back here in the U.S. Writing letters to family members and friends whom you do not know but they know you. Feelings of joy stepping off the plane in the U.S. for the first time. Proud of a ladies words baby killer as she welcomes you home because you have no memory of what the U.S. is! We give our childhood so that you can be Free and feel Safe.
Volunteering to help others every day since I came back is my way of respecting those that will never come back from the many wars and conflicts. I have asked the NH governor to talk with me. He even granted my request if I paid him. I did pay but we never talked. Talking is a civilized societies desired way of solving problems. NH U.S. Rep Shea-Porter does not talk. She files false police complaints to get this disabled veteran to stop writing opinion letters. She uses federal powers to have doctors lock me up. Then my VA medical is stopped. Is this the United States of America?
If I falsely in public tell the U.S. that Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal because he knowingly used the power of the court to discriminate and harm other U.S. citizens falsely then I would be arrested and they could stop me. They do not because the truth will come out if they even talk with me publicly. The NH supreme court refuse to hear the case when it was presented to them. A cover up by the people (Supreme Court) whom have the sole job of protecting our constitution rights from being violated by government officials. The newspapers whom were given constitutional protection not for themselves but so the truth could be free exchanged censors my letters. The news censors the facts going against everything the United States of America stands for.
My wife last night told me that my memory of what I have done happen a long time ago and I have never mentioned it until the Madbury case. I was silent until now but it has been with me every second of every day since coming back. The United States is our nation and if my talk will bring her back lets talk and be as a civilized society does?

PS A phone call from the NC VA just called me to tell me that they would have nothing to do with my letter. The VA was created to serve the U.S. Military Veteran. Any VA government worker that will disregard a 100% disabled Veteran that is straight out calling the VA for miss use and criminal violation of the Veteran’s rights must be fired (dismissed) immediately.

Memorial Day 5-21-09 Send a copy to Dr Dan Potenza NH VAH
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03024 603-659-6217
Is life real? I read in the paper today about a new Play called Letters. The description highlights how people will get the feeling of the U.S. Military writing these letters. The lonely ness, separation, complacency with life and death as a daily ingrown part of our permanent mental image of where we are. Erasing the memories that haunt you in untimely, daily flashes at the most inconvenient moment. The conflict of what we did! To the unacceptable description from the people that have never been there qualifying our actions as despicable and uncivilized. Our youthful development of the desire to give to a nation that we call home through deplorable, inconceivable conditions and events that society can not believe ever could or did happen. The need and want to come back to a world “nation” that can not and will not accept us for what we did. A nation that we gave everything for that we no longer belong. We lose our families, friends, jobs, place in society to become that loser that at one time had great potential. The homeless bum on the street (U.S. Military Veteran) accepts that keeping what we did, must be silenced to protect this innocent society from learning what they will never be able to accept. Can all this be real.
The funny thing is that I learned to write as a way to learn how to accept that I had no memory from a car accident right out of Parris Island. I left on a thirty one month tour over seas with no memory at all of life back here. I learned to write to keep in touch with people that I had no memory of ever seeing before never mind family that I lived with or girls that I dated. The NH government put me in jail to stop my writing opinion letters under the Patriot Act. I have three more combat related disabilities from separate missions only to have the freedom that we gave for be publicly taken way. Society questions my mental state but accepts the criminal acts committed by our judicial and government personal to stop my letters. I question reality in most of my letters because to identify what is real has plagued me since waking up in a military uniform at 17 to kill the enemy only because? I accepted the deplorable condition and daily experiences with only to hope to one day see the nation other Marines talked about while waiting to die. Writing has become my way of silently telling society what is real only to find that reality does not exist in my world. Funny thing is that my letters are censored to keep society from learning the criminal acts of the people we trust.
I want to talk about all the other Veterans that this civilized society can not accept. The veteran returning today or the many of past, lost in a world that those that never served call home. A place that our reality, you can not perceive because it makes no since to others. The VA stopped my medical care and I write about it. It is the thousands of others that do not write that my case should highlight. These are the neglected, forgotten Veteran society believe that a play or a parade will bring us back. You say welcome with open arms only to watch our politicians turn their faces away if we ask.
Reality is that we should never have come back. The smart ones will always see the reality of war in their final memory. Those lucky enough to come back will use suicide to be accepted in a place that can not accept us. I have tried suicide only to be sent back to a society to learn to accept reality before my mission is complete.
We give to protect and defend our Constriction. Can you see my reality?

