God Did Answer 11-30-08

Yesterday was tough! I finished writing my letter with out knowing it. It went out by email because several people that read it, left me messages. I was so caught by the response that I went back and read it my self between un-inclusive ventures. I spent the day in front of the TV watching foot ball games as a cover. This way my family thought that I was to interested in the game to answer them. The times that I did answer was in between trips deep in my mind. I do not remember seeing one complete game. I am sure after 28 years my wife does know me, but she respects my wish to not show my medical problems to others. I was impressed by what I read. If I can write such revealing opinion letters stating facts that reveal wrongs in government why has no one even answered my letters. The VA has a federal law that requires them to answer disabled veterans complaints within a required maximum number of days. The VA has not answered one of my thousands of complaint letters. Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal that violates the law in the name of justice and the NH supreme court covers it up. NH governor Lynch knowingly or unknowingly allows the NH government to violate the law to crush me. NH’s US Rep uses her federal powers to have a VA Dr file commitment orders to take my freedom by using my 100% US Military medical conditions as a weapon against me. She is allowed to file false police complaint with the Dover NH police to get me arrested to stop my letters and no one says anything to her. The newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters. The VA to aid the NH government to stop my letters has stopped my medical care. The person in charge of the NH VA told me to commit suicide and my complaints are ignored. The News Media (Boston Globe)told me to commit suicide before writing another letter to the editor. The Boston Globe did this in writing as is all the other criminal violations of the constitution documented in this case so I ask why????????
God Did Answer Me. I must have never completed my last convoy. As A US Marine I lost my complete memory from a car accident right out of boot camp. I have no memory of my child hood, family, or friends. I dream of seeing the US just once before I die. I have been injured so many times in the requirement to complete mission at all costs the final injury must have happen. I do not believe in God but others tell me, all Marines go to h-ell for what we do. If there is a God; he must be telling me “h-ell for this Marine” is to continuously see the nation that he gave his life for violate the belief’s other Marines told him were the reason we do these violation of a civilized society daily.
God must have answered me because there can be no other reason for the news media to violate every ethical belief to punish this US Marine in eternity. Freedom of the press does not cover Marine doomed in H-ell.

My letter to the editor 11-29-08
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
My letter “Am I God” is being published in several newspapers in NH and across the U.S. If there was any question of false or untrue facts these judges and government officials would be all over me. There is no legal way to stop my writing letters exposing wrongs in government. This is the United States of America and we should all be proud during this holiday season to be so lucky to live where the people have rights. We should demand all newspapers print my letters to let the people be informed. Most NH newspapers went so far as to interfere with a free election this past primary. They not only censored my opinion letters but they published one liners to harm my character in the public eye. The news media in NH must be so intimidated by the truth they refuse to print the response of the average citizen. Amanda Merrill is a great person and she will be a credit to every US citizen as she represents us in the NH state senate. My point is, it should have been the informed voters choice. Not the editors controlling the public’s knowledge of the facts. Ask why the news media is so afraid of printing the truth. My facts are documented in the NH Supreme Court papers. Yes the NH supreme court refused to hear a case that clearly documented Judge Peter Fauver’s criminal acts to use the NH laws to intentionally harm US citizens. Judge Fauver will get a copy of this letter along with 2800 others. This letter will be goggled and published on many blogs across the US. All my letters are. The newspapers are the only one to censor them.
It is not just the news media. Our NH elected officials refuse to help a 100% disabled US Marine. Judge Fauver allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers to get revenge on local residents that the selectmen did not like. The Madbury selectmen will read this letter. They will get mad but there is no legal action they can do to stop the truth. I volunteer to help this Madbury family because it is the right thing to do. It is not easy. I have been put in jail on bogus charges. I have been fined for no illegal acts. I have had my VA medical stopped as a weapon to stop my letters. The local sheriff thinks it is funny to arrest me as intimidation to help Judge Fauver in is quest to defeat the public. The VA refuses me medical care but asks me to commit suicide. The news media ( Boston Globe) asked me in an email to commit suicide. The US Rep from NH used her political powers to have a VA Dr. file false commitment orders to take my freedom. She also filed false police complaints to get me arrested. The NH governor sends the state police to inform me “my letters are causing problem in the state capital the NH governor (Lynch) would prefer that I kill myself”.
The editors allow a night mare to continue. The response of the people to the criminal acts that the news media is allowing judges and government officials to commit against a disabled person is unreal. I lay here in this Benjo Ditch wanting so much to see the US just once. The truth is the pain and misery of existing one more day in such choate conditions can (the US be much better) killing my self be the way. Mom Dad don’t take this letter wrong. I am just trying to pass the boring moments of the long waits before the convoy continues. I will write again soon. Your loving son.

Boys, children response
Response to 7th grade Boy 11-28-08
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
How a child can make a difference or help the community? Placing wreaths on the graves of fallen U.S. Military makes for good headlines. As many times before: you miss the point. Respect and Honor what these young citizens did it for. They became Veteran’s, some came back to fill a productive life. Others came back disabled by seeable disabilities while some came back dead or not at all, for your Constitutional rights.. Others came back looking normal but in years to follow the demons of war will cripple these Veterans only to be stereo typed by society as criminals or homeless, lazy individuals. We and I believe that I am speaking for most if not all Veterans “we are not looking for your pity or praise”. We want you all to learn why we did it. We want you to learn the purpose and history of the Constitution. We want you to Respect and Honor by not diminishing the equal protection for all that the Constitution gives us. We want the government to serve the people not master them. Society treats veterans as second class citizens until a politician needs to use us to benefit their public image during an election year. Learn why Editor’s censoring a opinion letters is out right wrong.
The newspapers will not print my response because they disagree with my opinion. I am a disabled Veteran from this child’s home town. You meaning “all citizens” do not realize the harm each editor censoring my opinion will and does have on all the US. Judge Peter Fauver intentionally violated the Constitution with intent to harm a Madbury NH family. Fauver allowed the Madbury selectmen to use government powers to seek and get revenge on local residents that the selectmen did not like. The NH supreme court covered up the case when presented to them. I volunteer my time to help this family and NH violates the law to stop me. The VA stopped my medical care to stop my opinion letters. Our elected officials, the law enforcement and the courts will not do anything to stop these violations of the Constitution. The Newspapers censor my opinion letters. If it was not for my sending over 2800 copies of my opinion over the internet each day no one would know. I ran for election to NH state senate this past primary only to be damaged by the newspapers to stop me. The editors printed one liners to damage my character in the public eye to interfere with the voters choice. How many other Veterans or citizens are swept under the rug. My opinion letters during the election were knowingly censored to stop the voters from learning.
The Constitution can not be allowed as the newspapers and government are doing for their own personal weapon to control society. The editor’s can not claim liability issues for not printing my letters. I send them to judges, government officials, newspapers and more every day. If a child wants to make a difference see that what we became Veterans for is not diminished in any way. Get involved in government and make it stand for We the People again. Make a difference by making sure Equal Treatment is not for only the select few. If this school want to know more about me the book that I wrote about my time in the Marine Corps is in their library

Am I GOD??? 11-27-08
Am I GOD??? 11-27-08
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Am I GOD! Is that why I will not die, now matter how close I come? Today is Thanksgiving. A day for us all to thank, I guess ourselves? I have many unanswered questions of “why I am here” “whom am I” “is this a dream and I am really dead” the list just keeps growing. Are you confused? Well so am I. Getting into the Veteran’s Admin stopping my VA medical care for my 100% service connected disabilities seems useless to talk about. The (I want to say lack of) compassion or even the slightest bit of caring from any individuals leaves me to thing that I must be invisible. I get calls every day from friends and people that I do not even know (that got my number from someone else) for help. I stop and talk to people that I meet on the street that seem to be in despair or just could use a friend for a second or too. I volunteer every day to help others because I came back alive. I believe I owe those that came home dead or never at all this respect to make our nation better in any way that I can. I am not asking for your pity. I get some hate mail from people and others just tell me to stop writing. Most tell me to keep going because it is about time that someone stood for right against the powerful. You (the people of the United States) can use me to illustrate what is happening to Veteran’s across the US. We have checks and balances to stop government wrongs yet in a case (where the Veteran has been lost under the rug) of some veterans there is no help. I have four serious medical conditions from my tour in the USMC. Three are combat related. It is against the law for the government to use anyone’s medical condition as a weapon to stop a person from writing letters to the editor. It is a slap in the face to our forefathers for the newspapers to censor the opinion of a 100% disabled veteran (or any citizen) when expressing wrongs in government. Even if the editors disagree with the opinion.
I guess wishing to come back alive to see the US once before you give your life for her is a night mare. It is one of those dreams if you understood what it meant you never would have wished for it. Judge Peter Fauver used the power of the court to allow the Madbury NH selectmen to seek and get revenge on local residents that the selectmen wanted to inflict harm on. The NH supreme court knowingly allowed this by refusing to hear a case that documented and spelled it out clearly to protect the legal empire’s dominance over the people. I volunteer my time to help Madbury NH residents and the courts and government use my medical condition to stop me. Everyone is to afraid to speak up for fear this will happen to them.
Thanksgiving is not a time to say thank you. It is a time at the end of harvest season where excess crops would be cooked and shared with others as a way not to waste them. I suffered head pain while drinking my coffee at a local coffee shop this morning. I wanted to die so bad at that moment. I do not want to live through another Thanksgiving. I am not GOD. I am a US citizen (that happens to be a 100% disabled US Marine). You the people of the United States of America are allowing our constitutional rights to be left to waste in the fields. I am not sure which is worse the pain from my disabilities received defending this great nation or the pain of seeing what our children (US Military) gave their lives for being diminished.
You in NH are doing this to me but let my life illustrated the pain you are doing to too many Veterans lost under the rug.

