NECN Veteran Program 5-5-09

I watched the NECN program on U.S. Military returning disabled. Believing that the subject would be a fictional account of what is real my thoughts were negative at the start. The program was informative and told the truth. The prospects and encouragement are there and people are becoming aware of the disabled U.S. Military veterans. I do not remember the names of the individuals Veterans in the show but each story took me deep in thought. Can this be real. I can identify with what they were saying from back in the seventies when I came home from a conflict. The program highlighted how well the system is improving but it left out the U.S. Military veterans that have the silent disability that eats in there mind until they become homeless, divorced or have lost the positive future to become a nothing that society look at as a loser or a criminal. Veterans helping veterans and politicians working for the good of veterans was a positive step. The problem is that politicians only work for those subjects that can improve their image in the public eye. These Veterans in the program needed and got the care that they needed and deserve but the ones lost in a VA system that just does not care is what I write about. NECN I praise you for your program but tell the other side.
My repetitive letters only anger the public. I get positive responses from most but here and there a negative one comes. The VA stopped my medical care for my four service connected disabilities, some being combat related. They stopped my medical to aid NH to get me to stop writing opinion letters about government wrongs. It is not just me, or me at all. It is the veterans lost on the street today or the ones in jail because those returning even today see society different than you that have never been there. NECN want to and try to but understanding dieing ever second of everyday until you become so complacent with it that it no longer concerns you. Killing others daily. Ignoring injured or dead Marines that you have lived and fought with until the mission is over. These are the mind altering memories that educated you as you lived like a pig, to protect freedom.
The opinion letter today about quit complaining and lets only talk about the good things in life, sums up the sixty love style that protested the Vietnam Conflict. These Veterans were lost in red tape and conflict in the VA. Lets not let the U.S. Military Veterans returning today get the same. Can it be repetitive for the news media to censor that the VA stopped a disabled veterans medical care. Can good news come from bad situations. We gave so that the Constitution could give equal treatment to every U.S. citizen. NH judge Peter Fauver is a criminal that violated the Constitution to intentionally harm other U.S. citizens. NH governor Lynch charged this disabled veteran money for the chance to talk with an elected official. We never talked because a disabled veteran is not good enough. The VA suicide hotline haunts me to commit suicide and the VA stopped my medical care. I have tried many times since I came back to kill my self, not for what NH is doing but because I do not belong back here. The one time that I did not come out of my flash back to not do it is the time I jumped off a cliff and a birch tree snagged my pant leg and lowered me to the ground. This letter is not about me it is about the NECN program. My facts just highlight the negative part of society that illustrate how veterans are miss treated by the U.S. people. NECN should listen because doing what we did will never make a good program although it is why you can be free to do any program that you wish. Innocent people die in war that is what freedom comes from.