Shea-Porter, Why respond 5-20-09

Shea-Porter, Why respond 5-20-09
Send a copy to Dr Dan Potenza at the NH VAH and the VA inspector general
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Shea-Porter is a politician working for the NH Residents and the U.S. Can any one tell me why the newspapers print her articles and refuse to print responses when they tell the truth. Shea-Porter used her political influence to interferer with my service connected, combat related medical disabilities. I was injured four times while I served in the U.S. Marine Corps, three during separate offensives fighting for you the American people. Shea-Porter never served a day in her life for the U.S. Military. She will boost about how here husbands service makes her so well qualified in the subject. Shea-Porter boosts about ethics yet hers are so well camouflaged even a rat would have a hard time seeing. The newspapers treat her as if she is a spiritual awakening or something. The news is one sided to benefit her. Lets talk about how she can use a false police complaint to get me arrested, yet nothing is done when the complaint is proved to be false. Dover police complaint 7002-42. What has become of the U.S. ethics for the people.
Shea-Porter filed a false complaint with the VA using my medical condition to attempt to have me put in a nut house to stop my opinion letters. Here is a politician claiming to the U.S. people that she works for the veteran, yet the newspapers refuse to print a response. I served as a U.S. Marine. Yet the newspapers censor my words because they question the ethics of their princess. The VA then stops my medical care completely to help NH and Shea-Porter on their quest to stop my opinion letters. The VA after many, many months restarted my medical care but with an armed guard even in the examining room at all times. Now the VA gives me medical care and medication as long as I pay for it. They do have a VA psychologist Dr Dan Potenza whom is a very caring and professional doctor and I trust and like this person. The VA has used this person to build a bond with me so they can fix the books to demonstrate medical care is given. Dr Dan calls all the time yet I never answer the phone. I am caught between the need to understand where I am and the Need to Die for what I did for the United States of America.. We understand what Shea-Porter wants, but what about what she is?
People tell me they are tired of hearing about my questioning the criminal acts of judge Peter Fauver. The NH supreme court went so far as to cover up these criminal acts committed by Fauver. Fauver Miss Used the power of the court to inflict discrimination and many more crimes to harm a Madbury NH family. Everyone believes you must trust and support the courts. I believe in the U.S. and I believe it is my duty to stand up for the U.S. citizens rights no matter what. Should Shea-Porter be allowed to use the power of government it inflict pain and suffering on a 100% disabled veteran and the Newspapers censor the truth from the citizens this voucher represents. My words are kept silent because this U.S. Marine came back to a nation that he does not belong. I was trying to stop writing because my end is needed. Shea-Porter was published in many newspapers telling the people of her ethics. Her letter made me sick. You can censor my response but the people will hear because the rights of the people must come before this political princess. Even the VFW and American Legion place political image about this veteran right to live. Powerful words but the truth will stand for ever.
The truth is a powerful weapon but it can also be a very dangerous virus if hidden.

Peter takes time off 5-14-09

Peter takes time off 5-14-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls Rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
People call me names and such (as a wanna be). People believe that I place my life and family on the line for some self motivation. People Flagg my letters or censor them to keep others from reading them and learning the truth. The NH government and courts use illegal and criminal tactics to stop me. Police use harassment to attempt to get me to violate the law so they can arrest me legally. I volunteer every day to help others with out concern for the pain or discomfort from my four permanent life changing disabilities received in the U.S. Marine Corps tour during the Vietnam Conflict. I have unsuccessfully attempted to end it many times since I returned in seventy four to a (World) U.S. that I do not belong. I have mental lapses that take me into a world that no one belongs and there is no answers. I jumped many months ago off a cliff only to be carried by the wind to the top of a birch tree that lowered me to the ground leaving a scare on my upper leg to mark the memory. The VA stops my medical care to stop me from writing opinion letters about the Criminal Judge Peter Fauver.
What happen to freedom of the press? What happen to the Constitution? Can anyone tell me why the NH supreme court would cover up Judge Fauver using court powers to allow the Madbury NH selectmen using government powers to drive people that they do not like out of town? Tell me what satisfaction the newspapers get out of refusing to inform its readers about the truth? Why would the newspapers want to protect criminal acts by Fauver and the NH government? The VA suicide hotline drives me to commit suicide with continuous phone calls. The VA sends me to out side doctors and then sends me the bill. The out side doctors give me medication and the VA makes me pay for it. We have laws and rules that the general public must follow but the judges and connected government officials do not have to obey.
My attempts to end it have failed. The police attempts to get me to violate the law have failed. The VA attempting to get me to commit suicide have failed. I can not shame the U.S. Military that every day since the start of the U.S. have given, just so that this nation would have equal treatment for all. Freedom is no more, where the people are deprived of the truth because a few want to cover it up. When the NH Supreme court can refuse to hear a case that spells out and documents Judge Fauver using judicial powers to allow discrimination and other more serious crimes of the Madbury NH selectmen some one must give at all costs to expose it. I lay here in this benjo ditch listening to the little feet silently move in the distance, while looking up at the sky wondering what the U.S. is like. There can be no answers, I tell my self if this is a dream and I am a wanna be. May be time off, can end it for all. This is the last letter for a few days or more.

Disabled Veteran 5-13-09

Disabled Veteran 5-13-09
Please send a copy of this letter to Dan Potenza Doctor at the NH Veterans Hospital
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
New readers of my letters may have a few facts wrong. I am a high school drop out. At 17, I left home and became a U.S. Marine. Right out of boot camp there was a auto accident which I lost my complete memory for ever. Because of an admin error I was sent back to active duty with no memory at all. Spending the next 31 months over seas fighting for this nation. I came back in 74 seeing the U.S. for the first time that I can remember. I received three more life changing disabilities combat related before coming back to the world (US). I volunteer every day since coming back and that is how in 1999 I met the family in Madbury NH. They read a letter of mine in the paper and called to ask if I could help them. With out hesitation I went to talk with this family. It was a zoning issue. The Madbury NH selectmen admitted in public that they were using government powers to run this family out of town because one of the selectmen did not like them. Judge Peter Fauver under a little used NH law appointed me as their attorney. WE proved with documents, facts and witnesses which in any reasonable persons mind the criminal acts committed by Madbury beyond any doubt. Judge Fauver knowingly and with intent to harm used the court powers in a discriminatory manner to protect the selectmen and the illegal acts. The NH supreme court refused to hear the case presented to them because it spelled out with no doubt that Judge Fauver was a criminal. The High court in NH could not let a high school drop out prove that the NH judicial system needed to correct the wrongs of discrimination and abuse of power. These facts have been stated and documented in court records this is why I can openly write them with out fear of libel. NH is acting in a Hitler like manner and the people are to scared to react openly.
The NH courts and government violated the Constitution in their attempt to stop my informing the public by opinion letters. They use the State and local police to harass my friends, family and me. Fauver uses the local sheriff to for this harassment. The governor charges me money to talk but we never do. The terrorist charges under the Patriot act were used to attempt to demonstrate the power of government. Four days before the trial the charges were dropped after 6 months loss of freedom. The newspapers refuse to print the facts or my opinion letters. The News went so far that during this past election they printed articles bending the facts to destroy my election chances. A Mr. Pingree in todays paper writes about how someone comparing Obama to Hitler may be wrong because Hitlers tactics can not be used in the U.S. The people of NH take a blind eye because of Newspaper censor ship. Censorship is coming to a close because of people like the NH Free Press and now a Calif. Writer named Bobby Florentz. The movement to take the United States back is coming alive. There is to much crime and corruption in the government not to correct it now.
I am a 100% disabled U.S. Marine that volunteers every day to help others. I do this to make the United States better for all in the future. I do this to show respect for those U.S. Military that will never get to enjoy the freedom that the public take for granted. My letters are a way of hoping any one that reads them will help bring this nation back to the reason it was created. Equal justice for all.