What makes NH great 11-26-08
What makes NH great 11-26-08
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Patrick from Mr. Gilmore’s geography class in Pawtucket RI, wanting local residents to talk about “What makes NH Great”? I left NH at 17 to become a U.S. Marine. I left the US after suffering a Traumatic Brain Injury (with complete permanent loss of memory from a car accident right out of Parris Island) from the US military hospital. I did the next 31 months over seas in and out of hostel territory during the Vietnam Conflict. NH is a small state that most other Marines never heard of. The closest was a Marine from Portland Maine whom was able to tell me what NH was like. I had no memory of my family, friends or state. I dreamed of making it back alive to see the state of NH one day as beautiful as other Marines described NH and the U.S. I returned in 74 to be spit on at the San Francisco airport by a hippy girl protesting the Conflict. I was discharged with in days and landed by small plane in the Lakes Region airport. The view of the large and small lakes warmed my needs to touch what was only a dream for so long. I hitched hiked the 15 miles to my home town school where I wanted to see the guidance councilor because with no memory I found education classes during my tour through the mail helped me. People that picked me up or I met while walking were friendly and out going. The average person then and now I find in NH are willing to give (either with a friendly word or help) as a natural norm. I found this across the US but in NH it seemed more natural. I met family and friends over the next few years Hiking, camping, or just enjoying the many social and natural elements of the area. I had trouble adjusting so drinking became my solution. I had receive two more permanent disabilities during separate combat related missions. The NH people (one in particular) identified my troubles because he had returned a few years earlier. He gave me a room and helped me get in to UNH. He could see my social skills were that of a Marine Sgt so he helped me adjust and conform to the civilized society. In NH small town governments are made up of local volunteers which in every town I lived, I participated. Volunteering in NH to help others is a major part of our culture. I find volunteering gives me a chance to get advice from older more wiser people and give at the same time. I came back alive so I feel giving is my small way of respecting those that never come home.
NH is as I am sure your state and all the other parts of the US are great. The United States of America is what we the people make her be. I re-live, living what I did every day and that is why last year the VA diagnosis me with PTSD. I lived in different friendly villages that my convoy stopped at nights where families lived and ate 11 or more to a small hooch. Where they ate with their hands because utensils were a luxury. I have seen life from both sides. You can write about NH but on this Holiday season the United States of America is where we are all equal in constitutional rights and that is what is special about the United States of America. In your report I hope you say thank you to those in our U.S. Military now and the Veterans that returned from past wars and those that never came home alive or at all. Thank You for reading my letter Patrick writing it means more than you realize Thank You for giving me the reason to write you.

Mental-Veteran-VA 1125-08
Mental-Veteran-VA 1125-08
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
I remember my biggest concern while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps was that I would lose a limb during my tour. My biggest dream was living long enough to see the U.S. just once (that I would remember) before I died as a U.S. Marine. Losing a limb would have meant certain death, because I would have ended it. Instead I came home with no memory of life back here from TBI. A broken back from a Vietnam offensive. Loss of hearing in both ears from being blown off a runway. Now after thirty years out the VA diagnosed me with PTSD. I have struggled for over thirty years to live in a society that does not want me. Not me as a person but as a Veteran that did in-human acts and lives by a code of placing the U.S. Honor above anything else. Not me as an individual but me as all veterans.
Yesterday I wrote a letter VA violates law. My head was pounding and I have no memory of writing that letter. I know that it must have been just after I pressed the email button sending the letter to 2800 email address I laid on the couch with a bloody nose. I woke up several hours later when a friend called to ask for my help. I rode around on a commercial lawn mower vacuuming up leaves. My friend kept asking me where I was, during the day. I was caught in two worlds. One back here in the U.S. trying to make the best out of what I do not understand. The other was on convoy as American Advisor through hostile territory riding with men that did not speak any American.
The VA violated the law by stopping my VA medical. Having the Suicide hotline harass me. The person in charge of the NH, VA telling me to commit suicide. Restarting my VA medical with limited and sub-standard care. They do this to aid the NH government to stop my letters to the editor. What happen to the checks and balances to stop such criminal acts from harming a 100% disabled veteran? No one cares!
The newspapers across the U.S. refuse to print the truth. Many say it does not concern their readers. Many say this is a personal matter. Many say that their concern for libel suits out ways any possibility of publishing my letters. Many believe that I am a mental U.S. Veteran in need of care. I am a U.S. Military Veteran on an Island floating in a country that does not want me and a world that I do not belong. The Veterans Today magazine got my hopes up last year when they published my letters. They now censor a mental (with out care) veteran. I honestly understand why some U.S. Military commit suicide while serving in dangerous areas. They see the writing on the wall before coming back to a society that can not understand where they are? Some returning Veterans quickly learn and commit suicide once back. Many slip into a world of reliving what we have done only to be only alienated from the ones we love and a nation that can not accept us. I have been lucky I have a great wife that’s love endures my wavering lonely times. I have friends that create busy work to keep me safe in times of questions at a cost of time and money to themselves.
You see I realize that many if not thousands of Veterans feel the doubts of reality of why we came back. Many fit into society by camouflaging the dreams and memories of what others can not accept. Some die, others go to jail or become homeless.

Newspaper censoring the words of the people violates the code of US Honor.

VA violates law 11-24-08
VA violates law 11-24-08
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
The Veterans Administration is by law, to answer veteran’s complaints as requested by the veteran by email, phone or in writing. I have sent the VA over 800 letters complaining of criminal acts by VA officials and they have refused to answer me. Not one answer. What are they going to say when the public learns of the criminal violation of a 100% disabled Veteran’s rights and their refusal to answer the complaint letters. Whom do you complain to when it is the people in charge committing the criminal acts. I have four serious medical disabilities from my tour in the USMC. Three of my disabilities are combat related. Sunday night while I was watching TV the VA suicide Hotline calls me to harass my family. The person in charge of the NH veterans admin told me to commit suicide and the Hotline is enforcing it. The newspapers censor my opinion letters that try to expose the wrongs in government.
I have violated no laws. I volunteer every day to help others. I do this for selfish reasons. I was allowed to come back alive so I owe those that gave their lives the respect to make the US better for all as they gave their lives for. Everyone in power wants to cover up Judge Fauver’s criminal violations of the Constitution to intentionally harm US citizens. Fauver allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to use government power for revenge against local residents. The NH supreme Court refused to hear the case that spelled criminal acts by a judge, to protect the legal empire over the people.
NH US Rep used her political influence to use my VA medical conditions as a weapon against me to stop my letters to the editor. She then used the Dover NH police by filing a false police complaint against me. The VA then stopped my VA medical to stop my letters. I am now sending 2800 copies of my letters to judges, government officials, VA officials, Police, newspapers and people; yet my words are censored. Retribution by government officials to stop a citizen from writing letters to the editor that expose government wrongs is against the law. When I die because I could not get medical care whom will answer for it. Do you think that the sub-standard, limited medical to show false paper work in my record will not be recognized. The facts are stated in so many letters made public it is going to be hard for these trusted powerful government officials to cover it up. Silence by the newspapers is also going to be questioned. Should someone have seen the warning signs and put a hand out first. How can these judges and public officials harm a person that volunteers every day to help others? How can the VA when so many letters are sent to officials across the US allow NH to do this to a 100% disabled Veteran? I will not kill my self over a conflict with the government.
It seems that the laws no longer matter when you have the trusted power of the people to control others by miss using the law. It seems disabled veterans or veterans in general have less rights that others so diminish our Constitutional rights to make life easier for the powerful. Don’t give me pity, it is the loss to the people of the U.S.
Ask the newspapers why they would knowingly censor a news article by a disabled Veteran to expose wrongs in government. It just does not make sense. Why do we have laws and ethic rules if the editors and government officials do not abide by them.

