Make People Read Letters 12-5-08

Put it in writing. Let the People Know. We have laws. Justice is equal for all US citizens. Discrimination is against the law. A persons medical condition can not be used as a weapon against them. Discrimination of medical services to knowingly inflict pain and suffering can not be allowed. Newspapers can not be allowed to censor the opinion of the people to protect government wrongs from being exposed. The average US citizen can not be made to be scared of government services for fear of retribution if they ask the wrong question. The Veterans Administration has committed every one of these crimes against a 100% disabled Veteran. I (this Veteran) have put it in writing and mailed my letters to over 2800 government and other persons and the crimes continue to mount. I put it in writing every day. You stopped my medical care to stop me from writing letters exposing the wrongs in government. No one will lift a finger to help me. Don’t even think of giving my your pity. I do not want it.
The government records show my medical was not stopped. Well it was then restarted after over six months with out care. It was restarted with limited and sub-standard care. My medical records are being buffed up to make me a crazy complainer. If a disabled veteran (or any citizen) can put in writing such crimes and the public is sheltered from learning of such criminal acts by our government “something is wrong”.
Judge Peter Fauver committed the worst crime in the history of this nation. Judge Fauver allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers to seek and get revenge on local residents for personal revenge. The Selectmen did not like this family. I volunteer my time to help this family and my medical is stopped as a weapon to stop me. The NH supreme court covered up this case. The NH elected officials use government powers to stop me. The Newspapers refuse to print the truth. There is a record to confirm what I am saying is the truth.
I served a 31 month tour overseas after I lost my memory to a Traumatic brain injury. I have questioned every aspect of life back here since I returned in 74. You have no idea of the degradation and humiliation I lived through as a US Marine and believe it was normal life. I came back to try to learn to be a good citizen by volunteering every day to help others. Get involved in government. Help kids in schools and hospitals. I returned to this country with three more combat related injuries that totally effect my daily life every single moment. The American legion evicted me from their property and the VFW has distanced themselves from me. Where to go?
I came back to a place that I do not belong. There is nothing that I can do to stop these wrongs if the people want to keep them. That is a free society. I have to question where I went wrong and the best way to keep the United States a nation for the people. The history of a nation means nothing if even one individual is allowed to be silenced by government wrongs. I gave my life for you so that everyone could live in a nation where justice was equal for all citizens that belonged. I should not have killed that child to get my weapon back and escape. Did I ever really come home. Do I really write these letters or am I still dead in a benjo ditch waiting to be set free. I need to see the light.