Veterans Today Staff Writer 5-12-09

Veterans Today Staff Writer 5-12-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
I have been a staff writer for the Veterans Today Blog for awhile now. My page is banned from there site but every once in awhile they print my letters. I hold dear to my heart the welfare of every U.S. Military, Past Present and Future with my every word. I care about the U.S. citizens and our rights guaranteed under the Constitution. I am simply amazed at the number of people across the U.S. that read my letters every day as if this nobody has the right to say anything. I openly talk about my plight with memory that never leaves me. My openness never would have happen if I did not volunteer every day helping others. Helping this one Madbury NH family with a zoning issue is what sharpened my ability to be open. Being put in jail as a terrorist by the NH government to stop my opinion letters made me aware of the hardships placed on innocent U.S. citizens by people with to much power. The VA stopped my medical care for my service rated disabilities to help NH stop my opinion letters. Veterans Today writes about how it is now a daily routine for senator to read this site to learn about Veteran causes. It is not just Veterans Today that has banned me, every newspaper in the U.S. has banned my letters. My words are ringing across the U.S. any way.
My head injury left me with no memory of my life in the U.S. before the accident. I spent the next 31 months overseas as a U.S. Marine wondering what the U.S. was like. I now endure the pain in my head and back everyday volunteering hoping that it will cause my death. The articles in every newspaper talks about U.S. Military and Veterans committing suicide and ways to prevent it. You see over the years since 74 when I returned many times while in one of my other worlds I have attempted to do what many wish would happen to me. I have come close many times but seem to come back to this world and stop my actions. The one time that I remember that I did not come back in time the wind caught me and placed me on the top of a birch tree which lowered me to the ground safely before snapping. It was as if another Marine gave his life so that I can continue. It is like the torment and torture from the NH government is my incentive to teach the American People why it is not right for us to come home. The conflict of being proud of what we have done and what this civilized society taught us (and reminds us every day) what is correct, never come together. My plight with no memory of the U.S. prior to coming home left me to learn just how much silence is necessary to exist in a place that can not accept us. Silence has driven me to be open and write harsh, honest letters of what is necessary to you, the American people understanding that you will never conceive why we are proud of the atrocities of what we did.
I write the truth of the criminal acts of Judge Peter Fauver. The discrimination that the Madbury NH selectmen use to run local residents out of Madbury. The cover up by the NH supreme court. The Constitutional crimes of the NH elected officials and VA officials to stop a U.S. citizen from writing opinion letters. My heart is with every U.S. Military, Past, Present, and Future because we give everything to protect and defend that what you have become complacent with as if you expect it will always be here to protect you. Constitution.

Suicide, Veteran, Call 5-11-09

Suicide, Veteran, Call 5-11-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
The response from Veterans that the (VA does not care) letter was unreal. Veterans telling me how correct my letter is. The turmoil and neglect facing them each time they turn to the VA for help, medical or other wise. I did receive one letter that told how great the VA is to him. So I guess there is two sides to every story. The Concord Monitor Blog did provoke one Mr. Satire to respond to telling me that I should not drive. No concern about my medical care being neglected by the VA and our NH elected officials violating the Constitution to provoke my suicide. The scare on my leg (from the top of the birch tree) has faded to just a line to remind me each time that I see it how this U.S. Marine has failed to achieve the VA wishes of completing my death. Veterans for common since paper talks about how Veteran suicides are down for April. The Veterans Today blog zeros in on the Veterans problems but no one wants to cross the line to help veterans in need. No one can see the line drawn in most veterans heads (of veterans that have been there). Can a veteran live in two worlds and not be aware the effect this draining memory is doing to their lives? Can a veteran go into this alternative world and no one around him being aware of the content of this veteran? Society labels these human beings as losers and wasted potential. The NH governor extorts money from this veteran to talk but never does. Do disabled Veterans have anything to warrant us to drain money from the pockets of our politicians if it does not help the politicians image. If the response from other neglected veterans is so strong maybe the editors should think of telling their readers the truth of what Veterans are saying. My letters are harsh and true but so is the reality of our two worlds that you will never understand.
To use government powers to stop a disabled veteran from telling other U.S. citizens that judge Peter Fauver is a criminal does not make since. To stop a 100% disabled veterans medical care to cause suicide is outrageous. The NH supreme court covered up this case of the Madbury selectmen driving local residents they do not like out of Madbury using government powers. Fauver used discrimination to protect these crimes and the NH elected officials turn a blind eye because it is a disabled veteran that hopefully will commit suicide as a needed element to cover the crimes of the NH judicial and elected officials.
A writer from Calif just called me (Bobby something) he wants to write a story of the criminal acts being perpetrated on this disabled Veteran. I give my permission to this man and anyone else that wants to verify my facts. Call a Dr Dan Potenza at the NH VAH you have my permission to see my medical and any other records. At the NH Supreme court case 2003-0477. The facts in this case is so overwhelming it just does not make since why it continues. Criminal judges must be abolished.
If you read the cards correct, this U.S. Marines line was drawn in the benjo ditch that it looks like I never really got out of. Does reality really exist.
Veterans are children that become killing machines to protect that what those that never serve take for granted. Many veterans have responded to my letters with that untold fact of neglect. I do want to thank Dr Dan and the other staff of the VA you put the greatest care out but it is your senior staff that use political games to harm Veterans.