Kill, Disabled, Suicide--words not used 11-23-08
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
John Harrigan’s article on “VS Kill” and the letters in the editor section of the many newspapers that I read each morning amazed me. I have been advised by many newspapers not to use this word in my letters. The state police came to my home to tell me not to use this word. To top it off the Secret Service flew in from DC to tell me not to use this word. John hit it on the nose society is to sensitive. These are words that scare people but unless we talk about them and the cause to use them we are no better off than those “animal’s” we use them on.
I was further amazed at the letters on Respect and help “disabled”. We live in a sensitive society where “do good-ers” claim that we must do the right thing. It is like the 60’s when we advised our children instead of correcting and disciplining them. We as a free society can not seem to understand why a child would pull the cane from a disabled person. Why a non-handicapped person (the correct term) would take the parking space of a disabled person. These are the children of the 60’s. Children whom can not relate discipline to their child because they were not. Hillsborough county reaching out to senior disabled. I am amazed because of what the people of the state and the newspapers have allowed to be done to a 100% disabled veteran that volunteers every day since he came back in 74 to help others across the state of NH.
We have the American’s with disabilities act to protect disabled persons. My medical for combat related disabilities was stopped yet no one care. NH put me in jail as a terrorist. I lost my freedom for 6 months before the bogus charges were dropped. The editors censor my opinion letters. The person in charge of the VA in NH told me to commit suicide. Judge Peter Fauver uses the local sheriff to arrest me for harassment to stop my letters. A NH U.S. Rep uses my combat related medical conditions as a weapon for to stop my letter about her. She files false police reports to get me arrested and no one will do any thing to stop it. I came back to a society that can not accept the disabled.
Suicide and helping the disabled seniors can not be done until society tries to under stand. We must understand the words “Kill, disabled, suicide” and how they relate to the individual before we can help. As a Marine Sgt I counseled men under me why killing themselves was wrong. Then I would put them in a position where their live would be taken. This does not make since. I now identify with why these men would do the ultimate act. Society does not want to understand. I came back 100% disabled to a society that I do not belong. I have come with in seconds of killing my self many times. One of my injuries is a short term memory (TBI) so it something interrupts the act; I forget and go on to something else. I have lived silently for over 30 years taking daily trips back to an uncivilized time in my life. The state of New Hampshire has labeled me a “Danger to society” so my opinion is censored by the editors. I volunteer every day to help others because my dream of living long enough to see the U.S. once before I gave my life for her came true. This is one dream that I wish never happen. Society does not want to understand about returning Veterans. Society does not want to understand Suicide, disabled, Kill. It is like the un-said meaning that I got from John Harrigan’s article about the Weasel-word Avoidance of the year award. May be the editors across the U.S. should get it?

In writing I have stated crimes by government officials to harm U.S. citizens, yet no one cares. This Madbury NH family is very nice people. They help other people out when ever they can. They all work hard just to survive. This family is your every day U.S. citizen. Just because a Madbury NH selectmen did not like this family they can use government powers to drive this family into bankruptcy. Is this fair? We the U.S. citizens expect the courts to stop such criminal acts. Judge Peter Fauver knowingly allowed or committed 29 or more constitutional crimes to help the Madbury selectmen complete their acts of revenge on U.S. citizens with the use of government powers. In my book this makes Judge Fauver one of the biggest criminals alive. When presented the case, spelling out the facts clearly and documented with proof the NH supreme court refused to hear the case. The case would have exposed wrongs in the monopoly of the legal empire over the people to public scrutiny. This Madbury family was so desperate that when they read a letter to the editor that I wrote, they asked for my help. I volunteered my time because correcting wrongs in government is every U.S. citizens obligation. If I can state these facts in writing, Ask why has nothing been done. If the facts are true we need to stop these crimes before they harm your family next. If my letters are false we need to legally stop me. This they can not do because then every one will know the facts. Ask why the newspapers have stopped my opinion letters?
To protect the legal empire NH declared me a terrorist and took my freedom for 6 months before dropping the bogus charges. State and local police harass my family. Fauver uses the local sheriff to arrest me to stop my letters. A NH U.S. Rep uses her political influence to have the VA use my 100% combat related disabilities as a weapon to stop me. She files false police complaints to get the Dover NH police to arrest me to stop my letters. The VA stops my medical care. The list of government crimes to stop me just goes on and on. The editors refuse to inform the people, ask why?
I can tell today is not going to be a good day for me. My head is pounding and my head and back pain is crippling. My legs are tingling and my left eye is closing. I will volunteer my time to help today if someone asks. I was impressed today by the newspaper article of the Florida boy that committed suicide on the web. I dreamed of staying alive long enough to see the U.S. just once before I was killed defending this great nation as a U.S. Marine. I came back to a nation that can not and will not accept someone that just does not fit the norms of a civilized society. I believed that the U.S. government was here to serve the people not master them. The highest suicide rate is amount U.S. military and Veterans, ask why? Veterans are treated as second class citizens and society does not even realize it. Silence is the unwritten rule of returning veterans because a civilized society does not understand. Those that speak openly (as I have done) are mocked and ridiculed, until shame makes death a joy.
I have volunteered every day since I came back in 74, 100% disabled to help others. Society is so ashamed of me that my opinion letters are censored and my constitutional rights are banished. I have violated no laws, yet no one cares the wrongs government is doing to my family and I. I do not want your pity. I want you to understand. I put the truth in writing so you understand.

Discrimination by VA to Kill a Veteran 11-21-08
Discrimination by VA to Kill a Veteran 11-21-08
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
The symbol for the U. S. is Freedom. The belief that all citizens will have equal protection of the law and government services. Discrimination by the Veteran’s Admin to stop medical care for a disabled veteran is Discrimination. It does not matter what the reason is that the medical care was stopped. It does not matter if the medical care was started again. To RED FLAGG a 100% disabled veteran’s record to inflict distrust or cause others to reject services is a crime. To restart the medical care as has been done on a limited and substandard bases just to fluff up the record incase some one investigates is outrageous. For the person in charge of the NH veterans admin to tell a 100% disabled veteran who’s medical care has been stopped to commit suicide is a crime. To write a letter every day to government officials, police, VA, newspapers and many more and have no one do anything is Freedom. It is also DISCRIMINATION. It is the people’s choice to assume that the bogus facts displayed by the government and editors is correct. I have been stereo typed a loser and cry baby. Is this the Freedom that our forefathers created?
I volunteer every day since I came back from a conflict in 74. Most people not all, that I help are people that I do not know. Volunteering is a wonderful part of my life because it makes my flash-backs to a time that will not leave me justifiable. I volunteer because it makes other’s lives better. May be in a small way but if one persons life is better may be some one else’s life will be made better by that. I can sit around and take medication as the VA wants me to but why live? I endure to pain from my broken back, the pain from my head injury, the difficulty in hearing others voices from my loss of hearing, and the questions of reality from TBI. I do this with out letting others know or understand what my life is. Volunteering is my freedom to give for coming back alive.
The U.S. newspapers have cut me off from society. My opinion letters are censored because my words effect people with good reputation. Wrong’s are wrong no matter whom is effected. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the law and constitution to discriminate against NH citizens. Fauver allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers against local residents that the selectmen did not like for revenge. The NH supreme court discriminated by refusing to hear a case that exposed to the public “Wrongs in government” to continue the dominance of the legal empire over the people.
NH governor Lynch uses the state police to tell me to commit suicide. NH took my freedom for 6 months on bogus charges before they were dropped. Law enforcement harasses my family. These are outrageous facts that the word freedom can not endure. We have a NH U.S. Rep. whom uses her political influence to interfere with a 100% disabled veterans combat related injuries just to stop the veteran’s letters. She files false police complaints and no one says or does anything. Does Freedom exist?
Discrimination is not a symbol that the U.S. should be proud of. My head injury left me with no memory of growing up. I came back to a land that I do not belong. This is nothing like what I imagined while serving this “great” nation. Other Marines would tell me stories of how wonderful the U.S. was and I believed them. Discrimination against a 100% disabled Veteran is ok because I do not belong. This is what FREEDOM is. The choice to Discriminate. I will still Volunteer because that is my Freedom. To give to a nation some day may realize the Freedom our forefathers created.

