Killing in a civilized society 12-27-08

I read the story in NH’s largest newspaper today about the Demer’s family. The story struck me personally because it actually illustrated the meaning (that our military get) is some how created with in those that serve. Our Constitution calls for We the People to “take up arms and abolish” when all other means of “Redress is ineffectual”. Is this not what our Forefather’s did when our nation first started? Ask why the newspapers have censored my opinion letters. The meaning of the United States is where our government serves the people. I am a 100% service combat related disabled Veteran. I have written complaints and official charges stating and documenting criminal acts committed by judges and elected officials in NH. My complaints and charges have been ignored by the Veteran’s administration and other government officials. These authority figures have gone so far as to use retribution in an official capacity to stop me. I have violated no laws. I volunteer every day to help others. I have four life changing permanent disabilities. I served as a U.S. Marine during the Vietnam Conflict. These criminal acts happen to many returning Veterans and this is why I am so persistent. Veterans are not asking for any special treatment just equal protection of the law.
No body wants to try to understand that returning veterans are different. Not all are effected so deeply that they can’t suppress it. We all have that inner feeling that only those that served seem to have about the U.S. Adjusting to society is not always possible. Things back here to some, just do not make since. Imagine being in a place you want to belong but nothing is reality. We become homeless and discarded on the street. We become criminals because society sees what we do infringes on their comfort and expenses. (Tax Dollars) My VA medical was stopped, I was put in jail, I was declared a terrorist, State and local police harass my family, Judge Peter Fauver uses the sheriff’s office to arrest me for harassment (detain me) and much more. I ran for elected state office this past primary only to have the newspapers intentionally cripple my campaign. No body wants to understand and NH’s largest newspaper censors the truth.
My entire life that I remember has gone to helping others. I volunteer because I need to thank those that served our country. I volunteer because it is my only way to accept that I do not belong back here. I do not want your thanks or pity. I want you to realize that allowing a criminal like Judge Peter Fauver to intentionally use court powers to intentionally harm US citizens can not be allowed under any conditions. To allow the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers for personal revenge can not be allowed under any conditions. To allow government retribution against a 100% disabled veteran to stop free speech can never be allowed under any conditions. To allow the newspapers to censor the opinion of the people for any reason can never be allowed under any conditions. The Demer’s family members kill on foreign soil yet when they return will not have equal protection in the US for what they did. Reporter Kepple most likely does not even realize the deep meaning his story meant to me and other Veteran‘s..