VA does not care 5-10-09

VA does not care 5-10-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
The VA officials have shown that they do not care about disabled veterans under their care. Public opinion letters detailing medical conditions being not only neglected but criminally dismissed. The VA has taken to openly in the public eye to not treat a veteran in need of medical care. This is a 100% disabled Veteran (service connected). If the VA officials are so bold to do this to one NH veteran think of all the returning U.S. Military today that are set aside because the VA officials just do not care. I send not only every letter that I write to the VA but local and federal elected officials, judges, newspapers and more. 2800 copies of my letter go out each day. The NH Craigs list has brought a great response from NH residents but the torture continues. The public is silent because it is not their concern. The thing is that if this is happening to me it can and will be someone you know or related to that fought for your freedom next. What NH and the VA have done to me, I can be open with you over. My life is over. There is nothing left here for me to be concerned with. The pain in my body and head can be so bad at times as I wrote about yesterday. Other U.S. Military Veterans are not in a position to enlighten the public to the criminal acts of the VA.
Public praise of U.S. Rep from NH Shea-Porter is so miss placed. She does not work to help Veterans. She strictly works to improve her public image. Shea-Porter to stop my opinion letters about the criminal acts committed by judge Peter Fauver used my VA medical conditions to stop me. She filed false police reports to stop my letters. The VA stopped my medical care to get on her good side. You the public do not want to hear about my problems because they are not yours. You cry publicly for veterans that commit suicide on paper but is it real. Think about the Madbury NH family that the selectmen do not like. The selectmen used government powers to run this family out of Madbury NH. Fauver used court powers to protect the selectmen use of discrimination to harm NH residents against the peace and dignity of the state. The NH supreme court covered up the case to protect the legal empire dominance over the people.
I volunteer every day to help people I have not violated the law or committed a violent act. Are You safe from government totalitarianism?
If the VA and NH can do this to me and you the public do nothing the consequences are beyond your ability to conceive. Freedom is not Free.
The day that I became a United States Marine this nation came first in my life and I will do nothing to dishonor her.

That’s Better 5-9-09

That’s Better 5-9-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packers falls Rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Kathleen writes an opinion on we talk about the bad in society to much, lets talk about the better part. Anne writes about war crimes and how it is immoral to kill innocent civilians. The dramatic ends of two views of the world. Talking about the good in the world is always a good way to start off the day. Yesterday, for free mind you, I helped a friend with his self employment. He was short handed so I drove truck for him. I do have my commercial license. It started out that I was just going to hall two loads of sand while he used the heavy equipment to redo this mans driveway. The beautiful part of the job was watching the scenery as I drove back and forth to the pit. What a wonderful time it was when the left eye closed and my cheek began to quiver irately. I pulled the truck over and dreamed that I was in a box with no sides, just floating. After about an hour my eye opened the head pain stopped sending knife like stabs into my scalp. I believe it was about six loads that I completed that day.
Marines killing people in a war zone. Hostile forces use innocent people for cover to kill Marines. The goody two shoes complain because to protect freedom in our nation, so two shoes can complain with out fear of reprisal, people die. These children that become Marines are sent there by your politicians whom most have never served. The Marines are just doing what they are trained to do: Protect and defend our Constitution. Take orders. We (meaning U.S. Military Veterans) come home to be neglected and tossed aside by society. We are spit on, called baby killers and left to die on the street if we are lucky. U.S. Marines are created and we kill because it is what we are trained to do. The good part of being a Marine is when we drive the enemy out, the people left have less to be fearful off tyrants controlling their lives. Freedom Exists.
The good part of society back here in the world (US) is that we have the freedom to write about the wrongs in government. The good is also that people do not have to read the opinion if they do not appreciate the harm Judge Peter Fauver can do if he is allowed to continue to be a criminal on the lose. The good can be the diminishing of our constitution if we allow the NH supreme court to cover up crimes committed by judges to keep third domination in tack. This way selectmen like in Madbury NH can evict illegally local residents that the selectmen do not think are good enough for the elite community of Madbury NH. This is what is so good about freedom you can deprive a veteran of medical care and feel good about it. The VA stopped my medical care to stop my opinion letters. Our checks and balances are controlled by Fauver’s community elite.
Is not freedom wonderful