What’s Happening 11-19-08
What’s Happening 11-19-08
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
For those few that ask me to take them off my email list. The answer is no. You can report me to the police, Judge, government officials or whom ever. If you want me to stop writing, then recognize the crimes by government officials and help me stop them. We live in a country where there are laws to protect the people against government abuse and torture. When the Veteran’s Administration can tell a 100% disabled Veteran to commit suicide. For the VA to stop this Veteran’s medical care for combat related injuries. Do you understand why it is so important for you to receive and pass on my emails. These are crimes against the peace and dignity of the United States.
I have Volunteered every day since I came back in 1974 (One Hundred Percent) disabled from my thirty one month tour overseas as a U.S. Marine. I help children, adults, disabled, or just anyone that needs a hand. I have asked nothing from anyone but will accept a thank you if given. It is not easy. I have total (to this day) loss of any memory of being alive before waking up in a military hospital in 1971. My first three years of memory are that of a U.S. Marine serving during a conflict. I killed my first individual before I remember kissing my first “round eyed” girl. I did eight convoys as American Advisor over hostile territory and survived. I broke my back during one offensive and lost my hearing during another. Last year the VA diagnosed me with PTSD because of my reoccurring memory of being there. Yet even today I will volunteer to help others if asked.
The Madbury NH selectmen use government powers to seek and get revenge on local residents that the selectmen do not like. Judge Peter Fauver was made aware of these crimes in court and helped the selectmen to continue. The NH supreme court received a case detailing Fauver and the selectmen’s crimes and refused to hear the case because it would expose the dominance of the legal empire over the people. The Boston Globe sent me an email telling me to commit suicide to stop my letters. NH governor Lynch sent the state police to inform me the state would prefer my suicide because my letters are causing trouble in the state capital. The government takes my freedom for six months as a terrorist before the bogus charges are dropped. Fauver sends the local sheriff to arrest me as harassment to stop my letters. A NH U.S. congresswoman used her influence to interfere with my medical condition and had me arrested to stop my letters. Every newspaper in the U.S. refuses to print my letters. I am but one person but as a U.S. Marine I took an oath to protect and defend our Constitution.
I love the VA and Gov officials that send me emails telling me to take them off my list. It is every one’s responsibility to stop government crimes. It is not easy. Too often I drift back to a world that no one should ever enter. It is called a conflict. I relive in real life where I have been and what I did. The pain and inability to move or think cripples me all to often.
I do not want your pity. I want you to realize the wrongs here and tell the newspapers to print the opinion of the people. Tell the government officials enough is enough and then stop government crimes against the people We live in a great nation but it will not last if we the people do not take care of it.

Homeless Veterans in the U.S. Response 11-18-08
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Some one wrote a letter to the editor about homeless veterans having a float in the Manchester NH Parade. I realized this past weekend that I am not good enough to be in the same class as real Veterans after watching a documentary on NHPTV about WWII stories. I looked forward to the Vietnam offensives and the times as American Advisor on convoy, just to do something The worst parts of my 31 months overseas tour was the waiting. WWII veterans went through months and years of continuous battles and offensives. The reason these citizens became Veterans is that they were willing to give their lives to protect the Freedoms of the United States of America. Maybe the newspapers should print the letters unedited from Veteran’s.
Reality is that some do not like what I have to say. There is no question that my words are the truth because it is so well documented. I wanted to die so bad yesterday just to understand is this real. (I forgot, when a friend called me up to ask for help so I went). I came back with four life changing, permanent service connected disabilities from my tour in the Marine Corps. I am 100% disabled. My back hurt, my legs were tingling, my head was spinning as the 9 mile march last weekend from Dover to Lee through the dark, cold, rain. I did this march believing that I was in the “Bush” running from the enemy. The VA stopped my medical care. If I write letters about this my response is ‘stop crying’. The memory of a conflict just will not go away. I am not crying, what this is called would be trying to make the 89% that never served in our military understand. Compared to WWII veterans I have nothing because I did not endure what they did. My time does give me a better understanding of what WWII and today’s Veteran’s are going through. I write letters to the editor to expose the wrongs in government and help every U.S. citizens equally including Veterans. There should be no homeless veterans in the U.S. Veterans have become second class citizens.
My medical was stopped, My freedom was taken, My family has been harassed by law enforcement, My campaign for public office this past primary was interfered with by news media, all because I publicly state in writing that Judge Peter Fauver violated the Constitution to intentionally harm U.S. citizens. Fauver allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers to seek and get revenge on local resident that the selectmen did not like. This is what our children go off in our military to fight to stop from ever being allowed to exist in the U.S. Did I ever really come home or am I dreaming all this while waiting for the next action. Why do the newspapers censor the words of a Veteran.
I have been lucky in my life if this is not a dream. The reality in my life is difficult to grasp sometimes. Respecting a Veteran is not giving them gifts or praise. To respect a Veteran just respect what we did it for. To Protect and Defend our Constitution. We did it for freedom of the press. We did it so future generation would have equal and just treatment as all other citizens living in the United States of American.

Newspapers block their readers from learning the facts. Editors assume that I am nuts or a danger to society so hide the truth. The Veteran’s Administration stops my medical care and silence covers the truth. NH Governor Lynch sends the State Police to inform me that NH would prefer my suicide. The person in charge of the VA in NH tells me to commit suicide. The Boston Globe sends me an email telling me to commit suicide. Judge Fauver uses the local sheriff to intimidate me by false arrest. The U.S. congresswoman from NH uses her political influence to interfere with my service connected medical conditions. The Dover NH police arrest me on a false complaint by a NH congresswoman. People believe that I am paranoid. People believe that it is useless to attempt to correct the wrongs in government. “You can not fight city hall” How do you make the newspapers Print the truth. The readers must learn the truth.
I will get a call from Dr Dan Potenza from the VAH in NH today. I like Dr Dan and consider him a friend “sort of”. Dan is just doing his job though. Here is a man dedicated to his job and the Veterans that he helps. Dan as most people working in the Veteran’s administration put that little extra of themselves to make life better for all Veteran’s that they touch. Dr Dan will call me because the past few days have been the worst that I remember. I watched part of a Documentary on NHPTV about WWII Veterans and what happen. My experiences do not even compare, yet these men stayed silent until now. Yet I recognized as these men have no guilt or shame just the constant reminder of what they did and whom they are. I am not alone, yet do not qualify to be in a calling of such great American Citizens called U.S. Military Veterans. I so much want to die. How many other Veteran’s has the VAH swept under the rug? Silently for ever!
I have tried to adjust to a society that I have no memory of. How do I explain that in learning what the U.S. stood for “We the People”. To see government officials, judges and the VA personal violate the law and no one cares or are just to scared to say anything contradicts what I did it for. For any one to be able to use the “Power of the Pen” stating time after time wrongs (crimes) by trusted government officials only to be silenced with scorn and humiliation does not fit the reality of fighting for this country’s existences. Newspapers refuse to tell the public about my situation, but have no trouble using harmful one liners to harm my character to interfere with the voters choice. It is difficult for someone whom obeys the law and rules of a civilized society to exist where authority personal has dominance with no laws or rules to live by. The Brother hood of the news media stands strong to influence their readers by giving up the ethics which allowed their readers to trust their words as truth. What did we do it for?
I relived the endless journey through the “Bush” this past weekend. I told how I have no memory of events after welding in the garage Saturday. I some how went to Dover from my home in Lee to have a beer with a friend. I remember being on convoy in a friendly village where I was taken. I killed with a bayonet and raced through the bush to get back to the friendly village where the convoy stopped for the night. As I have been informed I went some 9 miles on foot through the rain and cold Saturday night to get home. I only remember being a scared Marine trying to complete the mission.
We gave so newspaper have the choice to betray their ethics. FREEDOM
This is what on Thanksgiving day we can be thankful for. U.S. Military Veterans.

This is probably the same family that has been asked many times for help on a community committee, in a school or by a neighbor or friend with a problem. Average citizens have problems with the police or town government and need the community’s help to resolve. People were always to busy or did not want to get involved (even though they believed what was happening was wrong) because of the impact the government could have on them if noticed. Government workers are human, that some times use government powers for revenge. I am not stereo typing all but it only takes one to destroy someone’s life. This Madbury NH case is the perfect example. Here is a family that helps others out every day. Madbury selectmen Bruce Hodsdon had an altercation with this family before becoming a selectmen. Once in office he used government powers for revenge. This was all brought out in court so Madbury selectmen can not take me to court for label. The newspapers refuse to print the truth and the neighbors and friends refuse to help. I can quote them as saying “if we help the selectmen will get us next”. Judge Peter Fauver knowingly allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers for revenge. This judge used the court powers to harm U.S. citizens 29 or more times with Constitutional crimes. Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal. Where does one go when it is the courts and government harming Average U.S. Citizens. The NH supreme court was presented all the facts that proved beyond any doubt that Fauver and the Madbury government violated the Constitution and they refused to hear it. Where does one go?
This Family was so desperate they called someone that wrote a letter to the editor on zoning. Volunteering every day to help others is what I do. To stop my free speech the courts and government violated my constitutional rights. They stopped my medical care for combat related injuries. I am a 100% disabled Veteran. They took my freedom as a terrorist for six months before the bogus charges were dropped. I write letters about this case every day and you all refuse to speak openly for fear it will happen to you. State and local law enforcement deliver me messages to commit suicide. The VA asked me to commit suicide. The Boston Globe asked me to commit suicide. Which makes me remember why I wanted to write this letter.
Saturday I was welding something for a local business as a volunteer. That is the last thing I remember until I came in the house late in the evening. It seems that I went to have a Beer in Dover with a friend. I disappeared after a couple. I walked all the way home in the rain and do not even remember any part of the day or evening. My wife and kids were all together deciding if calling the police was the right thing to do. My loss of memory is such a common event in my home it is the norm.
I guess my point is everyone wants help when it is to late. I am a 100% disabled veteran that has volunteered every day since I came home in 1974. If the courts and government can do this to me and no one will say anything why worry about a “Sister’s Murder”. Tyranny is cruel and vicious and could be next for all those silent average U.S. citizens. I apologize is my letter hurts anyone. Truth sometimes hurts. When the government can harm a 100% disabled Veteran and no one speaks it hurts.

