NH elected officials email me constantly. They wish me well for the Christmas Day and the New Year. These are great individuals in a position of authority to help make our State and Country a better place for all. I like these people and consider them my friends even though I am sure some don’t consider me one. I question publicly these individuals when they do some thing that I disagree with. Some (not many) take offense to questioning publicly what they are doing. I have asked many times under the individuals Constitutional rights a “redress of grievances”. This is guaranteed in our Constitution as a means for the people to correct the wrongs in government. Our NH elected officials refuse to allow me this guaranteed right. We have a new government starting in January, will this bring change for the people. Will the full house invite me to speak publicly to inform our NH state government what is happening to the people that they represent. Governor Lynch is most likely sheltered from what I am saying. I have met the governor over six times and each time we have a nice talk and he invites me to the capital to speak further with him. I call to make the appointment and it is never made. Are our NH elected officials so afraid to work for the people that they commit crimes.
The newspapers censor my letters to the public so our elected officials feel save in diminishing the people’s constitutional rights. These same officials do not realize the number of blogs and individuals that read my letters on the web every day. The newspapers call my letters libelous but these are public documents that I send to thousands of judges, government officials, newspapers, courts and the public. There is nothing libelous about my letters. The truth will conquer as I am so persistent that I will not stop representing what is guaranteed under our Constitution. This past primary the newspapers interfered with a free election when I ran for state office. The people of the state of NH are kept in the dark because I am a no-body. The person that won the position I ran for is a great person and will go a great job, but my point is that it should have been the informed voters choice not the editors. The newspapers believe censoring my letters is protecting our state. It is violating the meaning of “Freedom of the Press”.
Our NH US Rep. Shea-Porter filed a false police criminal complaint to stop my letter to the editor. When this failed she used her federal powers to have the VA use my medical disabilities to stop me. When this failed the VA stopped my medical care. Are my words so revealing that government officials are allowed to violate laws and our Constitution to shut me up. These are crimes against the people of the United States that no one in a position of authority will do any thing to stop because the news media has taken a biased position to protect and serve criminal government officials.
The major problem for these criminal editors and government officials is every thing that I am saying is documented in court and government records. You are only hurting yourself by not stopping these crimes against the people. The pain and anguish inflict on me is ok because I am a United States Marine and it is our job to protect and defend our Constitution while suffering. This is why I ask the NH elected officials to do their jobs and allow me to speak in front of the full house and senate. Lets do the right thing and work for the people. I will email this to the NH elected officials, will the newspapers have the Balls to publish this letter in the papers?
