It is hard to believe that not one person in the U.S. cares that a 100% service connected disabled veteran from the Vietnam Conflict is being harmed. It is not like I am making these crimes by government personal, Sheriff, editors, Police and others up. The editors block the truth from their readers for one reason or another but I continue to fight for our Constitution (YOU). The local Sheriff arrests me at (I believe) the direction of Judge Fauver to intimidate me. The State and local police come to my home to harass my family. The person in charge of Veterans care in NH tells me to commit suicide. The Boston Globe in writing tells me to commit suicide. The VA stops my medical care for my service connected disabilities. I was injured four times while I served as a U.S. Marine. Three of the four are combat related. I have violated no laws. I volunteer to help others every day since I came home in seventy four.
The opinion of the individual once was considered important. Today the editors edit or censor the opinion of the people when it is not theirs. I went so far this past year to run for NH state senate. The editors wrote great articles building the character of my opponent. In those same articles the editors harmed my character to sway the election to what they wanted. The editors are so in control of information that they blocked my opinion letters to control the voters choice. Where does a 100% disabled veteran go when the people don’t care what those in power are doing. The editors block the facts that NH U.S. Rep Shea-Porter used her federal powers have the VA take my freedom. The editors block the people from learning Shea-Porter filed a false police complaint to stop one of my letters to the editor. Is the Voters choice controlled by the editors?
I have said this many times in writing and court papers. Judge Fauver criminally violated the constitution to aid the Madbury NH selectmen in their pursuit of revenge against local residents. The NH supreme Court covered up this case when presented to them. Our elected officials choose to silence my free speech with bogus charges to attempt to intimidate me by taken my freedom. (jail time). They used my medical condition to attempt to stop my letters to the editor.
The facts in this case are so well documented but silenced by those in power. Many people and editors across the U.S. are well aware of this situation in NH. The life of one veteran does not matter. Veterans (even the ones returning today) fall through the cracks because you the American people do not believe Veteran’s deserve equal protection of the law. As a child our military do not fight for any one individual. We fight for every individual equally. I ran for election and I followed the law and procedures required to be a U.S. citizen. If a special class of society in NH can fix an election and control justice by openly inflicting harm on a disabled Veteran that volunteers to help others, if you are not a member of this society you are doomed.
These facts are well documented yet I am left to die. Freedom only exists because our children are willing to become U.S. Military Veterans. You the American people may not like what we do but we do it for all of you. You are correct. People like what I have returned as do not belong back in a civilized society. I should have died over seas. I guess the VA officials knew what they were telling me. My death is the best medical treatment available. At least for those criminals like Judge Fauver.