Roland from the NH Foster’s newspaper gets journalism award. Give me a break. People in the profession telling each other how great they are serving the public. It is the Public that matters. Editors have lost the ethical bond of trust their readers once placed in the newspapers. The responsibility to tell both sides of a story. The truth must be told at any cost. Biased articles are described by your typical readers as common place in today’s newspapers. Yet this profession gives it’s collogues awards and boosts to the public about them. The newspapers have harmed my character in the public eye with their articles. The editors refuse to print my response. This past election the newspapers wrote great articles about the other candidates running against me but destroyed any chance I had to be the voters choice with hateful one liners. The editors claimed that I failed to respond to the reporters calls. They called one hour before dead line and I was not home. I was volunteering my time to help others. Besides this! the editors get my opinion letters every day which clearly expresses my opinion. Should the editors get an award for failing to serve their readers in an honest and truth full manner? The opinion of the people was considered by our forefathers as such a strong deterrent to government wrongs that it was given constitutional protection.
I have clearly stated in court and government documents that Judge Peter Fauver used court powers to harm U.S. citizens by knowingly violating the Constitution. Fauver knowingly allowed the Madbury selectmen to seek and get revenge on local residents with the trusted power of government. The NH supreme court refused to hear the case when it was proved beyond a reasonable doubt and presented to them. These are public documents and records that the editor’s ignore harming the public. This is a dangerous situation that is destructive to our Constitution.
To stop my free speech NH declared me a terrorist and took my freedom for six months before the bogus charges were dropped. Law enforcement continuously harasses my family. U.S. Rep Shea-Porter had me arrested under a false criminal complaint. Carol used my service connected disabilities to attempt to put me in a nut house. All this to stop my freedom of speech. The Boston Globe, VA director and Governor Lynch all have asked me to commit suicide. My VA medical was stopped to stop my Free Speech. These are all documented facts that I have stated in hundreds of letters to the editor which are censored from the readers. If I kill myself today will the editors claim “why did we not see it” “maybe we could have helped him if he just said something”
I have been honest with you. I have expressed what both sides are. I am a 100% disabled U.S. Marine. Three of my four injuries are combat related. I knew the day that I returned to the “world” U.S. that I did not belong. Hell even the VA violates the law to harm me and no one will stop it. You can label me Paranoid, dangerous or what ever to harm my character in the public eye but I will all ways stand and defend what so many over the history of the United States of America gave their lives for. These are called the U.S. Military Veterans. What they gave their lives for is so the Constitution will protect every individual equally against government abusive acts. Print my response and let the public decide. Then you will truly be serving the Public
The truth is a power full weapon when editors do not censor it.

Survive the Mission for what? 11-14-08
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Parts of yesterday do not exist in my mind. My head is like a broken record trying to piece it together. My first few years out of the Military hospital Portsmouth everyone informed me how great it must be not to remember. I would inform them that it would be like everyone else not knowing something that they did not do and being told about it. I was introduced to my parents at the time and then while serving overseas 31 months my mother would tell me about the others in letters. I had no memory of ever being in the U.S. at all. I believed the conditions that existed overseas was what the U.S. was like. My mother and other Marine’s would talk about life back here. I did school through the mail to understand the basic functions of life through math and English classes. Over time, after I came back people that knew me growing up would make up stories about us that I believed. Over time in talking to others I would talk about the stories as if I remembered them. People started believing that I was a liar. So then I started asking (whom I believed was my younger brother) if the facts were true, now each time someone told me something. That question always lingers whom am I, as yesterday was no different.
I do have constant memories of my past as a U.S. Marine. I now under stand how it would be nice not to remember. I am proud of what I did and who I am. People back here can not understand this. You all praise the Marine Corps and what we do but constantly have that silent disgust for our actions. I get phone calls, e-mails and cards from across the U.S. from other military veterans having a hard time. It is not that the U.S. is cruel to veterans the public just has no understanding of what is happening in our heads. You put Veterans in jail because the silent demons of war could not let them live in a civilized society. You neglect those that can not function to earn a living by leaving them homeless on the street to die. You cast aside those that the flash-backs take years after discharge to erupt as not qualified for VA medical care. You stop those Veterans that use free speech to inform others, medical care for combat related injuries. The U.S. Public is kept in the dark by the news media so believing such fantastic, cruel facts is not acceptable. I have a constant memory of other Marines telling me we are fighting for equal protection of every U.S. citizen against abusive government actions. I should have asked my brother if this was true before I believed it.
I volunteer to help a Madbury NH family. Judge Fauver criminally violated the constitution to harm U.S. citizens. The Madbury NH selectmen use government powers to harm U.S. citizens for their own personal acts of revenge. The NH Supreme Court protect Fauver’s criminal acts to protect their empire. The VA stops my medical care. Law enforcement harasses me. The news media censors my letters. I survived many difficult encounters for the chance to see the U.S. once before I gave my life for her.
Every thing is different than I learned while a Marine. Government officials violate the law. The news only prints the truth when it favors their needs. Elections are fixed and no one cares. People look down on me because I do not fit into their society. I do not want your pity. I just want it to end. We came back to a society that we do not belong because society can not accept whom we became. Society can not even believe what NH and the VA have done to me just because I volunteer to help others.

Is Violence the only way 11-13-08
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
We have newly elected officials about to take positions in our government, will they listen to the people? I have followed every legal non-violent process to inform the public and elected officials of wrongs in government. I have been mocked, put in jail, harassed by law enforcement and much more. The newspapers defy our Constitution and censor the opinion of the people. Editors protecting so few to harm so many just does not make sense. The editors are so intent in stopping me that they knowingly write articles to interfere with informing the voters of the truth. Biased newspaper articles stopped my primary bid for NH state senate. Some of the public tell me writing every day is to much, that it is turning off the readers. Others in the public tell me to keep writing because some day my words will ring so loud even the editors will not stop them. Yesterday, I submitted a Redress of Grievances stating in a legal document the wrongs that I have stated in censored opinion letters over the years so many times. If I can under our Constitution submit such a document to our government it must be the truth. Legal action can not come down on me because the truth will stand against all odds. I volunteer to help others and the editors and government officials commit crimes against me to harm the people of the United States of America. Will our newly elected officials listen to the public or become members of the elite, dominate society called the “Concord Boys Club”
I stand alone with the silent majority wishing me success. Judge Peter Fauver knowingly with intent to harm every U.S. citizen violated the Constitution 29 or more times. Fauver did this to protect the Madbury NH selectmen’s use of government powers to seek and get revenge on local residents. The NH supreme court violated the Constitution by refusing to hear a case that documented and proved beyond any doubt that Fauver “in the minds of any reasonable citizen” is a criminal. The Madbury selectmen are so dominate that they stated this criminal act in public and Fauver and the Supreme court ignored the truth. The courts and past government officials have covered up these crimes. I am a 100% disabled Veteran. Three of my four separate injuries are combat related. They stopped my medical care to stop me, yet the editors refuse to inform the public. I stand alone but the souls of so many over the years that gave their lives for our freedom march with me.
Violence has to be a last resort in a civilized society. I re-live every day that bayonet going up under the ribs of that child as he fought for his countries beliefs. I as many have come back to a society where we do not belong. My pride for killing has not diminished over the years. Many times over (thirty +) years public comments have belittled our actions but we did it for our nation’s belief.
I ask the editors to inform their readers by printing my opinion letters. I ask the newly elected officials to represent the best interest of all, not just a select few as in past years. Any violence from me will only be against my self. Not because of this case but because I do not belong in a country that refuses to understand. A country that praises U.S. Military veterans with parades and holidays then discards them as trash. I hope and pray our newly elected officials see the light!