Can words be wrong 5-7-09

Can words be wrong 5-7-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
The newspapers refuse to print the opinion of the people. Can words be wrong? People in government refuse to speak with me. These same officials charge me money to talk with them but never do. Violence in a civilized society can not be the only alternative. The public should be outraged that communication has stopped between U.S. citizens and the government. The news is quick to print an opinion comparing Obama to Hitler but these same editors refuse to print the discrimination publicly enforced against this disabled veteran. The news is quick to print an opinion on (Wrong on guns) can this be portrayed as encouraging violence. Change in a civilized society will come it is just a matter of what form it will be started with. People that do not know me tell me that they are afraid of me. I have volunteered every day helping others since returning to the states in seventy four. People (even ones that I do not even know) ask me for help. I do not hesitate to volunteer my time to help. I have not violated the law. I have not been violent. I wrote a letter yesterday on discrimination that got the best response yet but the discrimination did not stop. People are hearing my words yet no one will step forward to help. Newspapers went out of their way to harm my character in the voters eye this past primary when I ran for state office yet they refused to print my response. Am I a crazy U.S. Marine caught in a bubble of time that the newspapers are jointly reinforcing. Can the only way to break the bubble is to end the nightmare of where I am. Can it be that newspaper ethics is no longer the truth or the opinion of the people?
I write the VA inspector general every day telling of crimes by VA officials. My letters are ignored. Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal that uses the power of the court to enforce government wrongs against the people. My VA medical was stopped to stop my opinion letters exposing Judge Fauver. The NH supreme court covered up the case when it was presented to them. The VA sends me to a civilian doctor for my service disabilities and then sends me a bill. Fauver and the NH Gov use the state and local police to intimidate me to commit suicide or violence. Fauver uses the local sheriff for Gusto tactics to scare me. Newspapers with their great code of ethics refuses to tell the public.
Am I a disabled Veteran? Did I actually come home. Reality has never been further from the truth. Everyone can not be wrong so it has to be me. I have been to hell and back but this time I can not find the road. I do not need medication or pity the end is the only solution where is it?

NH Senate-Discrimination 5-6-07

NH Senate-Discrimination 5-6-07
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
It is discrimination when a citizen is put in jail as a terrorist to stop opinion letters labeling judges and government officials as criminals. It is discrimination when the NH Supreme Court covers up Judge Fauver using court powers to protect the Madbury NH selectmen using government powers to harm local residents. It is discrimination when Judge Fauver uses the local sheriff for personal Gusto tactics against U.S. citizens to stop exposing criminal acts by Fauver. It is discrimination when newspapers write articles harming a free election to stop the voters informed choice. People are worried that Sylvia Larson NH state senator is calling the gay marriage bill discriminatory. Not only is it discrimination to stop my VA medical care for combat related disabilities it is against the law. People are afraid to openly support me. I am a scary character because of my U.S. Marine Corps disabilities. Where does a disabled veteran go when it is the Government and the courts harming intentionally U.S. citizens. I volunteer every day just to accept that I do not belong here. People every day ask me for help as a local restaurant owner this morning to fix his antique can opener. Because NH declared me a terrorist the local schools have stopped asking me to volunteer with the children.
It is discrimination for NH governor Lynch to charge me money to have the right to speak one on one with him. He took my money and we still have not talked. Do you get the point. None of this can happen in the U.S. It is like the two books that I have written. My first book tells of my tour in the Marine Corps. People tell me that no one could live through and do what is in the book. Well the book is true. As is my second book of Judge Peter Fauver using court powers to illegally harm U.S. citizens. Our NH elected officials as Sylvia Larson, Amanda Merrill and all the others ignore me unless they need my volunteer help. They are hoping that I go away. When they need to distance them selves more or stop my opinion letters exposing government wrongs they use government and court powers to harm my family, friends and me.
I asked the VA for pain medication over six months ago for my head pain. The VA sent me to a civilian specialist and then sent me the bill. The nose doctor could not help my TBI because she did not understand Neurology. The VA I am sure is trying to have me commit suicide to stop me. I know the head and body pain from my disabilities some times gets so bad that death would be preferred. The VA suicide hotline haunts me and causes tension with my wife with their phone calls. What really tick my wife is when the VA hotline sends the police to harass us.
You want to talk about miss use of government powers and discrimination look at the U.S. Military left on the street with out care. Did I ever rally come back to the world (U.S.). You the people of the U.S. want the U.S. Military to protect and defend our Constitution but you are unwilling to stop our politicians from criminally violating every thing that we give for your freedom.
The people in the NH government and the courts are so afraid that if they publicly talk with me that the truth will be an open book. If we the people can not correct the wrongs of the NH supreme court and government officials what is left.
Discrimination is a harsh word but useless if allowed to continue.

Volunteering is something that is a part of my life. Taking a thank you is ok but a gift or any other compensation is taboo to me. Understanding that other people have to work to survive there is no problem with doing a job, beside and with paid employees. Actually is that not what a volunteer is, some one to ease the work load with out increasing the budget. Volunteering every day is my selfish way to show respect to those that did not come back alive. You can call it luck or any thing else but why? Men far better in character and education died and a no body like me is allowed to come back with no reason allowed.
Everything has come to me. My experiences in the Marine Corps and after, far exceed that what others can conceive. I got a beautiful, intelligent, financially and socially responsible wife that loves sex and is totally in love with me. I have three great daughters with college and now their masters degrees. I have built, wire, plumbed houses, operate heavy equipment and trucks, been a lawyer and many other things. I have written two published books, but I can not remember things. I am 100% disabled with four separate disabilities from the MC. One of my injuries is TBI, a head injury. I do not remember a thing before I left for my 31 month overseas tour in nineteen seventy. My thoughts of the world being as was over there always had me asking why? From the smallest event to killing, every thing was new to me in life. Then the MC tells me that I am no longer a Sgt and dumps me into the world (NH). Killing is taboo and no longer is it my place to order others to do jobs. Round eyed woman are all around. People laugh when I dive for cover from the sound of loud noises or subspecies of peoples motions even of others not with us. Every thing is different and no one could tell me why? Volunteering to help others in the MC taught me social skills and educated me with out other questioning my motives
I started college when I first got back because education during my tour kept me going. At UNH I learned how to volunteer in the local communities to learn about living in the U.S. Volunteering has allowed me to survive all these year trying to find the answer why? Many days I volunteer because I have that feeling as now. Coming back was a mistake, but how do I correct it. What I learned we fought for does not exist. What is reality? The obstacles in my world now question every thing that I learned. Judge Fauver is allowed to criminally violate the law. The NH supreme court covers up the crimes by Fauver. The NH government violates to constitution to stop my opinion letters versus protecting the people. The VA stops my medical care and pushes me to suicide. My attempts over the years question reality because they never succeed.
The pain in my head tells me it is time to go. I see the fatal eyes of that child as my bayonet drains his life. The world (U.S.) is a place that some day may be will accept me.
I will volunteer until the end because I came back alive with out reason. Volunteers are used freely.