U.S. Psychology of a dead Marine. 11-12-08
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
The Mental state of a 100% disabled U.S. Marine. Psychology “the art of understanding the human mind” says that my writing a letter every day causes people to reject or take offense to my words. This is the United States of America. I am disabled because of injuries received becoming a U.S. Military Veteran. I volunteer to help others. I have asked nothing for my self. I am volunteering my time to help a Madbury NH family that the NH courts and government have violated the law and Constitution to inflict harm on to satisfy the demented, vindictive goal of the Madbury selectmen’s desire for personal revenge by criminally using U.S. government powers to harm other U.S. citizens. I volunteer to help make the U.S. a better place for all and NH uses the courts and my military disabilities to stop my free speech. I talk openly and honestly with my letters. I talk about my reliving my missions day after day and the effect it has on my daily life. I have talked about my desire to die. I realize that I am not a person that belongs back here. I have done my best to camouflage my disabilities from even my wife and kids understanding my daily trips back into the “Bush“. The NH government and courts through the news labeled me a Terrorist when they arrested me several years ago. The charges were dropped after losing my freedom for six months. Locked in a cage could not compare to the daily terror of being a U.S. Marine serving on foreign soil. What this very day our children serving in our Military some are experiencing. These children now called U.S. Military Veterans will be praised as Hero’s until forgotten with the passage of time. The innocent child with a bright future returns as a useless, violent, unsocial debit on society. This Veteran is locked up or left homeless on the street as society relieves it’s need to show respect to the Hero’s. Society with a token parade and a day off work believes and feels good for accepting these hero‘s back. The silent demons of war slowly make this hero understand they returned to a place where they can not be. A place where no one can understand the mental tolerance for a different way of life that can never be forgotten. The Complacent understanding the Veteran has made with death as they served and dreamed of a place called home. Some over there realize that society will not have the ability to understand “whom or what” they have become so they kill themselves before it is time to come home. Some are so naïve they come home only to be rejected or swept under the rug as society tries to mask another social failure. The forgotten Hero.
Freedom of speech no longer exists. I have submitted a “Redress of Grievances to the NH government. This is a guaranteed Constitutional right of every individual. The News censors my words. The governor calls for my suicide, along with the Boston Globe and the Veteran’s Admin. My medical care was stopped and the VFW and American Legion have rejected me. I am a United States Marine in a world that fails to understand what the Veteran is. The Marine Corps Birthday was Nov. 10 and Veterans day was the 11th as the U.S. society once again relieved it self with a day off work. The Marine’s mental state is questionable but what about society’s. NH can not even respect this veteran enough to print the truth. Lets see what the next NH legislature does. I gave my life for a Constitution that society has diminished to a worthless piece of paper.

New Hampshire Constitution
New Hampshire Constitution
Part First article 31
Redress of public grievances
NH Const. Part First Art 31 “Meetings of Legislature, for what purposes” The legislature shall assemble for the redress of public grievances. I have so demanded of past legislatures only to be informed that this is no longer done in the State of New Hampshire. This is a Constitutional guaranteed right of the individual when all other means of redress have failed. I demand this of you today’s elected officials.
1. I did volunteer my time to help a Madbury NH family (that read my letter to the editor in a newspaper) so desperate because the NH government and courts failed to stop the Madbury NH selectmen from using government powers for personal revenge against local residents that the selectmen decided that they did not like.
2. Judge Peter Fauver did criminally violate NH law and Constitution to aid the Madbury NH selectmen in there vindictive and criminal acts.
3. Case # 2003-0477 was presented to the NH Supreme court which refused to hear the case in direct and criminal defiance of the NH law and Constitution. NH Const Part 1 art. 35. This is a crime against the peace and dignity of the State of NH
4. That the NH governor and elected NH government officials used the State Police to deliver the message “your letters are causing problems at the state capital that the governor would prefer your suicide”. This is a criminal offence.
5. That NH U.S. Rep. Carol Shea-Porter did use her elected federal powers and influence to have a Veterans Medical Doctor Biswas file involuntary commitment orders to take my freedom to stop my free speech. This is a criminal offence.
a. When this use of my U.S. Marine Corps service connected disabilities failed this U.S. Rep from NH file a false police complaint to have me arrested to stop my letters to the editor. Dover N H police file # 7002 NH const Part 1 article 14
6. The Government of NH filed under the Patriot Act terrorist charges against me to stop my free speech. I lost my freedom for six months before the bogus charges were dropped. To falsely use the law and courts to stop free speech can not be tolerated in the United States of America. NH Const. Part 1 article 14
7. When all else fails NH and the Veterans administration stopped my medical care for service related injuries. I am a 100% service connected disabled U.S. Marine. Three of my four injuries are combat related. This act constitutes a crime.
8. I ran for elected office this past primary. The newspapers printed (knowingly and with intent to harm my character in the public eye to influence the vote)biased articles to interfere with a free election. NH const Part 1 article 3,7,8,10,11,14,22,30,31,3235,38
Wherefore; The NH government can not change or subvert the Constitution NH Part 1 article 31 or any other of the articles or parts of the Constitution for any reason. There is a proper means to change the Constitution. No elected official, judge, or any other can change the constitution with out the people vote. I once again demand a meeting with the full house to state for public record these Public Redress of Grievances.

People, Citizen’s join our U.S. Military every Day for many different reasons yet all have one in common. To protect and serve “We the People”. This Nation (U.S.) has many reasons to be thank full. Yet do we the people recognize and cherish those reasons so that future generation can have equal or better lives. Have the people become complacent with life that we now neglect our guaranteed constitutional rights as if they will always be there. I write this letter today for two reasons. The first is in reading the newspaper today I noticed NH press association gave an award to a NH newspaper. The criteria for these awards can not be to high. The ethical (back bone) reason newspapers were given Constitutional protection is because printing the truth and the opinion of the people was recognized as a needed checks and balance to correct the wrongs in government. Our forefathers saw the need in order to form a more perfect union the people needed a method to communicate to the citizens across the U.S. The every day citizens that wrote the Constitution over 200 years ago understood greed and power would attempt to influence some and it is designated as We the People’s “obligation” to speak up and correct these wrongs to keep a more perfect union. Our military is to protect we the people from foreign invaders trying to take our freedoms away. These brave young men go off to foreign soil hoping to come back to enjoy equal protection of the law and constitutional protection against government interference.
My second reason is the newspaper in NH failed to say Happy Birthday to the Marine Corps. Here is a group of children that were willing to go off at such a young age to become the men that have earned the Honor to be called U.S. Marines. We have newspapers giving awards for what? A disabled U.S. Marine writes opinion letters that expose wrongs in government and these award winning newspapers refuse to inform their readers. Brother newspapers in writing ask this 100% disabled Marine to commit suicide yet my words are not good enough to print as a response. The NH, VA director and the NH governor Lynch asked this Marine to commit suicide yet the award winning newspapers refuse to inform the public. The VA stops this disabled Marines medical care for service (some Combat related) injuries and the award winning newspapers refuse to inform the public. Hell NH put a 100% disabled U.S. Marine in jail (for six months before the bogus charges were dropped) as a terrorist to stop this Marines free speech and yet the award winning newspapers did not inform the public.
I would have to admit that my real reason is I just wanted to say Happy Birthday to the U.S. Marine Corps which these award winning newspapers neglected to do today.

Response Another Veteran’s Day 11-9-08
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
The Opinion Editorial (no name) in the UL newspaper this morning “Veterans Day has fallen victim to the general apathy that Americans have for just about any occasion that isn’t strictly a day off”. This opinion makes my point but in a back door way and it is clear the writer does not get it. Only eleven percent of the U.S. population will become and is a Veteran. Society has created a token day for it to say thank you but lost sight over time of what they are thanking Veteran’s for and whom the Veteran is. Veteran’s are not asking for a free hand out. We do not want your pity or sympathy. We want you to understand. I am not saying all veteran’s come home with the same degree of experience or inflictions. Being a Veteran means we went off to do a job. Some jobs were every day jobs with a certain degree of danger seen in every day life. Others took us to places uncertain and uncivilized. Some made us do things that were against society’s norms. Many if not all defied our religious beliefs. Many Veteran’s came home with disabilities which you could see that changed the way these veterans could live life. Lost limbs, TBI, chemical injuries or worse. Some injuries are not seen for years later. These can be referred to as “the silent demons of war”. Society cheers and thanks Veterans when we first come home. Over time society looses interest, as the stereo type “Looser” becomes entrenched in the thoughts of our family and friends. That innocent child that left so many years ago with hopes and dreams of the successful life, school and our family saw for us disappeared. We can not hold a job, our social skills are crude and with drawl or violence is a personality different from that innocent child, now veteran. We causally blurt out a story of what we went through only to be disbelieved or scorned by society. We take to silence as so many before us learned and advised, as we will future veterans. Now homeless or a drain on the taxpayers society rejects us or sweeps us under the rug as used toilet paper would be discarded. We do not need your thanks, it is that you respect and honor what we gave every thing for. Our Constitution.

Distorted Memory of a Marine 11-7-08
Distorted Memory of a Marine 11-7-08
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
I do not remember what I wrote the day before with out reading it again. I have no short term memory. I have no memory of life in the U.S. prior to my 17th birthday from a traumatic brain injury just out of boot camp. Some events and actions I will recall of what I do on a daily basses, other’s I will never recall even when friends remind me. I volunteer help to a friend with a lock and key business. I am quite good at re-keying locks and other. My problem is every time I help my friend he has to show me all over again. I honestly have no memory of repairing them before. Other things like my helping this Madbury family (I do have to read the papers each time) I remember clearly like it just happen. I believe my problem is that the respect for our Constitution our military give their lives for on foreign soil is in direct conflict with what happen. The Madbury NH selectmen used government power for personal revenge against local residents the selectmen did not like. Judge Peter Fauver violate the Law and Constitution to help our government use the power of the people for personal revenge to harm U.S. citizens. The NH Supreme Court had it spelled out in case # 2003-0477. The NH supreme court choice not to hear the case because it showed Judge Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to harm U.S. citizens. The “Blue Wall” calls for law enforcement to protect each other. I remember in flash-backs my time on convoy as American Advisor. I remember killing for the chance to see a nation that I had no memory of (U.S.))
I came back with three combat related injuries and TBI. I am 100% disabled service connected. The Editor’s across the U.S. are aware of the facts in this case yet choose not to even print my opinion letters. I have serious medical conditions caused defending this nation and the people (like editors) ignore the facts. U.S. Rep Shea-Porter used my disabilities to attempt to lock me up to stop my letters to the editor. I ran this past primary for NH state senate and the editors crucified me in articles to influence the voters decision against me. The Veteran’s admin stopped my medical care then restarted it in a sub-standard and limited care to help NH. I get to see a VA Psy to produce a record for public display. The Boston Globe, NH governor Lynch and the VA told me to commit suicide to stop my letters. I can spell these crimes out because they are documented truth. I volunteer every day to help others yet it is shown (by the news) that I am paranoid and nuts to keep the public from learning the truth.
I talk about death and suicide all the time. Death became complacent with me as I faced it each day in an uncivilized inhuman world. I came home to a civilized society where you all refuse to understand what a veteran is. The editors now send the police to stop my suicide as the NH governor and VA do. This is done for harassment. No body wants to look at what I am saying. I have not violated the law. I volunteer every day to help others. I did kill for you and every day I still see the face of the child (my first kill) as he gave his life for his country. I am reminded that Veterans do not talk about it. I lived over there dreaming of some day seeing a world that I only knew from other Marines words. The U.S. I survived to come back to understand why suicide is our military personals solution. People back here can not accept what we did and refuse to understand we did it for you. You say thank you with a Veteran’s Day but you will not try to understand a Veteran is no longer that innocent child that left.

Editors Stop readers opinion letters 11-6-08
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Newspaper editors now send the local NH police to my home for harassment. It is not enough that the Boston Globe puts in writing that they want me to commit suicide before sending them another letter to the editor, now the editors waste tax dollars by using the police for harassment. Over the years the Veteran’s Suicide Hotline, along with the VA-NH director and NH governor Lynch have asked me to commit suicide. The VA even stopped my medical care to force the issue. I write letters telling wrongs in government, that editors censor the opinion of the people to protect those in power. I have a dream (recurring memory of my first kill) that I live with every day. I am not ashamed or feel guilty for what I did. I am a U.S. Marine that did a lot of uncivilized actions (according to society back here) in the line of duty to protect and defend our Constitution. NH and the Federal Government have alienated me from any Constitutional rights to cover up the Madbury NH selectmen’s use of government power to harm local residents for personal revenge. Judge Peter Fauver used the power of the courts to help the criminal actions of the Madbury NH selectmen. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case presented to them that exposed a NH judge’s criminal use of the law. All this and the editors refuse to print the truth.
I have not hidden the fact that I have four permanent life changing disabilities from my time in the Marine Corps. Three are combat related from the Vietnam Conflict. I try not to sleep because remembering events while American Advisor on Convoy across Thailand, Laos and Cambodia delivering surplus supplies to friendly camps make me more tired that if I do not sleep. The memory of sending Marines in my squad on mission, death was likely and many more are reminder memories of why I have to continue to correct the wrongs in government.
My wanting to die has nothing to do with the NH wrongs. I had no memory at all of the U.S. when I came back because of a Traumatic brain injury. I just wanted to see the country so many other Marines described to me. While over there with no memory I had to talk other Marines out of suicide because of a “Dear John Letter” or there fear or anguish over our actions as Marines. This was one of the jobs of a Sgt in the MC. I was good at it although I had no memory to draw from. The Mission always came first, but my men care and welfare was always next. I now realize that they new keeping silent of what we did was necessary because civilized society back here can not accept us. It is easy to die over there before facing a society that does not want to understand. The uncivilized actions of a conflict are the opposite of what the child in the U.S. learns.
Newspapers refusing to print my letters makes what we did to other countries in conflict of what we as a nation are representing for our actions. Understanding a Veteran must start with understanding why we did what we did. Understand we see things differently than those that use the freedom that we gave our innocents for.

I have written about inner feelings of the returning Veteran many times but no one listens. My letter yesterday must have provoked something because my VA Psy called me. I thought that I had dreamed the letter. Then the phone woke me up and I wanted to remember the idea. It was a bad situation because of where I had been (in my mind) remembering Dr Dan’s call was like a dream. As I brought up the screen to write the letter “Yes I voted” came up. I called Dr Dan because my wife told me to before she left for work and I was not sure if I had just talked to him or not. Dr Dan told me how many copies of the letter he received that morning. It was incredible. People, VA hospitals and offices are some how receiving my letters and directing them to Dr Dan. May be some one should read them and learn what the U.S. is doing to veterans across the country. If the VA U.S. Government and editors are receiving my letters we must ask how can the system allow this to continue. I spent yesterday locked up in my home because the feelings of where I was just did not meet reality. I voted and for some reason walked up to the chief of Lee Police and told him “today was not the day that I would commit suicide. Reality, am I in the U.S. or still over there. The only great thing that I did while serving in the USMC was survive. Or did I?
I came with in a split second of running my car into a tree to kill my self today. I am sure many Editors and others are wishing me success. It is not for me that I tell you all these things in letters every day. It is for the United States of America. You all claim to want to help Veterans but you refuse to try to understand. We do not want your gratitude, praise or sympathy. We want you to correct the wrongs in government as our U.S. military give their lives for your freedom so you can speak freely to do so. Editors do not even respect the Veteran by printing the opinion of a Veteran. Do the Editors believe protecting society by censoring a veterans letters is the American Way? Are my letters so scary that the public should not be exposed to them. What about what the child goes though to become a Veteran. These facts are death and destruction, coupled with chaos, boredom and loneliness. We live this way knowing this is the last second of life every moment of the day. We do it for you. You do not even respect veteran’s enough to correct the wrongs in government. You allow the editors to cripple our free speech. You allow NH to jail a Veteran, U.S. Rep Shea-Porter to use a disabled Veteran’s service injuries, the VA to stop a disabled veteran’s medical care to stop his letters to the editor. The split second was not because of what NH is doing to me. It was because I was on convoy deep in the “Bush” and suicide because the world was like this. I have no memory of the U.S. I am living like this and it is the base of my belief that the world is like this. Conflict and war is how society is. I did not run the jeep into the tree because I want to see if the U.S. is as other Marine’s describe to me. Maybe some day I will see the U.S.
The Boston Globe, NH VA director and the governor tell me to commit suicide. The editors censor my words. Dr Dan receives my letters but puts them in a file. You missed the point of why returning Veteran’s some times do not fit into society. We came back to a place that we do not belong and you do not care enough to understand.