NECN Veteran Program 5-5-09

NECN Veteran Program 5-5-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
I watched the NECN program on U.S. Military returning disabled. Believing that the subject would be a fictional account of what is real my thoughts were negative at the start. The program was informative and told the truth. The prospects and encouragement are there and people are becoming aware of the disabled U.S. Military veterans. I do not remember the names of the individuals Veterans in the show but each story took me deep in thought. Can this be real. I can identify with what they were saying from back in the seventies when I came home from a conflict. The program highlighted how well the system is improving but it left out the U.S. Military veterans that have the silent disability that eats in there mind until they become homeless, divorced or have lost the positive future to become a nothing that society look at as a loser or a criminal. Veterans helping veterans and politicians working for the good of veterans was a positive step. The problem is that politicians only work for those subjects that can improve their image in the public eye. These Veterans in the program needed and got the care that they needed and deserve but the ones lost in a VA system that just does not care is what I write about. NECN I praise you for your program but tell the other side.
My repetitive letters only anger the public. I get positive responses from most but here and there a negative one comes. The VA stopped my medical care for my four service connected disabilities, some being combat related. They stopped my medical to aid NH to get me to stop writing opinion letters about government wrongs. It is not just me, or me at all. It is the veterans lost on the street today or the ones in jail because those returning even today see society different than you that have never been there. NECN want to and try to but understanding dieing ever second of everyday until you become so complacent with it that it no longer concerns you. Killing others daily. Ignoring injured or dead Marines that you have lived and fought with until the mission is over. These are the mind altering memories that educated you as you lived like a pig, to protect freedom.
The opinion letter today about quit complaining and lets only talk about the good things in life, sums up the sixty love style that protested the Vietnam Conflict. These Veterans were lost in red tape and conflict in the VA. Lets not let the U.S. Military Veterans returning today get the same. Can it be repetitive for the news media to censor that the VA stopped a disabled veterans medical care. Can good news come from bad situations. We gave so that the Constitution could give equal treatment to every U.S. citizen. NH judge Peter Fauver is a criminal that violated the Constitution to intentionally harm other U.S. citizens. NH governor Lynch charged this disabled veteran money for the chance to talk with an elected official. We never talked because a disabled veteran is not good enough. The VA suicide hotline haunts me to commit suicide and the VA stopped my medical care. I have tried many times since I came back to kill my self, not for what NH is doing but because I do not belong back here. The one time that I did not come out of my flash back to not do it is the time I jumped off a cliff and a birch tree snagged my pant leg and lowered me to the ground. This letter is not about me it is about the NECN program. My facts just highlight the negative part of society that illustrate how veterans are miss treated by the U.S. people. NECN should listen because doing what we did will never make a good program although it is why you can be free to do any program that you wish. Innocent people die in war that is what freedom comes from.

Tom McDemott 5-05-09

Tom McDemott 5-05-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
This is a return letter to Tom. I do hope that Tom does not mind that I am publishing this letter as one. I have never said to anyone that the world could not hear my words freely. I stand behind every thing that I say. First of all Tom, I want to thank you for dropping me a line. I want you to know it does not matter that you did not see a war zone. Any one that served deserves and gets my greatest respect. I understand there are people that want to feel as I do but you fail to understand that they can not. As I can not feel as they do. I did not experience being a tunnel rat, climbing a hill under fire, just because a superior wanted that hill. I only know what it is like to be the only person deep in the bush that speaks American on convoy as American Advisor. I only know what it is like to kill a child with a bayonet to get my M-16 back and escape. I know the lonely times of waiting to die and the joist times when that one beer a day is engulfed. I know what it is like to crash in a C-117 and having a sniper bullet pass with in inches of my head. I have jumped to my death only to safely land and move on. The problem is it that it does not a matter with these veterans moving on. Where do we move to? How do you get the memories out of you head every time some one in this civilized society question ethics of what the military has done. It is not a matter of waiting to obtain benefits. It is a matter of this civilized society curtails the benefits to obtain money to spend on their pet projects. Veterans are no longer needed so forget them, this is what happens.
The media does not want to tell the plight of veterans. What the media wants is to hype up news to make papers sell. Veterans feel a part of society. That is our point. You just do not get it. Our actions are something this civilized society can not accept. I am a baby killer. I launched and stopped aircraft that destroyed thousands of lives. I am proud of every thing that I did. Where do I go, when I do not belong?
It is not that the federal government does not enforce the laws as they pertain to veterans. You see we gave so that the Constitution could protect every citizens equally. That is the point. People have become so complacent with life that the Constitution is a worthless piece of paper. People have to understand that the homeless veteran on the street or the one in your home that can not forget, can not adjust, because you can not under stand what it is like to day after day year after year die every single day until life no longer matters. You can not see that taking life is as easy as eating mothers apple pie. You just do your job hoping the short calendar ends or life is over.
Your words mean a lot to me. You are a Veteran and I respect you. I did not believe in God in country. If there was a God there would not be war. I am not alone and I understand this. There are to many of me out there that this civilized society is neglecting. I do not care if they see me but seeing those Veterans returning today can not be aloud to receive the miss understandings of yesterday.
Thank you Tom for your letter. You are doing a great benefit to Veterans by trying to help those in need. My only joy will be when I am successful seeing the light.