We have a government made up of the people. We have checks and balances to insure that government powers never dominate the people. Then why does the Veteran’s Administration not stop the NH director from committing crimes by telling a 100% disabled Veteran to kill him self? Do my medical records tell the public that I am a danger to others and that is why people are afraid to help? My records are RED FLAGGED to frighten VA workers. I was an average child raised in Alton NH before I joined the Marine Corps. I went away to fight for our nation and returned with four permanent life changing disabilities. Three came from separate combat related missions. If veteran’s matter! why can the VA stop my medical care for injuries received in the line of duty? Do the records show that my medical was restarted but it is sub-standard and limited? If people are afraid of me and say my mental and medical condition requires that I take medicine, why not speak up? Does the VA records show that I am receiving adequate medical care, this is why my complaints are ignored? The U.S. government because of NH elected officials have cast this veteran into a dungeon of isolation with no help. The news is so biased that they believe the government officials, so the newspapers refuses to print my letters to the editor telling the American people what is happening. Does U.S. Rep Shea-Porter have so much influence in D.C. that on her word my service connected medical condition can be used to lock me up? Does the elected officials in NH have so much power that they can deprive this veteran of his guaranteed constitutional right to a “Redress of Grievances” with out the newspapers telling the people? I have followed all the legal and law bidden ways to make the public aware of what this nation (U.S.) is doing to a 100%disabled Veteran. I have not violated any laws. The newspapers keep silent, it makes no since.
I ran for election this past primary. The newspapers took away any chance of the voters understanding my position. The news published biased untrue articles and refused to print my opinion letters. I would like to take you into my daily world for just one second. I am on the verge of going on a trip deep in my mind. At least I keep telling my self this. I feel the lonely ness of isolation deep in the “Bush” while on convoy. My world of riding on a Thai truck with a wooden bench seat, over loaded, with surplus equipment for some isolated friendly camp. Riding for any where from 12 to 18 hours on a convoy with 27 other trucks all with people that do not speak American. Stopping at a friendly village for a few hours shut eye, eating and refueling. I carry my M-16 up side down, unloaded because I am under orders not to lock and load until in eminent danger of death. I am captured by three enemy soldiers and taken from the village. Two fall asleep at the camp fire, I untie my hands and slip away. I kill the one on guard to get my M-16 back and escape. I take this action as every day life because I have no memory of any life before the Marine Corps. I feel proud to finally have passed the test to becoming a full Marine. With a broken back, loss of hearing, and no memory, killed a fellow human being. I am proud because in my mind I believe this is what life is like back in the U.S. I ran for election because I believe that I learned life was different back here. I believed that we had laws that every one had to abide by. If I had realized that two worlds existed and by my killing an innocent human being to allow judges and government officials back here in this “world” destroy U.S. citizens lives for self gratification I would have died over there. You do not want to go into my world. Many veterans over the years go into this world to often. I feel it is my duty to attempt because for some reason can write letters to others to bring you there. My letters a lot of people tell me are repetitive and don’t make since. Try seeing it through my world. I write some words or even complete letters with not knowing where I am. People back here do not even believe I am good enough to let the public read my opinion letters. This makes me, not good enough for the public to learn my position while running for election. I some times wake up deep in the “bush” believing some day I will see the U.S. for the first time that I will remember. I just have to see a world that other Marines describe to me where reality is not just trying to live another day. Did I really kill and get away or am I dreaming this world up to accept what is around me. Does the U.S. really exist and it is made up of a government of the people that respect and obey the laws. Did I really get to cast a ballot or was it just an absentee ballot back at the base camp. Will I wake up or am I really still in the bush and my distorted dream is what the words of other Marines allowed me to see a place that really does not exist. Is the United States of America just an illusion of what Marines want to believe is there if we live long enough to come back.

Repetitive letters 11-2-08
Repetitive letters 11-2-08
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls Rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Repetitive letters that some times are confusing and some times do not make since. I would like every one that reads this particular letter to think as a 17 year old Marine on foreign soil with no memory at all of his family or country. A U.S. Marine that suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury just after boot camp and because of a government mistake this Marine was sent to a conflict instead of receiving a medical discharge. A child whom spent the next 31 months learning, just how to survive in a world that made no since. A child that survived two Vietnam offensives moving MCAS bases. A Marine that did eight convoys as American Advisor across Thailand, Laos and Cambodia delivering surplus supplies to friendly camps deep in the “Bush”. A U.S. Marine that came home to a country that he did not belong. A Marine that killed before he had any memory of kissing his first “round eyed girl”.
People across the U.S. read my letters but do you understand what I am saying. Is it repetitive to try to correct the wrongs in government. The U.S. government stopped my medical care for combat related injuries. The VA is trying to silently get rid of me. Your first thought is going to be, this person is paranoid or needs help. The person in charge of the VA in NH told me to kill my self. I sit here this very moment in so much pain it is almost unbearable, but I will still volunteer to help others setting my pain aside. The Boston Globe told me in writing to commit suicide before writing another letter to the editor. The NH governor Lynch sends the state police to tell me to commit suicide. I am not paranoid. Yes I do see things differently than others. I trust that what I witnessed, learned, and committed on foreign soil was a belief in a nation where everyone is equal. A nation where the government is here to serve the people not dominate them. I stepped off a plane at San Francisco Airport to see a nation for the first time that I remembered. A girl spit on me and called me a baby killer. I accepted this as normal because I knew no better. I started a life that day in a world that I only heard others talk about. A world that I so much wanted to see and learn about. People read my letters but do nothing. The government has committed crimes here and people label me as paranoid and mental but leave me hanging. I have sub-standard, limited medical care so that the records provide the public with reason to stereo-type me as bad.
The VA assigned a Dr Dan to get into my head. Never mind the other three combat related injuries that cripple my daily life. Can I trust Dr Dan? This is kind of like the elected officials in NH telling me that what I am doing is right but they can not help because I am going against powerful people that someday they may need. Or like the newspapers harming my image in the public eye to interfere with the voters in a free election. I am not paranoid. I am a Veteran that society has rejected for what ever reason.
I have asked you to read this particular letter and think. I want you to think about all the Veterans that society forgets about or can not understand what made them like they are? The hopeful child that left school to join the military and came home a social reject, going no where in life. The Homeless Veteran living on the street that society looks down on. The veteran incarcerated for crimes that the silent demons of war gave society a reason to remove him from a society that he so much wanted to come home to. A society that calls what our speaking freely about is to repetitive to listen too or understand. I am a volunteer that helps others every day only to be scorned by a society that does not listen. I have violated no laws but society refuse to listen to my words describing government officials that have violated our Constitution. We are the Veteran’s that the newspapers hide from the public until a politician needs to create a false public since of trust. We are the Veterans that came home to a place that we do not belong. The United States of America.

Editor’s ethics on election news 11-1-08
Editor’s ethics on election news 11-1-08
Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217
Rod Doherty, Editor of Foster’s newspaper wrote a good article on” concerned with good and bad timing”. The article explains the Union Leader and Foster’s reasons for why they print news. In specific the Strafford county sheriff’s race. The editor fails to tell the other side. The editors do cater to those that they would prefer in office. The Foster’s once gave me an award for my volunteering in the state. I happen to agree with Foster’s on the Brown brutal integration of a suspect. The records should have been public when it happen. The problem is Freedom and abuse. The news caters to those they like. These people exceed their powers to control. News is limited and the people are not well informed. It is a vicious circle. I ran for NH State senate in the primary against Amanda Merrill. The Foster’s and Union leader did great stories on Amanda but put crippling one liners about me to influence the Voter’s Choice. I write opinion letters every day and the editors refuse to publish them. The reports knew my platform and still refused to inform the voters. A good newspaper would print controversial opinion letters even if they hurt friends of the editors. I was on good terms with Rod until I wrote a letter questioning Rod’s friend and attorney for the town of Madbury NH actions. The Madbury town attorney knew helped the Madbury NH selectmen use of government powers for revenge against local residents. Judge Peter Fauver used the power of the court to aid the Madbury selectmen in destroying people the selectmen did not want in Madbury. The NH supreme court refused to hear the case to cover up criminal activity by Judges. NH to stop me from writing letters to the editor exposing these wrongs in government has taken my freedom, friends, and health. I ran for election this past primary only to have the editors and government interfere with a free election. If the editors are concerned with what I write they can put a disclaimer next to my opinion letters. To cover up my platform from the voters constitutes a crime against the people of the U.S. Biased editors should not be allowed to influence an election.
U.S. Rep from NH Shea-Porter used my military disabilities to harm me to stop my opinion letters. NH locked me up as a terrorist before the bogus charges were dropped. MY Medical care was stopped by the director of NH’s VA to stop my letters. I now receive limited and sub-standard medical care. I have not and will not violate the law. This is what must be necessary (many must believe) to stop criminal government actions against We the people. I am a 100% service connected disabled Veteran. I believe in peaceful, legal solutions to stop wrongs in government. A war should not be needed.
We have laws and if my letters were not the truth people mentioned in them can take legal action against me. This will not happen because every fact that I mention is documented in the record. If action is taken against me this will all become public information that the editors can not censor. Rod Doherty told one side of the news will any editor in the U.S.A. be willing to tell the people’s side
I do not want any miss understanding about Amanda. She is a great person. I will vote for her. She is well educated, with many experiences. She cares about the people. I just wish that the people could have heard both sides before voting. True journalism is printing the unbiased truth no matter whom it favors or not.