New Hampshire Look out 5-4-09

New Hampshire Look out 5-4-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
People from across the U.S. are reading my letters. Political leaders in NH should start thinking about may be repaying me for the money they charged me to speak with them. It is called extortion. NH governor Lynch charged me money to speak with him, one on one about criminal acts committed by Judge Peter Fauver against the peace and dignity of the State of NH. It is against the law to charge any person to speak with an elected or government official. The newspapers should start thinking about publishing my opinion letters. It did NH officials no good to get my medical care for combat related disabilities stopped because my opinion letters continue. Censorship hurts all U.S. citizens even the credibility of the newspapers. The NH craigs list and the Concord Monitor blogs publish my letters and people are reading them. The web is making it so newspapers are only a link to communication. We the people can in seconds tell those connected to the web facts undistorted by the editors. The newspaper did a great job in distorting the truth to stop my bid for the NH state senate this past primary. The U.S. people will learn the truth even if the editors believe they control the word.
People like to flagg my letters but the importance of people reading them is confirmed in the response that I receive. I have lived a secret life in a different world since I came back. This is a common experience for U.S. Military returning. My case may be a little different because one of my four disabilities is TBI traumatic brain injury. I have no memory of any part of my life prior to the Marine Corps. I came back to a world the U.S. for the first time that I remember when I came home at 21. I did 31 months of my four year tour over seas. I learned silence and volunteering is the way to be accepted into this civilized society. The criminal acts of judge Fauver is what made me start speaking publicly about life. The NH supreme court was presented a case that documented and proof beyond any doubt of these crimes by Fauver and covered it up to protect their dominance over the people. I speak openly about it and the editors and NH government wage a war against my opinion becoming public.
The importance of my letters is the public is becoming aware of the silent demons that may lurk in the returning Veterans. Several mothers wrote me to tell me the difference in their child when they came back. One mother talks about her childs friend whom returned as a different person. She tells about how her sons goal is to enter the Marine Corps to fight for our nation. She is scared.
I would not wish what my tour in the MC was on anyone. I would not change a thing in my tour. I have lived and done things most if any will ever even conceive as possible. I am proud of everyone of my situations. My only grief is that I came back to a world (U.S.) that I do not belong. The importance of my letters is that they are making people aware of what the NH and U.S. government is doing to the peoples rights. My letters are also making people aware of unawareness of the understanding of the silent demons that linger in returning veterans until years later when they grow like a cancer and destroy a other wise promising life. My life is over as the NH government wants it to end. A line in the Union leader today (we stopped believing in tomorrow for the cheap thrill of today) tells why this civilized society dishonors the Veterans of past and present. People across the U.S. are reading and learning the truth.

Depression, Veteran, Suicide. 5-3-09

Depression, Veteran, Suicide. 5-3-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Feelings are what make my words appear on the pagers. What are feelings? Defined as a capacity for emotions. The opinion page on the computer has many great points today. Inflaming the public. Is this not how newspapers hype up news to make people want to buy. The facts in the article may be correct but are they slanted in a non truth full way to hype up the story. Like the Nazis opinion tells of committing crimes against humanity. I get a kick out of, unborn rights opinion, or torture is illegal, immoral. Do you the public ever look at what is happening in NH and the U.S. Do you even care that U.S. Military Veterans are being neglected and cast aside. NECN did a great story on disabled Veterans living years in hospitals and being scared to come home. The story is a start but it still refuses to discuss the veteran coming home believing they are ok yet the seeds in the mind are growing destroying the veterans right to live in a civilized society. The news and the U.S. people want to understand but can not achieve the feeling of what it is to be one. A U.S. Military Veteran.
Drum out of your mind every aspect of social, moral, character instilled since birth by your up bring. Learn how to kill in every inhuman way possible and then live the actual education. Survive in living conditions that the most discussing human in the world wood be appalled by, for years. Most Veterans come home and set aside the memories and live. Others come home and that once bright future is lost in a world of crime or homelessness. Divorce and lonely ness, loss of job are factors that society labels as a loser. How can we be close to our children when we are scared of saying the wrong thing or doing the wrong thing. Society tells us someone with no emotions that kills back in the U.S. (world) belongs in prison. Does society define the guilt that we should feel until the confusion drums to the reminder of what we became. Have we become Nazis taking unborn rights because we are neglecting the Constitutional rights of others. Can torture by the people around us toward the veteran be correct?
You call my letters repetitive but do you hear my words. Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal that used the court illegally. The NH supreme court refused to hear the case that question the courts ethics. The NH government uses the police and prison to harm a disabled veteran to stop opinion letters. The VA uses a 100% disabled veterans medical care to stop opinion letters. U.S. Rep Shea-Porter files criminally false police complaints to put a veteran in jail to stop opinion letters. Shea-Porter contact the VA to put a veteran in the nut house to stop opinion letters. The Newspapers only publish letters and articles that praise Shea-Porter so where is the Humanity. People tell me that I need medication but is drugs to silence free speech what disabled veterans need? Is it not repetitive to drug the veteran that questions crimes against humanity and unborn rights that you will witness gone if you do not wake up and protect your rights.
The constant feeling of being there and questioning reality never leaves as if it is a repetitive opinion. The constant reminder that I do not belong haunts my ability to socialize and relate to the ones that I love and care. I am a normal human being in appearance but do you see that veteran in your family. I can put my feelings on these pages but where do belong. A Veterans dream when we are there is to some day come home but once we get here the lesson is learned that we came back to a place where society does not believe that we belong. Why Violence comes 5-2-09

Why Violence comes 5-2-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Violence seems to be the only way to make people understand there is a situation that no one wants to see. Yaw all think that I am nuts and need medication for mental conditions. You fail to hear me when I tell you my VA medical care for disabilities obtained while serving in defense of the U.S. has been stopped. Citizens of the U.S. can not believe that the NH Supreme Court (SC) would and did violate the Constitution to intentionally harm U.S. citizens to protect their dominance. No body wants to step forward because of what the NH government is doing to a 100% disabled U.S. Marine to stop this Marine from writing opinion letters. I have in depth written about crimes by the NH government and Judge Peter Fauver. The news media censors my facts but my words are heard loud and clear across the U.S. Legally there is no way the NH government can stop me. People tell me that they are tired of hearing over and over the illegal acts the NH courts and government are committing against we the people. The situation is continuing every day against me so why should I not write and tell the public. I keep saying violence can not be necessary in a civilized society. We should be able to talk out situations in the U.S. Censor the public to kill the disabled Marine, situation solved.
President Obama gets my letters every day, just like John Lynch, NH governor. Obama does not believe the welfare of a disabled Marine is worth his time. Lynch charges me money to talk but refuses to meet. The NH SC covered up the case by refusing to hear it. Where does a 100% disabled U.S. Marine go when it is the country that he became disabled for, ostracizes him. My two worlds grow further apart but this civilized society believes silence by U.S. Military Veterans is the only way to protect the people back here in the U.S. (world) from what we did for you. Is not the main purpose of the SC to protect the peoples rights? How do you make people understand even a dumb ass Marine believes so much in the U.S. that the SC can not escape his willing ness to protect her. Yaw All complain about the problems plaguing our country but will do nothing to correct them. Did I ever come back? Can my existence be real? Did I fight so a Black Person could some day be President of the Nation that we all believe is home? Was violence used to correct the wrongs as our government grew? Can Violence be the only way to solve situations when the government refuses to listen to the people?
I read a letter today about Old War Horse. It is about how the Past governor is complaining about the present governor. You can say the same about this President doing the same as the last. He will leave the U.S. in worse condition than his predecessor because he refuses to correct the situation. Hearing the words of the people can and must be the way to solve situations. Violence can never be used, but seems to be the only way to make the elite society realize that the majority of the people under you, will only take so much. I will never use violence because I never really came home. I see the face every day of that child that I killed with a bayonet to remind me there must be a better way to make the situation be seen and corrected peacefully.

Old Veteran 5-1-09

Old Veteran 5-1-09
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
I am just an old Fart, a Veteran that came home to attempt to under stand the demons acquired by youth and a belief in a nation to love. As most if not all Veterans, silence and control to keep the public from learning the harsh reality of what we do for their and our Freedom. Most Veterans get on with their lives as these demons relish in the memory only to be heard from less and less as the years go on. A child left home to become a member of the U.S. Military and some get educated with cruel, in human, uncivilized acts of life. We live like pigs and feel lucky just to be alive. We endure some of the most horrific non believable conditions and experiences, only to be unable to talk about them. If for some reason we do talk about our experiences we are not believed or referred to as baby killers or worse. We create death all around us and dreaming our end is near just to end reality so something is real. The contradiction of wanting to survive to live out our lives in a country where freedom is real. A country that secretly does not want us but at the same time praises us for what we have done. The image of politicians telling the public Veterans deserve our care but behind closed doors slash any money to carry out that care. We will end up old farts unable to contribute to their coffers of money so let the disabled veteran fade silently into the streets.
Reality is if we ask for help, it is considered a plead for pity. The consequences of the appearance to let out what we have become takes over in silence. People back here in the U.S. are just incapable of accepting the impossible. What idiot would stand in front of an F-4 doing 600 knots and stopping with in 15 feet of you. Whom would be stupid enough to toot a load M16 through the country side just to kill others or be killed himself because the enemy was quicker. Can it be socially acceptable to stick a bayonet in a child to silence that child for eternity? Do we push aside wounded or injured until the mission is complete before attempting to aid these fallen friends. Did we become killing machine incapable of emotion toward others for ever. Will those of us trying to fit into society learn to display false feelings to demonstrate we belong back here. Will the word pity be used as a catalyst to shame us to remain silent until we can be disposed of in a civilized social manner.
What idiot would believe in a document called the constitution and volunteer to help other U.S. citizens? Can people be so dumb to believe exposing the criminal act of Judge Peter Fauver would be accepted? Is any one so naive to believe that if a dumb ass U.S. Marine presented a case to the NH supreme court of criminal constitutional violations of the Constitution by a judge that the SC would protect the peoples rights.
I am proud of my service in the U.S. Marine Corps. I am proud that I volunteer every day to help others. I am proud of being put in jail as a terrorist for believing in our constitution so much that I am so dumb to present such a case to the NH Supreme Court. I will not be violent or violate the law but I will stand till my death if that is what it takes to represent those that have fallen, this respect not to let any one group diminish our Constitution in any way. Our children gave their lives for this Constitution.
The reality is this letter will be censored because it is the words of a U.S. Marine. I am just an old fart that society needs and wants to expel.
